Bellevue Brewing Company - Review - Bellevue - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Bellevue Brewing is a taproom with exposed beer tanks and a standard pub-style menu that’s an excellent option for a post-work drink and casual dinner. We like the giant wood-fired chicken wings and southwestern salad, but if things have really hit rock bottom, there’s also a salted caramel brownie sundae topped with ice cream infused with BBC’s oatmeal stout." - Aimee Rizzo

Google
right in the heart of Spring District, is a great escape from the bustle of downtown Bellevue, offering a relaxed vibe with crisp, refreshing beers and solid bar food—we tried the calamari and tacos, which were tasty but typical for the genre. What really stood out was the friendly, attentive service, which felt welcoming and local despite Bellevue’s tech-heavy reputation. The space is spacious with plenty of seating, making it ideal for both large groups and solo visitors, and the surrounding area is perfect for a stroll. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly spot, a place to gather with friends, or just a chill solo beer, this brewery nails the atmosphere with its laid-back charm and great brews—definitely worth a visit!

Google
Great place for gathering with friends, food&drinks were pretty good, waitresses were helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere next to Meta Bellevue campus. It has its own parking spaces in underground garage (free for four hours, bring ticket inside to validate) but spaces are limited so it was challenging to find a street parking during busy hours.

Google
Nice atmosphere, not too crowded, pretty cool bar in brand new Spring District, but the fact that they had my favorite cider on draft sealed the deal. (Finnriver black currant cider) Overall friendly staff, clean tables and bathrooms, and overall had a pleasant experience. Also, the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, but still a nice bite. Had leftovers and they were even great the next day. 5/5

Google
In the heart of the Spring District in Bellevue. Parking for cars and light rail. Great outdoor seating and lots of room. Service and atmosphere are great and the food is pretty good. Beer is great. Prices are reasonable. Very hip. Highly recommend.

Google
Love this place and visit here anytime I’m in town. The staff are the best and if you’re an IPA fan you can’t get a better beer menu. Food is great, I love the burgers, only thing I was a little disappointed in was the bacon wrapped jalapeños, the portion was very small. But overall this place is a gem 🙌

Google
Great place to unwind with colleagues. The food is excellent, and the drink selection is impressive. The staff was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

Google
Very cool place to get a beer and food on a nice sunny day. Lots of seating both inside and outside. Servers were very friendly. Food was good. But seriously can we get some other cheese options besides just cheddar on the burger? Better burgers include options with pepperjack or swiss etc...Parking can be a little challenging. It is centrally located in the Spring District and nice buzz next to some open space

Google
The burger with pulled pork and thick bacon was incredible. The thick (but not steak-cut) fries were crisp and salted just right. Cole slaw was great. And the beers (and guest cider) were great. The fish in the fish and chips, though, had too thick of a batter. Those need work. Service was great. They were pretty busy and our server touched our table just frequently enough and she remembered little things we asked her for (malted vinegar with a ramekin) while she was taking orders for other tables and bussing tables. Great job. Overall we had a great time!

Yelp
Service is 5 stars Foods are better than expected. Beer is great. I like the yellow umbrella (pineapple), gem cluster, and commissar Pilsner.

Yelp
Food and drinks are overpriced "food services of America". Nachos are worse than the Kenmore stoop and more expensive. Paloma tasted like a watered down margarita. St. Germaine tasted like plain simple syrup and had a lime garnish Kids pizza wasn't horrible but frozen store-bought is better. Service was wonderful.

Yelp
Went today 5:30' with a friend Place was jammed with people in their thirties. The meta employees I am assuming, so many guys. I had the ribs delicious Not expensive My friend had the Cobb salad it looked delicious I would definitely go back! Giving the place five stars The server was a doll If you order a salad you have to order more dressing when they sit you you have to you have to ask for a knife and fork they forget But five stars place - Seahawks will be crowded....so five star for me

Yelp
We came here for our team lunch today. We ordered a variety of dishes. The French Dip was great and the Bacon wrapped Jalapeno was delicious. I didn't like my fish & chips though. It had way too much breading. It reminded me of corn dogs from the fair. The fries had no taste. The whole dish was too dry. The place was nice and spacey. Just enough noise level that you can still hear each other talk.

