The Best Cookies in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"The colorful signage and outdoor seating make Bell’s Cookie Co. a bright spot across from Green Lake, and that’s before you even get to the cookies inside. Started by CIA-trained culinary consultant Brooke Perez and her husband Tomas, this spot offers decadent and gourmet spins on classic cookie flavors. The Bell’s cookie is not to be missed, loaded with toffee, chocolate chips, pecans, and potato chips for a satisfyingly chewy-crunchy texture akin to a candy bar." - Kurt Suchman

If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend you stop by Bell's Cookies Co. They gave perfected their recipe and offer you a solid selection of cookies that aren't too sweet and just as tasty. My personal favorite was the Lemon 🍋 Blueberry 🫐, it was soft and perfectly baked. Come find your personal favorite.

Google
Bell’s Cookies is delicious. The chocolate chip is perfect—crispy on the outside, gooey in the middle. The snickerdoodle and corn are also very good, and everything is super fresh. The shop’s cute and the people are nice. Kinda pricey, but worth it. 10/10 would go again.

If you’re looking for amazing cookies and even better customer service, Brendan is your guy! From the moment I walked in, he made the whole experience warm and welcoming. He was super knowledgeable about all the flavors and even gave great recommendations (the red velvet was life-changing). You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy. The store was clean, organized, and had that perfect fresh-baked cookie smell that makes you want to try everything. Thanks, Brendan, for making my visit so memorable, can’t wait to come back for more!

Google
I GOT A COOKIE HIGH. This place is wonderful, delicious flavored cookies and they were very nice, definitely my favorite cookie place in Seattle! We got to try the smore, blueberry and lemon, corn, and bells flavors and I think the s’more and bells were my favorites.

Google
I love love love this place. Cookies are PERFECT thinness, edges are just crispy enough, and the flavors are all super. if any critiques - wish they had more fresher/lighter (?) flavors? most are fairly American style sweets (so pretty sweet). love their peanut butter and their standard chocolate chip (but consistently one of the best chocolate chips) I put like 3 extra flakes of salt on it to perfect it. service is always great!

Google
Friendly staff and delicious cookies. It's hard to choose between the Chocolate Chunk or The Bell's as my personal favorite, but the box was quickly devoured by the kids.

Google
My cousin raved about the cookies here. I think she was onto something! The Colombian corn was delicious! I can’t say for the other ones they had except for the red velvet which was also good. The type of cookies are more or less your standard size cookie. The place was dead. We came after a run at green lake on a week day.

Google
Best cookies in Seattle, absolutely love this place! Excellent, unique flavors and always very friendly people. Just got some cookies from Mario today, and he was so kind and welcoming.

Yelp
We had dinner nearby and were walking by this place on the way back to our car. We had to stop and try it. The service was friendly. We got Double chocolate, The Bell's, and Lemon Blueberry. The Double Chocolate was our favorite. The Double Chocolate was gooey, absolutely delicious. The Bell's and Lemon Blueberry were very good. We will definitely be back for more cookies.

Yelp
Open very late! Confetti is a super good, not too sweet sugar cookie with sprinkles! If I was a kid I would loveeee this. The pantry has a NICE espresso flavor. Recommended were: With chocolate chip- Bell's (with the potato chips) or chocolate monster W/o or less sweet- lemon blueberry or Colombian corn (which she said is like an arepa) Super friendly staff and cutest shop!

Yelp
Bell's Cookie is my daughter's absolute favorite cookie bakery, and anytime we're in the area we make sure to let her select a dozen to take back home. The chocolate chip is my favorite, it's crispy and super soft in the center. Customer service is always great and very efficient. I really appreciate the ability to order online for same day pick up. I highly recommend Bell's cookie!

Yelp
The ABSOLUTE best cookies EVER!! Usually do Crumble, but delivery fee was crazy. Yelped to see what was around. These cookies, holy moly, best I've ever had!! Came to get two for my coworkers, but they offered me a free one. Tried to save half for my son to try, but I just couldn't!!! Yum yum yum!!

