"This southern-style smokehouse imports all wood for its smokers from the owners family’s farm in Texas. Smoked brisket, chicken, turkey, and tri-tip all land on the barbecue section of this menu alongside sides like creamed corn and fried okra. A condiment station is filled with pickles, pickled carrots, jalapeños and cherry peppers for the taking." - Janna Karel, Eater Staff

Overall it was a good place. The atmosphere was pretty nice and good music playing. It did take about 25-30 mins to get our food, which I thought was odd. The food was good. In my opinion these types are always a hit or miss. Chicken was okay, the brisket was good. The potato salad was very good and Mac & cheese was just okay. But, the ribs were the best out of all. Wish there were more BBQ sauce options instead of just the two on the tables.

I've been coming here for 2 years and haven't been disappointed yet. The best BBQ here in the Valley. Three things you can always count on - delicious food, the best customer service, and a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone makes you feel at home. Portion sizes are great! My go-to has to be the brisket, chicken, and sausage. Easily can feed two! The sides are great, but the potato salad and coleslaw are my absolute favorite. You must also have the pecan pie. A must! Definitely recommend! Other restaurants should take note of what is pure customer service. This place is the best.

The meat was a little dry. Not that much to choose from nor much sauces either. Huge portion though. Their dessert pecan pie is to die for. Server was nice. The place was empty for a Sunday. I love their DIY SODA machine like you see in gas station. 😉

Being from Texas I wanted to try this place. Good portion of meat for the price. The beans and sauce have a vinegar base taste. If you are into that you will love it.

I was really looking forward to a good pullback pork sandwich and as I entered the place I was very excited thinking that I scored. It smelled great, the menu perfect, just enough choices to not send me in a loop, and service was good. My order came out within minutes. This place can be great if only they would serve the pork smothered in BBQ sauce. Instead I got home and to my surprise my sandwich was dry with no sauce at all. Yes they gave me plenty of sauce on the side but guys...it's NOT THE SAME THING! Why would you do that? Stop with the shortcuts. Shortcuts lead to mediocre. You have a good product but by serving the way you do its was just that...mediocre. Too bad.

SerpAPI
Good service but meat was over cooked and under seasoned. Limited sauces to use. On the up side they have $8 large 32 oz beer! Definitely go there to have some beers for lunchtime.

To be honest I’m not sure how the ratings are so high. I didn’t think the meats were seasoned very well, even the brisket was pretty bland. I’m giving the food 3 stars but I’m deducting an additional star for the conduct of the management. During my dine-in experience the staff got into an argument and one of the workers quit. I didn’t catch the full argument but the one part I did over hear was the manager telling the poor girl she can sue him for the money he owed her. I don’t have full context of the conversation but I can’t support a business that is going to withhold a workers earnings like that. Extremely unprofessional.

We ordered the beef ribs, baby back ribs, brisket, potato salad, and mac and cheese to share family style. It was all excellent although some of the baby back ribs (from the smaller end) were slightly dry. I loved that the brisket came as a choice between lean or moist. I prefer the fatty parts so I was able to specify. The beef ribs were HUGE and tasty. We did not finish all of our food and packed the rest up to-go and later reheated and was still excellent.

Yelp
SIMPLY AMAZING!!! The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and atmosphere was completely awesome. If you have never been, and you're in Henderson, please do not deny yourself the pleasure of this experience - YES EXPERIENCE!

Yelp
Big B's is one of my favorite BBQ spots in Vegas. The employees greet you right away and treat you like you're family. You order then pay and grab an open table and they bring your food to you. On the day we stopped in, we ordered a kids meal with turkey sliders and fries and a one meat plate with moist cut brisket with baked beans and corn for the sides. The food is always good and flavorful. The meats have a great smoked flavor and the bbq sauce is good. All of the side dishes I've had are really good. Big B's serves up some of the best BBQ in Vegas.

