Benyeh, a new bakery specializing in beignets, opens in Downtown Summerlin | Eater Vegas

"This new Downtown Summerlin bakery specializes in playful, approachable takes on classic beignets, intentionally tweaking the pastry’s name as a fun twist and positioning the concept to be accessible in both price and experience. The operation centers on an interactive motto—“Sauce, Shake, Devour”—where freshly house-made beignets are placed in a custom white bag with sauce and toppings, sealed, and shaken by guests to create a lively, flavorful sensory experience. The menu also features pâte à choux–style patachus and cookie stix designed for dunking, and the shop serves Vittoria coffee with an emphasis on espresso-based drinks. The bakery is co-owned by Siamak Shafa and Brett Blanton, with French-born pastry chef Orady Ditgnavong (formerly executive pastry chef at Rivea and Skyfall Lounge at the Delano, and trained under Alain Ducasse, Jean-Philippe Maury, and Frédéric Robert) overseeing pastries. It’s open Monday–Saturday 9 a.m.–8 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.–7 p.m., and offers online ordering." - Susan Stapleton

Google
These little French Toast things were sooooo good!! How it was presented was phenomenal! Came here with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed the food very much! :) Calls for a cute little date aaaaaaand, I can't wait to come back. Thank youu!

Google
Acacia and Jess were working this day. It was my first time ordering here. So I was a bit suspicious about ordering. But they had so much patience with me. And we’re super kind and knowledgeable. I ordered iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso with foam. And it was great. 10/10 highly recommend.

Cat C.

Google
The murals, location, and visuals of everything are stunning. The actual beignets are yummy, but not something that would have me returning. We got the French toast flavor and the candied pecans were delicious but nothing else stood out. Note that your order may take a while: it took about 15mins for us to get our order of small (3) beignets with no orders ahead of us or after us the whole time.

Google
I walked in around noon and was NOT impressed with one of the girls behind the counter that was sprawled out and sleeping on the chair. BAD first impression. Ordered a Raspberry Lemon Twist...they were out. Ordered another item...they were out. Thought the donuts holes looked interesting...then realized they were NOT donut holes, but the benyehs. I left. I was expecting the regular beignet - New Orleans style. The package mix you can buy and make from World Market looks and I assume, tastes, a lot better than what I saw there. First and last time I will go there.

Google
Food was good but not a five star (only because I’ve had beignets from New Orleans). Fun atmosphere and the service was amazing.

Google
Really love this place. My favorite is the Mango, passion fruit, white chocolate benyeh. I also enjoy the black coffee, always hot and not bitter, smooth coffee. My only complaint is that they ask for tip after I pay $21 for just a large Benyeh and regular coffee.

Google
It was a great way to begin a morning. The Benyeh is a wonderful place to gather your thoughts in the company of Crystal, who will welcome you and take the best care of you. My favorite was the French toast 5pc. It comes with hot beigents with light powder sugar , candied pecans, and maple syrup. It is worth it. You will thank me. Remember, always trust a big girl. We know where to eat and gather thoughts to have a productive day.

Google
First time here and it was a perfect snack on a late afternoon. Wish I ordered coffee with it which they do offer. The portion sizes are perfect, flavour was not overwhelming and served warm. Looking forward for a gluten free selection next time. Well done👍👍

Yelp
Benyeh offers a wide range of sweet and savory pastries, beignets, and seasonal items! There are also signature coffee drinks as well! Benyeh is located in Downtown Summerlin, next to several restaurants like Maggianos and Mora Iced Creamery. Inside Benyeh, there are several tables where you can sit and eat. Most of the tables were in use when my husband and I stopped by on a Thursday evening around 7:00 P.M. Some of the items listed that were available at Benyeh included the following Classic Beignets(3pc, 5pc, 12pc) Passion Fruit & Mango Macarons Ham & Cheese Danish Spinach & Feta Croissant and so much more! Prices are pretty expensive, though! For 3 macarons, it was around $8.50. It's a great spot to pick up some Beignets, though! There aren't too many locations in Vegas that specialize in Beignets!

