"An elegant ambience complements an elevated menu of exceptional steaks and an array of dishes at Chef Jeffrey Stout's newest restaurant, BE.STÉAK.Ӑ, located a minute's walk from his other very popular spot, Orchard City Kitchen. Here, the menu meanders through the Mediterranean before focusing on high-quality and well-prepared steaks and sides. Kicky clams casino substitutes pepperoni for bacon, while rigatoni all'amatriciana delivers another spicy hit, but really, you're here for the meat. Good thing too, since bacon-wrapped filet in a horseradish crema with king oyster mushrooms and finished with a "meaty" demi-glaze is first rate.  The Sunday Supper menu, featuring four courses for the whole table, is a draw for families and groups." - Michelin Inspector

Had a blast celebrating a double birthday here with a big group – they totally hooked us up with the table setup. The bone marrow and burrata appetizers were killer, and those Porterhouse and Mega-Hawk Chop steaks? Cooked perfect. Plus, they even surprised us with free Baked Alaska! Our servers were awesome all night. Seriously good experience

I think I found my favorite new restaurant. Very similar in style to its sister restaurant, Orchard City Kitchen, but an upscale steakhouse. The entire party was greeted with broth cups while we sat, and it was hard to limit our choices on an amazing menu. Nearly everything was available family style. Highlights for me were the Kerwee Ribeye with truffle port reduction and the Lobster Risotto. The food here is very rich, but the staff is welcoming and doesn't rush or cut corners. On the way out, there's even a candy selection to finish off the evening, and take home treats. Also, today I learned that Be.Steak.Ā is a play on the Italian word for steak, bistecca.

Excellent steakhouse, somehow with Italian fusion. It is luxury and expensive. However, it is worth the experience. Since most of their signature steaks are large portions, I will recommend going with large group to try different meats and cuts. The staff were nice and friendly.

We’ve eaten here half dozen times, with mixed results; but have always had an enjoyable time. The latest time was for a friend’s birthday. The servers went out of their way to answer questions, and even brought us something that wasn’t officially back on the menu, yet. They have been seasoning the steaks appropriately. There was a misunderstanding with the ordering, but we were too full anyway eating another dish.

Took my wife here for a Sunday Birthday Brunch, and judging by all the birthday celebrations around us, we’re not the only ones who had the same idea. While it’s called Bubbles & Brunch, it really felt more like lunch than brunch since the breakfast options paled in comparison to the more lunch options. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the fact that they didn’t have more steak cuts to choose from, which I would have expected from a steakhouse. Overall great atmosphere, and the food was certainly elevated with many options to choose from, and we were both very happy overall. I really like how the hot item foods are in the actual kitchen so you get a glimpse of the chefs at work and prepping for dinner service. Lots of the food was bite sized so it was easy to try a little bit of everything. My favorites were the prime rib, scallop sashimi, and caviar. Pro-tip, adding some caviar on top of almost all the savory food elevates it quite a bit. Desserts were pretty good with a decent variety but they could probably add more elevated options to order here as well, even if they aren’t included with the all you can eat.

Unforgettable Dining Experience at be.steaka I’ve dined at restaurants five times the price of be.steaka, but none have left an impression like this one. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and hospitality that’s become all too rare. Wedad, the hostess, greeted us with such grace and kindness—it felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. While we waited briefly for our table, they surprised us with a warm cup of mushroom soup. That simple gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an incredible night. Dean, our server, was equally fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful without being intrusive. He guided us through the menu and made sure everything came out perfectly. And the food? Absolutely show-stopping. Every bite was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. I’ve had fine dining experiences at much higher price points that didn’t come close to this. be.steaka is more than just a great meal—it’s the kind of experience that reminds you why you love dining out.

Overall an excellent experience! Decided to drop in here last minute for an anniversary. Service was top notch with a good balance between attentive and allowing privacy. Our server explained the menu, provided eucalyptus towels to fresh our hands before the meal, and was very informative. Also mentioned that the menu was recently updated after a chef returned from Italy. The ribeye steak hit the spot! Couldn't decide whether I liked it better with the truffle sauce or carrots vichy, which added a sweet touch to it. Nice interior, clean bathrooms with bidets, and a salt scrub at the sink which really leaves your hands feeling soft, moisturized, and nourished! The only thing that I actually did not like was my chair. It was a bit large, slightly declined, and low--fine for relaxing back and lounging, but not for those with stiff hips or back pain. I sat at the edge of my seat with my feet underneath the chair, pressed on my toes and effortfully extended my back in order to eat comfortably.

My recent visit here for an early Valentine's Day dinner was a very positive experience. Reserving a table a few days prior was simple; a quick phone call was all it took. Arriving around 6:30 pm, we found plenty of tables available. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm chicken broth, a thoughtful touch as we were escorted to our table. Our server, Bob, was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the menu. We ordered a couple of appetizers, ravioli, and the lobster pasta (the specific name of which I don't recall). Of the appetizers, the French onion soup was delicious, the broth rich yet light. The spicy meatballs were a standout. The lobster pasta was the highlight of our meal, surpassing the ravioli. The ravioli, made with veal, unfortunately had an aroma that I found off-putting. The lobster pasta, on the other hand, was delicious and had a wonderful umami flavor. We also ordered a side of truffle fries, and the portion was enormous! We ended up taking most of them home. The accompanying sauce was sensational, a perfect complement to the fries. I would definitely return to explore other menu items. The service here elevates fine dining to a new level.

Yelp
Amazing place! Absolutely loved the food. The cocktails there are very creative, from the menu to the actual drink. The service is absolutely top notch. Worth every penny! Ambience is also very lovely!

Yelp
Very few buffet brunches in the Bay execute with this level of poise, intention, and follow-through. Be.Steak.A, tucked into the Pruneyard in Campbell, delivers a Sunday brunch that manages to be both grand and grounded. It's indulgent, yes--but never chaotic. Luxurious, but not overdone. You can tell the team has fine dining pedigree, but they don't need to show it off with flash or fuss. It's simply well-orchestrated hospitality, from the walk-through kitchen to the curated stations and open service. Highlights? A chef-carved prime rib that's generous in both thickness and seasoning. A textbook beef Wellington. Deviled pork ribs that were more tender and flavorful than they had any right to be. Belgian waffles cooked to order, omelets built to spec, and a line of savory dishes with real staying power. The caviar bar was a quiet stunner--roe, blini, smoked salmon, crème fraîche, chives, minced egg--the whole ensemble. Even the charcuterie spread had real structure: Parmesan, prosciutto ribbons, well-seasoned crostini, and pepperoni that actually belonged. And the cold seafood? Oysters, poached shrimp, crab legs chilled on ice, with hamachi crudo, poke, ceviche, and hand rolls arranged just a few steps away. I didn't even get to the garden table or dessert display until late in the game--both vibrant, balanced, and beautifully merchandised. Panna cotta, mousse cups, tarts, cookies, even cake pops, all stacked like a jewel case and every bit as photogenic. With around 100 items in play, it's impossible to hit everything in one round--which just gives me a reason to come back. The kitchen deserves credit not just for scale, but for execution. Nearly every item tasted like it came from a restaurant that cared. Because they do. Grateful to Chefs Jeffrey Stout, Patrick Capurro, and Andrew Thai for anchoring it all with such quiet precision. Our visit was originally prompted by a car event in the Pruneyard lot, but it was clear from the first bite: this brunch would've been worth the drive on its own.