Yelp
Unfortunately this is a very rare 1 star on both food & customer service from a phone call with a manager. I gave this place 3 times and the last experience was an automatic NEVER AGAIN! First 2 times one sit in, second to go . First time Ribs were dry, sauce kinda watery and bland. Brisket was good and had a good ring on it. Second time, brisket burger spot on and nice portions. Third time and most recent causing this review was by far disgusting. I ordered a brisket burger with fries and mac & cheese to go. I asked for fatty pieces of brisket, instead I got dried out lean cuts when I took bites it was crunchy. Even pulled a piece out that so dry you couldn't eat it just by looking at it. You can see in the pic I posted. mac and cheese was lukewarm and fries were fine. I had came in on a Friday night at around 8pm and they closed at 9pm. Have in mind I was driving a friend all day visiting Hoover dam and when I came home I didn't call that night and complain. I waiting until the next morning and I spoke with a manager and she decided instead of apologizing about the food, I was being questioned why I couldn't call them that night? And I repliedit was close to closing time and the brisket wasn't edible so why would I want another burger potentially with the same issue? Also I said I was tired and didn't wanna go back out and drive that night. She then went and said," well next time call that night and we could have replaced it for you and basically said have a great day and hung up on me. There's way too many other options for bbq in the Henderson area to have a bad attitude towards your customers especially when they are in the wrong and all I suggested was to be aware of what you serve because the brisket was by far one of the worst Ive ever tasted. So bad I thought it was tri tip!!!! The pics don't lie!

Yelp
The spot is one of the better Texas style BBQ in Vegas. I recently went for take out - I ordered a half pound of brisket, two leg portions of chicken, and a #6 sandwich with brisket. Keep in mind - the associate will ask if you'd like the brisket lean or more fat. I ordered it with more fat, as that's where all the flavor is. Brisket was delicious! The fat was well distributed and tasted smoky in all the right areas. It didn't need BBQ sauce in my opinion, the flavors enhanced with mustard. The chicken was well cooked, juicy, and tender. I want to think it's Rotisserie style. The sandwich was delicious too, very simple: bread and meat. Adding either sides into the sandwich or barbecue sauce is your choice. My sides were: pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw, and creamed corn.

Yelp
When traveling we like to sample local BBQ and this place has a lot of good reviews. The cashier patiently explained to me how to order and she was friendly. It's a cute Texas themed place with license plates and picnic tables. We split a 2 meat plate and I was surprised that I could add beef ribs for just $5 more. We had sliced brisket lean and the 2 beef ribs. The brisket was well seasoned and cooked. It was a bit dry but that didn't take away a lot of the enjoyment. The ribs were nicely charred and the crunchy bits were very tasty. But they were a bit tough for my taste. Sides we had were fries (5*), beans (4*) and creamed corn (5*). And the portion size was decent. We were not impressed with either sauce, but sauce wasn't needed so it wasn't a problem. They have a fancy Coke machine with all of the options. I was expecting Pepsi because it's "Texas style," but I prefer Coke, so that was appreciated.

Yelp
A great environment for watching sports while eating bbq. It gives off very straight from Texas vibes and plenty of seating We got a 3 meat option wi the brisket, tri tip, and baby back ribs along with some hot links. For sides, corn bread and corn on the cob Overall, every cut we had was juicy which was the most important thing. The main knock was on flavor. It was good enough but I personally needed to dip it in sauce to really complete the taste so use that for your own judgment. We do wish the corn bread was more crispy on the outside as well. We had a great time regardless and the staff was very accommodating.

Yelp
I visited this location for the first time and found it to be an enjoyable experience. The chicken, turkey, and baby back ribs were all cooked and tasted just right. So good that I didn't even use the barbecue sauce that came with the meal. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful in selecting from the menu. The place was clean, with a moderate noise level during lunch. The two minor downsides were that we had to sit on hard benches and that the salads were made with cheap iceberg lettuce. Still, this is the place for barbecue lovers.

Yelp
Texas style BBQ in Henderson NV looks as if you are in Texas! Well organized, cute exterior with solid food choices. Pork and sausage are delicious! Brisket is bit too dry. Side wise - it is not a Texas BBQ without collard greens....

