Big Bowl Chinese Express

I mean, my customer service wasn't bad (as it seems most peoples are) for the 27$ I paid, I was very disappointed. Chicken was undercooked and FULL of bell peppers and such. Flavor was bland, rich was bland with huge chunks of egg. Don't waste money here.

The only Asian food at Navy Pier even if workers are not Asians. They were all nice and did correct order. Tastes good with great condiments.

Tasted like I had straight sauce in my mouth and it was bland rice trash chicken trash and expensive as hell

I honeslty never leave low reviews but this place honeslty earned it $12.00 for small little container for chinese and 11.00 for 4 pieces of chicken and large soda 3.59 refills are half prices the cashier was very disrespectful and took a minute to get my food ready. Food could be better 100x better

I should have read the reviews before :(.. yep cashier is still rude as of today .. and the food is terrible . I ordered Mongolian beef and Lo mein.. It was all in some sort of gravy that was ver salty and the noodles weren’t any better. I should have just eaten somewhere else . And the cashier is definitely not welcoming and responds rudely. Honey we choose our jobs if you are that unhappy go find a job somewhere else.

Worst service ever by this one here Absolutely no regard for service They don’t speak Ridiculous food tastes like trash from outback. Save your nerves and eat nothing instead of this junk

Doesn’t taste like Chinese food at all, spices are all off and price is way too high. $25 a piece for a drink and a small bowl.

The Teriyaki chicken fried rice with vegetables was really nice, delicious 😋😉