Yelp
My nose followed the sweet aroma and it led me to Benyeh where they serve dressed up homemade benyehs (beignet) and with appetizing combinations. Tip: you can order with sauce on side or toppings on side. Ordered and thought it would come in a boat to admire the presentation, but it came in a take out container with flaps (which is useful for transport) but it left something to be desired visually, on my end. Flavor of the benyeh was average. Tasted like it could have spent more time cooking. Toppings though were bright and sweet. Beautiful mural though! Perhaps another food or beverage item would have been better to order. Overall, cute spot!

Yelp
Fun spot at DTS! Cute interior, delicious treats but coffee just OK! Definitely try their beignets - felt like we were in New Orleans. Lots of sold out items but we did go in the early afternoon on a Saturday so it's a popular spot! Servers were efficient & friendly. Next visit will grab some macaroons- mini option available! How fun is that?! Enjoy!

Yelp
I arrived on Sunday July 7th at 7:03pm and the store was closed, although Yelp showed it was open until 8. Also there was no note on the door indicating they had to close early due to unforeseen circumstances, nor were the hours clearly posted. It would have been nice to have got, what we went for.

Yelp
Benyeh more like Ben-Yay! Stopped in here for a snack after shopping around at the weekend farmer's market. I've never had a beignet, so I wasn't sure what to expect. They're like if funnel cakes + donut holes had a baby! Yummy, warm, and sweet. Hit the spot! Tiny shop with minimal seating, but doesn't look like they get too busy. Would come back!

Yelp
I go here pretty often because my husband loves it. Such a simple dessert and the beignets are cooked so well. I've had beignets at other places in town that were tough and over powdered, so I enjoy the beignets here. The service here is ok, there's one girl that is super nice and always accommodating, whereas the other girl that has started working there recently is very direct and not as bubbly, but I don't let it bother me. The one draw back is that for the price, they are a little bit stingy. My husband usually gets a large (10 beignets) with passion fruit sauce on the side, which is extra. Yet they give a tiny sauce for the whole 10 beignets. When I get a small, they give the same amount of sauce, so I don't know why they can't give more for more beignets. That's the main thing I had issue with, but only enough to drop one star. Almost perfect, but just almost

Yelp
The lady at the register was super sweet . The other worker was very unapproachable and did not have a welcoming face. I got there around noon and they were completely sold out of majority of their menu. They did not have any refreshers at all and no carmel for coffee. Overall i found an item that i liked and it was great . Many things were on display advertising that it is in stock so it was a bit misleading as well ... It could be more equally welcoming as the girl at the register carried with her customer service. Matcha was disgustingly sweet and grainy . Iced Mocha was 10/10

Yelp
Just ate but passed by the place and had to drop in. I didn't have an appetite for the bites but decided to get an iced vanilla specialty drink to give me some reprieve from the hot Sun. It wasn't as delicious as I expected. It was coffee that got watered down pretty immediately due to the ice. If there was a vanilla flavor I didn't taste it. I regretted not trying the s'mores flavor. I didn't try to beignets so I can't comment on it, but it all looked really yummy. The employee Kayla was super friendly and great about explaining things so I was grateful to have her conversation. She's the reason I want to come back and try more things. Great employees build business reputation.

Yelp
Benyeh is a perfect three star spot. The coffee and beignets are good, but not over the top great. The shop has the Instaworthy feel with a green wall and sign for a photo background. I suppose there's a market for it, but I'm personally over it. There are several tables inside and several outside for enjoying your goodies. The service was friendly and prompt. I was greeted and helped as soon as I was ready. My order didn't take long to be made. The beignets were fairly tasty pieces of fried dough, but I wouldn't call them beignets. If you've ever had a traditional beignet before then you will notice the difference. They had a variety of sauces, but they drizzled it all over the top making quite the mess of their product. A dip might make more sense. Overall, the fried dough is good, but not exceptional. Calling it fried dough instead of beignets may help them curtail disappointment. The Iced Brown Sugar Latte was good. I ordered two and they looked and tasted different. I liked the one that was heavier on coffee flavor and my husband liked the weaker one. I'm curious which one was how they intend to make it. If you're in the shopping center and looking for a sweet or coffee then this spot will do the job. I wouldn't go out of my way or expect a traditional beignet.