Yelp
Great Texas feel, good service and delicious food! I tried the two meat plate dinner... brisket, green beans, salad and tri-tip. The brisket and tri-tip were very tender. Green beans seasoned to perfection. The side salad was ok... I loved the Texas themed decor with the old school country music playing in the background.

Dani A.

Yelp
Great Texas BBQ! Great service and Cozy Ambiance! The staff are helpful when we had questions about the menu! Order the brisket and the tri tip! So good!

Leah C.

Yelp
We popped in for lunch and had the most delicious Texas BBQ! Not only is the atmosphere cozy, it really feels like you're in Texas! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and 1/2 rack of ribs. We ordered a few sides also- we got the coleslaw, baked beans, green beans, and fried okra. My favorite was the green beans! I got a sweet tea and enjoyed it. We spent less than $40 for everything, such a steal for good food! Definitely coming back here again! Happy Eats

Yelp
We have been going to Big B's since it opened and I think their bbq has gotten better and better. I appreciate the simple and clean approach to bbq, flavorful and moist brisket and turkey. I recommend going for the fattier brisket as a matter of choice but their leaner brisket is good also. My husband likes their pork ribs. The sides are solid but my favorite touch is that they offer sliced bread, onions and pickles - which is a Texas thing. They have a good sauce and don't over do it, you don't have to go crazy in bbq sauce when the meat is done right. The restaurant is clean, family friendly and the service is consistently kind and knowledgeable. We have never left room for dessert but I am sure it would be good to try.

Yelp
When... 2024, Labor Day weekend, lunch time What... Smoked brisket, smoked tri tip, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, fried okra, potatoe salad Where... Big B's Texas BBQ 3019 St Rose Pkwy #130, Henderson, NV 89052 The Good... All the meats was very tender and smoky. Very close to Texas BBQ. The pulled pork seems greater than 1/2 lb!!! It was flavorful and juicy yet not feeling greasy. Fried okra was pretty darn good side to have, needing to eat the greens. Oh, and the sauces were great; spicy BBQ sauce was not that spicy and way addictive. The Bad... Maybe the other meats, but nothing we got The Meh... The potato salad tasted little odd, but the huge chunks make a difference. Could add more thousand Island seasoning? The Mac n cheese was standard, perhaps as some brisket scrap in there? The Conclusion... This is the place to go... South of Vegas and worth a stop if driving from LA. Highly recommended!!! OPEN A SITE CLOSER TO LA!!!

Yelp
3 Meat Combo w/ 2 sides $24: Brisket/Tri Tip/Hot Link, Baked Beans, and Coleslaw. Fried Okra (+$4), Cornbread (+$1.75). The Good: Interior is spacious with lots of tables and lively country music playing over the stereo. Self serve BBQ sauce and paper towels at each table. Self serve beverages. Friendly servers. The Not So Good: Overall, the food is too salty! I've never had salty coleslaw before, so that was weird. I took a couple bites of the coleslaw and baked beans and tossed the rest. The hot link was also salty with a strong black pepper flavor. I guess I expected spicy hot to come from chili peppers, so didn't care for it. On the other hand, the cornbread was dense, chewy, and didn't taste good. The fried okra had zero flavor (also no sauce), although I doubt a sauce would've improved it. The brisket and tri tip definitely looked dry, but tasted okay. Honestly it was nothing special. What appeared to be a nice spread left me feeling disappointed after spending $30 and no interest in eating it.

Gregg L.

Yelp
Is it the best bbq I've ever eaten? Probably not. But the portions are excellent, the food is solid and the service is friendly so there's not much more you could ask for. This place had a nice crowd even on a Saturday afternoon during in between hours. The line moved fast and I was surprised at value for the size of the portions coming out of the kitchen. We ended up with a combo platter and the BBQ sandwich. The meats were all smoked well and tender, although not all equal in execution. Either way, the brisket and ribs were very enjoyable. The sides were a little hit or miss, but the mac and cheese, baked beans and okra were all very solid and helped round out the meal. Worth a visit for big portions and solid bbq if you're ever in the area.

