Described as a "green" restaurant, you expect a health and environment-inspired menu and location, and you get a gourmet fast-casual strip center restaurant that is neither green nor clean. They have a wide range of vegetarian options (some of which can be made vegan). The big problem with this counter-service restaurant is that you expect a clean and health-inspired gourmet eatery, but the restaurant was uncommonly dirty; tables and counters were sticky, the floors were visibly dirty, there were numerous flies, the window sills had food on them, etc., and the food was pretty good but oily; all three of us needed to wash our hands after eating different meals, and that's an oddity. Specifically, I expected the OG vegetarian pizza to feel healthier, but the olive oil was dropping everywhere, and although it had a thin crust, it was a bit soggy. The French Toast was okay, and the burger was good enough. The portions were sufficient; you should be satisfied. Overall, the food wasn't bad, and I suspect they have some great things on the menu that keep people coming back. The interior was okay; they tried to make it "green," but it's missing something, but I'm not sure what; restaurants like Flower Child are much cuter. I have fond memories of the original Houston location and have tried this location in the past but with poor results. This restaurant has all the potential to be fantastic but isn't. I'd like to say, "I'll be back," but I probably won't anytime soon. This restaurant remains popular, though, and I can see why many people like the food. Regarding how dirty the restaurant was, I hope I caught it on a bad day, but I'm not holding my breath, YMMV. P.S. The desserts look great but I didn't get a chance to try.

We love coming to this restaurant! My wife ordered a personal pizza with gluten-free dough, organic veggies, and vegan cheese – it was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. Our daughter got her usual personal cheese pizza, which she adores and orders every time. I went for the Angus beef hamburger with French fries, and it was fantastic. Every dish was as delicious as always, which is why we keep coming back. The service is also top-notch – every single employee is friendly, attentive, and makes us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place!

If you are wanting somewhere to go that is health oriented, quiet environment and amazing food this is the place. Our dishes tonight were the cauliflower appetizer, the wagyu burger, the carrot soup, and the blackened shrimp salad. These dishes had flavor profiles that elevated the simple ingredients. I would recommend and suggest this restaurant to any family and friends. It’s also clean.

Nice ambience, first time going here. I didn’t like that when I entered there was no hostess or a sign saying pick a seat or go make an order. I had to walk up to the counter to ask should I seat myself. Then I was told no I have to make my order then choose a seat and they will bring the food. Besides that the individuals at the desk were friendly. My husband and I were looking for vegan options as we are trying to eat more plant based right now. They had quite a few options that were vegetarian and I just asked them to omit the cheese. The food wasn’t impressive to me. I didn’t like the veggie burger they made, it was a bit soggy and falling apart. It had big pieces of zucchini in the patty and corn kernels. I ended up bringing it home to eat it but ended up throwing it away. It just didn’t taste good. The tacos were dry and the sauce they gave in the side didn’t have much flavor. My husband liked his veggie wrap.

Took about an hour to receive a damn burger that wasn't even that good. A miscommunication happend at the register, but the cashier was nice snd quick enough to fix it after our food arrived. However, the wait was for nothing. We found a strand of hair in the food. I think the portion sizes were generous considering the price. Overall, there are tons of better brunch/dinner places out there.

The food was healthy and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, which made every dish incredibly delicious. Despite the busy atmosphere, the waiting time for food was reasonable. The hempenadas are da bomb. Not a fan of the goat cheese salad. The W (wagu) burger was good. I didn't care for the sauce on it. The GF lemon bar as my wife stated that as good as your mom's that she would eat by the pan full.

Excellent service! I was unsure about which white wine to choose and they gave me samples to decide. Bathroom , dining tables and everything looked clean and most importantly the food choices were very good and it was yummy. The prosciutto pizza with fig was so good and also plenty of places to park. It is a little hidden in research forest but just follow Gmaps. Also next to it is Paris Bagguette which my friends say is amazing! I will come back

While I enjoy occasional vegan/vegetarian foods, I'm never a fan of under-seasoned food. That has been the case with my experience at Bellagreen always. They sure use quality ingredients, and sure have done a lot of good to the environment but not a place I'd recommend for their food. This location looks amazing from the outside, but gives old dinner vibes on the inside. The food is served to you at the table once you place the order at the counter and get a table number. Polite staff makes it a lot better though.

