"An iconic West Coast diner destination for more than 84 years, Big Boy has finally returned to Nevada. Now open daily inside the Terrible’s Casino Indian Springs, it features an open-plan layout with tables, chairs, high back stools, and photographic murals of its history. The menu includes classic two beef patty burgers, hand-dipped milkshakes, and other comfort foods like chili spaghetti, fish and chips, and breakfast options. Currently, it is open for takeout orders and table reservations only due to state-wide dining restrictions." - Bradley Martin

Had an excellent lunch today. The Big Boy burger is similar to a Big Mac, but much higher quality. It was delicious. Spending $12.50 on burgers and fries was less of a sting because it was so good. Excellent wait staff. Very clean restaurant. I would eat here again. The fries were fresh and delicious too.

Love this place! Stop by whenever I'm in the area. Great food and service, who doesn't like a cool 50's diner. There's an attached casino, terribles gas station and store with snacks. Parking lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming, no wifi and 16 OTA television channels. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank Big Boys for allowing me to overnight.

Amazing, this big boys is really good and fast service. Great host and server! The food selection was al little something for everyone! Prices are not too bad and it’s in a nice location.

My husband just got a job out here in Indian Springs and this is literally the only restaurant out here. Luckily the food is pretty good, nothing special, but good. I got the turkey club with onion rings, it was good. My husband got the southern scramble with hot cakes. And my kids got the super big boy, the big boy, and the California Jack. All good.

Google
Good customer service. A well rounded menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A decent rewards program through Terribles that's connected to the restaurant. There's also a casino connected to this location. Also clean restrooms.

Took me back to my childhood. It was my first ever hamburger in a restaurant! Be sure to upgrade to chilly cheese fries. PJ and Mercedes are worth the trip. They are awesome!

Nice old fashion diner located in Indian Springs. Stopped in for breakfast right when they opened on the way to Tonopah. Excellent service and super friendly staff, all of them. The breakfast was very good and served quickly and with a smile. Big Boy is located inside the Terrible Herbst Casino so you are able to stop by the casino of quick stop.

Google
Both the hostess and waitress were friendly and quick without rushing. We were promptly seated and had our drink order taken and delivered by the hostess. The waitress was soon over to take.oir food order. It came out fairly quickly, even with it being a bit busy being lunch time near the Air Force base. I went with the Big Boy burger, a double patty with the usual toppings. It was good, but nothing to rave about. The same goes for the fries. They were good but nothing wow about any of the food. If you are looking for a decent place to grab a quick bite this place fits the bill.

Yelp
Cute little restaurant attached to a truckstop and casino! the restaurant is clean and modern. The waitstaff is friendly and effective! My husband and I shared a cheeseburger so it was cut in half with fries on each plate. The burger came out quick and was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend if you're driving through here or just coming here to Indian Springs, it is worth the stop!

Yelp
So, we were driving by this place on the way to Vegas and I was immediately transported back to my youth when Bob's big boy was the place to go for families. We made a special note to stop here on the way back home. So here we are.! 1 PM Friday afternoon, and the place is completely empty. Creech Air Force Base is across the way. Probably gets busy here during shift change. This big boy is hooked to Terrible's Casino. You have to walk into the casino to get to the restaurant. We were greeted nicely as we walked in. Asked for a booth, even though the restaurant was empty. Nice enough servers and hostess. But as others stated: the service is slow. 3 servers, only 2 other tables and the workers were very busy talking to each other. We sat for nearly 10 minutes before they decided who would wait on us. What we ordered: Super big boy (basically double meat 4 patties to split with wife) Hot fudge cake (also to share) The burger arrived pretty quickly. And for the extra $1.50 charge for double meat well worth it. Hard to say, but almost too much meat? Even splitting it. The fries are floured. Not my favorite. The hot fudge cake was HUGE. Basically two pieces of cake with ice cream between them. Great fudge sauce also. It's not the same as the Bob's big boy growing up, but it will do. My favorite dessert is chocolate cake with ice cream and hot fudge. I'm pretty sure Bob's big boy started this obsession for me. Until my mid 20s, I always stopped for a burger combo and a dessert. It is pricey but there's no other option out here. I would but definitely stop back here for the dessert. Especially since that huge monstrosity was only seven dollars lol. Many don't know that BBB was the ' double-decker' burger. Long before the big Mac lol. They used to have a combination burger that served fries and a salad. Now you have to pay extra for salad ($4)