Yelp
My friend and I came here for a birthday dinner date. We had a reservation and were seated upon arrival. Please note that the restaurant is by the Pruneyard in Campbell where parking can be scarce. Food: Please note that the menu changes seasonally. We were given a crudite platter to start, and we ordered the bread service. The crudite platter was good. The bread service as great. The parker rolls were my favorite. I ordered the Corzetti for appetizer. It was pretty good. I would order it again. The restaurant being an Italian inspired steakhouse is nice, gives more options for entrees! My friend and I also shared the fries, the yams, and the mashed potatoes. All items were standard. I would recommend them all. My friend ordered the Hot Stone Trio. This came with 3 types of wagyu beef and you were given a hot stone to grill your slices of wagyu. It was a fun experience they enjoyed. For dessert, we received a smores cake to celebrate the birthday. We also then ordered the chocolate molten cake and every ice cream flavor they had. It was a sweet time. The smores cake was good. The ice cream was delicious. The molten cake was a big portion and also good. Service: Service was good and friendly. Our server told us ahead of time that he was new to the restaurant and apologized for any lapse in service. It was overall good service though. The food came out at a good pace from the kitchen. TL;DR - Good restaurant with a good selection for entrees.

Yelp
Another fantastic experience at Be.Steak.A! From the moment we arrived, being greeted with the warm broth to having the crudités before our meal, these small details makes a difference. The beautiful interior has a modern retro vibe with an open kitchen. Our server Bob recommended a great wine to go with our ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the asparagus with Szechuan pepper that adds a flavorful kick! We loved every aspect of this restaurant and it's our go-to whenever we're in the Bay Area!

Yelp
Delicious high quality food with amazing options! We got the waygu and some pasta and they were both made and plated beautifully. The fried rice and mashed potatoes were amazing. Bar seating was quick and it gives an amazing luxury experience. The service as just okay, one bartender was wonderful and the other wasn't too kind,

Yelp
My favorite "dish" was actually the complimentary bone broth they offer before you get seated. I've been here twice and absolutely loved the service both times. They make your birthday feel extra special. The steaks are well cooked and the bone marrow was so delicious I wanted to order one more. The meat filling in the agnolotti was a bit dry. If you decide to order the carbonara and the crab ravioli, beware the portion sizes are extremely small.

Yelp
We stopped by Be.Steak.A just for dessert after dining elsewhere -- and wow, what a treat! We grabbed seats at the bar and ordered four different desserts, each one beautifully crafted and totally unique. Crème brûlée was a stunner -- topped with delicate orange slices that looked like little flowers resting on a pistachio field. Chocolate budino came with a giant marshmallow and was incredibly rich and indulgent. Tiramisu was our favorite -- they prepare it tableside, which made it even more special. Strawberry parfait had an unexpected but delicious sesame accent that really surprised us. Every dish was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. From presentation to flavor, Be.Steak.A nailed it. Can't wait to come back -- maybe next time for dinner and dessert!

Yelp
I'm typically a hole in the wall, looking for a deal kind of girl, so my ability to compare this to anything is limited . I got a gift card to this place and from the moment we walked up I had a feeling this was going to be a whole experience. When you walk in (they open an automatic door as you approach) you are offered bone broth (so good) and guided a to a table. Then someone comes to pour you water, sparkling or still. Then your waiter comes and explains the drink menus, while providing a warm towel to freshen up your hands - what? I was almost uncomfortable with how much service there was, but it was a fun uncomfortable. Our server was friendly, had a great style of service, and had good recommendations. The food we got is included in pictures. It was all really, really delicious. The raviolis were amazing, the filet wasn't as tender as I thought it would be, but I wouldn't say that is a negative because it was still delicious and tender enough. Maybe the wood fire gives it a little more texture. Rock shrimp, scrumptious. The trifle is divine, don't sleep on it. Not sure when we'll ever be back because it's so pricey, but if you are able to go at least once, I highly recommend taking the journey to Be.Steak.A.

Yelp
My husband & I dined here for our anniversary after years of driving by it almost every day and saying "we still need to go there!". Service was impeccable from the moment we walked in - how every fine dining restaurant should be in my opinion. Set the standard super high! We started with cocktails before opening a bottle of wine we brought and they were great. However- they are pre made batched cocktails. For the price and experience.... I wish they were hand made cocktails. Food we shared: hamachi crudo (unique but delicious), caesar salad (very classic, nothing special tbh), and the signature be.steak.a porterhouse. The steak was certainly the star of the show and was one of the best steaks we've had. Next time, I'd skip the salad and try something else as I felt like that was the 1 item that didn't feel up to the fine dining standard I was expecting. We make steak often at home (even filet) so don't frequent steakhouses but it was worth it for the entire experience and the steak really was amazing. The Italian candies on the way out was the cherry on top!

Yelp
Order: * Steak tartare * Carbonara * Prime Rib * Ribeye * Olive oil cake * Weekend lunch Pros: * The ambiance is spacious and very comfortable, surprisingly refined. Love the giant window open to the kitchen. I wish more restaurants allowed you to see the kitchen. * Our server and the managers were very friendly and accommodating. * Very good Prime Rib. I only know of three other restaurants on the peninsula that always offer Prime Rib and this comes in at a very close second. * The ribeye was super tender and flavorful, great beefy flavor and the sauce was perfection. * The tartare was also excellent, right up there with the best of steak tartars I've had. * Carbonara was delicious, no complaints (although I would say carbonara by nature should be a gimme). * Olive oil cake was also delicious and satisfying. Cons: * Nitpick: Because the experience was so surprisingly positive, the demeanor of the hosts fell a bit short. One seemed like she was not having a good day, which I get happens. * Our table was under an A/C vent, which made it a bit cold. Comments: * Admittedly I went in with low expectations, but short of trying to get into HOPR, this spot is worth the detour for a Prime Rib craving. I would go back.

