Quaint little breakfast, brunch or lunch spot. Food is always delicious and their drinks are pretty fabulous.

Everything across the board is outstanding. Above all, this place has the best coffee I have ever had. I always get a hot black Americano and it is the most flavorful, full-bodied cup of coffee I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. It's perfect every time. I used to work in a coffee shop and I know how difficult it is to do that. I have so much respect for this place and the absolutely incredible, unbelievably flavorful coffee that I have ever had the pleasure of consuming.

Very disappointing - $54.61 for breakfast for two - smoked salmon waffle and eggs Benedict waffle with 2 lattes. Craig the server was off hand and infriendly and the waffles were undercooked and doughy ! The other staff was nice .

I love this place, even though is overpriced food is always fresh, great selection, great ambiance, great customer service ❤️ They have a very nice outdoor patio.

Great brunch spot with plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating. Service was fast but I did come on a Monday around 12/12:30 pm. I'm sure it's much busier on the weekends. Smoked salmon croquette Madame is delicious! Also got the Korean shaved ice to go and it was eh just ok.

The food is a tad bit pricey but they were good. The Avo Toast got soggy though because the bread was thin and the had a lot of sauce; wished it had some flaky salt.

Stopped by early morning for their Peppermint Mocha Coffee and Tiramisu Coffee. Our order was ready within a few minutes. It was delicious as always. The customer service here at Belgium Waffle Haus is always excellent. We like that the windows are huge and plenty of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your coffee. The dining area has natural sunlight coming in through the huge windows which we like. The atmosphere is bright and positive whenever we stop by for coffee and breakfast.

Waffle LOVERS! Their Liege waffles are absolutely amazing--crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because every bite is rich, buttery, and perfectly caramelized. The standout for me is their Ricotta and Berry Waffle. The creamy ricotta pairs perfectly with the fresh, juicy berries, and the light drizzle of honey adds just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite feels indulgent yet balanced. Pair it with a latte or cappuccino, and it's pure heaven! Also, had their ICED matcha latte with sweet cold foam isn't too sweet! The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a great place to relax and indulge. If you love sweet, authentic Belgian waffles, this is THE place to go!

We decided to give Belgium Waffle Haus a try and ordered the Banana Pecan Waffle, Cheese Foam Latte, and the Prosciutto and Scrambled Egg Waffle. The clear winner was the Banana Pecan Waffle--perfectly sweet, with a great balance of flavors and textures. It's definitely the standout dish we'd come back for. Unfortunately, the other items didn't quite hit the mark. The Cheese Foam Latte was just okay--unique, but not something we'd order again. As for the Prosciutto and Scrambled Egg Waffle, the waffle itself was solid, but the scrambled egg and overall flavor of the dish felt lacking. Service was solid but not particularly memorable. The place is clean, with a nice ambiance that makes it a comfortable spot to hang out. Overall, worth a visit for the sweet waffles, but the savory options and drinks left us wanting more.

I love the fact that this place is tucked in a neighborhood where locals flock to for their waffle fix. Forget the chains and experience what great offerings they have from Belgian waffles to crafted beverages in an intimate setting. The waffle with strawberry and cream became an instant hit with me and so you should try it.

Been coming here for a couple years and have always had a very pleasant experience. The service is always fast and the workers are friendly. I love the cozy feel of the indoor seating space and the fresh openness of the outdoor seating area. As for the food I love the savory menu more personally but everything I've tried from both savory and sweet menu is good. For drinks I've only ever gotten the matcha and I love it both iced and hot. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a cute place for a brunch or want a nice place to get work done and have breakfast or lunch.

I came in this morning around 8:15 am and was not greeted . Then when I asked a question about the tiramisu waffle the tone was very condescending. As I waited three more minutes to be served he looks in my eye and takes a drink of his coffee in front me who is the customer. What makes you think I will walk in ever again not to be greeted, and have someone not acknowledge my presence?? as a customer I went up the street to Starbucks whose service was supreme and upgraded . I will never walk in here again . Remember customer service is everything .

My friend and I decided to have brunch here and it was our first time. I ordered the eggs over Waffle (forgot the name of it) which is their version of eggs Benedict and it came with salad. I have to say it was really good! Next time, I'll request to remove onions and tomatoes since it came with it. My friend's banana split was yummy as well. Price is not too bad and my tummy was very full and satisfied. Coffee was great as well. Customer service was topnotch and great ambiance. Plenty of parking space and wait time was fast! Highly recommend!!!