Yelp
This was my first visit to a big boy and I was definitely happy with my visit. I had the "Best Cheeseburger on the Planet" and was surprised with the flavors in here. It really was delicious. I topped it off with a side of onion rings and a milk shake. All of it was high quality burger joint type food. The milk shake was perfectly smooth and wasnt like trying to drink cement through a straw like other places. As for the service, everyone was super friendly. It wasnt the fastes service but it was more of a relaxed vibe.

Yelp
Stopped here on the way out of town from Las Vegas. Haven't seen a Big Boy in a long time....memories! We came for lunch and there was only like a few people eating and it was quiet. We were seated right away. This location is across the street from an Air Force base in Indian Springs,NV outside Las Vegas. It's a small casino and gas station location. My husband and I shared a Super Big Boy burger and fries because we wanted to try the hot fudge cake that my husband remembered from his younger years...memories..lol. The waitress was friendly and we got our food fairly quick. The prices were inexpensive. They have some good specials. So if you are driving out of Las Vegas this is a good stop for a quick bite that isn't a fast food joint.

Yelp
Like so many have pointed out in reviews, Bob's was a fixture for us growing up in the 70's. I had set out of Tonopah to trigger the camo dudes at Groom, poke around the fringest of the NTS, meet a few friends to see what we could see at Creech, and return back to Tonopah. Seeing that there was. Big Boy right next to Creech was a happy bonus. I will be honest my craving for nostalgic food items has ended tragically before but NOT today! The restaurant was quite empty at 3PM on a Monday . The place was spotless, the staff friendly and on point, and the casino noise did not intrude into the restaurant. The Big Boy Combo: In a throwback to the old days I did order a side salad with their famous blue cheese and (upgraded to onion rings). The Boy Boy burger was as it always was at least in my mind a glorious tower (like a big mac but way way better) with that weird middle bun. The cheese was perfectly melted. The lettuce added crunch and the Big Boy sauce added richness. The perfectly toasted sesame seed bun held up to the last bite. The Big Boy cracked the Top 5 in my rankings The onion rings were perfectly fried with a great crunch and perfect batter to onion ration. The Zesty Sauce (king of a spicy 1000 Island) paired well and I never reached for the ketchup The salad: it was super fresh with onions and tomato and the side of blue was perfect. The only thing that would have completed the trip back in time to 6 year old me would have been a shaker of Bobs Seasoning salt on the table and the free comic books they used to give to kids. I had fun today Newly Revised Top Ten Burger Rankings: 1) The Office Burger - Fathers Office - Los Angeles, CA 2) The Best Damn Cheeseburger - 4505 Burger and BBQ, San Francisco, CA 3/4 Tie: Ed's Favorite, King City Grill, King City, CA 3/4 Tie: Bacon Cheeseburger - Cafe Arbor, Stanford, CA 5) The Big Boy, Big Boy, Indian Springs, NV 6) The Hot Farmer, The Barn, Half Moon Bay, CA 7) The C&H Burger, Clove and Hoof, Oakland, CA 8) Cheese Burger, Sketchers Food Spot, Gardenia, CA 9) Burger, Dad's Luncheonette, Half Moon Bay, CA 10) Single Burger, Paper Plate, Long Island City, NY

Yelp
The food was good though the big boy seemed to be smaller here than the big boy in Downey, California (I think they called it the classic in Downey) overall the food was very good and as I love Bob's, I figure I'll be coming by here at least once or twice a month starting in June.