Yelp
We stopped by to grab drinks on a Sunday. We wanted to enjoy the sunshine & day drink, and this was the perfect spot. Little did we know that they offered Happy Hour eats all day Sunday. We grabbed some snacks, the pretzel and veggies & hummus, we added pita. The hummus was absolutely delicious, flavorful with a good kick. I would highly recommend. It came with plenty of veggies. The pretzel was not as squishy as I had hoped. A great place to grab drinks on a patio. We'd come back for lunch or dinner, it's a great atmosphere.

Yelp
Just east of Bellevue's downtown lies a newer development, which includes some very nice places to grab an adult beverage. In comes Bellevue Brewing Company. It's located in the heart of this working neighborhood among the condos and tech offices. Parking may be a challenge in broad daylight, and I won't imagine what it's like in the evening time. However, once you get past that part, Bellevue Brewing is a very nice place with a very nice atmosphere. There is also a welcoming and generous staff ready to serve you - and give you some nice suggestions. Where the food looked extremely good, the beer looked equally good. The Oatmeal Stout always seems like a winner and there is something for those looking for a good IPA like their Citrus and Imperial selections. So, if you're in the neighborhood, and looking for a brew (and a burger) come to this neighborhoods favorite gasto-pub.

Yelp
Still giving this place five stars for the beer and onion rings and the relaxing and beautiful outdoor dog-friendly patio. The Backwards Hat IPA was awesome and their description was perfect: apricot, pine, dark fruits, and rye finish. Tried the Mac & Cheese this time and wasn't that impressed. Although there are five cheeses, they are all pretty mild and none are cheddar so it was a little bland.

Yelp
If you are just coming for the beer dont hesitate, they have a great selection of house-brewed beer. If you can sit outside, I would recommend it; inside is loud they really need to do something with the acoustics as having just a simple conversation is difficult. The service on this pretty busy afternoon was average at best, perhaps a server didn't show up or they were just way more popular than they expected on that day. For price you pay the food is exceptionally average, we may be back to try the patio, but it will not be one of regular places.

Yelp
Really solid food and great service. Nice outdoor seating. The fries slayed and the Coke Zero was crispy perfection.

Yelp
We tried Bellevue Brewing Company on a sunny day and were able to sit outside. The outdoor area was nice and allowed dogs. The place was incredibly busy which resulted in pretty slow service. I think we were there for about 2.5 hours and only had time for 2 drinks due to the limited check ins because it was so busy. Overall, the tacos were really good. I've been looking for more places to order Birria tacos from and I'd definitely order those again if we come back. I'm not sure how often we will be back due to the initial encounter but I'm willing to give it another shot if someone invited me there.

Yelp
This place has a variety of food to choose from as you can see lol. Everything tasted pretty good. Lots of indoor/outdoor seating too.

Yelp
I came here with a big group around 8pm on a weekday and were able to find ourselves a nice space for ourselves. Two waiters came to help our group and made sure we were taken care of quickly. I didn't order any drinks but the nachos that I ordered were more than enough for 2 people and delicious but a little too spicy for me to handle. I think this is an awesome place for big groups that need somewhere to eat and drink at night, especially since there aren't many similar options on the east side.

Yelp
This is my first time at the Spring District location, which is a whole vibe in itself let me tell you. Now I was disappointed in two things that are forgivable. Parking is no fault of their own, but the garage has tiny spots and only one floor of parking. Even the handicap spot I fit into was tiny for a handicap spot, but again - no fault of their own. Secondly we sat at our table, you seat yourself, for far too long before being greeted or given a menu/water. Disappointing, but I 100% can let it go because everything else was great. We sat outdoors because we brought a doggo! We enjoyed the outdoor vibe. My beer was delicious, YUM! The pizza my daughter devoured and loved. My plank salmon was extremely flavorful. So delicious. I'd order it again. I loved the mashed potatoes too. The veggies were equally delicious, but I'd enjoy a little more. The biggest takeaway is that everything, seriously EVERYTHING, has great flavor. Not too much flavor, or too little flavor, but perfect flavor! Thanks Bellevue Brewing Co for a family/dog friendly place to grab a good beer and eats!