Yelp
Came here a couple weeks ago for an early Valentine's Day dinner. Booking a reservation a few days prior was super easy. You can call them and book over the phone. When we arrived around 6:30pm, there were still plenty of tables open. Upon checking in, we were offered chicken broth to warm our stomachs as we were taken to our table. Our server, Bob was awesome. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu. We ended up ordering a couple appetizers along with ravioli and the lobster pasta (I forgot what it was labeled as). For the appetizers, the French onion soup was delicious. The broth tasted rich yet light. The spicy meatball was one of my favorites during this meal. We ended up enjoying the lobster pasta more than the ravioli. The ravioli was made from veal (baby cow) but it had a smell to it that I couldn't get past while eating it. The lobster pasta was delicious and had a umami flavor. We also did order a side of truffle fries and oh my gosh, the side portion was humongous! We ended up having to take the rest home. The sauce it came with was sensational. A great dipping sauce to add to the fries itself. I would come back here again to try the other dishes in the future. They took fine dining with their service to another level.

Yelp
I'm giving this 5 stars even though we didn't have a full meal there, because based on our drinks and snacks at the bar, I am quite sure a meal would be fantastic (and expensive lol) The service is amazing. Even just sitting at the bar, the bartenders were super friendly and helpful and even the GM came by to talk to us. They have happy hour drink specials, which are an incredible bargain at $10. I don't think they're full pours and it's well alcohol but still quality stuff (i.e., not handles of vodka or gin haha). Not sure if it's because of HH or everyone gets this, but we were brought a wonderful crudite and we ordered hot pockets which were superb. Nothing there is cheap, but for a special occasion, it should be on everyone's list. I can't wait to come back for a full dinner and need to find an excuse to celebrate soon!

Yelp
We have been to Be. Steak. A. for dinner but had been wanting to try their brunch. I am so glad we finally did! There were different sections for hot foods, chilled foods, and dessert. I really enjoyed the caviar bar, oysters shrimp and prime rib. The filet mignon was looking a little sad so we skipped it. Oysters were mini but totally fine since it was a buffet. The mini crème brûlée and lime pineapple juice were surprisingly good. Service was great as always. Candy bar at the end is always a nice touch.

Yelp
Upscale vibe as soon as you walk in through the large wood auto opening door and greeted by friendly staff and presented immediately with a hot cup of bone broth. Though the name emphasizes steak there are plenty of other options that make the menu intriguing. For a Monday night we decided to go the pasta route and some sides to accompany them. Tortelli Verdi- a pinwheel pasta stuffed with kale & spinach and prepared al dente. Visually appealing when served but slightly lacking in flavor on seasoning so looks were deceiving. Gnocchi Parisienne- Another visual presentation however the gnocchi was on the gummy side and not a pillowy version as I would have hoped. The duck confit with balsamic/tarragon sauce had a delicate blend as its pairing with currants were successful. Marinated beets- Was excited to taste the jalapeno but couldn't find that flavor profile as this dish was very similar to other pickled beet dishes. Grilled Asparagus - probably the best dish of the night as the fried calabrian pieces packed a punch and the asparagus were cooked to perfection. Overall, service & presentation were excellent but the dishes were underwhelming however since our gift card still has a balance a return trip is in our future and who can resist the bowls of candy that awaits as you leave.

Yelp
With this being my first official review of 2025, I wanted to pick a special spot... Enter Be.Steak.A. For Campbell, this is one of my favorites. Definitely the best special occasion restaurant in the city. You'll immediately figure this out by the sheer number of birthdays that are being celebrated here on any given night. Excluding my own birthday, there were at least 3 others when we were most recently there for dinner. So why is this such a great choice. For the TLDR version, amazing atmosphere, service, drinks and food...not much else you can ask for right? To expand on all of the above: ATMOSPHERE - Tasteful without being over the top. SERVICE - Every single person that we've interacted with have been fantastic. As far as waiters, Enrique is truly amazing. He helped guide us from beginning to end and curated a meal that was simply delicious every step of the way. DRINKS - Totally on point. Amari Old Fashioned is a great whisky option. For mocktails, I highly recommend the Veni Vidi Vici (nice creamsicle flair). FOOD - As the name of the restaurant already implies, you really come for the steak here. If you want to enjoy a completely pure steak flavor like no other, the Kawami Duo (4 oz of delmonico & 4 oz of spinalis) is a must try. Not a huge portion, but oh so tasty. For more of a traditional, larger-sized portion, you can't go wrong with the 18 oz wood-fired Ribeye. With its truffle port reduction sauce, this is such a great steak. If you really want to splurge, go for the Japanese A5 Wagyu that they have. As far as sides & small bites go, the spicy meatball, deviled egg and especially the marinated beets are all awesome. And getting the Prosciutto Di San Danielle carved tableside is a really cool experience. And if you're a dessert person, you absolutely must leave room for the Chocolate Budino. The fusion of chocolate cake and banana confit/gelato is perfect. To wrap this all up, Be.Steak.A is not cheap...but you definitely get what you pay for and a truly memorable experience is delivered from start to finish!

Yelp
I recently came here to celebrate a double birthday party and we were fortunate that the restaurant were able to accommodate our party of 18 in a side by side table configuration. We had relatively early evening Friday night reservation and getting situated was a breeze. Once settled in, we began to order appetizers to share. The Bone Marrow and Burrata were the standouts for me. Shortly thereafter, the main plate arrived for us and that was their Porterhouse and their Mega-Hawk Chop steaks. They even provided us complimentary Baked Alaska desserts for the table. Throughout the evening, our wait staff were tremendous and everything was cooked to perfection.

Yelp
Came here for dinner. We first had some cocktails those were good. We then got our entree the steak we got was pretty tough and the flavor just wasn't there. The pasta was ok. All in all I would give it another try but I am a-bit skeptical. Service was good though and the dining area was a nice set up.

Yelp
Very welcoming polite service/reception. Casual atmosphere although wait staff is well dressed. Say yes to the chicken bone broth -savory chicken flavor I would willing drink a bowl of. Caesar salad: one of the best I've had. Great texture, crunchy and soft with the different ingredients. A little salty but overall I was happy that all the salad was not wilted. King crab fazolleto: very light dish surprisingly. It's like a pasta wrap of king crab in a light sauce. Filet mignon: hubby ordered this. He wanted it well done so they butterfly it. It was too dry for me. Pan seared scallops: my favorite dish of the night. Scallops were seared well but soft inside. The polenta went well with it. Eggplant: innovative dish with thin crispy eggplant chips. Marinara sauce on the bottom as contrast with cheese. Nicely reconstructed eggplant Parmesan. Marinated beets: sweet beet in a tangy balsamic sauce.