Yelp
Conveniently located around the Greenlake area right by the park, this place serves delicious sweet treats at good prices. As the name suggests, this place specializes in cookies of various kinds. I ordered 2 cookies - Colombian corn and The Bell's but the cashier was very nice and decided to add a free cookie of my choosing so I also got the S'mores. I got these cookies to-go as I would not want to consume all 3 in one sitting so I enjoyed decadent, fresh cookies at the comfort of my home over multiple occasions. The Colombian corn is probably my favorite - not too sweet and has some savory notes. You can really taste the corn in a good way. The Bell's is my second favorite but close - it has chocolate chunks, toffee, pecan, and potato chips. This has familiar flavors but felt a bit too sweet for me. I dreaded toffee as they tend to stick to my teeth but this one doesn't, so it was nice. The S'mores is my 3rd favorite but that is not to say it is bad - it is really high up there compared to other cookie shops! The S'mores has a graham cracker inside, which adds on to texture and I enjoyed the perfectly roasted marshmallow that is quite chewy but not too sticky. $3.50 each can sound steep for cookies but it is well worth it. The unique flavors and quality speak to the value of these cookies and in another perspective, eating out for dessert can cost much more than this. I haven't tried enough cookie places but this felt most memorable and one of the best ones in Seattle!

Yelp
I discovered Bell's cookies because Victrola Coffee in Ballard sold them. The cookies always taste fresh and have a generous amount of toppings which I appreciate. I was pretty excited when I found out that they have a storefront where I was passing by one day. My favorites are classic chocolate chip and chocolate monster. A bit pricey but they make a great treat.

Yelp
Wow these cookies and so inventive and so good. Already thinking about coming back and to get the same one or a different one! Super nice staff that explained the different cookies they had. Very chill and bright interior, although I was in and out quick. Can't stay there too long or I'll get another cookie! I got the colombian corn and the chocolate sesame halva. Really loved the corn texture of the Colombian corn as well as the on the lower end sweetness. The chocolate sesame halvah had all of the components and was decadent. Definitely will be back and buy some for coworkers!

Yelp
Definitely found my favorite cookie spot in all of Seattle! Love the vibe of this spot. Their Colombian corn cookie and the Bell's cookie are so delicious! We took ours to go and ate them near the lake which was only a short walk away. We will definitely be bringing all of our friends and family here for cookies!

Diane C.

Yelp
Doesnt matter how good the cookies are if they do not arrive in time. on I ordered cookies on Wednesday, as a birthday gift. The birthday was Saturday. The package was shipped on Thursday -- I figured it would arrive by Friday or Saturday because their website states FAST DELIVERY. Sadly, the package will not arrive until Monday --- its AFTER the Birthday. I am really disappointed. Nowhere on the website or the order page does it state the expected delivery date.  I am really bummed and wish I had ordered something else so my gift would have arrived in time.  I should have just ordered something from Amazon.

Yelp
Delicious! Stopped by for a late night treat and I can never turn down anything red velvet flavored. The red velvet cookie was unique with chocolate chips and a marshmallow center! We also tried the smores cookie and triple peanut butter and loved each one!

Yelp
I happened to walk by this cute storefront on my way to a coffee shop in Greenlake and knew I had to stop in on my way back. It was a great decision! Bell's Cookie Co is a bright and colorful place to be. I ordered half a dozen cookies and received excellent customer service. My top three cookies recommendations would be the Colombian Corn, Snickerdoodle, and S'mores. If you have never had a corn cookie before like me, please, please, please, go expand your horizons and enjoy a hybrid of corn bread and a sugar cookie via the Colombian Corn cookie from Bell's Cookie Co, it is delicious!