Yelp
I walked into Benyeh today at downtown summerlin, and it was like stepping into a sauna. The place was unbearably hot, making it impossible to enjoy anything. To make matters worse, they were completely out of all their iced drinks. This isn't the first time this has happened either - I came in last week to get a refresher, and they were out then too. How can a business run out of iced drinks for over a week? This place seriously needs to get its act together. Until then, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Yelp
I am changing my review / thoughts after receiving a bad batch of plain Benyeh's after work. I've been going to this little spot for about 6 months. I had never had any problems with my orders or anything. Their coffees are the best pretty plain Jane and the sweeteners/no creamers don't do much to any of the hot caramel latte I had ordered as well. But this revised review is solely based on the issue I had tonight. Al I had placed an order to go of the dozen original flavored benyehs . When I got home and my family and I began to try to enjoy our desert within the first bites I noticed an uncooked batter taste. After I asked other family members were they experiencing the same results, practically all of our benyehs were under baked! Now I was highly upset due to paying over $14 for these and not being able to enjoy them. I had never had the happen before. You can see just how doughy the insides were. REAL southern home made benyehs don't even look nor taste like. It was disgusting to taste uncooked food. After a few of us were feeling an unsettling upset stomach I Won't be going back after this ever again!

Yelp
My recent visit to benyeh left much to be desired instead i suffered . Despite my anticipation of a refreshing mango drink, I was met with profound disappointment. The mango concoction I ordered tasted nothing like mango; instead, it was a bland, watered-down concoction that lacked any semblance of the vibrant fruit's flavor. To compound matters, the accompanying macaroons were a letdown. Dry and crumbly, they lacked the moist, delicate texture one expects from such treats. It's evident that quality control is lacking at this establishment, as both the beverage and the confections failed to meet even basic standards. Suffice it to say, I won't be returning anytime soon, nor would I recommend this spot to anyone seeking a satisfying culinary experience. lets get rid rid of this place and open a don tortaco!! or a robertos

Yelp
Cute little shop, tried a flat white coffee and the chocolate and pistachio beignets. Thought it was really tasty. Service was great also.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place since they opened. Since I had an appointment on this side of town. I decided to finally check them out. They are located in Downtown Summerlin. There are tons of street parking, but it tends to go fast. There are two parking lots a street/stop sign over. The staff that helped me was pretty friendly and patient. Since I was so indecisive on the flavors to get. They have a variety of savory and sweet beignets. As well as other pastries. You can get a order small (3 pieces), medium (5pieces), or large (12 pieces) of beignets. Unfortunately you cannot mix flavors. The beignets were pretty good. A bit more dense than a normal beignets, but otherwise still tasty.

Yelp
Such a cute little shop! I stopped by right before the Christmas parade was about to start, so it was fairly busy. The workers were nice and friendly with great attitudes. Their displays were cute and the shop itself seemed clean. I wish I enjoyed the beignets more (which is why I gave only 3 stars) but they were basic beignets with fancy toppings and a high price tag. We ordered 3 different flavors: limited edition, the classic, and French toast I believe. The classic was the best. The other two, although the toppings were great, it was SUPER SWEET. It can definitely satisfy a sweet tooth, but don't expect Disneyland type of beignets.
google avatar

Ellen D.

Yelp
Beignets were okay. If you had Beignet from Disney or New Orleans this definitely is the bare minimum. First bite tasted a little like mochi then it got too dense. Definitely smaller than expected especially for the price. They had many options in flavoring. I got the classic beignets & salted caramel beignets. Which was okay warm, after a few minutes got extremely hard. They have many other bakery options as well. Otherwise, The interior was very cute & clean. They also had indoor and outdoor seating. It was great to check it out but definitely won't be back.

Yelp
This is a cute cafe that specializes in mini beignets, although it also sells French macarons and savory items. I ordered the classic powdered-sugar dusted and the raspberry & lemon beignets on my recent visit. I thought they were decent. I'm not sure what texture beignets are supposed to have, but I had hoped it was fluffier inside and crisper outside. Of the two varieties I ordered, I especially liked the raspberry & lemon flavored ones. They were covered in a tart raspberry sauce that complemented the beignets very nicely. They also had a fun crunchy ball topping that added a different dimension to the soft beignets. The small size I ordered consisted of 3 mini beignets, and I thought the price was a bit high for what I got. Service here was quick and pleasant. I also like the fun total decorations and subway tile pop on the corner pillar. I'm not sure of its value proposition but all in all, this is a decent place to experience once.
google avatar

Omar P.