Alyssa G.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible!!! Over cooked the chicken on my chicken sandwich, told the waitress and she took it back. Few minutes later she comes back and says there going to make another. I told her I didn't want it and it has ruined my meal. Mind you my family's basically done eating. Tells me she's going to bring me out one, brings it out WHEN EVERYONES DONE EATING. I told her I didn't want it and was still charged. Terrible customer service.

Yelp
We have been driving up from Centennial for a while to this restaurant but stopped a few months back because the breakfast food had gone downhill. So, we came back to try them out again a couple weeks ago. We were blown away with the food! Their new chef Mckenzie is awesome. Her food comes out tasty and well prepared. Good portions, too. I feel bad for their wait staff, though, because sometimes only one waitress servicing the tables is not right. And I must say that when my hubby and I come to the restaurant, its really nice when waitress PJ greets us like we are old friends and provides excellent service, even though she maybe the only waitress. By the way, don't expect a quick service if you're in a hurry. We will continue to come out for now. It's a nice drive out to Indian Springs and I get to play a little on the slots.

Cecilia W.

Yelp
The food was delicious, just as I remembered it being growing up. We always ate at Bobs so when I seen this one we had to go. And it did not disappoint. Will definitely go back when we are in town again

Yelp
Who would have thought I would find a childhood memory in the middle of the desert. Even with a mini casino and travel center attached it still screams nostalgia. The staff is wonderful and have such patience when we come in with a big group. I have been here for most lunch or dinner. If I had one complaint is fix your waffle maker. So if you don't want the hustle of Las Vegas this little diner in the desert is a great stop.

Joe M.

Yelp
Food is delicious and we been coming here for a little over two years. Our server Ceebo is the so pleasant to talk to and not to mention she is awesome at her job. I would definitely recommend this place to grab a bite and chat with the awesome workers

Heather E.

Yelp
I haven't eaten at a Bob's Big Boy since I was a little girl so when we saw there was one in Indian Springs we HAD TO stop! This location is super clean, adorable, and the employees are really kind. Bf and I ordered hush puppies as an appetizer. They came with honey mustard and Mac sauce. Delicious! I ordered the southwest Jack burger because I love avocado and pepper jack cheese. It was a really good burger. My bf wasn't impressed but I'm pregnant and everything on this burger made me happy. You don't have to worry about spiciness or fried things on it :-) I also ordered coffee... also delicious and fresh! Bf ordered the tnt signature steakhouse burger with onion rings. He loved it, there were soooo many flavors going on in there. It had fried jalapeños, smoked applewood bacon jam. I had a bite and it was good but too many flavors for a preggo lady lol Final thoughts, I would come back! Service was a little slow for noon on a Saturday. There were only 4 other tables being served. It took 20+ minutes for our burgers to cook and from my first cup of coffee to me getting a chance to ask for a refill took that long too. Server came to check on us more after we finished than while we were waiting, haha. So it's slow but delicious and I would come back.

Yelp
Well..... this brand has been around since I was a young child. It's funny to see it pop up in Nevada. This location is in the middle of nowhere by the prison in Indian Springs. This is part of a small Casino/Convenience store type of place. You may not believe it, but it still is a sit-down and dine in establishment. There's really nothing inside that's special looking... kind of generic like every other place. The menu looked pretty reasonably priced and they do have burgers with more than one patty (double patty, 4 patties etc) The burger was neatly presented, but it looked like the patties were really thin almost like the four Patty Burger was actually two cut in half. The flavor was very very good though. The service was painfully average, really nothing spectacular whatsoever the server just screamed mediocrity all around. One cool features that you can pay your bill right from your phone with a QR code and I love when places do that. If I had to pick one thing that would bring me back to this place it would be the flavor of the burger.

Whitney S.

Yelp
Food was good, but the service was the WORST! Do not get the blonde waitress. She will take your order even if it inconveniences her, and you won't ever see her again. She just doesn't care. She really should look for another line of work.

Mike S.

Yelp
The building here is absolutely amazing and they put a great deal of detail to honor the military and display our prowess. The food was good but the service was a little slow. It is definitely worth stopping for a visit and a meal.

Solina C.