Yelp
This may be my favorite restaurant in the entire area. Number one the food is amazing. The steak is as good as any place I've ever had it. The appetizers were delicious. And the sides were scrumptious. Number two, the service is next level. From the moment you step up to the restaurant from outside, and they automatically open the door for you, to being served a cup of warm bone broth upon entry, to the seating experience, and throughout the entire meal. And it had a nice upscale yet comfortable feel to it. But let's talk more about the food. For starters, they gave the table a small dish of garlic cheese in olive oil to go with a couple of fresh veggies and edible flowers. Very nice touch. Their bartenders must be magicians because the two cocktails we had were simply unbelievable. Specifically suggest Mikey's milk punch if you like pineapple and coconut. We also had a couple of glasses of Malbec from France. All the appetizers were good: bone marrow, focaccia, French onion, soup, deviled eggs, and Caesar salad. I will admit the Caesar salad was a little on the tart side. We had three different entrées and I'd rate them all great to spec spectacular. Ribeye steaks, or nicely seasoned with just enough of that fatness that you want. But I loved the center cut strip steak. The texture was perfect. And they make an absolute perfect medium rare the last dish or scallops. And I personally enjoyed the bread crumb crust they fry on one side. Notable side dishes include the pork, fried rice, the black, bean sauce, asparagus, and the rock shrimp gratin. I'm already thinking of a plan to come back again!

Yelp
The food here was so good! My partner made a reservation to go here for our anniversary and it was a great place. Started off with some oysters. The sauce that came with it made it 100x more better. For the main entrees, I ordered the Ambassador and my partner got the Koji aged center cut strip loin with a small dish of carrots with some sauce on it. Both were amazing, I just wish the Ambassador was a bit bigger than 7oz. We also got a side order of the mashed potatoes thinking it wasn't going to be spectacular, but I personally really liked it. It was flavorful and I kept going back for more. For the dessert, we ordered a Mixed berry trifle to share together. A little surprise came out and we also had a free smores treat for our anniversary! The Mixed berry trifle was good; angel food cake and mixed berries can never go wrong. The smores treat was good as well. The torched marshmallows gave it a lot of the flavor and I usually don't like marshmallows. Service was awesome, we were checked up on a few times and plates were immediately removed if seen empty. Vibes here is great, it was busy by dinner time. Lots of parties and mingling going on. Overall, I'd love to come back sometime soon, probably bring some friends as well!

Yelp
Had a wonderful Christmas eve dinner here. You get a hot cup of chicken (?) broth when you walk in. The only reservations available were outdoor tables and we found that it wasn't too cold actually, with all the extra space heaters. They offered a complimentary veggies with white miso bean and cheese dip which was delicious. Burrata pugliese: 5/5 (So delicious especially with the gnocco frito they provide. The tomatoes and burrata paired so perfectly and wasn't tart at all.) Roasted bone marrow: 4.5/5 (I loved scopping out the bone marrow and it was so delicious on the bread) Mega-hawk: 5/5 (Perfectly cooked to a medium steak) Pork fried rice: 4/5 (spicier than we were expecting) Gnocchi parisienne: 3.5/5 (nothing too special about this pasta but it was still good. Just a little lackluster compared to the other delicious dishes.) Yam stones: 4.5/5 (I really liked the texture of these yam stones which were almost mochi-like.) Great experience at this restaurant and everything was so tasty!

Yelp
Came here for a bday and the food and service was still incredible. Their speciality is the spinalis rib eye cap- get it! Super flavorful They have sparklers for your birthday and the restaurant runs pretty warm so dress accordingly!

Yelp
I came here for my birthday and my friend reserved the table. There was an envelope with a lil some some in it but I'll let you be surprised ;) The espresso martini is really good! The ramos fizz I got because Gwen was in the menu lol. We got the lobster tortelloni and it was good. I might not get this next time because it was not that filling. The bone marrow dish was pretty good! The bread is good too but you have to order it and it is not complimentary. The steak was good too. We got medium rare. There's an $8 fee for cutting the cake so we decided to just take it home. The waiter was so nice and gave me a free dessert and the candle was so cool. There's also a candy area where you can get some candy on your way out. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come again. There's a parking lot too.

Yelp
We came here on Friday night for my partners birthday and the experience was amazing. The visit started off with a warm cup of chicken broth at the reception. Perfect for a raining and cold day. We walked down the hallway with a panoramic View into the kitchen. As we sat down at our table, we noticed the happy birthday card with a little surprise inside. The personalized gift was a great touch and made us feel welcomed. The drinks menu was a fun read. We started off with some cocktail drinks and they were interesting. The banana cocktail drink - not my personal favourite. Very strong vanilla paired with banana flavor. Spicy colada - colada with a dash of spicy oil, my partner liked the combo Espresso martini - classic, strong espresso flavor, not too sweet. My favorite Appetizers: Onion soup - I'm not a big fan of the sweetness in the onion soup, very cute plating tho Deviled egg - my partners never had one and he enjoyed it Riz calas - a bite of rice with sweet honey and a hint of truffle. Unique blend of sweet and savory. Focaccia bread - highly recommend, a thin piece of bread with cheese inside, absolutely delightful Steak tartare - it came with brioche toast and truffle butter. The tartare was a bit heavily seasoned, combined with all the other components of the dish, it masked the natural flavor of the steak. Classic wedge - good refreshing salad with slightly funky cheese to give it a kick Gnocchi Parisienne - great truffle flavor, duck confit was a bit tough, gnocchi was soft and smooth Mains: Koji aged striploin - it was my first time having aged steak and I'm not sure it is my favorite. The meat tastes leaner, and less juicy. I would've liked more sear on steak had chewy sinuey pieces really made the experience feel subpar Pork fried rice - probably one of the best fried rices I've had, slightly spicy We ended the meal with a surprise dessert from the staff and fireworks. Overall, the restaurant really went above and beyond to make you feel special and welcomed. The price point is higher, food taste is good but not great, however for a special occasion it's worth it.

