Went here with some girlfriends for a night out. I was 100% sober (DD for the night). I think a girl( random stranger) drank a little too much and the bouncer was telling her she needed to leave. Alright fine cool. It seemed like she was arguing with the bouncer. Okay she’s being difficult. Out of no where we saw 5 male bouncers (or random men??) drag her and lowkey beat the shit out of her to get her out. It must be tough dealing with drunk people in a SF bar but Jesus Christ. This raised a red flag for me and my girls. I started watching what the male bouncers were doing and woaaaah they were waaay too touchy with females. I understand kicking someone out of an establishment but I don’t think they need to be aggressive straight off the bat. Later I went to the bathroom and some girls were getting kicked out because they threw up in the bathroom. I think this place really doesn’t like drunk people. In a bar. At night. Okay that’s their prerogative. Regardless the music was horrendous and the bouncers need to have some training. We decided to leave because the venue safety made us so uncomfortable. We all walked out and my boyfriend looked back to make sure my girlfriends were okay getting out. The bouncer started saying “don’t look inside”. Huh? they had JUST seen us walk out?? shows that they are NOT in tune with who is coming in and out or any general safety. Seems like their priority is people not being drunk rather than women being safe in the venue. Moral of the story DONT COME HERE IF YOUR A WOMAN/ FOR A GIRLS NIGHT OUT. You are NOT safe.

Good place to hang for a few drinks w friends. Full stock bar. Has lounge seating, high seating. Was there for a friend's music performance.. Been there a couple of times before that. Crowd is more in 30s, 40s.

My drink here was surprisingly tasty! The atmosphere was a bit strange on a mid week night. Rap and hip hop blasted on the speakers of this interesting looking bar. The only other patrons of the bar seemed to be a group of the bartenders friends. The TV seemed tuned to some sort of very softcore porn. Not my scene but certainly someone else's.

The nightclub was an absolute nightmare. It was unbearably hot inside because they couldn’t even be bothered to switch on the AC. Instead, there were a few pathetic little fans scattered around that did nothing but circulate the stale, sweaty air. The entire place was suffocating people were drenched in sweat, and the stench was overwhelming. It felt more like a sauna than a party venue. No one wanted to dance, let alone stay inside. It was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and completely ruined the experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Good bar, lots of seating and it’s never too too crowded so if you’re upstairs @ Audio you can go downstairs to have a drink for the same price, but it’ll be bigger and there’s a water jug. They play top hits like ‘crazy in love’ by Beyoncé caught my attention.

This place is super dope! The food and cocktails are great, and our server was incredibly kind. We came here to see some DJs we like, and the vibes were really chill, lots of comfy seating, and you can get up close to the decks if you wanna dance and give the DJ some serious boiler-room energy.

Just your local cocktail bar. It’s got good vibes and tasty drinks, but it’s not much to write home about. And if you want to order food... it might take a while.

Bergerac is one of my favorite bars in SF, I have been here almost 100 times. Excellent cocktail specialist bartenders. It has a classy lounge vibe. It's in a fun clubbing neighborhood. And Audio nightclub is connected upstairs. The bar area is spacious with plenty of room for people to walk or hang out. Several very nice lounge seating table areas. And open floor space often turns into dancing space on weekends. Most people come dressed up nice.

Brennan the bartender is AWESOME! During happy hour, for only $10 you can get a "dealers choice" cocktail, which is to tell him your flavor profile and alcohol type and he'll make you a drink. We had three different whiskey drinks that were all bomb. So much cheaper than any other SF craft cocktail place!! The food is hit and miss. Brussels sprouts and french fries are awesome, chicken strips are disgusting - - worse than chicken nuggets though with a really good breading (diced parts of chicken, see pics), and the deviled egg is only one egg cut in half for $5. Totally not worth it! Food two stars, drinks five stars. Also, plenty of room, nice decor, comfortable sitting areas.

Definitely a cool, cozy vibe bar with excellent food. Tried the sliders and the truffle fries ...and they were both so good. Got there early..so service was fast and friendly. Def would go back to try their drinks!!

If you're sitting in any of the chairs and you need to get up, make sure a friend holds your seat. Otherwise the bar hand will run off with your chair, and then when a friend chases her down to tell her you were sitting there, she'll yell at your friend and make a big scene and then storm away with the chair. Rudest staff ever.