Yelp
I came here with a buddy and wife. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: cool building, fast seating, good drinks, server was friendly, lots of TVs with sports on, pretty wide open so wasn't cramped, patrons all seemed to be having fun, a bathroom that is clean, food is yum. Cons: parking can be tough sometimes around there, the prices are pretty high for a brewery, not really anything to do in there except just sit there. Overall, this place is good and I will come back.

Yelp
We've been coming here since it opened and despite the food being just okay, the service has been great and worth the visit. But, now giving this place a one-star rating because on two occasions, back-to-back, the same bartender has made comments to my companions -- both of whom are women -- about their physical appearance that he clearly thinks are charming, but are entirely inappropriate. And, even after making it clear that his comments were making them uncomfortable, he kept it up to the point of where we had to cut short our visit and leave. I witnessed only the most recent incident and when I indicated that I was going to say something, my friend asked me not to because her company apparently frequents the spot. And that's when my other companion said, 'yeah, he said stuff like that to me last time I was here' -- which is why I'm now writing this negative review.

Yelp
Came to Bellevue Brewing Co for the first time with a bunch of friends after a game and had a blast. I think I was a bigger fan of the vibes than the actual food and drinks, but that's okay! We came at around 8pm, ~20 people, and were immediately seated and served. I love how they let you seat yourselves and move tables/chairs around, it's perfect for socializing. I ordered a French Dip, which sounded a lot more appetizing than it was, and was more expensive than I thought. It was a pretty mediocre sandwich, the horseradish and beef broth did not contribute. The fries were alright. I paid $30 in total for just that... but the service was really fast and I had a great time. I think I'd recommend this place for shareables and for fun with friends, but not for a meal.

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch on the way to our hotel. The ambience is pure brew pub with outside seating, which is what we did because the weather was perfect. There is street parking, no private lot. We started with the chips trio that came with three dips--guac, salsa, and beer cheese. The wife and I both liked the guac a lot and we both thought the "salsa" was just plain strange. It had the consistency of soup and lacked heat and flavor. I liked the beer cheese but the wife did not like it so much. At $14, it was overpriced and not really worth it. I had the shrimp tacos and they were excellent. Flavors came together and the shrimp were cleaned, which is must for me. The wife had crispy fish tacos (cod) and thought the coating was too thick and overcooked. The kid had a pizza and liked it. We drank Bellevue original IPA and it was excellent, a perfect pairing with tacos. Our server was efficient and professional. I would come back here for beers and to try something else on the menu.

Yelp
So, oddly enough, I'm not a fan of the beer at Bellevue Brewing Company. But with this new Spring District location and plenty of options than what was at its former location, I can see myself coming back to Bellevue Brewing Company. Although I can't tell you how great the beer is, I do like that they have cocktails, hard seltzers, ciders and wine for those looking beyond the beer to lick your whistle. Plus, when you get something on tap, you can choose from 12, 16 or 20 ounces, which makes it easier if you want to try different taps. The food is expensive, but you're in Bellevue and in the newest neighborhood, which is booming. Because of so, they cater to the Meta workers and residents around. But after having the southwest chicken salad, I was pleasantly pleased with my dinner. The worst is when food is overpriced and it's lackluster. But I liked the southwest chicken salad, as the portion was plenty, with tender, flavorful chicken breast, avocado, tortilla strips and fresh greens. I'd recommend trying if you want a delicious salad. My friends enjoyed their meals here, too, including my vegetarian friend who liked the buffalo cauliflower and mac and cheese. Happy hour gives you a few bucks off of taps and some bites are discounted. I liked the ambiance of this place, as it was chill, with a large patio that looks out to the Spring District and is dog-friendly. The staff were super friendly and this place can easily host large groups with its huge space. It's a great addition to this new and booming neighborhood in Bellevue.

