Bianca's Burgers - Review - Chicago - The Infatuation

"We came across this spot while researching our Best New Burgers guide. Bianca’s started out in a ghost kitchen last year and has since moved into a stall at Revival Food Hall, where they’re making one of the best burgers in Chicago, new or otherwise. Specifically, it’s the Bianca burger, which comes with white American cheese, sweet grilled onions, a juicy griddled patty, pickles, Bianca’s burger sauce (ingredients seem to be “deliciousness”), and a toasted brioche bun. It’s everything we want in a burger - cheesy, beefy, and messy. So not only did it earn a spot on our best new burgers list, but on our best things we ate, too. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

12 new burgers to try in Chicago - Eater Chicago

"Run by siblings Rafael and Elizabeth Royal, this Revival Food Hall vendor originally began as a virtual restaurant. Its new brick and mortar location means diners can stop in themselves to try one of the delicious burgers, such as “Bianca’s Original” — a four-ounce smash burger with white American cheese, pickles, tomato, grilled onions, lettuce, and special house sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Ordering is available through third party services." - Jeffy Mai

Google
We had an amazing dinner in Bianca’s Burgers! The staff was super nice and attentive, and the food was also pretty amazing! We enjoyed burgers, sweet potato chips and onion rings (very crunchy). When we asked for some water, the even gave us ice tea for free - what a pleasant surprise for a Friday night! 5 alarms burger is a bit spicy, but it’s definitely delicious. The Bianca burger is pretty also with caramelized onions. Recommended to people nearby!

I have ordered the Good Burger three times now. EVERY TIME they make it with pickles and no onions. The ingredients list is tomato, lettuce, cheese, one all beef patty, special sauce, onion. This last time I specifically said NO PICKLES. IT STILL HAD PICKLES AND NO ONION. Allegedly the onion is in the lettuce, but for raw onion they use red onion? Clearly there’s no red onion there.

Visited during lunch hour, and the wait was not bad at all. I got the Bianca burger, which was a big portion. The grilled onions added good flavor. The burger overall was great. Garlic fries were crispy and well done. The garlic and cotija cheese was lacking though. Would come again for a quick lunch

Google
Wow x2!! I had the 5 Alarm burger and it was very tasty. Great flavor but not overwhelmingly spicy. The burger was well-prepared, fresh, hot and juicy! I also had the garlic fries and those were fresh with good flavor. The person that took my order (might have been Bianca herself) was very helpful as it was my first time here (definitely not the last). I made it a double burger ($2 extra) and it was very filling. I think I'll try the Po Boy next time. 2/1/24 update. I had the crawfish po boy. Absolutely delicious!! Good flavor with a little tang to the sauce. Portion is generous. Only comment is that there was SO MUCH crawfish that some would fall out when I took a bite. Somehow I don't think you'll mind.

Bianca's treated me like a king. I asked the owner what her favorite burger was (caramelized onion/bacon/bleu) and went with that. Fantastic. She gave me a few onion rings and they were so perfectly crunchy and delicious. Bbq on the side for dippin' & dunkin' tipped it over the top for flavor. Truly top tier quality service and food, I'll be back for sure. They cook the burger to well (I typically prefer med-rare) but it's a thin patty and very juicy, so I had no problem with that. Named after the owner's daughter, which scores double points for extra cuteness. 💕😊

Google
I don't know if this is the best burger in Chicago, but it's definitely one of the best I've ever had in my life. The sweet potato fries were perfect, too. I wish this place was open on the weekends, though, as I live in the outermost suburbs and it's difficult for me to visit the city during the week.

Google
Outrageously delicious burger. And those onion rings are called the best for a reason.

Google
Not one to make reviews but felt in this case I should. I must say the burger was very delicious, great portion, as were the fries. On the other hand, it needs to be known that the customer service at this spot is awful, which in turn made our experience & this delicious burger not as great. Treat your customers with some respect and try to find better placement for you condiments and water and free up your counter space for the customers waiting for their food, as they should be. Getting scolded and rudely told twice to move down from the water station was extremely rude and not proper customer service. Do better if you want to stay in business because you could have a delicious product but as long as you have poor customer service, you business won't last long. Food for thought. Make better use of your space.

Yelp
Met some friends here for dinner on a Saturday night and had a great experience. Burgers were f-in fantastic, legit really great burgers. Service was amazing , loved the BYOB policy, outdoor patio seating, cheese curds and great wings. I also love all the fry options. Cajun fries were delish . Fries were perfectly thin and crisp , cheese curds were great and I loved all the sauces, definitely homemade. We can't wait to go back

Yelp
Looks permanently closed now. No one at the counter and it's dark. Food was pretty good. Too bad.