Great curb-appeal, asthetic, decor, staff, security, drinks, DJs, music, food, vibe, and crowd. I've been here 3 times in the last 12 months. Different promotors, DJs, parties throughout the month. Highly recommend. Check out eventbrite ir their website for the calendar of events.

The service is always amazing, the drinks are FANTASTIC!!!!! And the DJs always got me dancing! It's a smaller venue but don't let that dissuade you from going! It's alwayssssss such a vibe here! Has a cool lounge setting but also encourages high energy dancing and vibes! So there's something for everyone here! Definitely a great place to start your night out!!!!!

The bartenders are still the worst apparently after terrible reviews from 11 years ago. How had it not improved?! I walked up to the bar similarly to the past posts and they totally wasted my time. ALL the bartenders passed me up to serve people who came in AFTER ME. I came in with a friend after another event up the street and they had to awkwardly wait for me damn near 20 minutes until a nice fellow sitting at the bar helped give me a voice and grab the attention of these out of pocket bartenders. The fellow also caught something racist that was out of earshot by me but apparently directed at me. I was still nice and courteous enough to pay for my drink even though my time was totally wasted and I was treated invisible. DO BETTER cheap quality drinks that come with an in-house tip automatically added in. Absolute waste of money and time! No complaints about the hostess or the drink staff in the basement. They were all way better than the bar service upstairs. I'm not coming back to your business again. We got beef.

This is such a great place to have some tasty bites and well crafted sips in Soma area of SF. The unique atmosphere, friendly staff and welcoming feeling adds to a good time you'll sure to experience. 5-7 Happy Hour with cocktails and bar bites. Had the steak and frites which was prepared to my liking and enjoyed an Old Fashion! Antonio was super helpful and knows his bourbons well. My husband had the burger and homemade chips. He was very pleased with the meal! It has been always a go to spot for us when in this neighborhood.

Last stop on a Friday night crawl of sorts. A friend and I were in the neighborhood when we decided to Yelp for a new spot to check out. Found Bergerac and decided to stop by on Saturday, November 18th around 12:45am. They have a bouncer at the door, so make sure you have your ID as they check IDs at the door. I wasn't expecting a club type atmosphere, but that's what we got when we entered the space. It wasn't too bad getting a drink. I managed to squeeze my way to the bar and got a pour of Oban 14 and another of Balvenie Doublewood 12. I don't know how much each drink was, but my credit card total was $39.06 with tax, so a little less than $20 a drink? We started off just standing in the back by a table in the corner. When the party occupying the table left, we decided to sit down. The music was bumpin' and people were dancing, but my friend and I could still hold a conversation through all the noise. Honestly, I felt way too old to be here, but we stayed for almost an hour as we were slowly sipping our drinks. Fun stop and I guess a visit to my younger self. I haven't been to a club or lounge with a dance floor in I don't even know how long. I definitely felt like a grandma being at Bergerac. Still, I did a little dancing and had a good time. Grandma still has some moves left in her!

You know, I'm always on the hunt for HH deals and I'm loving the $5 bites on Bergerac's menu! From 5pm - 7pm, you can enjoy bar bites that'll get your appetite going. Soft cheese puffs, hot off the fryer Parmesan fries, crazy addicting chicharrones and delicious devil eggs. Just stay away from their weird version of chicken nuggets, even McDonald's does it WAY better. Since I had a * F E W * cocktails at Bar Agricole across the street, I only had one drink here. The Smokin Sloe ($12 on regular menu) has union mezcal, sloe gin, pineapple gomme and lemon juice. Light and a bit fruity, with a pleasant smokiness from the mezcal, it was a perfect last drink. I love that this place is very relaxing on a midweek happy hour with plenty of plush couches and roomy seating for big groups. A nice perk in SF! I'll be back for their $1 oysters on Wednesdays! You can't keep me away from a deal like that.