Yelp
We moved away and was in. Henderson for the day and I remembered the beef ribs were awesome Well yesterday I ordered 4 beef ribs to go - when we travel always carry a cooler with ice packs The ribs I got yesterday looked nothing like in the past Warmed up 2 for dinner 1 bite they were disgusting. Furthermore about 30 minutes later I start breaking out in a rash and hives so I don't know what they use for smoke but these were absolutely horrible. I will never step foot in this place again Buyer Beware I'm gonna post pictures of years ago and then a post pictures of yesterday you decide but again Buyer beware this is not the same place as years ago I feel ripped off and disgusted that I got sick !!!!

Julie B.

Yelp
I liked this place the minute we walked in. Staff extra friendly, you could tell that they actually liked being at work and liked each other. I ordered the 3 meat plate with Babybacks, Brisket & Hot Link. Babybacks fell off the bone, brisket had a nice pink smoke ring. I was expecting a hot link, like andouille. Link was pretty mild. They do have a jalapeño version. BBQ sauce on the table, however it's not marked so it's hard to tell what you're gonna get. I chose Mac n cheese and fries as my sides. Fries weren't crispy, but they were good and lightly seasoned. The Mac n Cheese wasn't my favorite. Either someone put too much cream cheese/ sour cream or ?? One small bite was enough for me. Husband ordered the Ultimate BBQ sandwich. This thing is enormous, filled with every kind of BBQ you could imagine. I had my doubts he could eat the whole thing... of course he did!! He also had fries but chose the baked beans which were good. The restaurant is filled with your typical Texas bbq decor, TV's and picnic benches. The benches are huge so we felt like we were taking up unnecessary space. However they do have a couple smaller round tables, that were occupied. It's worth a try if you're in the area.

Yelp
We have just been loving our local Texas BBQ place! I'm very picky with bbq food & they are pretty darn authentic Texas bbq!!! We eat there at least once every week now for a few months now.

Diana C.

Yelp
The place looks amazing, love the decor and supper clean. The food was good, the prices right and overall a good place to have some bbq dinner. The service was fast and efficient.

Nazh D.

Yelp
Been passing by this place and finally got to try it. The restaurant is a good size with seating for bigger parties. We went around dinner time and the line wasnt too bad, ordering went by fast and the food was ready in no time. I ordered the two meat combo with two sides for less than $20. The moist brisket was good and tasty. The mac and cheese was good too. I would have liked the potato salad but the potato chunks were a bit big and realize I only got 3 bit pcs in the small cup. The pulled pork was good too and I like that they give you a pretty generous amount. Bf got the burger with brisket, it was good but the lean brisket was kinda dry. The fries was good though. I think for the price and the quality this place is good to satisfy the bbq craving without breaking the bank.

Morgan B.

Yelp
Hands down the best BBQ we have had. For fathers day the line was long but moved quickly. The line was out the door when we arrived and by the time we ordered the line had slowed down. The open kitchen and fast pace kitchen makes it a fun experience to watch them prepare all the meats and sides. They have everything possiable ready to be prepped and served and were constantly adding more sides and calling out as items were running out. You can choose family style by the half or full pound of meats and sides individual, or pint, or quart. We choose individual meals because we have picky eaters. We had two seperate orders and one came out within 15 minutes you order at the counter and then take your number, grab your drink and sit and relax until you get severed. The second order was about ten minutes behind so the manager apologized and brought the order himself then another server grabbed us two sliced of the most moist red velvet cake we ever had. The sweet tea was empty and the staff quickly moved the tea container and made some more. By the time the food came to the table the sweet tea was ready. The tables were cleaned inbetween customers and the sauces were neatly put in their carriers. The staff clearly show they care about their customers and we drove 40 minutes and it was well worth it.

Amy W.

Yelp
Been here many times it's always good very casual environment and staff are extremely friendly the pies are good ribs chicken just about everything yum

Jay R.