Yelp
Great place for a quick bite and drink. The bartenders are wonderful! Atmosphere is great. Not too crowded on the week nights. Always a place to sit at the bar. And the food is yummy!!
google avatar

Yelp
Very beautiful new design for this restaurant that I believe used to be in a different part of Bellevue and was perhaps more divey. This place is solid which includes a large indoor bar/dining area. as well as a giant outdoor seating area that I would assume is seasonal. Service was a little slow as there were maybe 4 tables inside the restaurant but i didn't realize until we left that there was that outdoor area that was packed which our server needed to attend to. I think they only had 2 people working so maybe just add a little bit of staff and you'll be all set. Still had a great experience. Love the restaurant and really loved my spicy chicken sandwich as well. Definitely going back.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice quiet place to chill out in the afternoon while others are working. The vibe is tech workers not working on this Wednesday afternoon. Food seems to be typical brewery food. Have happy hour till 5pm with chips, pretzels, pizza, wings, jalapeños poppers, mac and cheese and 1/2 lb of ribs.
google avatar

Wendi K.

Yelp
4.5 Stars Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The parking situation is a bit tricky. There are large grassy areas and fountains around. At first I wasn't impressed by the menu selections (wings, pizza, tacos, hand -helds standard bar food) but I got the chicken skewers on pesto risotto ($22) and they were amazing! I was surprised at how high quality the food is! They have a happy hour from 2 - 5 pm on weekdays. Nice drink selection. I'd imagine this is a good spot to watch games too. Polite, attentive staff.
google avatar

Bob M.

Yelp
Overpriced. Went in for "happy hour" today, ended up spending $34 for two drafts and a 4 pc jalapeño popper. Aside from the excessive prices, I was greeted by a man wearing yellowish lensed sunglasses and a shaved head saying, "why are we scared?" because I was simply hovering around the entrance waiting for a server...That way I could let them know where we are sitting. The server, she was nice, attentive and understanding of my concerns over the prices. The beer was ok, nothing super outstanding but fairly decent. Probably won't return though based on the initial interaction with dude, and the high prices.
google avatar

Yelp
Surprisingly great food for a brewery. The nachos, chicken kabab, lettuce salad, and mango chicken salad were all amazing. Got the dark beer

Yelp
Had a GREAT experience at Bellevue Brewing Company. Family friendly, we arrived (3 adults and 3 children from toddlerhood to 9 years old), found our seats, and we're greeted promptly. Ordered some apps. Chips and 3 dips, soft pretzel, and buffalo cauliflower. The cauliflower was BOMB and the pretzel was a crowd pleaser. Drinks: love that they have a full bar as well as a healthy beer offering. Paloma was yummy and offered a real-grapefruit flavor. Whew. Pizza and tacos were ordered as entrees. Every one of them was thoroughly enjoyed. Boxes for the leftovers. The kids climbed around on the booth but were completely accepted. The ambiance was comfortable and festive and fun. Buzzing. Definitely a great spot to check out.
google avatar

Yelp
I wanted to love this place so badly. The staff is as good, and the vibe was as well. The prices ARE EXPENSIVE. I did order a cheese pizza on the happy hour menu... and it tasted like cafeteria pizza. It was hard to finish (at 8 inches, it shouldn't be). My girlfriend ate the dinner menu mac n cheese, and it was BLAND. Kraft has more flavor and is less watery sauce. Save your money on food and just drink here.
google avatar

Yelp
Bellevue Brewing Company or (BBC) is a hip spot in a new and improved location in the 'Spring District'. Surrounded by new apartments and other fast-growing developments, it fits right in as a happenin' place for drinks and eats. There's all kinds bar food here like burgers, nachos, salads pizza from Cascadia pizza and of course beer! The selections are pretty good here with 3 different hazy IPAs at the time of my visit. Those being a go to of mine at any brewery. To eat I had chicken sandwich which was quite the sandwich! FAT cutlets with strips of bacon and some slaw. It comes on a brioche bun topped with a pickle with a side of fries. Overall, this thing is Big AND Crispy! The foods good, the drinks are good, the service is good. Only snag. It's expensive. That chicken sandwich and a single 12 Oz beer was $30 flat! Like man, it was good no doubt but that's pretty steep. Despite that it's pretty cool here and can imagine having a few outside here on a nice day with some friends.
google avatar

Amanda K.

Yelp
I really like this place. The ambiance is great - very chill, large area with sports on and swings and such outside. They have a free parking garage. They don't take reservations. It is dog-friendly outside. Their menu is very well labeled for gluten free. I very much enjoyed their 425 Double Burger on a gluten free bun. Our waiter was good and friendly but definitely was trying to manage too many tables (which is a staffing issue - not something he could control).
google avatar

Jennifer J.