Bergerac completes the 11th St. trifecta that I just made up... which is also comprised of Bootie and Butter. Bergerac is just as awesome, and the cocktails are top notch. I came here for a coworker's birthday. The place was pretty packed, but our group fortunately had secured some lounge furniture in the middle of the room. Other people stood nearby watching like a hawk for us to leave. Everyone else was crowded at the bar or along the sides. I started with a Diamondback, which is a whiskey cocktail. Everything on their menu looked tasty. Our boss took it upon himself to order a Pimm's Cup Bowl for the table, which was served in a fancy gold pineapple with a ladle. The group of girls next to us was totally jealous. Strong stuff that I would love to order again. The service was wonderful, and I love the upbeat vibe of this place. Great for pregaming before a night of dancing at Bootie... followed by pizza, of course. It's obviously best to get here early to grab seats before it gets too crazy. I didn't get a chance to try the food, but from the sound of it, it's a lot of basic bar bites, so I may just stick to the cocktails. Either way, I would be happy to come back.

What a pleasant little surprise. We just happened to be walking by and noticed the happy hour menu on the sidewalk. It sounded good so we went in. The service, the drinks and the food we all delicious. I loved my old fashion and the Brussels sprouts were divine! They have seating indoors and out and both are equally enjoyable. Since the last time I've come here, Bergerac has gotten new management and has thoroughly improved its menu, both for food and cocktails! RESERVATIONS: We had reservations for 7pm on a Saturday night and were the only customers there when we arrived; a few had arrived by the time we finished dinner. Apparently the bar scene gets pretty quiet the weekend after the 4th of July. THE SERVICE: Very friendly and welcoming! MUST-HAVES: Andrew, the manager, recommended the Nellcote Studio - I like tart, well-balanced drinks and this was perfect for me. COCKTAILS: * Nellcote Studio ($12) - 4.5 stars Tangy passionfruit flavors, well balanced, loved the habanero. *Mother's Helper ($12) - 3 stars Fine, but mostly like fruit juice. Not a very interesting drink. THE FOOD: * Smokin Sloe ($13) - 3.5 stars Has the right flavors (mescal, pineapple, lemon), but tasted a little heavy and boozy to me. * Sneaky Peat ($13) - 4 stars Not my type of drink, but my bf really liked this. * Charred Corn Taquitos ($9) - 3.5 stars Solid dish. The aerated chipote ranch dressing was interesting, tasted almost like hummus. Filling was a bit mushy and all blended together. The shell had a nice light crunch. * Bergerac Burger ($16) - 4 stars Very nice! Meat & condiments were great. Bun was too soft for me, but the bf really liked it. Fries were a bit dry and over-salted. * Summer Squash Flatbread ($14) - 3 stars. This was fine, nice char, but prosciutto was old, squash cubed too big. Sat dinner 2017-07-08 DESSERT: * Chocolate funnel cake - 3.5 stars Fine, not amazing. The dough is quite crispy, and the flavor is like dark chocolate. The strawberries were a little old. The basil was a nice touch.

Great music, comfortable seating, and always filled with just the right amount of people. This place has a nice lounge-y feel, with plush seats and couches strewn around. That means no real designated space for a dance floor, but people still make it happen. In fact, this is one of the better places to come dance, sit, eat, and drink, at your own pace, without the need to pay cover. If you're looking for a dance club vibe, you can always head upstairs to Audio, for a more standard experience. The chicken nuggets here are strangely delicious. I have no idea why my they're so good, but just get them. Punch bowls are a must, but watch out for that hangover. The one thing I'd watch out for is the decor on the walls. My friends and I wanted to take cute photos but ended up with a backdrop of half naked women in compromising poses. Not post-able on IG as a result, cuz I have kiddos following me.

I decided to visit Audio nightclub after many years of not going to Audio. Before the event, I decided to hang out at Bergerac for once. I decided to try their Scotch egg. It was not big enough perhaps. It was decent. It had light bed of slaw underneath it. It did not have too much egg yolk. It was overpriced. Oh well. I would come back to Bergerac. It's a fun spot.

I'm too old for this type of tourist trap but if you want loud music and trashy drinks (Which one sometimes does) then this is your place. It caters to a good looking diverse crowd with decent food and libations.