Yelp
The employees were very chill and patient too when we were struggling with what to order after we had to make some last minute changes to our order so that was pretty cools of them. The feeling of the place, well it's nothing quiet and chill since its in the food hall with all the other restaurants and so many people go their for lunch but the lights and layout of the area is nice on the eyes. The food was alright, I had the steak philly and some of my friend's super mario burger. The philly was hot off the grill with melted provolone cheese and green peppers, but the taste was subpar. not so much flavor. And the burger even though it had just been finished cooking was almost cold to the touch when we sat down to eat. The steak philly is more bang for your buck with it being 2 dollars more for the whole thing, but the super mario burger has a superb taste. kinda pricey.

Yelp
Great. Sad they left Revival. Will visit the brick and mortar store now. I wish them all the success in the world.

Yelp
This place is located in the Revival Food Hall in downtown Chicago. The food hall has a lot to choose from (pizza, hot chicken, tacos, etc) but I decided to go with the burger spot. It looked to be a 2 person operation but the gentlemen were extremely cordial and efficient. They serve burgers (beef and turkey), cheesesteaks (chicken and beef), shrimp po boys, wings and multiple types of fries (sweet potato, truffle, etc). We placed our order and it took about 10 minutes for everything to be prepared. All of the food is cooked right in front of you. For a 2 man operation they have it down to a science. The person who takes your order cooks your fries while the person on the grill takes care of everything else. The food was amazing. My burger was flavorful, bacon was crispy, and the fries had the perfect amount of salt. The food hall is nice. They had a trivia night going on so there were tons of people hanging out. It's a great spot to visit. If you have a group of people with multiple tastes for food, you need to check this place out.

Yelp
This place needs its own store. The Double Bacon was SO GOOD. Cooked to perfection. Employees were awesome. Don't forget to get the garlic fries.

Yelp
Wow. I searched high and low for a chopped cheese in this city and Bianca's was the only spot I could find. I was not disappointed! The chopped cheese was amazing! The Bianca burger is also a solid choice. Idk what's in the Bianca sauce but it's bomb. Don't forget the garlic fries! I can't wait to return for a chopped cheese and to try other items on their menu. The service was also super friendly and fast. I can't say enough good things - I'll be back. Five stars!!

Yelp
Meh. Definitely could've done without this place. Idk I keep insisting on there being an edible po' boy outside of New Orleans because I haven't found one in my entire life. I mean this po' boy was edible but far from anything as flavorful as anything in the city of New Orleans. The bread nor the chicken had the toasted crunch to it. The fries were extremely salty & for two entrees & two sides I spent damn near $40.

Yelp
I like their burgers but my favorite has to be the chopped cheese. Portions are big , probably can be split between 2 people. This is a great addition to revival food hall.hope they stick around.

Yelp
I just had one of the best cheeseburgers ever!!! I am an avid cheeseburger fan. I saw the place at revival and it's unforgettable. The burgers come with the thick pickles, I ordered the onion rings and the were the best I've ever had in my life... no joke. I don't like when rings break and the onion slips out. These were perfection, crispy and came with this incredible thick brown sugar almost mustard sauce. There's another sauce that reminds me of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, so so good. You MUST try this spot.

Yelp
I ordered from this place for the driver to tell me someone had just walked out with my order, which wasn't in the bag. The delivery company never tried to make it right.

Yelp
$9 delicious burger. Reasonably priced large Philly Cheesesteak. Very rare to find this quality and portion size at such a prime lunch spot.

Yelp
I visited the food court while I was in Chicago to perform at the Chicago symphony hall... I decided that Bianca's burgers looked the most appetizing. I tried a burger and it was so. Good. The man who took my order was AS SWEET AS COULD BE! I hope he gets a raise or something... anyways, please check out Bianca's burgers if you're in the area!

Scott D.

Yelp
Holy crap burgers are great but the wings are best I ever have had A must for the area!

Heather L.

Yelp
What a great little spot. The mushroom Swiss burger was huge and wonderful. It with a side of garlic fries was enough to feed a couple people. Do yourself a favor and get a side of the Bianca sauce for dipping.

Yelp
I've barely started coming back to the loop but have eaten here twice already. First time I had the Bianca burger and garlic fries. Excellent, and perhaps the largest portion of fries I've ever had. Second visit I got the steak Philly special. Sandwich was perfect but the cheese sauce was extra special. Put it on your rotation loop people.

Isabelle G.

Yelp
Elizabeth took my order and she was so sweet and fantastic! I ordered the Shrimp PoBoy and the shrimp was fried to perfection. An amazing place for a great sandwich and fries!