The menu is set so if I want to order it my way, they won't do it like a BLT or grilled cheese. My son likes the waffles and bacon. I wouldn't come back otherwise. The cashier is slow to take order and it feels uninviting on multiple times. The food items are pricier than most breakfast cafes. It's a small and crowded cafe, so finding a seat can be a challenge.

Closer to 3.5, rounding up. A cute, cozy space tucked away in the corner of the plaza. Everyone was friendly and service was quick. The place was clean inside and out. And there's plenty of parking here. Love the outdoor seating and how they have tried to make it feel more private with plants. Watch out for the corrugated metal on the built-in seating - it's not flat, so you can easily get snagged on it. We had a late lunch here with a few waffles and coffee. The lattes were excellent. Definitely would get another latte. But the waffles were kinda average. It was the batter. It was simply plain and dry. The toppings were nice but didn't save the fact that the waffle itself was just okay. Perhaps we should have gotten one of those decadent sweet waffles that are covered in syrups and whipped cream so it saturates the waffle. Either way, the place has nice ambiance and I'd definitely come back for another beverage and maybe a sweeter treat.

Love the salmon toast and the banella waffle. Absolutely delicious! The place is sort of small but the food is good, the service is always courteous and nice, and nothing has ever gone wrong for me here.

One of my FAVORITE breakfast spots in the valley!! Anytime i hang with people in the AM it's gotta be Belgium Waffle House. Delicious handmade waffles with a great variety of different flavor options, great choices for coffee and if u have someone who doesn't want waffles, they provide great alternatives like sandwiches and more! So happy that they lasted through the difficulties of Covid and have been around for over 10 years! Great service as well.

Was in the mood for a sweet treat after lunch and decided to check out Belgium Waffle Haus. Tried the strawberry and cream waffle and custard and berries. It was yummy but didn't have a WOW factor from other waffles houses I've been to in the past. The waffle was a tad on the dry side but the cream and custard helped. Rounding up my 3.5 to a 4 because I thoroughly enjoyed my vanilla latte. Service was exceptional and friendly. Place was clean and bright with lots of places to sit and chat. Parking was also very easy. Will come back next time and try a savory waffle!

I have been to Belgium Waffle Haus a couple of times now & have enjoyed each experience. The space is a bit small, but they have indoor/outdoor seating available. It has always been clean and we have luckily always been able to find seating. The staff have been quite helpful & even allowed me to order a custom waffle that we were craving. They offered and showed me different ingredients they had to get it close to what I was hoping for. Food was served quickly and accurately. It is on the pricier side, but a lot of things are these days. I'm happy with their service & food so I would keep coming back!

The place is very intimate and relaxing they have variety of seats. I ordered a match iced latte with oatmilk and lavender syrup. It's literally the best cup of iced matcha I ever tried. Cashier was so friendly! Dog friendly too!

Our first time here, we ordered the strawberry with whipped cream waffles, the Nutella banana, avocado toast, and a cream top coffee. The food was delicious, we will definitely be coming back. Very welcoming environment. We sat inside but they have a nice outdoor patio seating. I'm assuming it was the owner who was very nice. Overall 5 stars.

Nice ambience and vibe, although a little pricey. For a cappuccino and a smoked salmon croque madam it was $30. This is not a table service restaurant. Waffle was good but a little dense, smoked salmon was tasty and fresh. Cappuccino was nice and strong. Might be back to try their bing soo but this place is ok for the price.

Been here a few times waffles are pretty good. Tried many different ones. There always so good and fruit is always super fresh. The service is always good. The matcha over ice is to die for!!!! It's so yummy bette then Starbucks. The smoothies are also tasty. Love this place. Has a cute coffee shop vibe as well.

I always enjoy coming here, especially for the friendly service and cozy vibes! The food is also delicious and I always get the chicken pesto sandwich, which never fails. I'm so grateful for this wonderful Waffle House nestled in our Granada Hills area.

I rarely write reviews but this place was amazingggg!! Waffles are cooked perfectly, food is consistent, and there is a great variety in their menu. The dirty pumpkin chai latte was the best latte I've had in my life. So happy and will be coming back a lot! Also I nice place to do some work with a cute patio.

It was my first time going here today and the food was amazing, they had really great coffee. The manager and employees were super helpful and nice, I will definitely be coming back!! P.S, you have to try their pumpkin drinks!!!!

The food portions are very small and they are pricy. The service was good & they were very nice. But I felt ripped off when I spent $50 for 2 breakfasts & I still felt hungry after eating all the food.