A place where everything fried is gluten free?! Count me in. Please note this is a made to order restaurant where you order at the front, they give you a number and you take it to your seat. We assumed this was a sit down restaurant where a waiter comes to take your order. No big deal we were just caught off guard. The inside is beautiful. Very green, brown and beautiful. There weren't a lot of people around 5p on a Sunday. I've never had ceviche before so I decided to try this. Unfortunately it was very bland and the avocado should have been cut into smaller pieces. Next, I had the white chicken parm. I wasn't sure what flavor to expect but was just excited to have tasty gf pasta. I was pleasantly surprised and the chicken was the best part. I cleared my plate. I would have indulged in the GF carrot cake if we weren't going elsewhere for desserts. My friends ordered the fig/Prosciutto pizza and fish tacos and enjoyed them. They have a variety of teas and sodas as well. If this was in my area it'd be a place I would go frequently. The prices were decent for being in TX and GF.

Alright a few days late but never too late for a review! There is a handful of locations around the Houston surrounding area and so far I've been to 3 locations and all 3 definitely are consistent! The tomato basil cup of soup with the chicken salad sandwich was definitely fresh and good! I'm a burger type of person so I ordered their freshly cooked burger which was cooked to a medium perfection! The brioche bun was so good and fresh and the fries were pippen hot! The humus appetizer with pita bread is to die for! I'll be back as always! Great friendly consistent staff at all locations!

Service was subpar, just gotta say it but the kids working lacked standard social skills for a restaurant/service provider. Food tasted like Sysco truck type stuff. Establishment was clean and orderly though.

Went here today with my father-in-law and sister-in-law who were in town. Wanted to share with them my favorite Gluten Free restaurant here in Houston. The food today was possibly the most disgusting and disappointing food I have ever seen served. They ordered a cheese pizza with black olives, the Home Slice (more like the greasy slice), a side of sweet potato fries, and I ordered the empanadas with my own sweet potato fries. My sister-in-laws cheese pizza with olives was the saddest pizza ever. There were legit like three olives on the pizza all mixed colors ripe and unripe. She couldn't finish it and she LOVES pizza. Grease Galore. My boyfriend and father in law shared the Home Slice. Dripping grease left and right and the cheese all fell off. Gross stuff. I was glad I was gluten free so I didn't have to eat that garbage. My empanadas were good and the fries were fine. They didn't give me my extra garlic sauce I requested but I didn't want to make it a big deal. The experience was already bad enough. Our waiter was also being pedantic and corrected my boyfriend when he requested the freezing restaurant air be "turned down." The waiter said, "Don't you mean turned up?" He wasn't very friendly and only checked on us once. Food was $50 for all. Overpriced, freezing cold environment, rude staff, and horrible food. I expected better. No one was there and now I know why. We all feel sick and coated in grease now.

One of the best days of my life. Maria was spectacular with her service. She brought us everything with perfect timing and demeanor. Easily the most pleasant lunch experience I've had. Will definitely return

We used to love Ruggles Green and their hempandas, pizza, salads, and tacos! However, ever since they made their name transition, we've noticed their service and quality of food declining. Last night we came to pick up our take-out and waited for almost an hour. The bathroom was disgusting, at least the women's room. I wish there were some better maintenance. It's a shame for a business to fall apart after they had such a strong beginning. They also forgot one of our salads as we picked up our order too, after waiting for an hour. For the food, you typically go to a healthy-eatery place to feel light, right? Well, the hempandas were drenched in oil that was so obviously not olive oil (I know my oils because my family are fanatics). I hope BellaGreen can make a turn-around and go back to their fantastic ways! It's never too late.

