I am very disappointed with my visit to this Ben & Jerry's. I have never experienced such bad experiences in other Ben & Jerry's.
That's right, I arrived about thirty minutes before closing. That's right, my English is not very good.
That said, I never had any trouble getting well served in US until tonight! The person at the counter was completely jaded. He see that I had a strong accent and that English is not my mother tongue, but he was asking questions turning his backs on me, 20 feet away, muttering! He even kept her headphones in her ears throughout the transaction, nothing to help us understand each other and what a lack of respect.
We ordered a Sunday. He started to do it. First, forget the beautiful dishes on pictures. We were treated to a fibrous cardboard bowl in which the chocolate was soaked. Forget the whipped cream too! Yes, a store that sells sunday but has no cream 30 minutes before closing. So, bah, no cream, for you dear customer. Do not forget the invoice of more than 16$, it remains!
They certainly think : "well, tourists, anyway, we will not see them again" ...
So, tourists, do yourself a favor, cross the street and go to Häagen-Dazs.
