Ordered an ice cream cake online on 7/29 for a party on 8/17. I called the shop to confirm the order on 8/14. During this call, the shop let me know that they didn't have one of the flavors I requested and we found an alternative. I went to pick up the cake on 8/17 and was told they didn't have my order. A substitute order, discount, and sincere apology were not provided. Two staff members avoided me while they got their manager on the phone.

Great ice cream spot with delicious Ben and Jerry's classic flavors. They did not have the buckets to make the vermonster even though it was advertised on their menu which was very disappointing. This spot also ran out of whipped cream and I thought that was disappointing as well. It’s an ice cream shop they should have these common and very popular toppings.

I almost fainted when the clerk said $19.31 for two ice creams! Small scoop in a cup is $6.00. Small scoop in waffle cup with sprinkles was $12.71. In addition the experience was quite poor. The store was packed, extremely dirty and understaffed. One very capable woman was sweating and keeping up with demand but had no time for pleasantries. A younger guy with his pants riding low so we could see his underwear was helping out. The tables, floor and bench outside were so dirty I didn't want to sit at them. It amazed me that the store was so busy based on the price and experience. The ice cream was good but not notably different from anywhere else.

Your average ice cream shop, though it is Ben and Jerry's, which is my second favorite ice cream brand (behind Blue Bell, a brand made in my home state - Texas). Service tends to be pretty good almost every time I go. I like that they have flavors you can't get just in the store.

The world's most ridiculously priced ice cream. Seriously, we thought the cashier had made a mistake and rang something up twice; so did the lady after us. It was close to $20 for a regular milkshake and single scoop small cone. We live here - go to Godiva's across the street, or Georgetown Scoops down the street, or Thomas Sweet up on Wisconsin.

Ordered a birthday cake a week before and when we went to pick it up at the scheduled time, found out that the cake won't be ready for another 3 hours. They didn't even call or email ahead of time to let us know the cake won't be ready. Do not recommend this location.

First of all, half of the reviews on here are a joke. LOL IM SCREAMINGGGG !! How do you expect to go to a location well known for tourists and attractions and think menu items will not be overpriced. People are on here complaining about long lines, and cleanliness not being up to par .... if the line is long, and everyone wants ice cream, crowding around in the store thinking the world is theirs, how do you expect them to run and go clean ..... do you want them to stop serving you & clean tables ... then you’ll complain about that LOL. Don’t come into s store 30minutes before closing ... expecting everything to be in the store lol no you come last, you get last. This store was fantastic. Employees were super nice, ice cream was great ... I dont mind paying 6.60 for a small. They were EXCELLENT

A 1 person staff seems little, the waffles felt staled. The ice cream itself was good, the ambiance was pretty sad. I do not believe I will set foot in there again.
