Beto's Pizza

On the way here, an interesting question came up---how far away can you live and still say you're from Pittsburgh? I grew up over 2 hours east and still tell people, who aren't familiar with PA, that I'm from outside of Pittsburgh. That said, some say to be from the region you have to be a lover of Beto's Pizza? I've wanted to try this place for a long time. I've watched the "pizza review guy" video and this pizza seems...interesting? Yinzers say "you either love it or you hate it". For those who aren't initiated -- Beto's cooks the dough and sauce but doesn't cook the cheese and other toppings (except for items like sausage, etc.). So this past Saturday, we happened to pass by and quickly turned around to give it a shot. The place was busy at 11 AM. People traveling in for the football game, several people from Green Bay, out-of-towners, etc. I got two slices with pepperoni and banana peppers. My wife got 2 of pepperoni. So my first issue is with the "pizza review guys" comments that this is like "Old Forge" pizza. My wife is from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton region, home of Old Forge style, and this is nothing like the fried crust and baked toppings of Old Forge pizza. This is also not like any pizza I've ever eaten and while the toppings were fresh -- it just wasn't good. It was so bad I actually threw away my second slice. The crust was also cold and like cardboard. It's more like a pizza sandwich than pizza. I'm sorry Pittsburgh -- I guess I'm just a Central Pennsylvanian after all.

We wanted to try something unique and local and found this pizza joint. We are glad we tried this place. If you are in the mood to try something unique and great tasting food, this is your place. The pizza is baked on the oven, almost like a tomato pie, and then cheese or toppings are added to it. Kids were doubtful at the start of the Idea, but when we got our food, it tasted fantastic!!! Except I can not say that cheese melted in my mouth, but it certainly tasted good. We also ordered an appetizer platter, and we all liked the zucchini fry in them. The rest are all okay. the Mac and cheese were very normal. The price point is very normal. Go ahead and order the pizza by the cut and just stay with cheese, and you will be happy !!! The order took closer to 40 minutes, but it's worth the wait !!

Stop #4 on my Pittsburgh Pizza Tour - and Beto’s is so uniquely different…there’s nothing quite like it! There’s no middle ground- people either love this pizza or hate it but I absolutely love it. It’s a baked square slice, topped with chunky tomato sauce, and then when it comes out of the oven, they throw a ton of provolone cheese on top- and it’s cold! But it doesn’t matter, it’s so tasty and actually kind of light and not greasy like most pizzas. I ordered take out and actually get the cheese on the side and lightly reheat it when I get home to make the crust just a little crispier, and then add the cheese! You have to try this pizza if you’re looking for a completely different pizza experience! 10/10!

Super packed where I came. 15 min for a pepperoni slice. It really was t my taste of pizza but bread and sauce was good. Pepperoni was good and cheese. Lots of people here and they don’t mess around. Nice folks. Shoilda played the games they had while I waited.

Tried Beto’s Pizza while exploring regional styles across the U.S., and this one was definitely unique! I went to the original location and got pepperoni on top. True to Pittsburgh style, the cheese and toppings are added after the pizza comes out of the oven so it’s a different texture and experience than what most people are used to. It’s not your typical pizza, but that’s exactly why it’s worth trying. If you’re on a mission to taste different kinds of pizza across the country like I am, Beto’s is a must stop.

Got there late.but saw.videos.online of this place.and glad I made the trip. Putting the cheese on after the fact is original.and makes.each slice taste like.a homemade.meatball sandwhich without the meatball. Its amazing. You either love it or.hate.it.some.say and I love it. Awesome crust...my first time there. Prices are salty but they make.up.for.it in the amount of fresh grated.cheess they give you. And the homemade sauce is awesome.

We drop by here since it's on our way to work. We had order 8 slice and I think for most people if they like a lot of cheese on their pizza , this is their place to go, for me it was too cheesy and the pizza were square which I didn't mind but this place during lunch hours it gets really busy and crowded and somtimes there isn't any sitting. We came in when it was one of the snow days in PA.. and it was really busy. Ambience is ok it has a couple of table and booth. It was definitely an experience with a pizza with its of shredded cheese.