Yelp
I had no idea what I was getting into coming here. It was my wifes birthday, and I thought we should go somewhere new, somewhere really fancy. I made a reservation to Be.Steak.A and we were on our way. As we walked in, the hostess offered us bone broth for our walk to our table. I thought that was strange, but in a good way, especially since it was delicious bone broth. The drink menu had pictures of random celebrities, which was fine, but the last thing I wanted to see before eating was Beyonce. That's no reason to take any stars off this review, however, if it was a picture of Jay Z I had to look at, it would be a different story. Our waiter was Luke, and he was a very down to earth guy. A total professional, with superior knowledge of the extensive menu, but still down to earth and easy to talk to. Typically at restaurants like these, that's a rare quality in the wait staff. He really understood what type of experience we were looking for, and made some great recommendations accordingly. Without his type of service, the meal might not have been as good as it was. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, as I requested. My wife had the Iberico plate, which was recommended by Luke, and it didn't disappoint. I had a side of the pork fried rice (A favorite of Lukes) and I couldn't believe how high a common dish such as that was elevated here. We also had the bone marrow for an appetizer and another side of mashed potatoes. Again, I couldn't believe mashed potatoes could ever be that good, and the bone marrow made me want to gnaw on the bone like a dog, but I didn't. OK, maybe I did a little when people weren't looking. I'm an animal, I didn't belong there, I'm only an elite on Yelp, not in real life, leave me alone. If you're looking to splurge for a birthday, or if you're just an overpaid silicon valley tech person who can afford it, I recommend you check this restaurant out. They treat you like royalty, and the food is out of this world. They even bag your leftovers like a present, with gift wrap and all. Ask for Luke, give him a big tip, and ask him to make some recommendations for you, you won't regret it. His jokes aren't bad either, be down to earth, and you might be lucky enough for him to tell you a few. It's back to Wendy's for me until my birthday when I go back, see you in August Luke!

Yelp
Looking for a special night out? This is the spot you're looking for (if you give them a 'heads up', they may do something special like personalizing a menu). When you walk in the door you are warmly greeted, as you leave for your table, they ask if you'd like a cup of their warm and tasty chicken broth (do it!). Your server will greet you warmly and quickly, getting you water and if you so choose, a cocktail of your choosing. The portions are substantial I chose the wagyu and my wife had the ribeye. Both of the steaks were stunning, savory and oh so soft! Melted in the mouth. Staff: Amazing Ambiance: Cozy and comfortable, yet upscale Food: Top notch, can't miss Have you gotten this far in the review and not yet selected this restaurant? Just get off the app and start driving to Campbell already! You will not regret this place.

Yelp
I was looking for a steakhouse in the area last minute and found a res here. I was a little surprised by how fancy it was. The restaurant name is giving Temu but when we entered the decor looked thoughtful and intentional. They handed us hot chicken brodo as they took us to our table. There were tons of staff bustling inside and our server did the thing where he handed off the wine glasses behind his back to the bus boy as he continued to speaking. Server walked us through the menu and gave us the background. I think one of the menus opening up in Dropbox strangely stuck out to me also. It's nbd but also like, why? By the end of our experience, I felt like this place was maybe going for a Michelin, but still needed to refine? More on that below. They don't do dry-aged but they had one koji-aged sirloin $115. Ngl, I can't remember the process described but it def didn't taste similar to dry-aged, but the sirloin was really good and hit the spot. It was tender, juicy, not too rich, had a great sear, and was perfectly seasoned. The gnocchi starter was interesting. I liked the gnocchi and the sauce, and separately liked the duck confit and currants part of the dish, but I think they work better separately so that the gnocchi dish didn't have that sweetness to it. The wedge salad was good, liked the presentation and all the elements. The rock shrimp gratin side and the creamed chard side were okay but both were too salty. I was really into their homemade spiced Chex that topped the chard. Ordered some cocktails but tbh can't remember what they were and thought they were just all right. Decided to skip dessert. Overall...I don't think I'd come back. Four stars for the steak and service, but for the rest of the food I expected more for the price. The menu feels a bit all over the place as an American and Italian steakhouse with French and Asian mixed in. Some of service felt high end but some of it felt like high end cosplay, which is not necessarily a bad thing - felt comfortable fancy? Worth a try if you keep it simple by going for steak.

Yelp
We're going with the 5 star on this one. This place is fancy, elegant and classy. This is more of an adult zone in my opinion and has that very classy ambiance. I came with a party of about 15 or so. We ordered to many things, but I did attach pictures to my review and will talk about some of my favorite things. The nice part is that the service and waiter goes over the entire menu and explains everything in depth. We started off with a bone broth as soon as you enter. I thought it was a shot of tequila, but that was later. As we sat down we started with breads, oysters, steak tartar and caviar. I can say the Caviar "bump" was a nice touch. I enjoyed that very much. I ordered the filet which was topped with maybe lobster and a sauce. This paired really great together. The filet was nice and tender and cooked to perfection. I did try some of the pasta dishes from our table, and that was very decadent. It appears that they do make thier pasta in house. The cool part about this experience, is that the chef kitchen is visible to the customers and you can see that show going on. Great experience, go and try this place out. 15 people might be a little much. Take your significant other for a nice date night. PEACE!

Yelp
We were celebrating an anniversary. First time coming to Be.Steak.A in Campbell. Luke served us tonight. He provided excellent, excellent service. He carefully explained the menu. He was humorous, personable, and made some great recommendations. Also, all the other staff were friendly and polite! Complimentary: Bone broth, Crudites, in the beginning of the meal. Assorted Candy table, and Ginger Lemon Tea as you excited the restaurant. Brie en Cocotte: salsa Verde, marble potatoes, levain fondue dippers (3.5/5). They open up the brie tableside to let it cool a bit. It was fun dipping in the Croutons, potatoes, and Cornichons. Gnocchi Parisienne: duck confit, parmesan, essenza basalmic, tarragon, macerated currants (5/5). Rich, bold, and creamy. Luke said the currants tied this dish together. He was right! Wood Fired Steaks (Domestic) Ribeye, 18oz: carrots Vichy, truffle port reduction (5/5). Perfectly charred to perfection which gave it a nice texture and smoky flavor. The carrots vichy was velvety soft and savory which they recommend to pour straight on the steak. The truffle port reduction is sooo good! Rock Shrimp Gratin: white polenta, zucchini, butter (4/5). This was rich, buttery, and full of rock shrimp! Chocolate Budino: banana confit, caramel mousse, chocolate sponge cake, banana rum gelato (3/5). Complimentary Baked Alaska (4/5) It was a fabulous dining experience. A nice place to celebrate your special occasion!

Yelp
This place is very fancy and perfect for a special occasion. After checking in for our reservation, we had complimentary chicken bone broth which was really good lol. We took advantage of the prime rib special on Sundays which comes with a HUGE salad, pasta, and yam stones. The salad you can decide between Caesar or wedge while the pasta is preselected. Overall the special gets you a great deal. The prime rib could be better imo, it was way too chewy and difficult to eat. The filet mignon was amazing! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, zero complaints. Knocked the prime rib out of the water. We also got a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was nice. Service here was really good, the bathrooms are VERY nice, overall a nice experience for a special occasion.