Yelp
Burgers were legit! We love their house sauce on the burger! This place is huge!!! My brother ordered their California club and that was very good! We'll definitely be stopping by when we're around town!

Norm K.

Yelp
After a morning of visiting snow in the mountains and stopping to show a friend The Temple of Goddess Spirituality in Cactus Springs, we stopped here for lunch. The restaurant is in Terrible's Casino on the Frontage Road across US 95 from Creech Air Force Base, a base that controls drones in places around the world. It's also a place where they train people to control drones and if you look at your window, you probably will see a drone flying. After using the restrooms--restrooms which follow the same humor as the one in Jean, Nevada--my friend took a photo in the ladies room--we went to the south side of the small casino where Bob's Big Boy is located. We were seated in a booth by the windows. I ordered a Southwest burger which came with lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese. For the included side, I got regular fries. I ordered a diet cola for my drink. We didn't wait long when the sandwiches came out. The burger was OK. The fries had a fair amount of salt which was OK with me. Our server came by to ask about soda refills. I had no experience with Big Boy being from the East so there were no fond memories of growing up in California and having Big Boy since you were a younster. I had no notion of what to expect, and as I said, the burger wwas OK. Certainly not a destination, you only stop here if you are passing through and need to refuel the body. 95 can be a lonely highway. Take time to watch across the highway and watch for drones. You probably won't see them on weekends, but during the week, your chances are good and it's worth it.

Linda L.

Yelp
Since Bob's Big Boy moved out of the Northern Nevada Area many years ago, we have missed it. And it was somewhat unexpected to find one in Indian Springs! The drinks were just right, and the burgers were fantastic.

Kirk B.

Yelp
An excellent option if you are traveling on U.S. Route 95 and want great tasting food at reasonable prices. The service is top notch and there wasn't any aspect to the lunch experience I didn't enjoy. The portions are generous , as I wasn't able to eat my entire sandwich and onion rings, after sharing an appetizer and having a side salad. The "Big Boy" name is one that harkens back to my days in California with Bob's Big Boy, so I hope this is the start of a comeback with more locations to rollout.

Sabina F.

Yelp
Original burger for what mc Donald's calls the Big Mac. Good burger flavor, their special sauce was pretty good

Mike S.

Yelp
Nestled off a frontage road across from Creech Air Force Base is a Bob's Big Boy in a Terrible's gas station and casino The decor is fresh and new. The music is calm and relaxing but it's really all about the food I had a super Big Boy with fries. The burger was great but pickles, minced red onion and bacon would have made it awesome We shared a chocolate shake to end the meal and continue our long drive back to Reno A great stop off point for a Nevada road trip

Henry L.

Yelp
One Saturday morning, I thought it would be fun if my girlfriend and I randomly drove to Indian Springs for a first-time adventure and dined at Big Boy. And it an adventure it was! Food We Ordered: - TNT Signature Steakhouse Burger ($15.00) with Onion Rings upgrade ($2.00): A lot of flavor and a lot of calories lol. It was lightly spicy thanks to the fried jalapeños and sweet thanks to the bacon jam. 5/5 - Southwest Jack ($12.00): Nothing to write home about but it hit the spot. Basically hamburger with pepper jack cheese and a light smear of guac. 4/5 - Hush Puppies ($3.00): You know em, and you love em! Fried cornbread balls. You get 6 of em and it comes with two dipping sauces: Honey Mustard and thier version of Mac Sauce. 5/5 - Service and Wait Time: Gonna have to knock them a lil bit here. When we were there, it seemed like we were like 1 of 4 dine in parties. The hush puppies came out fairly quickly, but the two burgers must have took about 25 minutes. And there's no one here . My girlfriend's coffee was only refilled once... when the server came back to the table to deliver the burgers. And the waters... were never refilled once. 3/5 All in all, it was still a good time. Don't know if I'd return because of the 1 hour from where we live though. OVERALL: 4/5 STARS

Greg Z.

Yelp
Nice people. Pretty average burgers. I had the chicken burger and my wife a cheese burger. They were OK. Same for the fries. Milk shake was tasty.