Yelp
While I appreciate the effort, I must express my disappointment with the mango drink and macaroons. The mango drink lacked the refreshing taste I expected, and the macaroons seemed dry, as if they had been sitting out for too long. I believe there's room for improvement in the quality and freshness of these items. As a suggestion, ensuring that drinks are made with fresh ingredients and that pastries are served at their peak freshness could greatly enhance the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps in refining your offerings for future customers.

Yelp
This place is great. The pastries and desserts are always delicious anIf Mia is there ask her about her signature drink! If anyone in charge is reading this, you gotta put it on the menu!

Yelp
Just as good as it always is fresh and fluffy full of flavor I always have to get one when we're here , I love the small tables here and service is usually fast and nice

Yelp
Sometimes you find something that you didn't realize you were looking for or craving until you find it. Everyone knows about donuts, croissants, pies, cakes, tarts... there seems to be a shop for pretty much everything here in town. But what about something you don't expect? This is what I discovered when I found myself at Benyeh, nestled in the middle of Summerlin Center. Truthfully, I was here because I was looking for something else entirely -- I had planned to pick up ice cream from the nearby Mora Iced Creamery until I got a whiff of fresh pastry! Benyeh specializes in beignets, a French-style puffed donut that to me is synonymous with New Orleans and Cafe du Monde! Needless to say, I had to come in and try it for myself. One of the most interesting things about this place is that they serve their beignets savory and sweet -- so whether your sweet tooth is calling, or you want something more like a meal, you'll find whatever you're looking for here! In my case, I got myself their raspberry and lemon, and passionfruit and mango beignets, along with their exotic refresher. The beignets were perfectly sweet and very fruity, which I like in my desserts! But what struck me more was the fact that even though they were absolutely slathered in toppings, the beignet itself still shone through. It was crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, slightly yeasty and quite chewy -- I don't think I've ever had anything quite like it before, and paired with the subtly sweet exotic refresher, it was the perfect treat! I'm glad that I decided to come here and ignore the ice cream, but I'm also cursing myself because it's going to be quite some time before I'm back in Summerlin to indulge in this treat. As I'm wandering around and exploring the Summerlin Center, I'm already thinking of what I want to order next time I'm here! Do yourself a favor -- go to Benyeh. You'll thank me later!

Yelp
Yum yum yum yummm I love Benyeh. Do my hips? No. Does it matter ........ maybe but it's a nice little treat after a full day of shopping. The drinks are yummy. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. They don't rush the crazy indecisive ladies. Was it delicious YES. WILL I BE BACK? Let me lose the weight from the holidays and then yes.

Yelp
My kid is sitting next to me as I'm posting my review and she said "oooooooohhh yummy me Delicious let's go get more " . The place is clean . Limited seating but there was no one inside since they were about to close soon . We ordered the green tea & flowers benyeh they come 3 in 1 order . It was just the right amount of sweetness to share with my girls there was a hint of green tea and rose merengues were soft and melted in your mouth .

Yelp
Was visiting from Los Angeles and found this little gem right outside our resort the Red Rock . This has been the best coffee I had . Had a double expresso with Carmel drizzle and oat milk... chefs kiss! Also had the cookies & cream BEIGNET and regular ones and very delicious. Service was over the top. The young lady helping us was very attentive with my daughters and I , very sweet. Decor is very cute and chic I can't wait to go back soon.

Yelp
We went to the movies in Downtown Summerlin and as huge fans of beignets (from New Orleans) we wanted to try Benyeh. Obviously there are some high expectations when comparing to Cafe duMonde (IYKYK) but we went in with open minds. It's a cute little shop right across from H&M and just past With Love and Company and Mora Ice Cream. It had an IG picture opp bench and wall, and definitely with the Boho Chic vibe. They have several "add ons" available or your classic beignets, along with other pastries, coffees and drinks. We opted for a medium classic and a small French toast. The medium classic came with 5 pieces, maybe about 2"x3" pillows. While nicely covered with powdered sugar, perhaps due to triple degree heat, it didn't really stick to it. In NOLA, you put powdered sugar in those beignets and it looks like someone threw a bag of illegal powder all over you. Not really the case here. I guess for $8 we were expecting them to be a little larger and more pillowy, less dense. The small French toast came with 3 pieces, powdered with a cinnamon sugar and topped with maple syrup and roasted pecans. The flavors (although still dense) were much more interesting and preferred on this and they were gone quickly. So, yes, it's a charming little shoppe to stop by on a date night or perhaps a great place to grab a coffee and some beignets and chat or read a book. I personally don't think the value is there, but it has potential.

