I ordered the Delicate and asked to add burrata, mayo, and pesto. I was so impressed with the sandwich and how kind the workers were. Their new england clam chowder was also delicious! Hidden gem!!

Friendly staff and good food. Although I’d prefer if they could add a touch more to the pizza crust thickness. Thought it was too thin. Prices are in line with other downtown prices. There are good amount of seating inside should you choose to dine-in. I would go back if I’m near by.

Very friendly staff. I've been eating Bertuccis pizza for over 25 years. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich needed to be warmer,since the cheese was not hot. I look forward to going back for lunch sometime.

Great food, fast service, and friendly staff. Everything tasted fresh - especially the pizza and pasta. Definitely recommend Bertucci Pronto if you want real Italian flavor without the wait.

On a trip to Boston, I got the Burrata sandwich and it was so good! So many other things on the menu also looked good. 3 days later I am still thinking about the food and wishing I wasn’t across the country. I took the food to go and there are some nearby outdoor areas which were pleasant to sit and eat. Was a bit warm inside because the AC was broken.

Pretty good! Slice of sausage/ricotto pizza was huge and tasted good. Clam chowder was very good. Caesar salad was standard and good (good portion size). Service was pretty quick and staff was helpful. I believe it was the sausage soup that was a bit too salty for me but overall, I'd eat here again! My order was to-go but the inside seemed to have a good amount of seating and it was clean.

Delicious food and great service. Amanda was so kind and welcoming. We ordered a Margarita pizza and tried some foccacia bread. Highly recommend.

We came in by chance, this was our first stop in Boston and we were surprised by the high standard of everything we ate: mushroom pizza, pastrami sandwich in focaccia, lentil soup, and the highlight, the garlic nuggets! We travel a lot around the world and in Italy, and this is a restaurant that is second to none as an authentic Italian restaurant! So delicious! So high quality! Highly recommended!

I dropped in for some pizza last Saturday. Bertucci's pizza has always been very good... Bertucci's pronto is a welcome addition to downtown...Luis, the manager, is very hospitable... The staff were very friendly, and the pizza was a very satisfying midday meal. Thanks guys.

Been here a couple times and each time, the turkey sandwich was incredible and tasted super fresh. Also, it was large enough for me to save half of it for later. 11/10 would recommend! Pro tip: If you order a sandwich online for pickup, definitely ask in the notes for it to be cut in half so it's easier to eat!

Was a nice surprise to see a Bertucci's location in boston after the one in Central Square in Cambridge closed. Surprisingly, the quality is much better at this location and the location is pristine. Will definitely be going back. Only thing to note is that the prices aren't super cheap
