Called for a specific gun which I was having a hard time finding. Russ sourced it pretty quickly from a private party and also found magazines and accessories and had them all in the store for me to view within a couple days. He then took care of everything. All in, it was a very simple deal with the customer service being five star in a private location and away from the hustle and bustle of regular gun stores.