Yelp
I don't know who the girl was running the whole front of the store, but she needs to be rewarded. The was by herself in a very busy time where I saw at least 3-4 workers walk past a struggling person back into the back. HELP A GIRL OUT! She was pretty resilient throughout the rush and maintained a good level of professionalism. It's such a bummer. The "benyehs" were great. And service was awesome. It was just a shame to wait so long due to understaffing? The ignorance of the workers not helping out while she did her best took off the stars.
google avatar

David M.

Yelp
Tried this place, not super impressed. Started with the awful service, we walked in and the young employee was more focused on her phone than business. She never acknowledged us, and when we were ready to order, she showed no interest in any type of customer service beyond taking an order. Being a brand new place I would think they would be open to answer questions, but when asked what she recommends she said "I don't know". When we did try and order she let us know that they were out of half of the items, but only after we were looking over the menu for a few minutes. You would think it would be good customer service to talk to the customers first of all, but to let them know that some items are unavailable, before they spend time looking and deciding. The food was ok, a bit pricey for what you pay, but ultimately the service was so off putting that I didn't even order, I walked out. My wife and son got an order, they were good, but nothing amazing, more of a novelty than traditional. Maybe when they hire some new people that have some customer service skills we will be back to reevaluate and try again. Until then, 2 stars is all I can give.

Yelp
Walked by this store while shopping around Downtown Summerlin and at first I thought it was a bath and body shop from the decor and sign, it wasn't until stepping in I realized they were beignets! I was excited because I love beignets especially the ones at Disneyland! I wanted to see if they were as light and airy and fluffy as those. Looking at their display or flavors they looked small and like doughnut holes more. I decided to try 2 flavors: Rose & Matcha and Hazelnut & Nutella. I asked if I could mix and match flavors but they said no because the sauces and toppings get drizzled on top of the beignets. It is a bit pricey for such a small amount and size the two Mediums I got came out to be almost $17 with tax. They're cute and instagram worthy to post but flavor wise, not that great. It wasn't as fluffy or light as beignets are and again definitely reminded me of eating a donut hole. I'd pass on this place and with all the icing/sauces and toppings they add it could get messy to eat which there are forks provided for, but I probably would've preferred the sauce on the side to dip into and if they would fry them up fresh instead of making batches before hand and letting them sit in a container before tossing them into their fryer or oven to warm them for customers. The toppings don't really add much to the flavor of the beignets and it makes it overly sweet in my opinion.

Yelp
Walking around DTS, my families and I came across Benyeh and thought hey - this is definitely worth a try! -- Arrival: Benyeh is located inside Downtown Summerlin! It's located right across from H&M - A short walk from any parking lot and you'll be there in no time. The aroma of baked goods and coffee will have you lured in for sure! -- Staff: There was 3 staff members, one taking the orders, one making the coffee, and one making the food. They were nice and kept on top of orders - the glass window meant you can see how they each beignet. It was pretty messy, however I understood since there's many orders and 1 person making everything. I didn't understand why they weren't wearing gloves though... definitely something I noticed. :(( -- Price: -It's reasonable, especially for all the toppings you get for specialty orders! If you're looking for beignets like downtown Disney, don't expect those. These are smaller bite sized portions. -- FOOD: -passion fruit and mango: the sauce on top was the best part! It tasted like fresh yellow mango purée and was really refreshing. The white chocolate pearls gave it a nice crunch. -salted caramel and pretzel: I'm usually a fan of this combination, but just wasn't my cup of tea. The salty caramel made the beignet tasted like a overly salty pastry. (Just not my preference) -classic: I should've ordered all flavors like this, it was sweet but not overwhelming! The consistency was more doughy instead of airy- which I didn't mind. -- Bonus: There front window had actual displays of what your order will look like, which I appreciated. -- Recommend? Sure! For a light snack while going around the mall. Definitely something to try at least once.