Yelp
In a city where there should be a wayyyy bigger beer scene, Bellevue Brewing fills a hole when you're craving a delish, cold, house-brewed craft beer. And now that they've moved to this swanky new space in the hipster Spring District, all is well with the world. BBC is my go-to stop when I'm in Bellevue and in the mood for a cold one. And let's face it, it's pretty much the only place in the beer desert to fill this need. Luckily, their beers are all crisp, fresh, and they have a nice selection of malty options to fill my glass. Their appies are no slouch either - I recently enjoyed the most giant chicken wing of my life there! The biggest challenge here is the parking, which is street only and it can get pretty crowded. This will, hopefully, ease up once nearby construction projects and street closures are done. Thank you, BBC, for bringing much-needed craft beer to Bellevue!
google avatar

Ememabasi I.

Yelp
Great food, lots of outdoor seating, and friendly staff! Our server remembers what we usually get and that let's me know they care. This brewery is located in the spring district, with a large grassy area for families to enjoy the sun during the summer Food wise, my go to is their regular cheeseburger! Please note that their wings are WHOLE wings and not the wings you would get at Wingstop. If you're a beer person, consider their signature IPA.
google avatar

Joe H.

Yelp
This is my first time visiting the new location. What a beautiful space and location! I think they really made the right decision to relocate. They have a massive dining space inside the restaurant as well as the outdoor seating area that wraps around the building. It was absolutely packed but we were still able to find a table inside. Their beers are... pretty average at best. At the previous location, beer used to be more of a focus but now it does not seem to be the case. They only offered common style beers (IPA, lager, etc) and no longer had any experimental styles like sours, barrel aged options, etc. I also recall they used to have some options from other breweries but seems like they replaced that with cocktails and spirits. The food option range was very wide - burgers, nachos, fries, etc., but I thought everything we ordered was very average at best. Their garlic fries were awesome though. Lots of TVs, safe options for food and beverages suitable for all, epic location. I would recommend this place for casual hang outs or watching sports, but don't expect amazing beer and food (not bad but not great).

Constance A.

Yelp
Always enjoy this place for the food, drinks and environment. The outdoor seating in the summer is A+ when it comes to a neighborhood spot. The staff here truly understand good service and they understand this the idea of a neighborhood hot spot. Beer is great, food is great, staff even better. They do get busy at the normal peak times and of course the patio is busy during summer but somehow I never have to wait for a spot.
google avatar

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
Came here a couple times with coworkers and it's a huge space with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The food & beer menus are large with a wide range of beer styles that they do quite well. The food is pretty standard pub food but it's all quite tasty. The pretzel was big and soft with nice dipping cheese & mustard. The Cubano was a huge sandwich with tons of toppings. The fries and onion rings were super tasty and well-made. The 2 pizzas I tried were a bit on the thin side for my liking, but still chewy and not too crispy, which I like, and they were quite full of toppings.
google avatar

Mary V.

Yelp
Wow - what a great place to come for food and for beer. Cubano sandwich was truly amazing, along with their buffalo cauliflower. Everything was cooked just right and so delicious. Black bean burgers are also on the menu if you're looking for a vegan option. Beers were great. Mexican lager was right up there with some of the best Mexican lagers I've tasted. There is a variety of beers (including sours) here, so you're sure to find something that pleases your taste buds. Service was excellent. Attentive, pleasant and intuitive. Tipped accordingly, because they deserved it. Pleasant environment, whether you want to sit inside or out. Parking was not difficult to find, either, which made the trip here even better. Definitely recommended. A great place to visit.