I can definitely say that Belgian Waffle House is one of my favorite breakfast/ cafe spots in the valley. The food is consistently good. The staff is always super nice and knowledgeable. If you have questions about the coffee stuff like that as well as the place is clean, they have good parking and it's a nice little cozy place where you could go get breakfast. Or if you want to just chill and have a nice coffee you really could do that here definitely. If you're in Granada Hills I would definitely check them out.

I frequent this cafe often. It's great for dates with the hubby, meeting, brunch and just coffee with friends. While I love all of their waffle creations, I absolutely love their avocado toast. It's less "bready". Do try their lattes. They're incredible. It's cozy inside and they have an outdoor area as well. Great for any season. Staff is always courteous.

I Got the creamy Sriracha chicken sandwich and I expected it to be a hot sandwich but it was cold. Even tho it was cold I still decided to give it a try and did enjoy it, 30 minutes later I started to get severe pain in my stomach and felt really sick. I was diagnosed with salmonella and was sick for days. The coffee was good but due to my experience I will not be coming again.

Been coming here for years but not as often as I want to! Definitely need to though! It was nice and super convenient when I used to work in the same shopping center but have since started working elsewhere. My bf and I decided to grab some dessert waffles after having lunch in Santa Monica and didn't realize they were closing in an hour but glad we made it in time. We took our order to go to eat at home and it was still very warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I've only ever had their Thai tea and sweet waffles here but they have much more to offer than that! I think I saw an avocado toast that I want to try sometime and some of their other savory items. Great vibes and nice workers. We sat on the bench while waiting for our order and instead of calling out our number, the nice lady walked over to us to give us our order. Can't wait to come back! Wow!! What an interesting concept! This place is really good! Though I didn't get to eat at their establishment their food did not disappoint. Everything taste so fresh! I had their smoked salmon Croquet madame it was good a bit salty to my taste but nonetheless good flavor. Service was good for an online order. From outside this place looks nice. Will need to come back and check them out again!

I love visit this place for delicious breakfast. Whatever you order everything is fresh and delicious. I love people that work there- Ariel is very friendly, always makes sure you get your order right. Often you can see owner working there too :) always clean tables, have seating inside and outside. Like other reviews have mentioned, this joint is overpriced. But if you're okay with spending a few more bucks this is a good place for brunch. Banana Pecan waffle - Not that expensive and quite good! I expected it to be sweeter but it was the right amount of sweetness. Waffle was great. Green Tea Latte - Looked pretty and tasted nice. I think the drink was taxed so it was around $6.50 for a cup. Bit much for a drink. My friend liked their smoked salmon croque madame. Service was good and fast on a Sunday brunch. Overall, I had a good brunch with my friend, dining in their nice patio area. Wouldn't return too soon but the food we tried was good.

Fresh, easy and delicious! We tried some smoked salmon with 3 eggs and banana split on the waffle. The waffles with eggs and salmon was huge , we split it. Freshly made waffles, perfectly easy done eggs was an amazingly married to salmon and that fresh salad with that vinegar dressing that just made this all worked just right!!! Banana split too was huge, we could barely finish it. Fresh fruits , cream and ice cream with fresh banana. I felt happy like a kid. Prices are decent, $50 for 2 with some nice and sweet Nutella mint lattes . Yammy in my tummy! Easy parking , easy sitting, nice stuff and quick service. Thank you! We will be back!!!

This place was so cute and clean! I love the cafe vibe and there was so many options to pick from! Me and my friends all got the strawberry waffle because it just looked so delicious ! The wait was very short and the workers are super nice and friendly! All of the food tasted really yummy and I would come back again 10/10

Tuck away in a quiet corner of a large shopping center, Belgium Waffle Haus makes a lovely spot to enjoy lunch. I had the Black Forest ham with Swiss waffle sandwich. The combination worked well will amble fresh greens and a touch of sweetness in the waffle. My lunch date, had waffles with berries and ricotta. She loved every bite. In my perfect lunch, I would have a plate with both a savory waffle and a sweet one (half sizes). In the past I have also had the Avocado Tartine, I must say, I do have a difficult time choosing between the tartine or waffle dishes, both do not disappoint. There is a coffee house vibe to this place, which reminds me that they do serve darn good "Stump Town" coffee drinks and lots of tea options as well. My niece bought a Snow Bing Soo dessert home. I will dream of this dessert for years to come. A large bowl of shaved ice with a sweet cream loaded with strawberry or mangos. Just one bite I was hooked (and it was the only bite I managed to get). It's on the expensive side but worth it. There is seating inside and a nice patio outside. The staff are very warm and welcoming. I think, every staff member said goodbye to us as we left.