Yelp
We ordered the entire meal for takeout: brisket, shredded beef and pork, corn on the cob, smoked turkey, and baked beans. Everything was delicious with a perfect smoky flavor. However, the baked beans had a slightly odd tomato-based taste that we didn't particularly enjoy. Aside from that, everything had a traditional southern smoky taste. The mac and cheese was excellent, featuring a thick, melted cheese layer on top. The service was friendly, and the ambiance was outdoorsy due to the delivery. Other page is inactive so I reposted on this active page.

Yelp
My daughter and I wanted to get some lunch and she chose BBQ and we'd never been here before so we stopped in. We got there just before the lunch rush so that was nice. This is a regular ol' BBQ joint where you can order plates or meats by the pound, as well as sandwiches, salads and sides. We ordered at the counter and decided we'd share the 3 meat plate with 2 sides. We had the tri-tip, brisket and ribs. ($5 up charge for the ribs, we were told when we ordered so it wasn't a surprise when we got the total) she got green beans, I got cole slaw and we got done cornbread. We sat down at one of the picnic tables where there was lots of room for my grandson's stroller to sit next to us. Our food was brought out quickly. The ribs were tender! The meat just fell off the bone, the brisket was good and the tri-tip was ok. If you like smoky flavors this is the place for you!! I took an order home to my Hubbs to have when he got home from work. I ordered him the Mac & cheese as his side, mostly so I could taste it, super creamy and cheesy. We enjoyed our lunch. The service was good, the food was tasty and it wasn't crazy expensive.

Yelp
If I could give this place a ZERO STAR I would . Never in my life have I ever been so disappointed in a BBQ restaurant. I've had almost ever BBQ chain across the west coast and came to Vegas to visit and was set up with the reviews of this disgusting fake bbq. Oh and don't worry I'll be adding pictures . Corn bread tasted like cinnamon dry sweet bread and it had corn in it that tasted old ! The beans were 80% bbq sauce 10% brisket and 10 % beans !! EWW ! The Mac and cheese was DRY DRY DRY and not warm at all . Lastly my ribs I got were super FATTY and dry . This was the worst $60 I've ever spent on food ever . Please read this with caution but if your one that wants to find out for yourself then by all means contribute to the problem . And if one of this restaurants managers sees this , maybe send me my damn money back . Your food was disgusting. For the love of god please shut this place down until you make some serious changes . Maybe take some notes Crome RUDY's country store and BBQ . They actually take pride in what they do

Steven O.

Yelp
So when you gotta get your Texas Style Bbq fix, there aren't much better choices here in Vegas! Slow smoked meats, hand cut fries, tangy pit beans and ice cold Shiner Bock beers! Yep that's all you need! Lined with picnic tables, stacks of Texas imported Oakwood and brick walls this place screams Texas Goodness! If your looking to feed a big crowd this is the place! They set us up Buffet style for our group to come watch the game on Sunday and we got "Served" piles of delicious barbecue and pitchers of cold beer! The staff was super accommodating to our group !! You gotta try em out!

Peter S.

Yelp
I've been here a few dozen times. The food is excellent and probably the best bbq in town. I've tried all their food at this point and they don't have anything that disappoints. Good portions too.

Jessica L.

Yelp
I have to say that I have never been so dissatisfied with a bbq restaurant. The sides were all terrible. The creamed corn wasn't remotely creamy.. it tasted like canned corn that they whizzed up in a blender. It was all fibrous and watery. The mac and cheese tasted like milk - no cheese or seasoning. The beans were overly sweet. The coleslaw was the only side I would order again and that still needed more seasoning. Worst yet was the meat. We ordered to go and their website stated it would be a 10 min wait when you got to the restaurant because they cut the meat to order. No problem! But I got there and waited 24 mins. They were not busy. Got home and was so disappointed. The brisket was dry as a bone. I had a huge hunk of an end piece that was hard as a rock and couldn't even be eaten. The pulled chicken was SO dry (you can see in my picture) it literally looked like sawdust. The hot link had zero spice -- it tasted like kielbasa. But, was the best meat I ate. The pulled pork was ok, but not great. I definitely won't be back and I'm actually upset that I spent $40 and threw almost 80% of it in the trash.

