I love this spot the owner has great Persian food , the kinda flavor that is so different then the rest of the Persian res in the area, I swear the owner is this older nice men the place has home made food smells so good ! He makes the best horash sabzi it’s the green herbs stow it comes with a side of rice and it’s really delicious! My friend loves kabobs so he orders that and says it’s very good ! All the locals of the area eat here :) So in case you are in the Woodland Hills neighborhood I recommend grabbing lunch at this place I enjoy every time I come here it reminds me of my moms food , so thank you for this

Little hole in the wall place. But the food is always delicious. Always one of my favorite places to get kabob, I live about 9 miles away across the valley and I go out of my way to stop here when I’m craving kabob.

This is a small, simple yet excellent Persian restaurant. I decided to visit on a Friday night (surprisingly they close relatively early), and it was relatively busy. There are a few tables to sit and dine here but I ordered the Falafel Plate as takeout. The plates come with plenty of food! There were 6 pieces of fresh falafel, rice, and salad/veggies. The food was very fresh, simple, and delicious. There was even enough for almost 2 meals for me! This is a great Mediterranean restaurant with a very easy menu!

Delicious juicy chicken perfect rice and well priced. Small place would probably not dine in. But delicious none the less.

Very disappointed, Ground beef kabob (kobideh) was extremely dry and probably cooked the day before and just reheated for today. Ghormeh sabzi stew was all kidney beans and meat was tough. Overall good reviews fooled us. We won't be going back.

Here, you can feel the taste of Persian homemade food. We ordered koobideh kebab and gheymeh stew. Both were excellent and delicious. Besides, the owner there was very friendly.

Delicious fresh food! My parents love coming here. Service is great and the owners are very friendly. I've had their wrap before and we've ordered almost all the plates. Side of hummus is so creamy and good. Walnut stew is so unique tasting. The lentil soup is great too!! Loved it all!

This is my first time at this little restaurant. It looks like a hole in the wall, but it is so delicious like homemade Persian food. I met my friend Veronique that lives right around the corner and we ate in I had a ground beef skewer plate, a.k.a. Koobideh with a delicious fluffy Persian rice and a salad. The meat was very fresh and juicy the way I like it I also ordered a side of cherry rice to go And a walnut stew to go: made with pomegranate and walnut sauce with chicken chunks. It also came with rice on the side. Delicious place delicious dishes at a very reasonable price‼ I will definitely come back A very much highly recommend that place

Hands down best chix kababs in Woodland Hills. Delicious Kabab, rice and salad for $12...can't beat it! Owner is so sweet and kind, always there even with his Carpal Tunnel brace. Gem in the neighborhood!! Their lentil soups are amazing too.

Wow, this place is FIRE. We stopped here for some best Persian food in the Valley, and I got me the Boneless Chicken Cherry Rice plate. It was so good, I didn't know what to expect. I used to live in the valley, and never had food here before. They are located right near the mall, and the food is off the hook. Pretty pricey place to eat, but they give you tons of food as in we say, to feed an army lol. Nice service, and good Kebabs. Hope I can return here soon.

Tonight having a (small ) guys poker night and called one of my favorite local places for the hookup. Mr. Bibi was as always extremely helpful to meet my needs. In the past he had helped me cater for parties up to ten people, and they all left extremely satisfied. Tonight being a smaller event I expressed my needs and like always he crafted the perfect solution. Trust me when I say- you could not get this quality for this many people at a better value anywhere. The food is a 10*, the service 10*+, and the price per person is very very fair... They've been in operation for longer than I've lived in LA- and there's a good reason why.. Please call him - (but give a reasonable time to prepare as he is only one chef plus assistant). Tonight (Friday) I called 40 minutes before closing!! - and he delivered:) I call and say hello my friend., so tonight I have a party of 3, or 4 and need your help... and man, does he come through. This is one of those hidden gems, an organic restaurant nestled in the heart of a big city neighborhood. For the past 15 years, it has grown organically, not through flashy ads or fancy decor, but through word of mouth. Locals chat about it at the gym, the hairdresser, and family gatherings. It's simple, unpretentious, and definitely worth a visit.

Love this place but forgot about It when we want Persian food. Moustsfa the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. The prices are so reasonable compared to other places. We ordered beef koobideh and took half home. Very filling! AAA+! Plus our neighbor helps out there! Sue and Babak

What is the most phenomenal chicken kebab sandwiches in Los Angeles. The meat is top quality, there's whole small pickles inside, and the other fixings are super fresh. Delicious!

Provender: this is a great place to grab some kabob. I ordered the chicken kabob plate and it was delicious. It comes on top of a bed of well cook rice along with salad. Everything is cooked perfectly. Prices: very reasonable, the chicken kabob plate will run you under $10. Parking: there are dedicated spots and 20 min parking right in front of the store. People: fun for all. Perks: this is a great kabob joint it offers good food for very reasonable prices. They only offer takeout during covid, so it's best to place an order ahead of time. They also sell hummus and other goodies.

My first time eating here and it's sooooo good! As someone who comes from a half Persian background and went to Iran simply for my grandmas food this was such a beautiful surprise as I wasn't expecting the food to be soooo good! And the cashier lady was so sweet! Pleasantly surprised!

I've been ordering from this place since they first opened. I've had a few orders lately which were good, however, the last time I decided to try the shish kabob which used to be my favorite ( I've been sticking mainly to chicken lately) anyway, I was so disappointed. It pains me to write this because they're so nice but I have to say, the size and quality have really gone down hill, plus I specifically asked for it to be more on the rare side and it was so overcooked but then the meat was so in such small pieces it's no wonder it came that way. Unfortunately. I don't think I'll go back again. With all the delivery add ons, it's just not worth it.

