Beyond Restaurant

So nice to visit a top class restaurant that has not succumbed to sharing plates or set tasting menus. A six course tasting menu is offered but you can also choose two or three courses from a selection of starters, mains and desserts. The duck starter was perfectly cooked with a beautiful smoked flavour, and the beetroot salad accompanying it was full of flavour. I had the cape fish main, which was kingklip, again perfectly cooked with an amazing sauce. The team were friendly and attentive throughout, and a good selection of wines. A great experience.

Wonderful experience, great combination between luxurious presentation and cozy feeling with a beautiful and unique view of the vineyards and mountains. We went there for their 3-course lunch menu and were pleasantly surprised at the overall experience. The food itself was delicious, we tasted quite a few items of the menu and enjoyed the combinations of flavors. No super crazy over the top combinations, but well balanced and tasty flavors with some fun and unique twists in there. (Definitely try their waygu brisket starter if available 👌🏼). The cocktails and soft drinks were just as good with some delicious twists on some well knows classics. The atmosphere was a perfect balance between a casual and chique restaurant with a homey feeling. No need to take your best suit or dress, but a comfortable neat outfit works well. And this also showed in the staff, they were friendly, gave great high end service as you would expect in a fancy restaurant while keeping a more personal attitude (in a very positive way). Our waiter was lovely and you could see him enjoying his work as he presented the dishes with great descriptions, which made the experience only better. Thank you Robin! (I hope I spelled your name correctly). The price was nothing too crazy. You pay more than a restaurant downtown but you get so much more that it's definitely worth the price. Overall a great restaurant for a more luxurious experience for a good price, highly recommend going here! 10/10

Absolutely outstanding experience, the staff were very hospitable and extremely knowledgeable with their recommendations and wine pairings. Every course on the Summer set Lunch was delicious and explained thoroughly. The view is breathtaking and Beyond is worth the trip.

The view is breathtaking and Beyond is truly a gem of a spot. Every course was delicious and explained thoroughly by the waiters. Experiencing Beyond restaurant was beyond our expectations! Their team and the manager Josh managed to accommodate our reservation last minute on the same day. We were seated at a wonderful quiet table by the view. Our waiter Jordan was so welcoming, attentive and professional. He knew how to recommend exactly the right dishes with the right pairing. The menu is suitable for various tastes & they are able to accommodate intolerances and allergies. The magnificent venue, the decor and the atmosphere are truly memorable. I highly recommend Beyond Restaurant for their exceptional cuisine, service & location.

We have not been for a while but the restaurant looks amazing. The finishings are fresh and the restaurant looks very modern. The food was delicious. The waiters were extremely attentive and the wine and cocktails were delightful. The whole experience was worth going back for. A must for a date night or special occasion. You won't be disappointed.

International gourmet cuisine in a wonderful country villa. Everything is just right here: a dignified ambience, lovely wines, good food and excellent service. The service is wonderfully friendly, and at the same time excellent at explaining the cuisine and has a high level of wine expertise. In addition, it is personal and attentive.