Yelp
easy service for taking home ! i have ordered multiple boxes from them, & each time have had a pleaser experience. they have plenty of staple flavors (confetti / birthday cake, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle) as well as some more unique / broader flavors (colombian corn, chocolate monster) & more ! along with the rotating menu throughout the season, picking up your favorite flavor for comfort or to try a new experience of a cookie, your most likely not going to have a miss ! soft, chewy, cookies that are sweet or savory. whether it be the sweet corn taste of a colombian cookie or the sweet melting taste of the confetti cookie, or the balanced mix of sweet chocolate chips & sea salt of the chocolate chip cookie; there's something for everyone here !

Yelp
Parking is tough .Bring a friend to drop u off. Cookies are all really good. Customer service was great

Yelp
Delicious fresh-baked cookies (S'mores is literally a cookie built around a s'mores on graham cracker) that rival Crumbl. The Colombian employees and owner are always warm and welcoming. They also sell Herkimer coffee, which is equally delicious. When I was there for the first time, I ordered a dozen cookies as a gift, and they hand wrote a card to go along with it, which is a thoughtful touch.

Yelp
Great experience, drove by and saw how cute it was and ended up coming back to check it out. Service was super friendly and helpful, you can tell the girl working enjoys her job. Store is super bright and clean. Picked up the lemon blueberry cookie, vegan chocolate and some snickerdoodle granola. The granola is soft, more like crumbled cookies than granola but not bad. The lemon blueberry cookie was good, a touch sweet but warm and flavorful. The gluten free chocolate was warm, rich and the sugar crystals gave it a nice crunch. I think gluten free cookies and desserts aren't always it, this has made me a believer or it's the only gluten free thing I've tried that was actually good.

Cathy S.

Yelp
I was lucky enough to try their toffee, chocolate chip pecan cookie. It was life changing, seriously. Such a good cookie. Crispy around the edges with that little bit of chewy texture and then soft and perfect in the middle. I was envious, I make cookies and I make nothing this good. I got a snickerdoodle and a Colombia corn cookie also and I didn't even get any of the corn one because my boss and sous chef ate it before I could get a bite. I saved the snickerdoodle for my mom. She nibbled away at it like she was a little kid. This is a good cookie place and I'll be visiting soon

Yelp
Cute Greenlake neighborhood cookie shop! We were nearby for dinner, and walked by on our way out. I remember seeing them on Seattle Refined a few months ago, so we gave it a try. They have many flavors of cookies, and we got two. I ask which ones are less sweet, the cashier recommended the blueberry lemon and a corn one. I chose the blueberry lemon and I really liked it. It is pretty sweet still, but reasonable. My husband chose the chocolate monster. It was way too sweet for me. I also noticed they like to add white chocolate chips in their cookies which I am not a fan of. White chocolate only add sweetness in my opinion, and it's not really chocolate. This is definitely an American style dessert shop but eating desserts that are American standard sweet is really not good for anyone's health. Please consider cutting some sugar in your cookies and it would be 5 star in my eye.

Stewart B.

Yelp
So sorry to say that after seeing them on Good Morning America I bought 30.00 worth. The maple cookie tasted like cardboard and sand, no maple taste at all. The chocolate ones had little to no flavor at all. Pretty expense and disappointing. Hope others have better luck.
google avatar

Eleanor L.

Yelp
These are the best cookies in Seattle. Trust, I've tried them all. Even my husband who is very particular about sweet treats said these were the best. They are more of a homemade cookie. Not too thick or too much, not too undercooked, just right! Their holiday seasonal cookies are sooo good. The white chocolate peppermint cornflake...wow! The chocolate crinkle...amazing!
google avatar

Sean C.

Yelp
Friendly staff, fantastic cookies. Columbian Corn was really great and quite unique; it tasted like sweet masa. It was one of the few places open later for dessert. Inside has bench seating and a couple of two seaters. If you order in the store, they serve you the cookie warm!

