"Located at the Durango Resort, the poolside area of the swanky Bel-Aire lounge has lush seating and cooling dishes for dining by the water. For light and bright sushi, go for the namesake Durango Roll ($25) with ahi tuna, barbecue eel, grilled pineapple, bubu arare crunch, and chili aioli.