Yelp
Service is amazing here! They really took care of us when we dined here during a busy night. We had the tomahawk steak, and it was more than enough for 2 ppl. We got a valentines cocktail special and it was okay. Bone marrow toast was good as an appetizer. Waiter recommended the truffle pasta but we didn't really like how little the portions were for the price!

Yelp
Be.Steak.A is a contemporary Italian-influenced steakhouse recognized by the Michelin guide. They are open nightly for dinner, as well as lunch on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays they have an extra special treat of an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) brunch buffet, which is what I had the pleasure of experiencing. The AYCE brunch buffet is priced at $125 per person - drinks and other specials are available as an extra charge (like their tomahawk steak). Given the popularity of the brunch buffet (and the restaurant in general), reservations are highly recommended! My party of 6 arrived for our 10:30am reservation on a sunny Sunday morning eager to enjoy their all-you-can-eat brunch buffet. Once our entire party had arrived, we were invited to enjoy a glass of complimentary prosecco or sparkling apple juice (a lovely non-alcoholic choice). Afterwards we were led to our table, and then released on our own to enjoy their various offerings. Their cold buffet is located in the main dining room and this consists of (what I will be calling) their salad table, their charcuterie table, their appetizer table, the drinks station, and the dessert bar. Meanwhile they've also opened up their kitchen complete with warm food offerings including a pastry/baked goods section, a meat carving station, a classic breakfast station (think eggs, sausage, bacon), and (one of my personal favorites) a build-your-own waffle bar (not pictured because I was too excited to eat it). With so many options at your fingertips, it can be hard to decide where to start - personally I would recommend starting in the kitchen with the warm selections so you can enjoy those right off the bat, followed by snacking on the cold buffet options. In the kitchens, we helped ourselves to a slice of their prime rib, filet mignon, and beef wellington. I also grabbed some traditional breakfast goods including bacon and a waffle topped with whipped cream and strawberries. From the cold buffet outside, some of our favorite selections included: speck and prosciutto from the charcuterie table, caviar on blinis complete with sour cream and chives, and the yogurt parfait (which I added plenty of fresh raspberries and strawberries to). The drinks available to us included cucumber water, pineapple line agua fresca, and orange juice. I can't say enough about the sheer volume of desserts you can chose from - there's everything from cakes to creme brule, to gelato, absolutely perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. Some of my favorites were the tiramisu and the gelato (our options were mango, chocolate, and vanilla). The food was all well cooked and well-prepared (though I will saw some of the meat selections were bit on the dry side, though that's probably to be expected from a buffet-style restaurant and the meat is often sitting out for a bit by the time you help yourself to a piece). Personally, I think the $125/person price tag is a bit steep for this; however, they do provide a wide range of food options so as long as you eat to your heart's content I'm sure you'll be able to make it worth your while. Needless to say, this Be.Steak.A's AYCE brunch buffet is something you need to experience for yourself as reading about this establishment can only tell you so much. If you now find yourself intrigued, then definitely consider making a reservation! (p.s. if you celebrate your birthday here, they'll give you a personalized birthday card and a sparkler to round out your meal!)

Yelp
Went for their ayce Sunday brunch and it was a great experience! We were greeted with a complimentary prosecco or cider upon entering. You walk past their open kitchen into the dining room which is very modern and upscale. They have a cold bar which consists of raw oysters, crab legs, shrimp cocktail, ceviche, and poke. There's a salad bar and caviar bar. Their hot stations are directly in the kitchen including omelette station, carving station with prime rib, filet mignon, beef Wellington. Their cured meats section is pretty impressive as they shave the prosciutto at your table. I love that most of their items are bite sized, so you're able to try many things without getting too full. There are also a few juices that are complimentary. Lots of desserts also. I was expecting a little more from the service though, as there were many times we had to look for someone to clear our plates away. Overall I would recommend for a special occasion. I will definitely come back to try their dinner menu.

Yelp
(Chris Helmsworth voiceover) The vibe is perfect, I mean perfect restaurant! Maddie warmly greeted us! The hot broth she offered was perfect for a chilly night! Bob would serve us! He is fantastic, diligent, and the consummate gentleman! The ambiance is upscale w/ a modern touch! C'est magnifique! Salt Scrub! Wow! Lavender Towel. Oshibori to the next level. Osetra Caviar. The presentation was exceptional! The blinis, financiers, creme fraiche were the perfect complement! Ribeye. Perfectly done! And the most flavorful nuanced smokiness to the char! Wow! This is THE place for a great steak! Ceasar. You will not believe it! Artisan touches including a soft boiled tea egg! Exceptional! Hamachi. Gorgeously prepared. With an amazing spectrum of texture, mouthfeel, and flavor of roasted toasted garlic and chili peppers. Genius! And of course a glass of the Brunello! An outstanding recommendation by Bob! Be.Steak.A is a super uber exceptional fine dining establishment w/ exemplary service and fantastic cuisine! Thanks Maddie and Bob! Will be back! Woohoo!

Yelp
3 stars for consuming raw food The brunch buffet was really good and diverse. There were many options ranging from seafood, prime rib, salads, crab, ribs, and other breakfast items such as eggs and bacon. Everyone will find something that they like here. All of the food had a lot of flavor. I especially enjoyed the oysters, ceviche, prime rib, beef wellington. They also had so many little bite size desserts, which made it perfect to sample all of them. They were delicious. I really liked the crème brûlée. I feel like the service could have been better. Our server was a little inattentive and negligent. We had got up multiple times for over 15 minutes and our plates were still left on the table. I am also sad that I ate a raw caramel apple bengeit that was raw and did not receive any type of apologies from the chef or manager (photos attached) . This is a serious food safety hazard, serving items with raw dough. I was also not offered any sort of compensation on the bill either. I did not expect it as I am not that type of customer. It is just sort of common courtesy. For brunch at $125 a person I would expect a lot more Customer service and attention to detail. I would probably return again for another birthday or anniversary. For two people it cost $370. There is a "cost of living" charge included in the bill, which is about 3.5%. We each got two cocktails and the brunch.