Yelp
Top three cookies in Seattle but prices are a bit absurd being over $3 a cookie where other gourmet cookies are at $2. They offer soft serve instead of ice cream scoops like other cookie spots too! And it's delicious. Chocolate Chunk - your typical chocolate chip cookie with some sea salt sprinkled on top. A great starter and a great cookie to compare with others. The Bell's - had to order this as it's named after the store right? Potato chips add a slightly salty layer but not overwhelming. Similar to sea salt but in a unique way. I've had similar with potato chips and the little bits also add an extra layer of texture. Otherwise a pretty standard, solid cookie. Chocolate Monster - a brownie in cookie form. But flattened a bit to a cookie. Actually, a caramel brownie. Chocolatey goodness with a smear of caramel melted on top. Red Velvet - I had this in an ice cream sandwich so the marshmallow in the center, if it was even there, was difficult to notice. Like a more solid red velvet cake though as the red velvet taste was very present. Blueberry + Lemon + Shortbread - an interesting cookie with fruity flavors. I'd recommend. Ice Cream Sandwich - one cookie split in half with soft serve in the middle. For the price, this is amazing because the soft serve seems cheap when you factor in the $3.5 cookie. Also, the soft serve is super creamy and milky, moreso than your typical soft serve.

Yelp
Delicious, soft, buttery cookies! My friend and I stopped by after dinner and grabbed a box to eat by the lake. My personal favorite was the blueberry and lemon one, but I'm very heavily biased towards anything blueberry flavored. The classic Bell's cookie has potato chips in it, but honestly we didn't feel like it tasted any different from a regular chocolate chunk cookie. I think my least favorite was the s'mores, which tasted like a lesser version of the Hello Robin one. Quick service though, as when we went there was no line. Also I think it would be nice if the cookies were warmed for customers, but I understand that might compromise service speed.
google avatar

Danica S.

Yelp
These are homemade delicious cookies!!! Yes the price is higher than competitors; but then again, the competition isn't making homemade cookies. The unnamed competitor's cookies are huge, sugary, fluffy, and the exact same size; but NOT a homemade cookie IMO. These have the crispy edges and soft centers. Buttery and flavorful! I loved the peanut butter, and returned today to try the snickerdoodle, chocolate, and more peanut butter of course! The friendly service, close proximity to home, and easy parking situation will surely make me a return customer. That could be trouble for my summer body goals lol! Please note, they stay open pretty late and are cashless.

Yelp
What a great cookie shop. The food was great and server was super nice. Great selection of cookies.
google avatar

Nicole W.

Yelp
This place was good, nothing amazing. Coffee: just standard high-level diner grade drip, but hot and fresh which are important to note Cookie: got the red velvet, it was good. Nice chewy texture if you are a fan of the slightly underbaked cookie which I am. Too much white chocolate IMO and the cookie was pretty small. Was missing the cream cheese frosting tang to cut the sweet. Other flavors looked interesting, but nothing really unusual when I was there. Basically it was good, it didn't blow my mind. A decent spot to stop if you're in the area and craving a cookie; I wouldn't make another special trip there. Friendly service!
google avatar

Huong L.

Yelp
I'm giving this place a 4 star because it was over hyped for me and it fell a little short for me. Even though the cookies are pretty good. We actually saw this place at the farmers market a few times but didn't actually buy any until last night. After hearing so many great things about them, I decided to give them a try. They have a lot of interesting cookies but we ended up with choosing 4: the pantry, the bells, Colombian corn, and blueberry+lemon+shortbread. At first bite, my favorite was definitely the bells, but as I ate more of the rest of the cookies, my favorite became the pantry. Both are actually pretty similar because they both has a nice crunch. The other two cookies were pretty good too, softer. I wouldn't say they were the best cookies I had but they were delicious.
google avatar

Sanjna S.

Yelp
My friend and I split one cookie here to try it was it definitely hit the spot! We got a churro cookie and it tasted exactly like that and better! It's a cute place with a clear menu and friendly staff. We will be back again during our next greenlake walk!
google avatar

Andrea C.