I just finished up a quick 3 miles dahn the North Shore trail. As I'm slugging through the 17deg air, I thought it was fitting to try Beto's Pizza for the first time. I arrived at 1130 just before the lunch rush. I placed my order and took a seat. I waited roughly 10-15 minutes for my three cuts. My name was called, I picked up my order and returned to my seat. I opened the box with much anticipation and sure enough - the toppings were indeed cold. I took my first bite and was surprised at how crunchy and delicious the dough/crust was. The sauce was nice too. The cold toppings tasted just how you'd think they'd taste. The cheese closest to the sauce had a light melt to it which was nice. I finished my meal a satisfied man. I'm glad I tried it ($10 for 3 cuts) but I prefer the cheese/toppings cooked which is just a preference of course. It's 12:10 as I'm writing this review in my car and this parking lot is now packed! I better get out of here so someone can take my spot. Beto's Pizza - solid place - different but worth a try. It definitely isn't a bad pizza - just different.

Stopped here while in the area and headed back dahntahn. Beto's BEEN on a short list to try for pizza, and this Saturday I knew it was time. Came in during lunchtime hours and ordered a takeout slices trio: 2 cheese and one pepperoni. The staff seem friendly- straightforward progress and they could tell I was a first-timer. To be transparent, I'm not sure why it takes so long to get slices out - bc as I was waiting I'm watching them pull multiple large tray pizzas out and cut them - and it just seemed slow to me with filling orders. Though, I am not sure. For the pizza? It really works. I said then and I'll say now it's like what we as kids were thinking the lunchable pizza would have been - warm crust and sauce and cold cheese rather than crackers and cool sauce and cold toppings. Really liked this. A lot.

After hearing about this place for years, I finally happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. I truly had no idea what to expect but I have to say.... big fan. I'm the type of person that isn't afraid to pop a bunch of shredded cheese in my mouth while I'm making a pizza so it should have been a no brainer that I'd like this place. The warm, super crispy crust is such a nice contrast to the cold cheese. We tried a baked slice for comparison and agreed the cold version was much better! The cuts took about ten minutes to be ready. We ate in - the vibe is typical old school pizzeria. Nothing fancy but it's perfect.

Went to Beto's Pizza and Restaurant in Pittsburgh. The crust is baked in the pizza ovens, the sauce is warm and the cheese and toppings are served cold. I didn't think it was gonna work but it does. The pizza is served in square cuts. When I opened up the box the smell of the pizza was really good. The crust of the pizza was crunchy when you eat it right away. The square cut of pizza is about $2 and the toppings 0.60¢ each. 4 slices and a soda cost a little over $12 (thought it was going to cost closer to $20) All in all a good experience and staff was friendly answering my questions of what their pizza was about. You got a fan and will visit again next time in area.

I tried the staple pizza shop for the first time despite living so close for many years. My description is the adult sized lunchables - they're known for cold toppings, basically just thrown on the baked bread/sauce. It sounds strange in concept but it is so good!! I oversaw others getting takeout and they give you a bag of toppings. Interesting idea and unique, small seating area and overall comfortable dining area and yummy!

Beto's Pizza has been around since 1953. This makes it one of the oldest pizza restaurants in Pittsburgh, with a history spanning over 70 years. The restaurant has been serving its unique style of pizza, known as Ohio Valley Pizza, to generations of Pittsburgh residents and visitors. What makes the pizza different is that they toss heaps of slightly chilled provolone on top of the pizza after it comes out of the oven, adding amazing consistency and unique flavor. As the "cuts" or slices come out of the oven, the hot crust and sauce slowly melt the cheese on top. The "cuts" come in square slices, and they serve them on rectangular trays as opposed to a traditional pie. It's an absolute must-stop every time my husband and I are back in Da Burgh.

After hearing about Beto's for many years, the time to try it finally came! I was a bit skeptical of its pizza style, and had heard "it's an acquired taste." Before getting there, I looked at the menu and noticed they also sell sandwiches and hoagies; something for everyone! I started with a slice of cheese and pepperoni and also ordered half a capicola sandwich, which is served toasted and with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The food took a bit to come out. I guess it's because they bake your slice of pizza crust and that's what takes long? Not sure. While we waited, we hawkishly waited for a table to clear. It's not a big place, so seating is prime. Overall, I liked the pizza. I was expecting really cold toppings but it turns out the cheese and other toppings you put on it are just room temperature, so it was fine. I'd return again. Much like seating inside, parking can be an issue, so get there and patiently wait for someone to depart.