Went here on a lunch by myself after my morning workout and it's such a nice place. I have been wanting to try it as I drive by it often. Definitely a great healthy their awesome place. You can tell they were a bit busy from the lunch catering but the staff behind the counter was still very attentive. You place your order first then you're given a number and people will serve your food to you. I ordered their vegetarian burger with a side of tomato basil soup and it was so delicious. Usually vegan patties are very hit or miss and this one was very delicious. Their tomato basil soup was awesome as well. The flaky crust made it all the more better. While I was dining, people kept checking on me which was quite nice. Quick service I want to say in and out. I was there in less than an hour for a great lunch will definitely be back again.

The food, the atmosphere, and the service are all great here. It's especially a great place for meeting as a large group as it's seldom crowded and has lots of space, plus you can hear everyone in your group talk (not noisy here, great ambient volume). Also, everyone in the group can pay individually at the counter. I highly recommend getting the Bellagreen app as it gives little bonuses, too.

Service: unprofessional and disrespectful staff. We order food on website and picked at restaurant while asking for order the staff racial profile my husband and assumed he was a Uber driver and treated him very poor. Train staff on customer service skills. Food: Great

So we've never physically been inside because we've made several orders via UberEats over the past 3 years. I can't speak for the service or ambiance of the restaurant. I will however say this is one of our go to places when we want a delivery! Tasty even after a ride in the car, good portions, and decently priced. We tried burgers, wraps, salads, salmon, and even the carrot cake (also a go to). Always ask for the sauce on the side for the carrot cake though as we think it makes the cake soggy and way to sweet. We're going to miss BellaGreen when we move this summer!

We've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Their menu has a variety of options. I love their chicken tacos. It is my go to order. I love their different teas as well. Customer service is always nice and the tables always clean. It's a little on the pricier side, but I think it is worth the quality.

Been going to Bellagreen in the vintage for quite some time, this was my first time out here and the food quality is good, service was decent but I love to see a good smile! And of course the relaxation of it all I love. Great time.

I have enjoyed this restaurant for years and today was awful. Starting with the waitstaff not paying attention (literally had her head turned to watch what was happening behind her instead of taking the order) The floor of the main dining room dirty and sticky. The beverage cups cracked and leaking when I dispensed my drink and the staff just staring. Our Empanada starter was very tough - as if microwaved too long. There was no crunch. The cold chicken salad entree and cold side were presented on a plate that was oven hot. I've not had a hot meal on a plate that hot Then the server decided it was time to clean off an empty dining room of tables by starting with their spray bottle right next to our table. I don't think we will ever go back.

No longer have the bison burger. So sad. No explanation No hope No humanity. We strive for healthy living and bellageen failed us.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the "roasted veggies" is just broccoli and cauliflower. however, the chicken was BUSSIN HOLY F****. If it was this good to go, it just be sooo good in house. Never been here before. Def. going back.

My husband and I stopped in today for lunch after last dining here nine months ago. We absolutely loved the atmosphere then, and it was just as good today. Their menu accommodates any and every diet/lifestyle. I have a gluten intolerance, so my dining options are fairly limited, but we had zero issues here. I was thrilled they were able to make the Caesar wrap GF and decided to order that with fries. My husband had the white chicken parm and found it to be incredible. Our food was impeccable, and the service was excellent. They even have a card to indicate your meal was prepared gluten free. I informed the cashier of my intolerance, and she said they would do their best to avoid cross-contamination. If you come after 5, they have some heartier fish dishes that look amazing. We will definitely be back, and we won't wait nine months before our next visit.

When a customer has questions about ingredients, they may very well have an allergy...staff needs to be more informed about possible allergens in dishes. I usually love Bellagreen, but I ordered the GF Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes today from the brunch menu and was delivered *cornbread* pancakes. Corn is not listed in the description so I was 100% expecting fluffy GF flour pancakes. So if you don't like corn or cornbread don't order those.

One of my favorite places to eat in the woodlands areas when we visit! Food is always fresh and made to order. The outside seating is nice. This time I got the grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun with honey mustard and it was heavenly! Hubs got a burger and really enjoyed it. You can customize your meals easily for food allergies. The app is nice as well if you want to see what's in each item or order via the app and pick up.

