The Pros and Cons of Operating a Ghost Kitchen Restaurant | Eater
"A wood-fired pizza chain that began in Boston in the early 1980s and is traditionally known for straightforward pizza and warm dinner rolls; more recently some of its locations have been repurposed to produce and fulfill menu items for celebrity chef–branded virtual concepts, including mass-producing signature sauces tied to those partnerships." - Terrence Doyle
Mortadella Sandwich was amazing! Huge had to get half packed up to go. Luis is the man he took care of me and made the sandwich to perfection. Great service! Highly recommend this spot for a quick bite near Gov’t Center.

I ordered the Delicate and asked to add burrata, mayo, and pesto. I was so impressed with the sandwich and how kind the workers were. Their new england clam chowder was also delicious! Hidden gem!!

I love all Bertuccis Restaurants and They should Never Close any locations the Food is Always Fire and Lit and The Roles Too! It’s easy for me to take the Train to Pronto! The One thing I miss is the oil For the roles! Maybe in the future you can bring it to pronto? That would be nice! 👍 pizza is the best! Thanks for being a Great Place to have a Meal,Let me know if I should know about anything else! 🍕😍👍🍴🥄🍽️

Friendly staff and good food. Although I’d prefer if they could add a touch more to the pizza crust thickness. Thought it was too thin. Prices are in line with other downtown prices. There are good amount of seating inside should you choose to dine-in. I would go back if I’m near by.

Very friendly staff. I've been eating Bertuccis pizza for over 25 years.
The sausage egg and cheese sandwich needed to be warmer, since the cheese was not hot.
I look forward to going back for lunch sometime.

Great food, fast service, and friendly staff. Everything tasted fresh - especially the pizza and pasta. Definitely recommend Bertucci Pronto if you want real Italian flavor without the wait.

Place is so cute and is a lot bigger than the outside seems to perceive. I got the spicy turkey sandwich (wasn’t spicy), it was so delicious, though, and big, I got 2 meals out of it. My boyfriend got the chicken parm pasta that was gone in about 5 minutes, lol. We also shared the garlic knots which were perfectly cooked and garlicky

On a trip to Boston, I got the Burrata sandwich and it was so good! So many other things on the menu also looked good. 3 days later I am still thinking about the food and wishing I wasn’t across the country. I took the food to go and there are some nearby outdoor areas which were pleasant to sit and eat. Was a bit warm inside because the AC was broken.

Yelp
I dropped in for some pizza last Saturday. Bertucci's pizza has always been very good... Bertucci's pronto is a welcome addition to downtown...Luis, the manager, is very hospitable... The staff were very friendly, and the pizza was a very satisfying midday meal. Thanks guys.

Yelp
Been here a couple times and each time, the turkey sandwich was incredible and tasted super fresh. Also, it was large enough for me to save half of it for later. 11/10 would recommend!
Pro tip: If you order a sandwich online for pickup, definitely ask in the notes for it to be cut in half so it's easier to eat!

Yelp
Was a nice surprise to see a Bertucci's location in boston after the one in Central Square in Cambridge closed. Surprisingly, the quality is much better at this location and the location is pristine. Will definitely be going back. Only thing to note is that the prices aren't super cheap
