"This new Downtown Summerlin bakery specializes in playful, approachable takes on classic beignets, intentionally tweaking the pastry’s name as a fun twist and positioning the concept to be accessible in both price and experience. The operation centers on an interactive motto—“Sauce, Shake, Devour”—where freshly house-made beignets are placed in a custom white bag with sauce and toppings, sealed, and shaken by guests to create a lively, flavorful sensory experience. The menu also features pâte à choux–style patachus and cookie stix designed for dunking, and the shop serves Vittoria coffee with an emphasis on espresso-based drinks. The bakery is co-owned by Siamak Shafa and Brett Blanton, with French-born pastry chef Orady Ditgnavong (formerly executive pastry chef at Rivea and Skyfall Lounge at the Delano, and trained under Alain Ducasse, Jean-Philippe Maury, and Frédéric Robert) overseeing pastries.