Yelp
10/10 recommend!! These cookies are absolute HEAVEN!! You have to get the bell's and the pantry! And also if you love peanut butter, the triple peanut butter is your best friend (it's probably my favorite one)! Grab a box of cookies and walk it off at Greenlake! FYI: They also have free garage parking!
google avatar

Wendy K.

Yelp
Haven't been to the shop in person but just received these delicious cookies as a thank you from my friend Marie B. lucky to have such a great friend who shares some of her favorite cookies in Seattle. Flavors were: Chocolate monster, triple peanut butter, blueberry lemon, chocolate chunk, the Bells, seasonal today was London Fog with a lemon glaze. Just indulged the Chocolate Monster!! I can see why my friend love these slight crispy exterior with delicious gooey middle!!

Yelp
I am a major cookie fiend. Since childhood and even after pastry school, I always have cookies on my mind. I bake my own, I have my favorites at particular cafes, bakeshops, and have tried Hello Robin, Midnight Cookie, Lowrider Baking Company, and even Cow Chip will do in a pinch. Haven't tried the newbie Mariah Carey ones though. Yes, this Yelper is really late to the party and was determined this rainy Saturday morning to locate Bell's Cookie (12/19/20). I'm a former QA resident, often found at Two Kick, but directionally challenged. So where the heck is this located? Followed along the ship canal looking across to Fremont, saw a cookie sign, and cue the aria upon its discovery! Bell's Cookie is located at Almquist Family Winery at Etruria and Nickerson, tucked behind the bamboo. It's in that area in between the Fremont Bridge and Seattle Pacific University. Bell's Cookie is associated with Table Catering and housed in the greenhouse catering space adjacent to Almquist Family Winery. I was told this opened to great success in April, brilliant pivot during the pandemic! This was my first visit and was immediately dazzled by the counter display of featured cookies. Arriving shortly after opening, there was an amazing fresh selection on the speed rack. Freshly baked cookie scent should be a fragrance, essential oil, or rear view mirror tree, I digress. Protip: Buy 6 cookies, get 1 free. Buy 12 cookies, get 2 free. Show the Yelp check-in feature. A dozen with tax is under $40, so the extra two cookies made my day! Score! The person behind the counter was very personable, so rare to be able to talk to another person these days. Yes, we were masked, there's also a protective plexiglass screen, and card payments are welcomed. Cookies were arranged very nicely in a sturdy takeout box. Perfect for holiday gift giving, forget Santa and keep them for yourself, lol. You can buy them onsite, online, arranged for delivery or shipment. You can see my attached photos, I ended up with all of the featured and special cookies of the day. Freshly baked, flavorful, striking that balance with crisp and moist textures, simply top notch! These are to be savored and celebrated. Today's collection would get ten Yelp stars: 5 from me, and 5 from the resident teenager, The Homie. Delicious and highly recommended!
google avatar

Krista T.

Yelp
Their cookie options are unique but they also have a classic chocolate chip with sea salt. They have a rotating seasonal flavor too. All cookies were slightly warm and fresh tasting. I was disappointed in the blueberry shortbread. It didn't taste like shortbread at all. Otherwise, the chocolate is good quality, nice and melty. Adorable and clean shop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd go back!
google avatar

Janet L.

Yelp
If you like thick cookies with gooey insides and lightly crunchy outsides, go here!! I got a chocolate chunk and gluten-free double chocolate. I don't care about gluten but this is just a perfect double chocolate cookie. Excellent for dark chocolate fans. The chocolate chunk was also just my ideal chocolate chip cookie due to the textures and generous amount of chocolate. I'm from NYC and was missing the gooeyness of Levain's super thick cookies, so I'm so happy to have found Bell's, which accomplishes the gooeyness without making the cookie a huge rock that spoils dinner. Bell's are just the right size for a treat that satisfies but doesn't stuff. They also have an outdoor bench you can eat on, convenient during the pandemic.
google avatar

Alex N.