Great healthy food! The Honey, Goat and Mango Arugula Salad was very good. It is a large portion and has an excellent blend of tastes!

Located in a sophisticated neighborhood in the Woodlands, Bella green is a very comfortable family or date night restaurant. The food is great. I had a chicken salad sandwich and sweet potato fries. Enjoyed a cute Valentines lunch after OBGYN appointment. I decided to keep it simple with the Margarita pizza, Hemp protein brownie & African Amber tea. Date got his Chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh, the hemp brownie isn't as sweet or as rich in taste & texture which is great if you're not too big on sweets! We enjoyed it all. I love healthy alternatives and varieties in a menu. The cashier was patient and lovely while I was indecisive and excited by the menu as a first timer. Download their app if you're the type to be on top on collecting points for rewards. The prices are also reasonable and fair for the quality they deliver. Can't wait to visit again!

GREAT PLACE for gluten free options!!! We have visited this establishment about five times now and have been pleased with all we have tried. They also have a patio that is dog friendly!

The ambiance of this restaurant is great; however, the quality of food and customer service has seriously gone downhill. They rarely answer the phone so I would advise going elsewhere if you're in need of curbside. The majority of cashiers I've encountered act as if they don't want to be there and seem to avoid work if at all possible. I've witnessed them blatantly ignoring customers on several occasions. Disappointing..

Ordered the fall harvest salad. It's really huge so I would split or ask for the dressing separately so you can take other half to go. The pumpkin chilli is awesome!!! Highly recommend!

Delicious food, cooked perfectly with fresh ingredients and extremely reasonable prices, including cheese pizza, hummus and pita bread, shrimp tacos, grilled chicken wrap and grilled salmon pasta. Servers brought the hummus and pita out quickly for our appetizer and followed up shortly with our entrees. Nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room between tables which allowed our 2 1/2 year granddaughter to walk around our round table corner booth then get down and dance around. We've eaten at another Bellagreen in the recent past which also served up great food in an enjoyable dining area. If you go, get the hummus and pita appetizer! You might decide to just share a few appetizers which we've seen others do. Thanks Bellagreen! We'll be back!

We love Bellagreen. DH had a Waygu burger, I had an In Season Berry Salad with blackened chicken strips, and our friend had white bean soup and Arugula-Broccolini pasta. Tried the Domino chocolate cake a la mode and bread pudding for dessert. Fresh, delicious, and wonderful company! A mango/strawberry sauce on the bread pudding.

Was visiting and my friend brought me here for lunch. They were able to customize according to my dietary restrictions and even went as far as to ask the type of oil they cook with and was in the aioli so I could ensure I wouldn't be sick! Had shrimp tacos with sauces on the side and the sweet potato fries are the BEST I've ever had... highly recommend!!

I love the atmosphere here. Every item is made from scratch and was received hot, fresh, and quickly. I ordered the Veggie Wrap with Sweet Potato Fries. I didn't have to make any adjustments to the wrap as it comes with chickpea hummus, sautéed cremini mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, fresh spinach, zucchini and sliced carrots wrapped in a spinach tortilla. There are several sides to choose from as well. I also mentioned I was vegan/dairy free to ensure there were no additional animal products not listed in the description. I would 100% order this dish again. There is a QR code upon entering that you may scan to view the menu, which made ordering easier. The small outdoor garden was another gem about this place that I adored. We were checked on regularly and was offered assistance several times. With their sustainable practices, Bellagreen is winning.