Yelp
The lady in the counter was so rude. Today I happen to walk in for the first time with my kids at 12:00 pm and my toddler accidentally put his sleeve on the little table in the front as I was looking at the menu and the counter girl was like, "he can't touch that. Get him off". I didn't know he couldn't touch the table and took his arm off and I apologized. Than she proceeds to say, "yea we'll it's on the sign" In a very rude way. Well my first time there I was Looking at the food, and the sign was poorly shown/ written that the wood was being stained. What a terrible customer service personnel. Never will go back with that attitude. She was the young, resting B face, blonde girl.

Yelp
Love this restaurant, Great food, great location, really nice restaurant decor. I've only had 1 bad thing to say and thats about the actual packaging. For a place this nice you would think they have better serving packages.
google avatar

Rebecca S.

Yelp
I don't know how this place stays in business. Very limited drink menu, the coffee was very meh, and the pastries were dry and not fresh. Seating area was cute, but definitely the first and last time I will be going there.
google avatar

Yelp
For my first time here, I wasn't majorly impressed with the beignets. I've been dying to try this place for some time now, so I decided treat myself this Labor Day weekend. The store is decorated really nice. all of the beignets were laid out nicely so you could see the different flavors. This place isn't too pricey and it wasn't very busy this Saturday morning. The beignets are not made to order, so they heat up pre-made ones. You can taste the difference. These didn't taste Super Fresh. In fact, they are very dense on the outside almost crunchy. Honestly, I would have to say that best place fell a little short for me. I probably wouldn't return.
google avatar

Devon P.

Yelp
I went into Benyeh and the the staff was really nice the store was really clean. I ordered the classic and when I got them the middle was super doughy in the middle as if they weren't cooked all the way. Not sure I'll come back.

Yelp
Great customer service, menu, and flavor!! The Beignet's were like pillows with a subtle crunch on the corners. I ordered the chocolate pistachio and original. At first glance, they looked cloyingly sweet, but when I ate one, it was just the right amount of sweet!! Nothing compares to New Orleans but this place comes close!!

Patrica S.

Yelp
not sure who considered hiring the young lady at the fashion show location, recently went and deserena was EXTREMELY rude to me and my family. asked a few questions and she was very uninterested and seemed as if she just wanted us gone, whoever put her in charge needs to rethink this immediately. i'm sure this will kill business. anyways food was mediocre, the beignets were kept under a heating lamp? not sure how practical that is! anyways I will not be returning. experience and service was not worth me or my families time.

Yelp
We were eating at a restaurant across the street and we were debating on dessert so we were walking to our car and saw this place. This place is pretty cool. I recommend to come around 6 or 7 when the suns down. Or early in the the morning. Its actually a cool place to chill and hang out side. The signature sweets did hit the spot! : ) I'm not going to complain at all. Super good area in Summerlin, Located in a perfect corner to relax chill, enjoy your beignet and drink your coffee. I really didn't know what I was ordering. ( my first time lol) the lady behind the counters was pretty cool too and helped me : )

Yelp
Such a cute storefront! It's located in Downtown Summerlin, so perfect if you're craving a sweet treat while shopping. They had a variety of specialty beignets from s'mores, salted caramel, etc. We got the chocolate & strawberry one, except they ran out of strawberries. It was still really good it as drizzled with chocolate sauce and chocolate pearls. We got the 5piece which was $6 in total, so totally affordable and not overpowering for two! The beignets itself were still hot when we got them, and pillowy. And even though they were drizzled with chocolate, it had subtle taste of citrus to it! Staff was super friendly and fast as well!

Yelp
The food is okay, very mushy. It's a small place but the one star is because no one working here washed their hands. I was sitting for about 15 minutes eating my food, I watch the girl touch the screen, touch money, touch her phone and still serving food/drinks without even sanitizer. I got up to leave and my friend noticed a long, dark hair clearly from the cashier inside of the powder sugar bowl they use to sugar the desserts. It's disgusting and they should be shut down by the health department

Yelp
New to the area and have been wanting to try Benyeh for quite some time. I've never had a beignet before so I was excited to try! Finally went the other day and this place did not disappoint. I tried the classic and sea salt chocolate pretzel - both in medium. You cannottt go wrong with the classic. These were chefs kiss - reminds me of zepploes from the carnival back home. The sea salt chocolate were fine. This is one of my favorite flavor combos, but I think the toppings took away from the pastry itself. Eat these warm and fresh!