My husband and I are on a pizza tasting of Pittsburgh and Beto's was next on our list. When you walk in, go straight to the counter and place your order. We got four pieces, one with toppings, and a large fountain drink, and it was under $13.00!!! The area to eat is super cute, and the food comes out super fast. The food comes out in a to go box with plastic plates. The cheese is not just extra it is a mound!!! The sauce was great and the size of the piece was so unique. The pizza was not thin or thick and was crispy!

Heard about this local pizza place from watching Barstool Pizza reviews on YouTube. We just had to check them out. We ordered takeout. Was ready within the 30 minutes provided on a football Sunday. Good pizza, good crunchy crust. Lots of cheese! Would have liked a little more sauce but, that was a personal preference for the topping ratio. Even better in the air fryer for any leftovers. Cost was around $32 for 12 square cut pizzas slices. They were very busy. Small parking lot was available. We came. We saw. We tried!

Well this was interesting. Coming from out of town, I only ended up here because we were meeting an online gaming friend who suggested this place. Google maps led us here and it's off of a busy road and there was parking next to the building. Place was kind of small inside but definitely was busy full of people sitting down as well as getting takeout orders. I read up on what makes this place different and apparently they just cook all the pizza first and then put the ingredients on afterwards. So everything you get including the cheese is after the pizza is already cooked. Okay so that's understandable. When the teen at the counter was asking me how much I wanted, I tried to kind of ask her how it worked there because normally I'm just used to ordering whole pizzas or by the slice. But they have some sort of other system there and I didn't quite understand it. So when I tried to ask her what most people order just for one person, she really wasn't able to give me any answer. Granted she was a teenager but I honestly felt like she could have helped me out a little bit more. I really just had no idea what I was doing even though I was really trying. Anyway we got the pizza about 10 minutes later and it was actually pretty good. Never had a pizza before where ingredients came second but it ended up working out great. I even tried anchovies just cuz I know how salty they are and it was really good. A very quirky and interesting place I would try again.

Fast food like pizza restaurant. Busy! The staff are friendly. Two slices of pizza dirt cheap. They pile the toppings high! I was skeptical but the hot pizza contrasting with the cold cheese works!

Although Beto's Pizza is technically Ohio-Valley style pizza, it's a staple in Pittsburgh and was on my list of "must-eat" places. Beto's has been slinging "cuts" of pizza for over 65 years. The incredibly crispy, yet forgiving crust, mild tomato sauce and cold shredded provolone, can be described in one word: interesting. I personally enjoyed the cold cheese atop a warm crispy crust. The cuts ate light and left me feeling very satisfied after two. I can see how some people would not enjoy this as it's not traditional, however there must be enough people that enjoy it for Beto's to be in business for over 65 years. The customer flow was non stop. If I lived in Pittsburgh, Beto's would be in my rotation. I read some reviews on how it can get mushy if not eaten right away. I will concur with this. Came here on Friday for a late lunch. Not super busy, definitely more of a takeout place, but a decent amount of seating inside. For a pretty silly idea of having everything besides the sauce/crust cold it is way better than I would've imagined it to be. It's kind of like the idealized version of day old pizza out of the fridge, where the bread and sauce can be the downfall, but the other components usually hold up well I don't think I'd make this a regular spot if I was local to the area, but if you find yourself in Pittsburgh this is absolutely worth giving a try, even if you initially find the concept unappealing

We have spent some time in an area where the cold cheese pizza is popular and have gained an appreciation. When we heard Pittsburgh has a place that offers the same we went to find it. Not hard to find, clean and inviting with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our pizza arrived to the table looooaded with cheese and pepperoni. A crisp and light crust that had great flavor was topped with a unique flavorful sauce. Everyone really liked it. We even learned a few tips from some regulars that were defiantly going f to try next time. Side not it reheats quite nicely but is also very good cold. Not a lot of pizzas are in my humble opinion.

Don't knock the cold cheese til you try it! When they put the lid on the box, the steam melts the cheese and toppings and it's just perfect. The hubs and I also shared an order of wings and they were honestly top 5 best buffalo wings in Pittsburgh! I'd really like to go back and try their hoagies! Seating is somewhat limited and they are usually busy with pick up orders, so don't be in a huge hurry if you stop in for a slice. Casual feel inside and really good food!