Yelp
First of all the service here is 10/5. It's is outstanding. All of the staff were extremely nice, attentive, and explained everything to my husband and I as it was our first time. We were recommend to come here from some friends that said they really enjoyed their time here. We came here for my husbands birthday and they made it very nice for him bringing out one of the best desserts we have ever had. My husband does not have any kind of sweet tooth and he devoured the complimentary dessert! We ordered a good amount from the menu. Everything sounds really tasty and very upscale. We ordered the beet pasta with the cheese filling. The pasta was undercooked in my opinion but the flavor was very unique. The tomato and burrata salad with this delicious bread that was made to stuff your burrata and tomatoes with. We ordered the Caesar salad which was different to a regular one because they paired it with a hard boiled egg that is marinated in some kind of soy sauce (had a lot of umami). We got the ribeye steak which was mediocre. The truffle fries were exceptional (and large portion). We also got the roasted mushroom and polenta dish which had no flavor at all. Out of everything our favorite was the burrata and tomato salad with the pastry. It was really incredible but I do think they could add more tomatoes and burrata. Our least favorite was the polenta/mushroom dish. Definitely disappointing. Over all I would come back again. None of our hot food came hot. It came warm so that was the most disappointing thing for me. I think if I were to come back I would go crazy on appetizers and just leave it at that. I don't think the food is worth the price unfortunately but the ambiance and service makes this an experience you have to try at least once.

Yelp
BOUGIE BRUNCH BUFFET DONEEEEE SOOOO DAMN RIGHT. After a few delish brunch experiences, I've got to say - the SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET is def. my FAVE mealtime here. For $125 per person I would say the options and variety is well worth it. It does get very busy and I've always made reservations, so wouldn't suggest otherwise. Now with the BRUNCH BUFFET there are a few important pointers...(1) Come hungryyyy and (2) Come knowing what will be served. DRINKS ofc are not part of the buffet - but they do offer a comp. glass of champagne when you enter. In addition to that - I would highly suggest ordering the espresso martini - it's a bit bitter/dark, but strong and perfectly boozy at the same time. Let's Dig In: UNLIMITED CAVIAR isssss insane. But they do it here & it's literally the main reason my in-laws & I keep coming back. Given Caviar for dinner anywhere is usually $200/oz - you can just come here for brunch an indulge to your heart's content (++ all the yummy fix-ins - chives, crème fraiche, egg yolk, etc). RAW SEAFOOD on deck - so many tasty options of raw seafood - octopus ceviche, Hamachi crudo, scallop, poke, tuna nori taco, salmon mousse, juicy shrimp cocktail, raw oysters...all served in the perf bite size form. TRUST that I always eat over 6 alone in shrimp and oysters. CHARCUTERIE - I usually only dabble in this area due to all the other goods, but there is a great variety of fresh cheese, cured meats, crackers, biscuits, etc. Their spicy salami is def one of my faves. SALAD & VEGGIES - surprisingly delightful - the salads are delish either it be their classic Caesar, iceberg salad, shrimp Louie, or tomato medley. There is also a variety of small veggies apps, gazpachos, & a delish deviled egg that is a must. HOT FOODS - After hitting all the tables in the dining room, make your way into the kitchen for the main courses. (1) PRIME RIB sliced to order is a must + with their horseradish cream, au jus, or fresh chimchurri sauce. (2) Beef Wellington, also sliced to order is another must with its flaky pastry and tender/flavorful meat. Besides that - there are a large variety of other meat, veggie, and carb dishes with some of my faves being: mussels, egg in a baguette, mushroom raclette, roasted zucchinis, & spicy potatoes. There is also a more classic bfast area with eggs, sausages, bacon that I usually don't frequent, a daily soup which has been a tasty clam chowder and creamy broccoli cheddar soup + a mini bread/pastry area as well. IMPORTANT NOTE - unfortunately they DO NOT HAVE any of their famous pastas for BRUNCH, given it's not really a brunch type of dish - it's totally understandable. BUT def. sad, since their PASTAS are to die for & prob. the only reason I'd come back for dinner (instead of this Brunch Buffet). DESSERT BAR - at the end, after all that yummy food (and usually another round of raw seafood for me ;)...make your way to the bar area for the cutest, mini, desserts. Def get all flavors of the gelato (mango, vanilla, and chocolate) + a few other faves of mine are the Chocolate ganache bar & blue berry cheesecake as well. They also have these little Italian candies to grab & go - where I usually opt for a handful of the pastilles, which are these yummy little hard fruit chews.

Yelp
Another amazing experience here! We came in on a Monday with reservations to celebrate the hubs bday and our wedding anniversary Came in and got greeted with chicken bone broth yum. We got seated and one of the staff asked if we wanted my flowers to be placed in a vase. Exceptional service. We also saw a card for my hubs bday and our first anniversary. They put a crisp 2$ bill inside the bday card! Our waters and sparkling water was constantly being filled and plates constantly being picked up. The flow and timing of the courses was excellent Our server was excellent as well and accommodated the many food restrictions I asked for regarding the tasting menu lol We tried their 7 course tasting menu "everything old is new again" and we were throughly impressed by the presentation, story behind it, the taste and surprises here and there with the experience. We enjoyed everything we tried. I didn't like that taste and smell of the crystal bread but my husband thought it was fine The first course came in a box! So cute!! Second course was also presented uniquely which I enjoyed Cute hand rolled pastas for the 3rd course Scallops came in on a clam shell :) 5th course came on a nice tray with a B on the creamed corn 6th course had a variety of yummy desserts. Also they gave us two charms for "b" "steak" so cute Last course was a dessert where they heated up the alcohol in front of us and poured the sauce on top very nice touch They took a Polaroid picture of us and placed it in a small folder with the tasting menu inside as a memory. Loved it! We've done a tasting menu at another place and b.steak takes the cake! It was pretty busy there for a Monday but not packed, so perfect amount of people and great ambiance. We wanna try their brunch one day. Price was high but worth it Highly recommend this restaurant. It's our favorite in the Bay Area

Yelp
Quite the experience from at B.Steak.A! Celebrated our anniversary here and felt very welcomed from the moment we were greeted by the hosts. Upon being greeted they offer you a complimentary cup of chicken bone broth. Very nice touch, although I didn't have any and can't speak to the flavor. We were seated and found a thoughtful happy anniversary card signed by all of the staff. Again, very nice touch. Our waiter was great. Extremely knowledgeable and attentive. All staff were appropriately attentive, prompt, and efficient which made the evening extremely enjoyable. The food was delicious as we expected. We got the assorted bread service, king crab fazzoletto, ambassador steak, yam stones, and the rock shrimp gratin. Everything was amazing. The yam stones came highly recommended so we wanted to love the yam stones a little more than we did. Love the concept and the crème fraiche, maybe it was the fennel pollen we weren't crazy about. Regardless, they weren't awful and were cooked perfectly. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, mixed berry trifle, and were generously gifted a complimentary dessert which was amazing but I forget the name of it :( The trifle was refreshing and delicious. And the tiramisu - table side tiramisu, I might add...ridiculous!! Probably the best tiramisu I've ever had... and I may be a tiramisu connoisseur. There is something about it being made fresh and eaten immediately. Definitely save room for this! And last but not least - the vibe of the restaurant. Tables were far enough away that we didn't feel like we were siting on top of others. Whatever playlist they had going had us bopping in our seats on more than one occasion, I will admit. And don't get me started on the bathrooms. Heated automatic toilet seats, bidets, individual hand drying towels, and rosemary salt scrubs? These touches add to the overall experience. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Will we be back? Hell yeah.

