We ordered the Pan-Seared Scallops with Lime Miso Dressing, Citrus Couscous on Avocado Purée, Grilled Pesto Chicken & Dragon Fruit Salad with Creamy Parmigiano, Vermouth Truffle Risotto with Pan-Seared Salmon, Mixed Seafood in Truffle Cream Sauce, Squid Ink Pasta, Uni Pesto Linguine, Smoked Chicken Confit, Grilled Garlic Herbed Pork Chop with Potato-Carrot Emulsion & Creamy White Wine Butter Sauce, Chocolate Lava Cake, Pesto Ice Cream & Poached Pears in Red Wine Sauce, Ylang-Ylang Crème Brûlée, Ube Moss, Jackfruit Gel, and Black Sesame Ice Cream.
Out of everything we tried, only the chicken confit wasn’t quite to my taste—but my friends actually enjoyed it. Overall, the serving, food, ambiance, and especially the presentation were superb—everything was thoughtfully plated and visually stunning, making the dining experience feel truly special.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall experience. 🙂