Yes, I had a wonderful evening with friends and sipped on Tito Mules, while enjoying the ambiance. The establishment is beautiful, and the staff was attentive. We enjoyed the outside booths while catching up on work gossip. Lol. The place is located across from a new nightclub but can't recall the name. There's a good selection on nightclubs and bars in the Folsom and 11th St. area. The Negative: The sidewalks need to be swept and rinsed better. Most importantly, would I return? Ummm, Yes... Well, I've got more reviews for the same evening. Ta-Ta

Swanky, young crowd, not so diverse. Came here to meet up a few friends who were celebrating a birthday first at Bergerac then Audio. My friend and I arrived around 8:00 to catch up before the actual party started. Bergerac Sliders - Good flavor, meat was a bit dry Truffle Fries - big portion, nice crisp factor, tasty Porch Swing - Whiskey, watermelon fresca, crème de framboise, lime, ginger beer. They had me at ginger beer. Flavors were subtle, not too strong Our server was super cute and very attentive. Our water cups were always filled, never empty. The manager stopped by and made small talk. Overall, love the fries and service was great.

Visiting SF from LA. My friend and I were looking for a bar/lounge to hit up before going out and we stumbled upon this place. We went on a Friday night and got there around 7:45pm. We enjoyed the music and ambiance so much that we ended up staying the whole night. Pros: Tammy the bartender knows her shit. If the drinks on the menu aren't delicious enough as it is, give her a spirit of your choice and a description of what your tastes are like--mixologist seems too cliche a word to describe how on point she is. @djandresf was the DJ for the first part of the evening the music was LIFE! I walk around life like its a 90's R&B music video and the set was the soundtrack LOL. Bathrooms were clean. YES that matters. Cons: the food was meh. Truffle fries were good. The Korean BBQ pork belly tacos were a joke. They were tiny AF and a little overpriced to be honest. It started getting really crowded around 11pm and that wasn't the vibe I was going for. If you want space to move and breathe getting there early and leaving before the crowd is recommended.

This place is awesome. We were able to make a reservation for 7:30pm on a Friday night for 6 just a few days before. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and our waitress was wonderful. I especially loved the cauliflower salad and deviled eggs. The punch bowl and cocktails we had were not only creative, but refreshing and tasty too! The music at night was surprisingly great as well. A DJ started playing fairly early into the night and the dance floor was bumping by 11pm. No cover as far as we saw.

Are you a fan of amazing cocktails and elevated bar bites? If so then you should probably head to Bergerac for your next date night or Slims pre-game. They have an incredible array of very well thought out boozy delights and smaller plates that run the culinary course from a killer seasonal halibut ceviche with toasted coconut and pineapple to my personal favorite of the evening Spicy Korean BBQ meatballs with crushed peanuts and kimchi cucumber. You can cool down with a beautiful heirloom tomato melon salad that strikes an amazing creamy balance with fromage blanc and basil or get a little more savory with a summer squash flatbread topped with prosciutto that utilizes both pickled and raw squash for a great textural and tangy balance. I was fortunate enough to have room for desert and finished with the chocolate coriander funnel cake, once again taking honeydew to new heights with a little help from one of my favorite herbs - mint. I have never had a chocolate funnel cake before and the restrained sweetness brought through by the Cocoa really helped elevate this carnival treat to something new - although personally a little side of ice cream or whipped cream would have really set the whole dish off. This spot is well thought out with sleek design and big comfortable furniture and I'm looking forward to going back and trying some other bumped up bar classics like their chicken nuggets!