Yelp
The drinks here are amazing! Came in with a few friends, and we all loved it. Everything was reasonably pried and the service was good. I liked the vibe of the place, and everyone was super friendly. The food was super delicious. Loved the fries a lot. It was my first time here, will definitely be coming back

Yelp
LOVE the new location! I stopped by here for the first time yesterday since they moved to their new location and absolutely love it. They have a great outdoor area as well as a pretty indoor area- both having a great vibe. The happy hour menu was great and we really enjoyed the hummus and veggies. Our server was amazing and always checked in to see if we needed anything else and how everything was-honestly one of the best servers I have seen lately-Thank you ! The beer, cocktail and wine list is great and they offer a nice Happy hour menu during the week. It is a great place to come if you want to go to a brewery, but have people in your group who don't drink beer. Dogs are welcome for sure on their patio. Nice street parking as well as parking in a garage below the building.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
I'll begin by saying our waiter was the best service professional we encountered in Bellevue during a weeklong visit, and this says a lot because everyone was great. He hit the perfect combination of informative, funny and snarky and also kept an eye on us from a distance to minimize interruptions- truly a gifted professional. We enjoyed our salad, the truffle fries and the wings. Wings: order half the number you usually would, do believe your server when they order advice regarding quantity. Beer: a really nice variety of styles, and all were well made. 2 cider guest taps as well. They really do close at the time listed, although they aren't mean about it. The outdoor patio is spacious and the indoor space is huge - we were glad we came out and away from the crowds of downtown Bellevue to this inviting spot.
google avatar

Victoria C.

Yelp
Spacious area located in the new Spring district. Great selection of beer and the food is a lot tastier than expected. Only request is that I wish they offer smaller pours for those that want to taste a variety of beers vs committing to a bigger sized one.
google avatar

Family K.

Yelp
Fun! Sat outside, nice vibes, good service, food was good pub food. Parking wasn't too bad. I enjoyed the salad, others went with burgers- all happy. Good (not my favorite) beer.
google avatar

Aaron B.

Yelp
Decent beer and food. It's a post work hangout for Meta employees so be ready for the bro tech vibe. The parking is free in the evening underground, it's the tightest garage I have experienced. If you need to eat and don't mind a loud establishment, then this will suffice. We went in winter, probably better to sit outside in the summer.
google avatar

Mark Y.

Yelp
What an awesome place and the brewery switches out their beer taps regularly and has many huge TV monitors showing the latest sports happenings. The bar has ample seating as does the dining area and each flows into one another. In the summer they have huge garage style windows they roll up and extend the seating and tables outside. We started off with the Buffalo style cauliflower which is battered and deep fried and provides a nice alternative for those less inclined for chicken or meat. We also got the onion rings which was OK and be sure to get the birria nachos made with house-made corn chips a pile of braised beef, cheese sauce, black beans, sauteed red onion, bell pepper and jalapeños and guacamole. I've mentioned the spicy chicken sandwich many times and it's a just get and you won't be disappointed! Tried something new and it was their French dip with thin sliced ribeye, with five-cheese blend and 425 Pale Ale caramelized onions on a toasted baguette served with fries, side of creamy horseradish and beef au jus. The 435 Burger is a must an upgrade by adding toppings. Another new dish we got was the chicken kebabs with marinated grilled chicken breast, red bell pepper, red onion and mushrooms. It's served with a side creamy pesto risotto and it was meh. I can't say enough of the service staff who are very attentive even when they're slammed. The neighborhood surrounding this newly built complex is only going to get busier as more companies move into all the properties being built up. Can't wait to see what the vibe is like in the future!

Yelp
First time here and I have to say the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. The site is very large and open with a giant outdoor eating area. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. Our server was friendly and helpful. I had the fish tacos and they were amazing. The fish was battered and crisp, done all the way through and the fish was seasoned. The slaw on top was perfectly seasoned and the pickled onions were delicious. Just the rich amount of sauce to make the perfect taco mess. I ate them both and was stuffed. It was a lot! The rice was good and I really enjoyed the refried beans. This gets a big recommendation from me. Others had the mango salad and the Cubano sandwich. Both looked amazing and they said were excellent. I will be back for sure.

Yelp
Went here for happy hour with some friends. The service was pretty good when we walked in. We sat in the bar area. I ordered chips and salsa and a beer. The chips were nice, thin, and crispy and the salsa was both spicy and had flavor so it just wasn't all spicy. Then I wanted to order a birria taco and had a hard time waving anyone down even though we were right where all the busy staff traffic was. I ended up getting my birria taco and it was okay. There was a good amount of meet but no cheese. The consome was delicious but didn't have a lot. The beans were good and the rice was more on the wet side and wasn't seasoned as much. It was also very expensive for a taco. Probably won't get it again. Overall it was an okay experience. I always give a place 2nd chances so we'll see how the next experience goes.