Joey R.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped here for breakfast on the way to a town called Goldfield and it was a good thing we did. This place is really big and it is connected to a small shop and casino. We both had a really good breakfast here.

Al B.

Yelp
Attention ALL Bobs Big Boy lovers. Don't waste your time with the BBB in Summerlin - rather run out to Creech to this BBB. The food and service is awesome. The place is kept spotless, service was so friendly and the quality is equal to the Burbank restaurant. Make sure you ask for the GM, Carli, who is responsible for turning this place around. She is awesome! We WILL be back very soon.

Richard N.

Yelp
First time here and it won't be the last. The food was amazing and the waitress was super nice and patient knowing it was our first time here. I Had the big boy burger with chili cheese fries.

Ree Z.

Yelp
The young lady who served us was a sweetheart. My three sons were a little agitated and wouldn't stop being their usual selves. My youngest son is autistic so, miss Angeli brought little things of Oreo cookies to help the situation and it worked. Thank you angeli.

Lara F.

Yelp
You gotta go to the Big Boy in Indian Springs for a SIGNATURE SHAKE. 1st, the staff is so happy and welcoming. 2nd, there are a ton of options. 3rd and most important they are beautiful and delicious. My shake had a PIECE OF PIE!!! It's worth a little drive. No wait time, no traffic, and small town vibes.

Robert S.

Yelp
We visited for breakfast on Tuesday with a party of six and it was a nice experience. It wasn't very busy, and we sat at a spacious table. I ordered a Farmers Omelette, a couple guys had Steak & Eggs, with 2 Classic Blockbusters rounding out our order. All the food came promptly and was very good. One guy's pancakes were over cooked, but they rectified that quickly. The service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly, prompt and efficient. Refills were frequent on drinks. The only complaint I have is that their chairs are horribly uncomfortable, maybe a booth next time. Overall: A good place for breakfast.

Dan W.

Yelp
The good was good, had the Bob's burger and fish and chips. Everything came out hot and fresh with not that much of a wait. The server didn't seem a little scattered. It took her a while to bring straws and refills. We were there at lunchtime, and the place was all most empty. This made for a quiet meal. The decor was a mix of classic Bob's and military.

Jacquelyn R.

Yelp
Food was hot upon delivery to the table from the staff. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I'm happy to have stopped in on the way home.

Gerry W.

Yelp
It was a nice day for the 45 minute drive to Indian Springs for lunch at Big Boy. The restaurant is clean and bright. The service was friendly and prompt. They are following the Covid guidelines. We ordered the Cheese burger and the Southwest Jack burger. All burgers come with french fries. I substituted for onion rings at an additional charge of $2.00. It was worth it to try both. The cheese burger had a juicy patty, american cheese, tomato, red onion, pickles, shredded lettuce, mayo, mustard and red relish on a grilled brioche bun. We eliminated the lettuce and red relish. The burger was perfectly cooked and the bun was nicely grilled The southwest jack with a juicy beef patty, avocado, pepper jack cheese, chipotle aioli, shredded lettuce, and tomato on a grilled brioche bun was a little messy and wonderful The french fries were crispy and tender and the onion rings had a bread coating with a great crunch. A perfect onion ring. The size of the orders were perfect for us. Next time we will consider a shake to go.

Jared N.