Yelp
Probably the best tasting cookies I've had in seattle Washington. Not super sweet and the texture is amazing. Good job on the flavors! The chocolate chip is my favorite!
google avatar

Lindsay C.

Yelp
$3.5/cookie so spent $12 for a sprinkles, blueberry shortcake, and chocolate chip. They're a more expensive version of The Baked Bear and taste more mediocre. Wouldn't go back just because I could buy a whole pack at Target of Pillsbury and it'd taste the same. Solid service! 5/5

Yelp
This place has cookies baked to perfection. They're super chewy and soft and they have really interesting and special flavors to. The place is kind of hard to find, it's behind the winery/seafood shop, so you have to walk past the parking lot and Bell's Cookie is towards the back. I got there around 3:30PM and they were out of the s'mores , chocolate chunk, and lemon, blueberry, shortbread (which I really wanted to try, but next time) but the cookies I did get to pick up were delicious! I think my favorite was "the bells" it has the perfect balance of sweet and salty with toffee, potato chips, chocolate chips and pecans. Me second favorite was the Chocolate Monster which has chocolate/white chocolate chips, pecans and caramel - I'm a sucker for caramel and I'll eat anything with it . I thought all the cookies were delicious, but I have to say The Pantry is probably not for me, I'm just not a coffee in cookie kind of person, both it's super interesting. Also the Colombian Corn wasn't my favorite, but it was still good! It tasted like cornbread but cookie form. They're takeout only right now and they have it set up so only one customer can be inside at a time (which I appreciated). They have plexiglass installed and the payment system is touchless. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the flavors!

Yelp
I love the mission and story of this place so much. I've ordered online, shipped cookies, and dropped by for in-person service. Everything has been fresh, delicious, and arrived on time. When physically at the cookie shop, I quickly learned so much from the owner. Due to covid, they switched their space from catering to cookie bake shop to keep afloat and serve the community. The flavors are fun, interesting, and a new flavor drops monthly. I recommend this spot for parties, nice gestures, or just something to hit your sweet tooth. Columbia Corn cookie is the way to go! Love it! TIP to Bakery: For online orders, it would be great to add a "note" section so I can include a sweet note to my end receiver.
google avatar

Harrison H.

Yelp
They gave us fresh cookies out of the oven. I ordered the classic chocolate chip. It was almost priced right but maybe a bit expensive for one cookie at $3.50 very undercooked in the middle and borderline chocolate with too many chips. Nicely designed space with decent atmosphere and not a lot of people inside. Not bad, might come back

Jay R.

Yelp
Cookies and service both good - Yelp 85 character minimum remains super annoying - the end

Yelp
Hi-ho the derry-o, the cheese stands alone. I seem to be out of the majority consensus on Bell's. However, Yelp's definition of 2 stars is "Could've been better", and that's exactly how I felt. You can chalk my review up to mostly personal preference because I'm one of those people who never liked to eat raw cookie dough, and thus I don't prefer cookies that have that soft underdone middle that resembles warm, raw cookie dough. My preference is for cookies that have slightly crispy edges and are chewy in the middle. While I liked the realm of flavors and creations at Bell's, I didn't care for the finished product. Other factors that rubbed me the wrong way are: 1. Their hours. 11:00-5:30 Tuesday-Saturday. Through COVID, I have continued to work, and these hours are right through a standard work day leaving only Saturday to be able to go. It doesn't seem consumer friendly. 2. When we did finally get there, our greeting was to inform us that they were out of about 4 of the flavors listed on their board. 3. As other reviewers have mentioned they are not that easy to locate. Not the end of the world. You may even enjoy it, like a scavenger hunt. 4. I think the pricing is high at $40 for a dozen. I'm comparing to businesses with similar product. If I loved the cookie, I might be willing to pay it, but I would still admit that I'm paying a higher price. My understanding is Bell's was born as an adjustment to the impact Covid had on the parent catering company. Kudos to them for creating something during a difficult time that it seems most people seem to really like.

