We had a wonderful time in this restaurant! And Mel, our server, was fantastic, efficient and friendly! In fact, everyone was genuinely attentive! The food came out fast and they were all very, very delicious (except the squid — that was a bit tough). We didn’t have a hard time reserving a table because the process was seamless. We highly, highly recommend this place.

We ordered the Pan-Seared Scallops with Lime Miso Dressing, Citrus Couscous on Avocado Purée, Grilled Pesto Chicken & Dragon Fruit Salad with Creamy Parmigiano, Vermouth Truffle Risotto with Pan-Seared Salmon, Mixed Seafood in Truffle Cream Sauce, Squid Ink Pasta, Uni Pesto Linguine, Smoked Chicken Confit, Grilled Garlic Herbed Pork Chop with Potato-Carrot Emulsion & Creamy White Wine Butter Sauce, Chocolate Lava Cake, Pesto Ice Cream & Poached Pears in Red Wine Sauce, Ylang-Ylang Crème Brûlée, Ube Moss, Jackfruit Gel, and Black Sesame Ice Cream. Out of everything we tried, only the chicken confit wasn’t quite to my taste—but my friends actually enjoyed it. Overall, the serving, food, ambiance, and especially the presentation were superb—everything was thoughtfully plated and visually stunning, making the dining experience feel truly special. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall experience. 🙂

An absolutely outstanding dining experience! The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service attentive and professional, and the food simply exceptional—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Every detail, from start to finish, was flawless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly memorable meal.

The ambiance was somewhat cozy. The chicken breast risotto & salad were good but I found the Saikoro Beef ribeye cuts as not so astounding, it was so-so for my taste as I found the beef dry. The service was also good, except we were rushing at that time to finish before 7PM due to full-seating.

I’m so glad that Cebu has opened a fine dining restaurant as lovely as this. The food was not only amazing but the staff is very attentive, Shiela was our server and she did an amazing job attending to our needs before we even had the chance to ask which made our experience an 11/10. I will be coming back!

We traveled from Dumaguete to Cebu just to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was worth it. Bell + Amadeus is a top-tier fine dining restaurant in the city. The food is immaculate, and the service is fantastic. We highly recommend it if you want to celebrate a special occasion.

Bell + Amadeus is truly a hidden gem with a lovely ambiance and exceptional cuisine. Every dish was served with a beautiful, artistic presentation. Their menu offers a great variety of choices. I especially love their heartbeat drink, salmon dish and mushroom soup. The chocolate lava cake is also delicious. The staff is very kind and attentive. The environment is charming and relaxing with comfortable seating and pleasant music. I highly recommend it!!

Bell + Amadeus is a total game-changer!🍴 The ambiance is lit, perfect for a night out with loved ones or friends. But what really steals the show is the food - Rib eye medium-rare stake, Tuna tartare, smoked salmon & egg salad, and many more that'll leave you craving more.