Yelp
I made the trek from Henderson to Indian Springs for the sole purpose of nostalgia. I grew up on Big Boy in California. But I haven't had it in over 8 years. Not since the location in Baker. Service here was great today. Very friendly. My server working the counter is from Southern California like me. So we were reminiscing about growing up at Big Boy. I ordered a Big Boy Burger, of course, with onion rings. And my food was up within just a few minutes. The burger was fine. Nothing outstanding. I honestly don't remember much about the food when I was growing up. What I remember most is being at Bob's. Still, the Big Boy is a classic. Similar to a Big Mac from McDonald's but with a different sauce more ketchup based. There's just something about it that is special to this burger. As for the onion rings, they were fresh and crisp. They came with a creamy spicy sauce on the side. I ordered a shake to go. Hey, I needed something to get me back home. When I said I wanted a shaks I was told they have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and Oreo. I ordered an Oreo shake since I haven't had one of those and I don't even know how long. It was fresh made and topped with so much whipped cream that it came out the top when they put the lid on. I had a fair portion of it done before I even got my check. The rest of it I finished on the road. In the end, I had way too much food. It made for an uncomfortable drive home but worth it. Was it really worth the 120 mile or so round trip for a burger? Probably not. But it was worth the drive, again, for the nostalgia of it. This will probably be one of those one-and-done type visits. Unless of course a special occasion calls for another visit. From what I hear there is another location opening up more in the Vegas Valley within the next few months. It is more likely that I will visit that location in the future.

Gina L.

Yelp
Got a breakfast burrito on our way to Death Valley from LV. I ordered, and checked out the gas station area as they don't let take out order guests stay in the waiting area. Hefty steak burrito, but there were some parts that tasted a little sour - I don't think it was the steak itself, but perhaps a sour salsa?? Very filling, and the hashbrowns they came with were good ass diner hashbrowns, crisp from the griddle. Sounds like I will have to try a burger/sandwich next time I'm here...

Tracy L.

Yelp
I am originally from the Carolinas and there they are called Shoney's . The last time I ate at Shoney's was September 2019 in Myrtle Beach , SC . That location closed a few months later , but there is still another location open there . My son and I went to the Big Boy's in Baker , CA by the World's Largest Thermometer years ago and that location is closed . After reading about this location and seeing they will open in Las Vegas in a few months , I decided to make the drive . Tired of sitting in my house ! I have fond memories of my Mom and I going to the Shoney's in Florence , SC when I was a kid and splitting a Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Cake , because they are so rich . First I want to say is the service is why I gave it a 4 . The people were so nice and checked on me several times and had short conversations with me . The place wasn't very busy , but it's in a small town / Air Force Base and with COVID restrictions , so it's to be expected . Now the food , well not so good . The All-American Burger was just okay , not as good as others I have had in the past . The fries looked nice , but had a weird taste I couldn't put my finger on like maybe someone made a filet of fish in the same fryer ? The dessert tasted just like it should , but put together bad . It supposed to be more square and the ice cream square , but it was like a couple small scoops , so it didn't stay together very well . Not trying to be picky , but that is not the way it's supposed to be made . I'm looking forward to going to the ones opening in Las Vegas and I hope they stay around . I remember a Shoney's opened in Vegas years ago on Nellis and like Charleston . It was a bad place to put it and it closed a few months later . I never got to eat there . I'm sure this location will get better with time and more training . Like I said , the staff is fantastic .

Yelp
My family and me stop by Indian Springs to the big boy restaurant the food came out so fast the food was so good the shakes were amazing our server PJ was great helping us Order our food it's was our first time coming to Big Boy she was so helpful and friendly

Chuck D.

Yelp
Wow this took me back to my childhood. Had the big boy burger and my wife had the turkey club and both were great. Onion rings were great and well as their dipping sauce. Bit of a drive out of Vegas but I'm coming back!

Andrew S.

Yelp
The service here was outstanding!!! PJ is awesome. I was in the area for a month and ate here 3 times all because of the amazing service PJ provided! 1000 miles from home and she made us feel truly welcome.

Kurt P.

Yelp
Meh. I have wonderful memories of Big Boy as a kid - the best French Toast, haystack onions, cherry cokes. So, I ordered a diet coke - never got offered a refill. Hardly ever saw our waitress, especially when I wanted the bill. The place was practically empty, but somehow it was hard to get her attention. Their taco salad looked wonderful on the menu, but I was immediately disappointed when it arrived - rather than having a real taco shell bowl, it just had a sprinkle of crispy shreds (see photo). Does make it less messy to eat, but half the fun of eating a taco salad is picking pieces of the shell off. It also was supposed to have pico de gallo, but if you look at the photo it's tough to find any evidence of the pico. My wife had a bowl of chili. No beans, but she said it tasted like they mixed in refried beans. Gotta have real beans in chili. Looked like it was designed to fit on a chili dog bun. The view of the drones taking off and landing across the highway is a special treat though. There isn't much else in the area, so if you need lunch and to fill up your gas tank it makes for an efficient stop.