Yelp
Delicious!!! My partner had mentioned that one of his co-workers got some for her birthday and I decided that was a perfect excuse to get out into the sunshine and take a walk. I was greeted by an informative and friendly baker who introduced me to all the flavours Bell's had to offer. Unfortunately some were still baking and I couldn't get one of every kind; not a big deal, I live close and can return again. The winery, event space, and bake stand are easy to locate; signs on the street can direct you to the exact spot. I enjoy soft, gooey, chewy cookies, as well as those with a crunch. What can I say, I have an indiscriminating sweet tooth that needs attention once in a while. The sugar imbalance was worth it, haha! Stop by and you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I recently tried the cookies here and OH MY-LANTA! For a while, my favorite cookie spot to pick up cookies was Hello Robin. Then I was introduced to Lowrider Baking Co., which blew my mind with flavor and yumminess. I seriously thought there wouldn't be another place that would even come close to Lowrider until I checked out Bell's Cookie Co. The bf and I picked up a bunch of cookies to try: - Chocolate Chunk - S'mores - "The Bells" - Blueberry Lemon Shortbread - Red Velvet - Confetti The Chocolate Chunk took me back to my childhood when my grandma would bake chocolate chip cookies, except these have more chocolate chunks, which is a huge thumbs up for me! I loved that these S'mores cookies are sandwiched between a graham cracker and a big melted marshmallow. The crunchy texture of the graham cracker with the chewiness of the cookie and marshmallow is addicting. The Bells cookie and it's harmonious combination of sweet and salty from the potato chips had me at the first bite. I love that combination and I'm definitely grabbing more of these soon! If a lemon blueberry muffin and a yummy cookie had a baby, you'd get the Lemon Blueberry Shortbread. This was so flavorful, delicious, and so different from anything I've ever had in a cookie that it's a must-try! The Red Velvet was like having my favorite red velvet cake but in cookie form. I loved the texture and chewiness of it. I didn't want it to end. I honestly thought that the Confetti cookie would be similar to all the other confetti cookies we've tried. But THIS Confetti cookie had the best flavor. It felt like a birthday party for your taste buds. The bf LOVES sprinkle cookies and he absolutely loved this cookie. We didn't try the specials they had, but I totally appreciate that they had a GF + Vegan option available! I really need to try these the next time I go. I also love that their boxes have a QR-code that you can scan to donate to frontline workers that The Bell's will match! Their packaging in general is actually super cute, colorful, and so durable! They're not the typical flimsy bakery boxes that you normally get that start to absorb the oil from your baked goods and leave a huge oil spot that eventually gets on your dining table if you let it sit for too long. If you want some really awesome cookies that are super flavorful, chewy, and just flat out amazing, check out The Bell's Cookie Co.!

Yelp
A wonderful new cookie spot owned by a husband and wife duo. The owners are super friendly and welcoming! When I walked in Tomas explained their catering company and how they took on to starting a cookie business as well. All the cookies were so delicious and baked perfectly. They were crispy on the outsides and perfectly soft on the inside. They have lots of exciting and delicious flavors to choose from including rotating flavors that match with the season. Every cookie I tried was delectable. My top favorites were the pantry cookie which has pretzel, white chocolate chips, toffee & coffee grounds. A nice sweet and salty combo. The corn cookie (a must try) absolutely amazing similar to a sweet honey cornbread. My other top favorite was the s'mores which has a graham cracker baked in at the bottom along with a melted marshmallow on top. It was so indulgent and absolutely amazing. The chocolate chip sea salt was a delicious classic that was perfectly executed with the gooey chocolate chips and balance of chunks of sea salt on top. They also offer 2 day shipping all over the US so could be a really great gift to friends and family as well! I can't wait to come back and try many more! :)