After another stressful week at work, my friends and I came to Beragac after work on a Friday for Happy Hour. HH is everyday 5 pm - 7 pm: http://bit.ly/1so8EsG. I really liked the dark and comfy speakeasy feel of Bergerac (Audio Discotech is upstairs). Loved that there are a bunch of plushy couches to rest my tush on. If you have a large group, do make reservations. We didn't but was came arrived right when they opened to grab the last non-reserved couch for our group of seven. The point of "HH specials" are to make your wallet happy by saving you money for essentially early bird specials. Bergerac's happy hour is a c*cktease. We were lured in with their $2 apps, $6 specialty cocktails, and $20 punchbowl. Oh yah, and the one FREE appetizer if you check-in on yelp (the $2 apps). For their HH specials, it seems like they serve half their usual portion and charge half as much which isn't really a deal to begin with. We ended up ordering 12 plates of the $2 apps just to adequately share everything. For example, the Pigs in a Blanket are basically one pig in a blanket but sliced into pieces: http://bit.ly/1njD4Wj. Yah, I know, what can you expect for $2? But their HH specials seems more like a marketing ploy to get you in the door. Their $6 HH cocktails were hella weak and unbalanced. The Karmakaze (HH - $6) tasted like watered down lemonade: http://bit.ly/1nfTwp2. It really defeats the point of "happy" hour when you have to order 2 drinks to get the same effect as one. I did also order the Love in Vain ($11), one of their regular priced cocktails which was like a gimlet: http://bit.ly/1pfRHLF. It was OK; I've had better at other bars. Now, the $20 Boogie Nights Punchbowl seemed like a great deal considering Rickhouse charges twice as much but Bergerac's was 80% ice: http://bit.ly/1lUoR4h. It was watered down just like their HH cocktails but was super sweet like syrup. It was pretty gross. Personally, I rather pay full price for something well-made than pay half price for something skimped on or half-assed. 2 stars for HH but adding another star for great service from our waitress. She was sweet, attentive, and kept all those $2 apps coming Oh and I forgot to mention...the crowd. Eye candy and HH go hand-in-hand. At least I would like to think so. Sip and gawk. Even though the place was filled, there was no eye candy. Hey now, always gotta have your single girlfriends' backs right? ;)

Came here for HH and enjoyed the menu! I saw this place was good for HH and I believe they increased the prices from last time cause everything was up $4, it was $9 for a cocktail and $5 for the small bites. HH: The chicken taco was so delicious! It's a great deal. The deviled eggs was pretty okay but it was a little too sour. Drinks: I got the honey lemon gin, it was a really good drink! Ambience: it was pretty quiet so it was nice to chat and catch up with friends. Sitting by the bar gets a bit loud though so I'd probably just sit on a table or couch next time. They also infuse their own drinks, so be sure to check that out! I really enjoy their menu.

A dark but more classy, casual bar (reminds me of one of my fav bars in NYC). I love cocktail bars that aren't too chaotic so you don't have to deal with dive bar maniacs no cover charge! i enjoyed my drink that had brandy in it, but I can't remember what it was called & my friend enjoyed her mezcal cocktail NOTE: this bar also owns Audio, the venue/club upstairs (entrance is next door) with a secret back stairway with access to Bergerac BUT audio has a $20 cover charge

GREAT DRINKS, DELICIOUS FOOD, GOOD CROWD (4 stars) Nice place to hang out - FOOD, good - PRICES, pricier - AMBIANCE, love-it - SERVICE, great We had a theme party for one of our friend's birthdays. The staff was very accommodating, especially with our "unicorn stampede" theme from the side-door (lol, pictures will be withheld). We took the middle lounge with coaches and tables. The crowd was older, good for those in your mid-30's and up. Sit, drink, eat, and mingle. It's a nice restaurant/lounge/bar scene with some class!! HEFER STATUS Everybody ordered alot of food so I probably tasted alot of random things I will not be writing about but I will post up my order. LOVE IN VAIN ($11) - vodka, raspberry, lime, pineapple, and something else (can't remember) with a cucumber garnish. SO i've been going out to alot of great places where they muddle the perfect cocktail, this place is another great find. THAT DRINK was a great drink. It was so delicate and smooth, hardly a hint of alcohol but creeps on you and gets the job done. FIREBALL SHOT ($??) - my girlfriends kept buying them through the night. all i know is that it tasted like a liquid red tamale and in a strange way i kept taking them down shot after shot. TRUFFLE FRIES ($8) - crispy rosemary, lemon zest, and parmesan. they are the skinny kind too. i love french fries especially truffle fries. the flavors from the rosemary and lemon zest were subtle but it made a difference. Yum! BERGER SLIDERS ($12) - daily grind patty, tomato-bacon jam, white cheddar, little gem, butter toasted bun. OH MY!!! i know sliders are mini hamburgers and i'm not a hardcore burger person. BUT I LOVE SLIDERS. The patty was perfectly cooked, medium rare. It was tender and juicy and FRESH. the tomato-bacon jam was the hit for the sliders; had a really good flavor. Must order. Will I be back? YES!! So my girlfriends have declared Friday Nights to leave the BFs behind and have a Ladies Night Out or In. I want to come back here. Until the next review....