Yelp
Celebrated husband's birthday on a week night. The restaurant was crowded. We were greeted by warm chicken broth, and hubby got a birthday card with a special $2 dollar bill inside. We ordered French onion soup, yam stones, Caesar salad, pork fried rice, and recommended 'The Be.Steak.A.' We received Baked Alaska as a complimentary birthday dessert. We enjoyed the food, especially pork fried rice and steak. Baked Alaska was pretty special, too. We definitely would come back for a special occasion. Note: the restaurant does a living wage surcharge

Yelp
5 Stars - A New Family Favorite in Campbell I made reservations at Be.Steak.A for my birthday not really knowing what to expect. I'd driven by a few times, saw the name, and figured it looked like it might be solid--but hadn't heard much firsthand. Let me tell you... this place didn't just deliver--it blew us away. Our whole family came out, and now we've got a new go-to spot. The food is insane--rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and plated like something out of a high-end magazine without the snob factor. From starters to steak to dessert, everything was dialed in. You could taste the attention to detail and passion behind the menu. It's more than a steakhouse--this is an experience. Bonus shoutout: the complimentary chicken broth they serve when you first sit down is off the hook. Not sure what magic they put in it, but it sets the tone right away that you're about to be taken care of. The staff was top-tier. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. Everyone was warm, helpful, and beyond accommodating. They made sure our whole family felt welcomed and taken care of, and they hit the perfect balance of professional and personable. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Be.Steak.A made my birthday special in a way I wasn't expecting. We came in curious and left loyal. This is how you run a restaurant.

Yelp
So many great things to say about Be.Steak.A! We were served a perfectly little cup of hot broth as soon as you walk in. The team had signed a nice 'happy anniversary' card that they placed on the table for us. Every time an employee walked by, they congratulated us. They gave us a complimentary glass of bubbly to celebrate. It looked like there was a wine club meet that night so it was very crowded and a bit louder than we would've liked inside. The food... where do I begin?! The things we tried: -The little mixed veggies they brought with the dip - omg! That dip was amazing. -Focaccia di recco: delicious crispy flatbread with melted cheese on top. -Spicy meatball: Interestingly really enjoyed this one. It's one big meatball, and wasn't expecting it to be spicy at all but had a really good kick to it! -Tajarin al tartufo: truffle-overloaded pasta. This was really good. Because it's pretty heavy, I'd recommend getting this to share along with other dishes. I'm not sure if it's worth $95 though... maybe if it was $75. I'm still really glad I tried it, but probably wouldn't get it again for the price. -Yam stones: I have mixed feelings about this one - I think my tastebuds may have been confused. It was good but the creme inside tasted a bit like sour cream to me and not sure how much I liked that. -Rib eye: WOW! So juicy, perfectly cooked to medium rare, so flavorful. Honestly we had so much food we couldn't finish this and took some home, and even the next day after re-heating it the steak wasn't dry. Another dish with a lot of truffle-flavor. -Mysterious dessert: marshmallow with ice cream inside. The marshmallow was torched but the ice cream inside was completely intact, cold, and not melted! Delicious and unique! The food is fantastic, it is beautiful inside, and the service was 100/10. Thank you Paul! Honestly, the service alone would bring us back to Be.Steak.A. Thank you for an absolutely amazing anniversary meal! We will be back :)

Yelp
Saw YouTuber Mike Chen tried there all can eat brunch buffet. So had to try it out. It did not disappoint. The food was spectacular. I'm still thinking about. The service magnificent. The ambiance made feel like I was in a Las Vegas buffet. Not gonna lie it's pricey but it's worth every penny. Will definitely come back here. Gotta try their dinner.

Yelp
This was our first visit, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Unfortunately, it was over a month ago, and I've forgotten our server's name. She was incredibly sweet, personable, and super friendly, as was the rest of the staff. The vibe was just what we appreciated. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. The portions were surprisingly substantial for a fine dining establishment. The cocktails our server recommended were excellent, which is rare for fine dining places that usually focus more on wines. We were delighted with the quality of the craft cocktails. We are easy-going when it comes to dining out in the sense that we're open-minded and adventurous, so we followed our servers lead, and ordered everything she recommended with no hesitation. Everything was 100% spot on. Parking was hassle-free since it's located in the same lot as the Pruneyard shopping center. Overall, it's an upscale restaurant with a cozy, inviting atmosphere and a strong customer-centric approach. We've dined at many of the top Bay Area steak houses and Be.Steak.A was the last on our long list. We look forward to returning very soon with family and friends.

Came here for a late Father's Day celebration and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy the Be.Steak.A AYCE Sunday brunch! Located in the Campbell Pruneyard, the building stands alone from the Pruneyard shops. Walking in you're transported to a luxe, airy lobby area - very modern and spa-like. Upon checking in, our party is treated to a glass of Prosecco or apple cider. The trip from the lobby to our table was also a spectacle - with a wide window showcasing the hot food area. As a party of five, it was unfortunate that we were seated in a booth - especially for a buffet. Although the location of the booth was great (within eye-line of the fresh oysters and caviar), it was a bother to play musical chairs every time one of us wanted to grab another plate. My favorite items in no particular order: - Prime rib - tender, meaty, and tasted great with the chimichurri and horseradish - Oysters - could eat 3 whole plates of these things. Preferred toppings: caviar and lemon - Truffle deviled egg - super tasty - Melon boba - the boba is melon balls, super refreshing - Shrimps - huge, juicy, and great with the cocktail sauce and lemon - The little candies in the dessert station in which I grabbed huge handfuls to take home lol Creative combinations: - Grab a spoonful of the fried potatoes in the hot food area and use those as a vehicle for caviar rather than the blinis. - Same idea, but put the caviar on some vanilla ice cream. So creamy, sweet, salty combination. Service was also excellent. We were checked on throughout the meal and waters stayed filled. The brunch as a whole is just a tad pricey ($125/person as of June 2024). My experience this time consisted of trying everything. If I were to come again (and I will definitely come again), I would eat my weight in my favorite items.