Yelp
I visited Bell's Cookie a few weeks back and wow, highly recommend for anybody who has a sweet tooth or a random cookie craving that strikes! Bell's Cookie is the brainchild of Table Catering Co. owners Brooke and Thomas. As you may have guessed, not a ton of people are booking catering companies right now... So they got creative and opened up Bell's Cookie for a side hustle. Fun fact: Bell's Cookie is named after their one year old daughter. So cute! They're currently operating out of the outdoor space at Table Catering. It's a really pretty space - an outdoor, spacious greenhouse-looking building with cute string lights. They're doing walkup purchases and you can also order online (they ship to all 50 states!) I got a nice assortment of cookies and I can't pick my favorite, but I can say I highly recommend ALL OF THEM. Their cookies have a very fine crunchy layer, followed by the most soft & chewy cookies I've had in awhile. SO delicious. I really loved the Red Velvet and the Snickerdoodle cookies... Being 7 months pregnant, cookies have been one of my biggest cravings the last couple of months and Bell's Cookie hit the SPOT. If you haven't tried this little gem yet, highly recommend. Not only are their cookies phenomenal but Thomas (he was the one working when I visited) is so so sweet, and it's always awesome to get to meet the owners behind the operation.

Yelp
So yummy! Will definitely be coming back. I got three cookies -- I forget the full name of two of them but it was the PB one, the chocolate / caramel one, and a seasonal flavor. I think the seasonal flavors (and maybe one or two of the standard flavors) have so many ingredients that it can be a bit overwhelming; however, I loved the cookies and the fact that innovative recipes are being made! I'm a sucker for seasonal rotations. My favorite out of the three I got was the PB. At first glance, the hard exterior of the cookies may make you think they'll be similarly dry on the inside. But that is not the case! I love the crunch of the exterior with the doughy-ness of the inside. They are great if you love a balanced gooey cookie. I will have to try more flavors in the future and appreciate that there are some chocolate options. Weird point but I find that a lot of cookies places don't offer a chocolate cookie or don't do it well. So I'm happy Bells does!

Yelp
I stopped in on a surprise trip to the Greenlake area... I believe they may have just recently opened for business. The space is minimalist, clean and airy. There were about eight (maybe ten?) cookies on display... I purchased a corn cookie, a blueberry lemon shortbread and a s'mores cookie. They are a decently sized cookie- not SUPERsized but just right. Quality over quantity, I'm okay with that. There's something very homemade about the cookies and in a good way- quite delicious! The corn cookie was really good- not too sweet but not savory. Tasted like cornbread with a yummy bit of of crunch at the edges.

Yelp
I'm halfway through "The Bells" cookie - chocolate chip, potato chip, toffee, and pecan - as I type this. It is SO GOOD, but their customer service is even better. I ordered ahead yesterday, and went to pick up today, but my cookies weren't ready yet - just needed another 5 mins. That's fine, I walked there so I just walked my dog a little further and came back 15 minutes later. Tomas must have seen me coming because he walked my box of warm cookies out to me before I could get to the front door and apologized for the delay. You can tell this is a family run business and they care about the quality product they offer and their customers! I got Gluten Free/Vegan Double chocolate, The Pantry (white choc, espresso, pretzel and toffee), The Bells, and Snickerdoodle. They are located behind Almquist Winery in a little greenhouse looking building. There's plenty of parking and it's near the ship canal trail so you can grab a cookie and take a nice walk!

Yelp
I'm moving out of town soon and was very excited to try this spot with friends on my going away but their hours were wrong on Yelp. Super disappointed

Yelp
I've been going as often as I can, and love getting to chat with the owners. Great people, and always so friendly and happy. Okay so vibes - perfect, but how are the cookies? Amazing. I've officially had every single type, and my belly can prove it. My go to was the Colombian Corn (you need to try this), but recently I've been all about the s'mores. Also, #bringbackchurrocookie With their new vegan option, we'll be back even more regularly and hope they will try their magic on a variety of vegan options one day. :)