Wish I could give zero stars. Bottle service girl drops a whole bunch of champagne glasses on me last night. Makes all my clothes wet. At least could have gave me free drinks after that incident but instead just get a "sorry go get some towels baby". Music was absolutely so dry and whack I've never heard house music like that in my life. Never going back to this spot. Ruined my night.

This bar has a lovely ambiance and a very friendly bar staff. We went in the afternoon (between 5:00-6:00) so it was a quiet place to take a break and regroup. The signature cocktails are excellent and I like how they are all more or less the same price. When we came back after the show we had been to, it was totally packed all the way up to the roof, so we passed. I hope someday to come back and try out their food menu.

Wow wow wow. Still the same, great spot! We haven't been here since 2015 and the place is still great. Ordered food this time around and was surprisingly delighted. Fries and avocado dish were stars. Vibe was good and service even better.

This is an awesome and lively bar with great drinks, good background music, and yummy food! We went here for a small company happy hour and loved the Brussels Sprouts, fries, bottles of wine, etc. We got a cocktail punch bowl but it seemed really weak. After 2 of those, I felt more hydrated than before. Everything else was good, though!

Tonight was my first time. My second drink was taken by a busser of some sort. Easy mistake. It was a tequila neat I left on our group table while I was dancing next to it. I informed a busser what happened and told her I had only taken a sip or two and even a half shot replacement would be nice but if nothing could be done I would have understood (but still been sad) At first she came back and said they already gave me a replacement which I laughed and said no that definitelt did not happen. I wasn't trying to cheat them out of alcohol I just wanted my 15$ drink back. And luckily they did. So thanks to the staff tonight for not being dicks about it. Ya'll are the real MVPs and mistakes happen. Brennan is dope AF and I hope I spelled his name right since like half out conversation was about his name tonight. Dj Vudu and BlknWhite were epic btw

Great food and cocktails in a beautiful decor. We stopped here before a show and had 4 cocktails. Some highlights were a smokin' sloe, a mezcal based cocktail with gin and pineapple, with plenty of smokiness with a lovely counterbalance of alpine and fruit. Next was a sleight of hand, a savory tequila based cocktail with habanero. It s a must if you want something off the beaten path. For food, we had ceviche with lightly fried, crispy tortilla. The tortilla was extra tasty courtesy of some lime. Finally we had the signature burger with waffle fries and a delicious aioli. The bun was toasted and the patty was plenty juicy and substantial.

Last night I had one of the worst experience ever living in San Francisco, while we were spending our evening at Bergerac. The security guy from Bergerac club made a racist slur on us. He shouted, "GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY," for the evident reason being the color of our skin. I am a regular at Bergerac. Just like any other Saturday evening, my two other friends and I were having a chill night at the club. My friend had a mild argument with the bartender about the berries placed on the counter. The bartender was saying that my friend should not have placed his hands near the berries and we were telling the bartender that his attitude towards us was rude and we deserved a better customer service. As soon as we thought we had settled this conversation, out of nowhere, a person from Bergerac security started pushing us and saying get out of the bar. We were also fed up with the whole episode and started moving out while telling this person not to manhandle us. By the time we were just out of the club, I was in disbelief to hear these words from this person - "GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY." I always take pride in how the USA, and San Francisco in particular, has promoted racial equality and racial harmony. This was amply demonstrated by the protests after the tragic murder of George Floyd. I could not have imagined that someone would single me out because of the color of my skin and that too in an establishment like Bergerac, the place of our fond memories.

Updated review. Outdoor services available during this awful pandemic . It was nice to step outside and visit this local favorite.

Made a reservation for 8:30pm and got a call at 8:11pm telling us the kitchen would be closing in 4 minutes. We had been looking forward to giving this place a try, so it was definitely a bummer. It would have been good to know that the kitchen closed prior to their last seating when we made the reservation, and the lack of notice is disappointing.