John S.

Yelp
Bob's Big Boy was the place when I was in my 20's (now 61) so I was glad to have a chance to try Big Boy again. However, the service was slow, the food was dry (at a place known for the sauce) and way over cooked. I mean the meat was like burnt leather and the dry stale bun was over toasted. I get that this was New Years Day, but it's inside a casino attached to a travel stop outside of Las Vegas and moon time. The facility was nice and reminded me of the originals, but great ambiance doesn't make up for a $10 cardboard burger.

Relissa M.

Yelp
Pj was awesome!! Great fast friendly service!! Would come back just for the service! Thank you!!

Brandon B.

Yelp
Excellent service, clean restaurant, amazing food. You have to come here. This checks all of the boxes!

Jackie S.

Yelp
I love Bobs Big Boy! Been going there since high school. The food is SO good! I want to give Jennifer a BIG thank you from the Indian Springs restaurant for making my daughter feel special for her birthday, I called in to surprise my daughter with their famous hot fudge cake and Jennifer was very accommodating. So thank you!

Rees M.

Yelp
Great Customer service to the cashier on Monday mornings. She was great with my son. He OS special needs and she made his day when she asked three of the military guys to take a picture with him. Thank you

This location is just right outside Las Vegas. We ordered to go and ate in our car since we have our puppy with us. We have been wanting to try this for a long time.. The service was really fast, we only waited less than 5 mins. The staff are really friendly as well. The burger is good but a little dry. I hope they could have put more sauce. I really like the French fries though, very crunchy.

Yelp
Worst burger I've ever had. Two, grayish microwaved patties with no flavor sitting atop an unmelted Kraft single. Honestly, I feel like they weren't even trying to make it good. I tried to doctor it with ketchup, salt and pepper and Tabasco sauce. Didn't help, so I moved onto the fries. Soggy, bland and tasted like old oil. Very disappointing.

Yelp
I am so happy to finally be able to write a review about Bob's Big Boy. I used to go here as a kid, when they had a location near Sunrise Mountain in Vegas. When heading to Reno, I will always make this a stop. Food (4/5) We got the Original and Ultimate burgers. The Original has a Big Mac kinda vibe, but it is the king of burgers here! The Ultimate was good, but you have to go for the Original. The onion rings are amazing. Chocolate shake was pretty awesome too, and definitely big enough to share between two. Service (5/5) Our server was so polite. She was so nice and personable. She checked on us frequently and worked the room great. Highly impressed by the quality in a rural quick service restaurant! Ambience (5/5) This place is brand new and beautiful. It has a modern flair and is clean. It is located within a Terrible's Casino, which is also new. They have very clean and nice restrooms. Make sure to stop here if you have to go! I am so happy to be able to attend this restaurant again. I love the food and the nostalgic feeling tied to it. Great place for families and an amazing new space. This place really has a 4.5/5 total score in my opinion, because I have other favorite burgers. However, taking everything into account I gave it a 5/5... especially for their service.

Yelp
We thought that the closest Big boy restaurant was in Norco CA about 4 hours away, I was surprised we have one now only about 40 minutes away. So we had to take off and go check out the restaurant. Food was really good, I had the OG big boy burger while my wife tried their strawberry waffle from their strawberry fest menu. Both of us agreed our meals were really good, honestly that burger hit the spot. Our wait staff was really good and friendly. The restaurant his quite large and seating wasn't a problem at all. The Big Boy is part of the Terrible's travel center and casino. There are several slot machines in the casino and a large convenience store. The location is across from Creech AFB off of Hwy 95 in Indian Springs. All in all, it is a nice drive outside of the city, not to far away for some good food and its always great to get a Big Boy burger.
