BH Prime Steakhouse

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical — but since I was staying at the hotel, I decided to try BH Prime Steakhouse anyway. I’m so glad I did, because my experience was absolutely amazing. Our waitress did a fantastic job — attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was outstanding: incredible presentation, perfect preparation, and amazing flavor in every dish. Everything was truly perfect from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back for sure. Highly recommended!

SoulEdge: All things that she used say.... I heard details of BH Prime's opening. What should have been 4 or perhaps 5 stars turned out to be 3 stars. Here's what happened, I arrived on August 13th, late afternoon. The young hostess greeted me, we went inside walked by 2 servers. At the same time. I'm going about my business, I heard one of the servers trash talking in Spanish in my direction. That made me turned around looking at them to verbally defend myself. Nobody said that wasn't towards you. You can check the video footage, look at my body language. Carlos my server, gave good service. Creative spin (green bun) on the Bison Burger and the Wild Blueberry New York Style Cheesecake. You can taste the freshness. Btw nice Black and White portrait on the wall. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the songs Dani California by Red Hot Chili Peppers (one of her favorites) and Lose My Mind Song by Don Toliver (feat. Doja Cat) 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸🙏

SoulEdge: Where Darkness meets the Light.. Call it intuition, perhaps give it another chance. Right then, ordered The Champ a burger with Argentinian chorizo. I asked if it was just the chorizo only. Surprisingly it includes both the chorizo (cut in half & grilled perfectly ) and a beef patty. Fresh chimichurri sauce gave it a nice kick. The napkin has a leather "tie clip" with the B H initials, nice. Bar Harbour Prime sounds good. Honestly I don't remember the dessert dish, I ordered but it has a cake & Ice ice cream banana flavor with crunchy bits. Kudos to Romina (Hostess), Rafael & the male manager ( apologies I didn't reply verbally, I trying to finish my dessert on my way out) who thanked for stopping by. This 2nd visit was better. And yes gratitude to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. While service was fine, food was terrible and not worth the price. Steaks were not correct temperature and were burned. Sides were like any basic restaurant. It took them three attempts to make an old fashioned and it was still not great. I don’t think I’ve had a worse experience at a restaurant of this caliber.

I don’t usually do this, but I think this special occasion deserves it. While searching for a unique spot in the area to enjoy a quality meal before continuing on my way, I ended up staying and enjoying a full dinner. The warmth, the service, and especially the attention from Joel were incredible. I highly recommend this place. You will be delighted.

The service was good, I mean the atmosphere is great. Would love to come here again!!! Luckily, we don’t have to cross a road for this restaurant. We can just come here anytime we want.

Delighted with the place. The food is wonderful, but the service provided by Yoel is perfect, appropriate, precise, and very professional. He knows what he's doing and what he sells. We will definitely return.

Juicy steaks. Great ambiance at the Regis terrace with solid service. Very high quality.
