This is such an amazing place, I would’ve given 10 out of 5 stars if I could. We ordered zucchini flowers, caccio e pepe and raviolis. All of them exceptional!!! Desserts deserve separate awards! Thank you Bianca Trattoria… we will be back!!!

The restaurant has a great selection of dishes, and I spent some time deciding what to try. In the end, I was happy with my choice — the pasta was very tasty and filling. I also want to highlight the convenient calorie counting service (see photo). It makes tracking your diet easy, quick, and clear. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their nutrition under control.

I got a bonus from the website (it’s shown in the photo) and thought — why not treat myself to dinner? Didn’t regret it for a second! The pasta was perfect, fresh, aromatic, and filling. Thanks to that bonus, the evening felt even nicer — like a gift to myself.

Only these for these two plates a visit to Bianca is well worth it. Bianca's staff exudes professionalism, particularly in the way it presents its menu. However, one minor drawback is that bread and water are served after the appetizers, which disrupts the usual Italian dining ceremony. The price point at Bianca reflects the current dining trends in Rome, with an average cost of around 45-50 EUR for a meal with wine. It's a fact that this is expensive. Bianca aligns with similar establishments in the area. On the downside, the decor and furniture at Bianca need to make a lasting impression. The lack of a defining ambience or identity may leave guests indifferent towards the restaurant's atmosphere.

Quiet place but the most amazing carbonara and panna cotta I’ve ever had(and I had many). Highly recommend this place.

The food is very delicious and the service is good. I was just surpriced to pay for bread that was served at the beginning and I said that I don't need it. I was told "It's for the table", but it costs 2 Euro...