Thirty minutes late for a pickup order. Pizza wasn't good enough for that kind of service delay.

This is by far the most exotic pizza I've ever had. They are known for their hot pizza topped with special tomato sauce and fresh cold provolone cheese. I have to say even though this is not my favorite pizza, it's such a crazy idea that I think it's worth checking out if you are in the area. I got half pepperoni and half tomatoes and anchovies. I thought their pepperoni was pretty good. And I loved their provolone cheese. You can tell they are really high quality. I just kind of wish it was melted, which I know you can request them to do but then that would defeat the novelty. I would highly recommend recommend against getting the tomato and anchovies. I think having it on cold cheese did not agree with me. Their crust though is really nice and crunchy. Also the tomato sauce was nice and chunky which is different from other pizza I've had. The interior is small but nice. And it was pretty packed which shows how they have a loyal customer base.

I ordered takeout from Beto's on a weeknight and only had a 15 minute wait time. I ordered a hot steak hoagie with a drink on the side. When I first pulled into the parking lot, the entire lot was empty. After I grabbed my order and returned to my car, there was a line of cars coming in and all the parking spaces were full! People love their Beto's! The hoagie was huge and left me with extras to eat the next day. The hoagie roll was fresh and quality ingredients were used. I'll definitely stop by Beto's again!

Quick, yummy, filling, surprising that non melted mozzarella cheese can be actually good on a pizza. The crust is thick about 0.75 inches and the rims are crunchy. The crust is more like bread than chewy (I prefer chewy but to each's own). The portions are huge so it will fill you up to just have a cheese slice. Each topping is 60 cents extra per topping on top of the base pizza individual slice with cheese which is $1.92 per slice. The onions, mushrooms, tomato slices were good toppings but I didn't like the green peppers which were overcooked. Some might like it well done (they steamed or boiled it) but I like the color to be greener and closer to being fresh. Other than that I liked my cheese to be baked. But I tried the non baked cheese and it was still good. Your preference. This is first come first serve seating (no booking a table) so don't come during rush hour times bc you will be waiting or you should take it home.

Got to love this Pittsburgh staples! Located off Banksville Rd ... there is a parking lots but have come when they are busy and spots are limited. Now this is not your traditional pizza it's Sicilian style cooked and then cold cheese tops it ... which melts from the heat but does not cook the cheese. You order by the slice or can order the pan ( think it was 24 slices). I like ordering with extra sauce- but the just me. The have a dining room you can eat in and a menu with other yummy items... but when at Betos - you can't leave without a slice!

Betos might not be for everyone given the unique creation of their pizza but it is absolutely amazing! The cold cheese and warm crust and sauce makes the perfect interesting bite. I am not a Pittsburgh local so hearing it was a must try sparked my interest. The restaurant was very clean and the service was quick! I've been back many times and it's a unique pizza everyone should try!

I grew up on it. It's my favorite. The chunky tomatoes and cold cheese. Oh hell yeah!! They also have the BEST italian hoagies!

This place must have got new cooks, wow,, horrible, pizza very very very little sauce,, very small slices, order one slice with anchovies they put 2 tiny little slivers of anchovies and one slice with onions. They put 2 little pieces of onion ,, wing ding way way over cooked ,, very hard to chew,, .. just awful,, think it's time for a new place, 25.00. Not worth going their anymore, .....,.

This is a stop I do every couple years. I'm going to assume this place is suffering with staffing issues post Covid. Seriously the place was so dirty. If you want a table bring your own wet wipes to wipe the table. Garbage was overflowing in each of the cans too. In the over hour I was there I didn't see anybody come out in the dining room to clean anything. I had heard they changed the cheese but I truly couldn't tell. They did change the pepperoni for sure. Got a half Italian hoagie in addition to our pizza. The hoagie was a big soggy mess. Pizza was just not good. Since this place isn't a often stop for us, it will be a few years when I return.

