We’ve always had a great relationship with Best Venues but feel compelled to say it again, SANDRA IS AMAZING. She has always gone out of her way to be helpful and this year was no exception. Good luck getting to see a venue unless you’re prepared to chase them down. I filled out the contact form a little over two weeks ago and received confirmation of availability for the venue I was interested in booking. They asked for my availability to schedule a tour but never followed up to confirm one. They also brushed aside my interest in a second venue. I expected better service, especially after our phone conversation where I confirmed the price. If scheduling a tour was this difficult, I can’t imagine what it would have been like to work with them throughout the process. Ultimately, it all felt like a waste of time, and I ended up finding another space.

I worked with Cassidy Cade to organize a fundraising event for the charity I'm with and she was incredibly helpful. She was very open, responsive, and went above & beyond with my requests. Nothing is impossible with Best Venues Group. If you have an event in mind with a specific vision, they will do everything they can to make that vision come true.