This is a tiny mostly takeaway place. There are a few tables but if you have a large party takeaway is probably a better option. The food was delicious, made fresh whole we waited and the price was incredibly reasonable.

Some wizardry or magic is going on here. There is no way these kabobs or that rice is found in a little strip mall in Woodland Hills. This is the best rice in the world. Cooked perfectly, seasoned wonderfully and just amazing. The chicken breast is my go to, bright yellow from the marinade and charred a little from the fire. Crazy good. The ground beef is also great and so are the stews, the barberry rice and the other delicacies. Get a plate and it's perfect for a hungry dude or to feed a couple. The wrap is perfect for a full lunch. If you are seeing this review don't question any further. Go see my friend at Bibi Sara and then tell me I was right! Ps- get a side of garlic sauce

Really good food! Went during my lunch break once, now I go as much as I can. Family owned business too. They have tables for dine in and they do take out they accept online orders and phone orders too. I ordered the wrap it was about 10 to 11 bucks and to this day I haven't finished one yet in one sitting. It's a lot of food for 10 bucks. If ain't too busy the workers do small talk with you so it's kinda nice if you ain't have much to do while you wait for your food

We ordered the ground beef and beef kabob plates. There is a generous serving of salad and the dressing is on the side. Meat was soooo good. I though the beef kabob was like chunks of steak. Ground beef was really good with their hummus too. The extra order of hummus is a somewhat small container, doesn't come with extra bread or anything, but it was pretty good and was enough for 2 to share on the kabob plates. It was a delicious, well rounded meal that left me feeling very satisfied! The space itself could use a lot of love -- it wasn't gross or unbearable -- just not very well kept. The seats were worn and the tables weren't really bused so there were used cups and crumbs on some tables when we first arrived. Seemed like most of their customers ordered take out. But overall, the food is great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

BiBi Sara is a small spot and most of its business is take out. The good is delicious. My favorite is the chicken kabob and the Persian rice. The staff and owes are helpful and friendly.....a very special neighborhood placed owned by very special people The food is good

I don't know how I didn't know about this place! My aunt had brought my husband, myself and our baby girl (too young to eat yet) but still. Everything is made fresh to order. Got to meet the owner very lovely man by the way and his staff were friendly & attentive. They had us order grab a drink and take a seat. We paid at the end because we at there. They brought the food to us and the portion size was great! The rice was cooked perfectly and the ground beef/chicken kabobs were so delicious that I wanted more; I underestimated how good they were going to be. I will definitely be going back.

The food is horrible I threw it in the trash, very old and dry dishes and only 2 small pieces meat in the stew , very bad energy and atmosphere, this restaurant isn't representing persian food. Such a shame ...

DELICIOUS AND AFFORDABLE !! So glad I found this place on yelp. I ate here with my boyfriend for under $20, dinner and then leftovers for lunch again tomorrow. Grilled tomato for .75 cents, very tasty! The falafel wraps are delicious and a generous portion size. I would suggest bringing your own water bottle, as the water is self serve from a cooler so save the earth!!! The owner is a wonderful and gracious man, and the interior is cozy and homey, as if you are eating in someones home. I also appreciate that the to-go containers were aluminum and paper rather than plastic or styrafoam.

I have been eating here for years. I should have posted a review long ago, but I always forget after I order because I'm always enjoying the food too much to think about a review. Nima and Laura are always so nice and quick. That garlic sauce and chicken wrap, to die for! Thank you Laura and Nima!!!!

What a gem of a place. The owner and head chef is a Persian grandfather, who obviously has been a lifetime cooking and the prices and the quantity of food are prolific A+.

This local restaurant is fantastic! The food is very fresh and I got my order pretty quickly. The portions you get for the price are great too, kept me full all day! I got my plate with cherry rice, which was very sweet but definitely delicious and perfectly cooked. The mast o khiar is also fresh and goes perfectly with everything mmmm! I will be back to try the rest of their menu!

A mom and pop shop with tremendous heart. i remember going to this restaurant several years ago and it hasn't changed. Still really good food for a really great price. Flavor is on point and the quantities are plentiful. We tried the brown rice with our assorted kabobs tonight and it was way better than I thought it would be. It was moist but not mushy, flavorful yet not too salty. The shish kabob was tender, juicy, and bounding with flavor. Same with the boneless chicken; not dry, too charred, nor bland. It was prepped and cooked to perfection; plump, succulent, & tender. We also tried the ground kabobs, and boy were they bursting with flavor. I generally don't gravitate toward ground meats but these were really good and moist. You can tell they use quality products.

My family and I were craving some Mediterranean food so we chose this place. Wasn't a dine in restaurant but more like a fast food joint. They had only two small tables. Anyhow, menu looked great and price was more than reasonable! We were excited and couldn't wait to chow down. We got our food and it looked delicious!!! Sooo the reason for the 3 stars is because the chicken and beef plates we ordered were not good. They were dry and chewy and had a weird taste to them. The rice was good and the salad was good. Salad dressing was awesome! But sadly only the meats were not tasty. :(

Very friendly ambience. This place has been on Topanga Canyon Blvd. in WH for a longer time than I can remember. The proprietors and/ or the food creators are friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. It is very clean and the hummus is the BEST in town ( and beyond)!