Definitely worth trying once if you haven't had Ohio Valley-Style Pizza. I don't know of many locations in the USA that serve the shredded cheese on their pizza cold. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's free private parking around the building II. SERVICE Slow. We waited 30 minutes for a couple slices of pizza. BUT to be fair, they were PACKED with a heavy flow of to-go and dine in orders. Btw, you seat yourself here and order up front. Finding available seats was difficult for us. III. QUALITY I'm not a fan of crispy, almost burnt, crust. I like mine more doughy so my biased opinion makes eating this hard. If you like hard crust.. this is for you. IV. CAPACITY Jam packed

Old school pizza place. Very good pizza. Crowded on a Saturday night which means it's good. Good Ohio Valley style pizza if you are in the area.

This place is an absolute Pittsburgh institution, and for good reason. Located on Banksville Road, living in the South Hills I drive by this all the time and it is always a treat coming here. I'm sure everyone here knows how it works, but for those who don't, you can order their very unique pizza "by the cut." You can add toppings to your heart's desire. The cheese and toppings come cold, and that's what makes Beto's! I ordered a couple of cuts with pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives and thoroughly enjoyed them. The ordering process is very easy, and they can easily scale up and down as needed. If you haven't been, you need to go. If you have been, you need to go back!

Food was excellent as always. The staff was very respectful and had my food ready to go when I got there. I love the restaurant but seating is limited, it's cute, and clean. You are given a number after you order at counter and find a table and they drop off your order when ready.

As such, it should come as no surprise that, for many a native, Beto's sits among the city's most iconic restaurants. What may be surprising, however, is their quirky twist on pizza. The enormous, Sicilian-adjacent "trays" are slathered with sauce and baked, before being sliced into 28 square "cuts" and topped with cold, shredded provolone and other uncooked toppings of choice. This Ohio Valley-style pizza remains contentious even within Pittsburgh, but Beto's has recruited plenty of diehard fans. The restaurant is immediately off a busy highway in Beechview. The large, standalone brick building, decked with a backlit Beto's logo, looks more like a factory than a pizza parlor. Patrons enter immediately into a warmly lit, modern dining room. Immediately to the left is the barebones kitchen and checkout counter, highlighted by a few arcade games and soda coolers. Within the dining space, large communal tables occupy most of the room, while wooden booths and stainless steel tables are pressed up against the walls. Accent lighting shines onto the Beto's logo painted onto the single, half-whitewashed exposed brick wall, while historical Beto's memorabilia is framed on the remaining slate-grey ones. An '80s pop radio station is intermittently interrupted by the staff calling out orders over the loudspeaker. I convinced a friend to join me for weeknight dinner, and the place was popping with regulars. I opted for 3 cuts: one each of pepperoni, sausage (one of the few hot toppings), and anchovy. Immediately, I was drawn to the excellently crispy crust. It was deep and sturdy, similar to Chicago deep-dish but with a thickness more akin to grandma-style. Unsurprisingly, the prized corner cut was my favorite, while the side and middle slices fell apart under their own weight. The pizza sauce was also unique: super chunky, as though whole tomatoes were taken straight from the can. The cuts were heavily loaded with toppings (except for only 2 wimpy anchovies). The mound of shredded cheese must have been 2-3 times the amount used for the average 'zza. I was only mildly put off by the toppings being cold -- my first impression was that I was eating adult Lunchables, but the hearty cuts quickly satisfied. My 3 cuts and toppings ran me a grand total of $8. My ravenous appetite could probably have handled a fourth, but 2-3 slices are plenty for a more moderate meal. Overall, the flavors, while far from sophisticated, were tasty and undeniably nostalgic. While I couldn't call it my favorite style of pizza, Beto's Ohio Valley cuts are certainly memorable and sure to be enjoyable for the occasional change of pace.

Beto's is not for everyone. But everyone should try it at least once. What's unique with their pizza is that they cook the crust and the sauce first, then once it comes out of the oven, they top it with cold cheese. I love this method of making pizza. If you are a fan of cheese, this method brings out all of the flavor of the cheese and the dichotomy of the hot sauce and cold cheese is amazing. Make sure you try it before you hate on it.

Have enjoyed their pizza for decades. I prefer the toppings cooked on the pizza. Kind of on the pricey side now, but still delicious

Great food, but utterly filthy. Makes my skin crawl when in there. This is always a crap hole. I cannot believe this place doesn't get cited. I have to leave.