Paul U.

Yelp
Great food, I ate at the one on Ft Apache waiting for the one on Sahara to open. Can someone tell me when that one will open?

Chris H.

Yelp
The Ultimate BBQ Burger was good, and so was the Mac n' cheese. The meats on their own are good too, and the sauce is tasty. We've been a couple of times and service varied, but never bad. This is one of our top spots for Texas BBQ.

Greg M.

Yelp
4-stars. My visit to Big B's was for takeout. I ordered the Two Meat Plate (lean brisket and turkey) for $20 and was generally pleased. The sides included a corn on the cob and fries. The portions were moderate in size but I was able to make two small meals (a dinner and a lunch sandwich) from what I got. The meat was a bit on the dry side and the BBQ sauces (regular and hot) I received were just OK. The fries, unfortunately, were quite soggy and limp by the time I got them home. The corn was good. I had to sit at the register while they prepared my order for about a ten minutes wait. Not too bad. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time I was there, seemed clean and had an outdoor Texas vibe. All in all a nice meal. I'll be back.

Harper J. N.

Yelp
I love BBQ so much and i isually go out my way to try new BBQ locations and this one was one of the greatest among them all.. we had a pleasant experince here from thevservice, from the quality of their BBQ, from how clean this place was.. although the service was a bit slow but we enjoyed the overall experience. Nice place.

Victoria V.

Yelp
The food here is amazing and well seasoned. The meat is tender and the side are all delicious and flavorful. The portion size is awesome. The place is huge to bring the family. The service is on point as well. All the staff is very kind and helpful. Will come back when I'm in Vegas! So so good!

Madelyn T.

Yelp
Big B's is definitely my go to when I'm craving for BBQ. It's convenient and near home so I don't need to make a far drive anywhere. Service is always great and they keep the dining area clean. I think the food is decently priced and affordable. Be sure to check in on Yelp to get a free side!

Yelp
I stop by and get some BBQ every time I'm in Town. I have to remove 2 stars during my last visit. -The Baby back ribs were dry and burned, and the Beef Ribs seemed undercooked, but also burned. Perhaps the flames were too high, and not cooked long enough. -I ordered almost $200 of food to bring back to friends in Cali, and the cashier pointed that I pick one of the 4 amounts to Tips on the screen, and gave me an attitude when I skip it. I hope this is not a management issue. No way I'm tipping $40 + while picking up my own togo order.

Kristen N.

Yelp
So hubby tried the baby back ribs tonight and yummy yum yummm per my hubby ( I do not eat red meat). So I enjoyed their smoked turkey and it is things that dreams are made of too!! And the Mac and cheese is super cheesy! love this place

Ryan V.

Yelp
When Big Bs first opened by my house I was extremely excited to have good barbeque. They did an amazing job with friendly service and quality product. For the first few years, I would dine here at least once a week with my favorite order of baby back ribs, pulled pork and coleslaw. There was once an issue with a delivery and the owner called me up and personally delivered to my house, talk about service!!! I noticed over a year ago that product quality was not consistent and started going less often. I decided to try them out and ordered online for a pick up. Major mistake, they couldn't find the ticket then argued with me that I didn't pay, even though I had a receipt from the ordering app. (Not sure if why they decided to argue about payment when they didn't know what I ordered???) Instead of handling the issue, they decided to have me wait while they took orders of 5 other parties. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, they finally acknowledged they had my order and made it. Poor service, poor experience, ok food. Brian, if the restaurant cannot service pick ups and looses orders, I would suggest removing any pick up at your outlets or it will turn more customers like me off from returning to what used to be a great independently owned restaurant. Service, operational efficiencies and quality of product are not even close to the original standards.

Yelp
We were on this side of town and craving bbq so stopped in to try out this place. Loved the atmosphere; picnic tables and fun. The servers were very attentive and friendly. The food was very good. Especially the okra. Lightly breaded and fresh tasting. The chicken had a nice smoked flavor. The brisket was very tender and juicy. Plenty of food for 4 hungry eaters or 6 normal eaters. The only thing missing was a great bbq sauce. Although the food was well flavored and cooked to perfection; when you're craving bbq you want a great sauce to go with it. That said, we will still be back.