Yelp
I don't drink beer but their food is yummy times infinity! We shared the truffle mountain, highly recommend that appetizer. The truffle is actually a powerful part of the dish, bright but not overpowering. Then I had the bierria torta. That was super savory but next time I will split it. Wonderful vibe and service too!

Yelp
As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile from the server and she kindly told us we could sit anywhere. The atmosphere is comfortable and energetic with a great choice of music. For an appetizer we ordered the birria nachos and they taste AMAZING. Soon after we finished the nachos our food came and I got the meat lovers pizza. Also amazing. The only thing that was a let down was the burger, but everything else tasted really good. By the end of dinner I was full and satisfied with my meal. Overall I DEFINITELY recommend Bellevue Brewery.

Yelp
Great location, and very cool space outdoors. Lots of street parking along with a small parking garage. Food was good, not worth the high prices IMO . We ordered a chicken burger $21 and a chicken kabob $21. Most of the beers we wanted to try were unavailable/out. It was a Sunday and the place was moderately busy, service was a bit on the slow side. Lots of tables for bigger groups available which is a plus . Staff was friendly. They have a mango tangerine seltzer which was good.

Yelp
Great to come to a brewery and get great American comfort food. It was a Monday night, which was quieter than I suspect normal. I can imagine this place gets buzzy with a spacious inside and nice patio. I sat at the bar and the server was friendly and super helpful. I ate the French Dip which was super tasty! Fries here were also good!

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been to Bellevue Brewing Company and in fact I'm not even sure if it was at the same location the first time I went there but I do remember being very impressed with the Scotch Ale there. Quite a few years passed since then and I was at a guest tap house and had their Tangerine Pale Ale. I once again walked away very impressed with the balance of the hops and the Tangerine bouncing off of each other and made a commitment to myself to go back to their taproom. That escalated when I saw that I didn't have a review for this brewery which makes me think I reviewed another location or it could have simply slipped my mind. But we returned and had their amazing Mexican Lager, the Vacuna Lager. Nice bready flavor and very well made. Impressed yet again! Followed by that I had an Oatmeal Stout which was excellent as well. Really enjoyed the sweetness that the Oatmeal brought to this beer! I also bought more of the Scotch Ale to have later and while it was good it wasn't exactly how I remembered it as I thought it packed more of a punch but perhaps it was a variation at the time. I don't think it was from another brewery in Bellevue because there aren't that many but with so many breweries under my belt who can say for sure.

Yelp
I have been waiting for Spring District to get a little more pep in it's step, as I work a block away and I have friends who live in the complex. Our office has been waiting for something to open up that we could go on an after work outing together, so we jumped at the opportunity shortly after they opened. I popped my head in on a Monday around 6pm and it was nice and calm, we came back on a Thursday evening and it was packed and loud, I have no idea where all of these people came from! With this, obviously came difficulty finding parking, but it's really luck of the draw. Half of our group circled for 20 minutes, half of us were able to snag a spot on the street as soon as we drove in. We didn't get a chance to check out the parking garage, but at least they have that option. Now for the drinks. Call me crazy, but I came to a "Brewing Company" as someone who can't drink beer. However, I was in good company because 4/5 of us were not beer drinkers. We were so excited about the fun cocktail menu that we didn't skip a beat. So many fun options that we were not expecting at a brewery. However, we got too excited too fast. All of our drinks tasted extremely watery, that I immediately regretted getting a drink at all, especially for $17. I mentioned it to my friends that live nearby and they said they felt the same way when they came a few days prior, that they thought they just let the ice melt or something. And for the food, I can't complain about a place that offers clear vegan options, especially the unexpected places like this. 2 of us are vegan and opted for the Vegan portabella burger, and swapped the salad for fries. The fries were killer, the burger tasted good, it was just a very small burger, about the size of my palm for $20. Our table got a few other things like the Truffle "Mountain", that didn't taste much different, and weren't any bigger of a "mountain" than my side of plain fries. The winner of the night was easily the Birria Nacho shareable. It matched how much they loaded on there vs. what the description and price hinted at. I am giving it 4 stars because I want to return and give it another chance after they have more time to get their footing in this new location.