I just wanted to say how patient the staff was. My coworkers (a bunch of rowdy ICU nurses) rented the place last night. Two years of Covid hell and we seriously let loose. We got cut off from shots but we were still allowed to party. Brennan and the bartenders killed it with those cocktails, the servers were SO patient, and the food was truly awesome. Thank you guys, for allowing us to vent two years of frustration. Your staff killed it.

The Bergerac is the ultimate mix of high end cocktails, delicious food, awesome music, outstanding sound, and the best atmosphere. But why we LOVE coming back to the Bergerac is because of the people and staff that always make you feel welcomed and at home! Pamela the assistant manager is AMAZING! Always going the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable, getting great service and having fun. The rest of the staff is out of this world as well. Friendly, prompt, polite and always smiling! Bergerac is our go to bar, lounge, drinks, food and dance spot! It is hard to find such an awesome mix of everything in one place!

Nice cozy spot to grab after-work drinks! I wasn't in the mood to drink but got some waffle fries for the table, which came with a chipotle mayo sauce (yum!) and ketchup. The serving was a bit small for the $5 but that's happy hour price so I guess I can't complain. The server was very sweet and super on top of serving drinks and grabbing checks so you're not stuck around waiting when you'll be assisted.

Super nice cocktail lounge with exceptional cocktails, good service, nice ambience (tailored to intimate nights or small groups with a conversation). Price on the high side but hey, it's a cool night place in San Francisco what do you expect?

Horrendous night! Bouncers are complete dicks. Buddy had nice bottle of Mezcal given to him for his bday at dinner. Asked if he could check his backpack with the bottle in it, wouldn't let him. They offered to keep it safe at the door next to them. Of course we come out an hour later, they play dumb, bottle is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, the coat check girl who he had checked his backpack with work laptop lost his bag, claimed it wasn't her fault, cursed both of us out, then slapped my buddy in the face. Yes, you read that correctly, not being hyperbolic. Manager finally found his bag 15mins later but Jesus, what a disaster. The icing was the bouncers tried to offer us drink tickets for next time for stealing his bottle. Will never be back to Bergerac or Audio, nightmare of a night.

I came here for the first time after living across the street for five months and was denied entry simply because I had a crepe in my hand from the place next door. The bouncer was completely rude, disrespectful and unreasonable. I would not travel far to come here. Just another place where the bouncer is on a power trip and decides who does and doesn't get in with no basis or premise as to why.

The staff added their own tip to my bill, ran my card twice. First run was for the amount I agreed to. They declined the card and ran it again with their own 20% tip. WTF.

Love love love Great menu and the food was cooked perfectly! Amazing! Spectacular! Great Style! Cocktails were on point and aimed to please! A must when in San Francisco!

great drinks. great vibes. hit up the bar saturday night. our bartender, gilbert, was super chill. he made us customized cocktails with our choice of spirit - and they were all super good. not too sweet or overpowering in flavors. we loved the fact that he was honest with us when we asked for neighboring bars to hit up and gave us his recommendations. great staff! the bar is super laid back. there were a ton of people on a saturday night. after like 9pm, they had a dj. would definitely recommend checking out!!

Love this neighborhood bar! Speakeasy atmosphere and good drinks. Bartender Logan is awesome! He makes really good drinks and will craft awesome drinks off the cuff based on what you like. I've been on a tequila kick lately, trying lots of high end tequilas and he introduced me to an awesome peppery tequila (I will have to go back and get the name because I can't remember now). I don't go to bars solo often (it was just one of those days) and am new to the area. Logan chatted with me (in a platonic way) making me feel comfortable and forget that I was alone. He even asked for music reccs and played a song I mentioned. I will definitely be back here!

Even the memory of a truly horrendous date couldn't keep me away from Bergerac for long. I really like this place--solid food menu and cocktails. The bartenders are so nice, and the bar interior is understated wood-paneled bougeois. Plus it's connected to Audio for a smooth nighttime transition and a stone's throw away from Butter. Only downside is that seats can be hard to find, since it's mostly long couches for sharing and can get crowded fast. Defs need to try the poutine next time!

Cant beat this vibe 10/10 and the people who work there are amazing!!! Big shout out to Jordan the VIP manager she takes care of us every time and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I lost my wallet dancing too crazy and this girl went above and beyond to help me find it. Pam too! Will be back soon :)