Yelp
Been waiting to try this place...I should've waited longer. Oooh cornbread...$1.75 I was disappointed as I was not expecting a cinnamon spice in it. I was wondering why it was a weird color. The corn on the cob was just that. Add your own butter and salt. The beef ribs were pretty good and large but we were told they usually aren't that big. The baby backs lack flavor all together other than a freezer burn taste and they were dry. Disappointing they don't offer spare ribs. The brisket also lacked flavor. The bbq sauce was like ketchup, vinegar and a hint of worcestershire (however it's spelled) sauce. Very boring but literally had to douse the meat with it along with the mustard sauce and hot sauce. My experience was bland and boring.

Yelp
This is the Henderson location. When you first walk in you get immersed in a wonderful smoked meat smell, I'm surprised the smoke alarms are all not going off! The aroma envelops you and are a great prelude to the wonderfulness to come. The service is typical of most bbq places you would encounter in Texas bbq restaurants. Tables with various dipping sauces and a roll of paper towel when you indulge in eating and getting your hands and face full of sauce. I ordered the brisket and baby back ribs plus sides of corn and their wonderful beans. I really wanted beef ribs but they are having supply chain issues getting the beef ribs, I guess I'm not the only one that loves it. Their prices are very very reasonable for the work and love that goes into smoking the wonderful meats. The brisket was moist and thinly sliced, I'm used to slices thicker but now i know to let them know ahead when I order. The baby back ribs were moist but a little overcooked for my liking but then again most people think my food is undercooked. This location will be my go to location when I'm in the vicinity.

Yelp
I've been to numerous BBQ places in Texas and Big B's reminded me of every single BBQ place I tried while I was visiting Texas. The ambiance was cute and actually felt like you were at an outdoor BBQ. Without the heat factor and grossness of eating outside when it's hot. The wooden benches were fun a well themed. Very clean and well kept too! The service was awesome! The staff was super kind and helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure all visitors were well taken care of and definitely paid attention to everyone. Prices were reasonable and you get a TON of food. Im still drooling over how good my food was. Even my smoked TURKEY was moist and not dry. My meat fell apart when barely touched. Im even more excited now that I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow too! Definite MUST try and we will definitely go back and soon. Bravo Big Bs!

Yelp
This place is definitely the largest and cleanest bbq restaurant I have ever been to. You can tell they take pride in the cleanliness of their restaurant, and it is appreciated. We got lean brisket, pulled pork, beans and potato salad. Everything was good, i would say thr bbq pork was executed slightly better than the brisket, as it felt a bit dry. The sides were both excellent. We will definitely be back to try some more menu items, the cashier girl was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great meal.

Yelp
I'm pretty picky when it comes to bbq since I know what good bbq tastes like! This place has it but its not consistent. Service was good but food again could be more consistent

Yelp
Food quality not the same anymore won't be coming back and don't get me started on the service Latina lady (looked to be manager I'm assuming) was so rude on taking my order. This restaurant has gone down hill that past few months and I never have I written a review before but my god does this place need to get there stuff together. Do yourself a favor and look else where for bbq.

Yelp
Nice service!!! Good prices!! I thought my medium rare was too rare, but it was edible. Fried pickles were too much breaded. I suggest they use pickle spears not chips. Ribs were delicious.

Yelp
Big B's has some of the best BBQ in Vegas. I really thought I had reviewed this place years ago, because we've been customers off and on for at least 6 years. Anyhow, we dined here last night at this OG location and it's been awhile. The brisket meal that I had just reminded me of how delicious their food is. I had the 1 Meat meal with mac n cheese and cole slaw, plus added cornbread. This is such a terrific meal and it was served up so fast. Some BBQ places have great meat but the sides aren't so good; that's not the case at Big B's as their sides are great, too. There is plenty of seating here which has made it perfect for group outings with our friends. I'm glad to see that they're still around and still serving up wonderful BBQ.