Beto's, it is a love hate relationship...as their pizza is not the traditional New York style pizza. Therefore, some folks are turned of by the square cuts, and most importantly the cold cheese and toppings, added after the pizza shell is pre-baked with sauce....the cheese does begin to melt once added...however it is only added after the shell w/sauce is removed from the oven. For me, Beto's is a great change up when I have had my fill of traditional round, thin crust, New York style pizza pie. My preference is one or two cuts along with a half of Italian hoagie smothered cheese and mayonnaise on the side....and most important as both pizza and hoagie are still hot....plan to eat in.

It's a nice spin on pizza. Toppings are uncooked with hot sauce and crust. You can get toasted with the toppings. Everything is reasonably priced. We enjoy coming for dinner.

THe pizza is the best ever and the service was professional and courteous. The place was clean. Its so good, they need to figure out more seating as it fills up quickly.

We normally love this place, tonight was different. The food is always good except that I ordered 9 cuts of pizza. We were taking it over to children's hospital in Pittsburgh for my SIL who is there with my niece. The service is excellent but tonight my order was WRONG. They didn't check and honestly I shouldn't have to. I'm asking you to please check your orders before you leave so you won't be disappointed like I was.

I am addicted to this pizza. I know, I was shocked too. I was born and raised with New York pizza but I am somehow coming back to Betos every week?! I had a lot of misconceptions about this pizza but let me tell you what the real deal is: The pizza is not entirely cold, only the cheese (which is honestly more lukewarm). The crispy crust and sauce are actually hot. What surprised me is that when I bit into the pizza, I bit down to one of the CRISPIEST crust I've ever had (similar to a cracker). Not only does the crust have great flavor but the sauce is also very delicious. The sauce is slightly sweet and has a rich tomato taste. Now, the controversial part is the cold cheese but you can always let it heat up in the box to make it melt but I prefer it cold. Once you have it cold, it's hard going back to the melted cheese and they give you such generous amount of cheese. Also, the price of the pizza is so cheap so even if you do not like it, it's not like you paid $4 for a slice (it's $1.75+). I love you, Betos, I won't let them disrespect you like that.

Unique, incredible pizza. Beto's dares to be different, when 99% of pizza places tase 90% identical. They are the 1% who refuse to conform, and make something truly special.

Came to try out their concept of cooking the pizza without the topping and adding the cheese, pepperoni, etc. after it comes out. Definitely a unique concept, but not my personal favorite. Great service and staff was super helpful since it was our first time there.

Let the haters hate, but I love this place. Really good pizza and cheap slices. We fed three people with 7 slices and three drinks for under 25 bucks. The crust is so nicely cooked and crispy with some crushed tomato sauce that is good but doesn't overpower. And of course lots of the unmelted cheese and toppings on top. I love to get jalapeños or pepperoni and the cooks don't skimp on the toppings. Service was fast even though they seemed really busy the day after thanksgiving. They have a nice spacious seating area inside with multiple booths. Love this place.

I've eaten here for decades. It seems the pizza isn't quite the same. It seems they're cutting back on the sauce and toppings, in my opinion. Not as good as it used to be... will give it another try in the future...

After working 16 hrs & being a fairly regular customer.. I walk in tonight & I'm told.."You can't be in the store." Well in a time where shops are struggling for business I found that terminology interesting. So I'll happily step out of your shop & go to my local pizza place. They're more than happy to see my tired self & my cash in hand. In their reply they told me they posted it on FB & signs on door there were no order ins & were sorry I couldn't read.

The pizza was interesting to say the least. I liked it though! Definitely a different spin on things to have warm crispy crust, and cold toppings (even the cheese) Low stars for a few reasons... 1) the size of our pizza slices were really pathetic. We ordered (1) slice each, and when they were brought to our table on one plate - I actually asked if it was just one or two pieces. 2) the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. There were no clean tables when we arrived, or when we left. There was barely anyone dining - and I didn't see anyone cleaning up not once. The floor, the tables, all a mess and covered in crumbs and napkins.

My husband has been talking about this pizza for forever, so while in Pittsburgh, we had to stop by. When we got there, there was already a long line outside before it was even open! It didn't take us long to get the pizza though. I chose to just get the regular cheese and my husband got pepperoni on his. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about the cheese, and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. I liked the cheese; however, I might've liked it more if it was melted. The crust was the best part. It had the perfect crunch! The sauce was good too. I would definitely come back!