Appalling. I'm writing this review to communicate an appalling and humiliating incident that occurred between my wife and the supposed manager during Mother's Day. During this incident, Christian, the manager showed no empathy and no tact in the way he communicated with my wife. My wife was left speechless with his response to her after my 2 year old accidentally spilled the contents of a floral vase (bleach) on my 4 month old. After bringing up her concern and questions about the bleach, he dismissively said, "well, who was playing with the vase" as to blame a 2 year old little girl for wanting to touch the flowers in the middle of a table. After returning to the table with the phone number of his general manager, my wife told him how unbelievably rude and insensitive his previous comment had been. To which he replied, "well, I didn't know if you wanted us to pay for your car seat." At no point did my wife ask for anyone to pay for any of the damage. It was an accident that occurred after a curious toddler grabbed a floral in the middle of the table! And yet he had the nerve to treat us a certain way because he assumed we were going to ask for him to pay for something! My wife was in shock with his continued rude comments and lack of concern. It was Mother's Day for goodness sake and for him to speak to my wife in such a way was unacceptable. She asked for our food to be packed up so we can leave immediately. We left the restaurant humiliated and in anger with the lack of empathy shown by Christian the manager. This review is for the purpose of letting others know of the awful and embarrassing experience we had at Bellagreen and the lack of care, empathy, and customer service shown by their manager.

The ap isn't clear. I put my pay info in numerous times. I put my order in numerous times. What I thought I ordered and what was delivered wasn't all there. And when you try to review on the Bella green ap it won't let you. I loved this place but the delivery ap is a pita and I won't be doing this again.

My husband and I love coming here. We have been coming here since it was Ruggles Green! Tonight was the first time I tried something different. I'm usually a creature of habit and stick to their fried goat cheese salad 10/10! But tonight I tried their new cauliflower Wings. They were delicious. It was like eating General Tso chicken. I highly recommend you give them a try. I really wish they would bring back their roasted poblano soup or their corn chowder, those soups were so good! Anyways, they have so many great options here. You can't go wrong with anything you order.

Everything was fresh and so good. Crab and Mango stack was outstanding. Sticky Chicken Wings, Hummus, Chicken and Waffles and an "A" Burger is outstanding. Drink selection leaves a little to be desired, but even my picky ones found something. Best thing was the fries! Sooo good!

Once called Ruggles Green, Bellagreen has undergone only faint and superficial changes since the rebranding, such as new lampshades and a slightly redesigned menu where many old favorites remain. The offerings are friendly toward eaters of all kinds, with vegetarian and gluten-free options clearly marked (vegan options are also available). Order at the counter and bring your numbered placard to the table of your choice. The dining area is fairly large, with a good number of booths and two-seaters that can be moved together for even larger groups. The adjacent outdoor space also offers a smaller al fresco area. Aside from your food, everything else is self-service - drinks, condiments, and even to-go containers. If you ordered a burger (or if you just like sour condiments), help yourself to the fresh pickle bar. I was happy to see my go-to, the Veggie Nut burger, was still on the new menu. The house-made patty puts many vegetarian burgers to shame with a rich and savory blend of chickpeas, nuts, seeds, potatoes, and vegetables. A crispy breadcrumb coating also adds some great texture, but does little to hold the crumbly mixture together so you might eventually have to fork it. Either way, it's delicious and filling. For fast and casual food, Bellagreen offers decent quality and a wide variety that caters to a wide variety of diets.

Let me say that when this was just Ruggles the food was delicious- just as good as the other locations. I was stoked when the Woodlands location opened up. I never had one complaint about one menu item. Their spicy shrimp pasta, hempanadas (yes hemp, made of hemp flour), and shrimp tacos were my favorite. The white chocolate bread pudding was- PHE-NOM-E-NAL! Matter fact, it was the only bread pudding I'd actually eat. Everyone else's would be too gummy or have fruit in it for some reason. But theirs- breathe taking. Customer service was always great, and your food would come out quickly as well. Everything was going pretty well until they changed the name to "Bellagreen;" it was downhill after that. The review on that is on their page.

I'm taking a whole star off because they have paper straws. They are terrible!!!!!!!!! Stupid texture and hard to suck through. Of course if you get paper wet it starts to come apart, so it was in my wife's drink. It only took me one sip to realize how stupid they are. The food is really good and the service is always too notch. The drinks are Pepsi (also gross)- this is the South. We drink CocaCola and Dr Pepper (which they do have). I'm happy to drink without a straw. Especially paper!!

Their spicy fish tacos my family eats basically every week. Their Texas grilled peach salad (add bacon) is so good too! That one is currently here as a seasonal item for the summer. We really appreciate their reasonable prices too. Thanks Bellagreen!