Yelp
Benyeh is a cute little shop in Downtown Summerlin that serves beignets and macarons. The beignets here are absolutely amazing. They're nice and fluffy. You can choose to get classic beignets or more specialty beignets like the Samoa flavor, for example. The workers are friendly and the space is decorated nicely. I will make sure to come back someday to try the other flavors of beignets and the macarons :)

Yelp
I feel so bad for not being able to take photos of my sweets but they were Soo good ! I managed to take a photo of the signs ! Lol It was a windy day I suggest eating your benyehs indoors. I would definitely get the French toast again!

Yelp
The benyeh was good. The chocolate croissant was good and the macarons. It was a little overpriced but good. The service was great. The decor is nice and simple but it pops.

Yelp
Been in a number of times usually for iced vanilla latte with oat milk and a chocolate croissant. Today I finally got benyehs! French toast to be exact. So yummy too. Highly recommend for a sweet fix. My first time having a benyeh as well and I'm finally catching on to the shop name! Love this place; must try if you're at Downtown Summerlin!

Yelp
Ok, I was so excited to try Benyeh and I finally got the chance this weekend. As usual, I will give my honest review based on my experience. For starters, the place is so darn cute, it's clean, it has a few tables inside and it's in a great location. They also have a cute little section for pictures which is awesome. Now for the real review about the beignet's. I had the Classic beignets and the ham and cheese beignets and I must say that I was disappointed. The ham and cheese beignets and just regular beignets topped with a few pieces of ham and cheese, they are not stuffed. The classics are well, bland and boring. Maybe if I would have had a coffee it would have been better? Or Maybe my expectations were too high as I have have the original beignets from the little famous spot in New Orleans. I also had an exotic drink which was ok. Overall, I was disappointed.

Yelp
It was my first time here. I love beignets and sometimes I would try to find a place that serve great beignets. This place has lots of variety of toppings. They have set menu as well as customized. I think I am used to plain one with some dipping sauce but I am open up with mixed in as well. Beignets were good but I just wish they are little bit bigger as they are more on the bite size. Literally 2 bites and gone. Their beignets are on the thicker doughy kind. This is the first time I had it on thicker dough. I preferred airy and melt in your mouth type. Don't get me wrong, this place is good. It introduced me to a different texture of beignet than I am used to. Their concept was little interesting. They add all the toppings on the beignets in a box and you mixed them in before enjoy them. It was little bit messy to eat and little bit too sweet for my taste and I love desserts. I think next time I might stick with the powdered sugar to keep it simple. Staff are very nice and helpful as they found out it was our first time here. They would give suggestions as well. Will I come back? Maybe if I am in Town Square. Will I crave for them? not too much.

Yelp
This place has been open for a bit and who doesn't love a good beignet?? Easy to find location at Downtown Summerlin across from H&M. I stopped in yesterday and decided to check them out. Lots of choices! The young man helping me was nice but really didn't say a whole lot in terms of info on the business. Oh well, I just went with a Classic Beignet order for $3.25. I received three bite size beignets topped with powdered sugar and served warm. I immediately tried one and it was just meh. I have visited a couple shops in town that serve beignets and none of them taste as good as eating these tasty treats in New Orleans. I really think it has to do with the fact that we live in a desert where it is so dry. These beignets tasted dry and crunchy instead of moist and fluffy. They also serve other items too such as drinks, patachus, cookie sticks and other unusual items. I may return one more time to try a patachu. These looked and sounded interesting.

Yelp
benyeh at fashion show mall is honestly disgusting. all the donuts and benyehs are stale donuts. there was flies on EVERYTHING. the refreshers taste like dog water. plain and disgusting. the prices were way too expensive for the lack of quality. if you have actual taste buds and enjoy good food i would NOT recommend this place. everything was out of order and the employees just stared at me for 5 minutes and kept talking to eachother until their converstation was done to come back to the register. this place is horrible.
