Just walking in the front door, I could smell this was gonna be some GOOOOD BBQ! The place was done up TEXAS!! The staff was welcoming and friendly. They explained how to order and took their time to make sure you knew what you were getting. They made some great suggestions and we ended up having more than enough to eat. The dining room was very clean and their were tables large enough to accommodate parties of all sizes. There was even a super mindful hand washing station right there for all to use. Great Job y'all!! Keep up the super job!

Line up in the fenced walkway to place your order. Great BBQ brisket, potato salad, corn on the cob, fried okra, seasoned green beans, and creamed corn. The brisket was tender and juicy. They offered spicy barbecue sauce, and it was good. Their house barbecue sauce is very good, too. Fast table service. Nicely decorated indoors with lots of seating. A full bar is inside. Country music was playing during our visit, very suitable for the theme. Several TVs were all over the place showing various things. They have an accessible freestyle soda dispenser indoors. They also have various canned drinks and bottled Mexican Cokes! Very reasonably priced! They have Blue Bell ice cream, but we got too full eating their one meat combo platters. Generous portions of meats and sides! This could very well become our new go-to barbecue joint! We look forward to our next visit, especially to try more of their meat selection.

We have been waiting for so long for this location to open! Although the new location is twice as far for us we were excited to have Big B's again. And we were not disappointed in the least. Brisket was on point and fatty juicy and melt in your mouth good. Beef ribs were good but I could tell they had been sitting out a while as they were a bit dry. Overall it was a great experience, I believe w spoke with the owner who came by our table. Very nice and humble man. Best BBQ in Vegas!

This was my first time coming to this location which is closer to my house. It was late so I got my food to go. I always dine in at their other location and most bbq places I go to. The dining area seems bigger since it looks like one place instead of separated like at the other location. It is similarly decorated the way a bbq place should look with the wood and signs on the wall. I got the Ultimate Bbq Sandwich which comes with Brisket , Pulled Pork , and a Hot Link with Slaw. It's one of my favorites at Jessie Rae's so I had to do a comparison. I usually get a 2 or 3 Meat Plate at Big B's on St. Rose. I got Corn On The Cobb and Bbq Beans as my sides and the Spicy Bbq Sauce. The Brisket and Pulled Pork was very good , in fact I think this time the Brisket was better here than the last 2 times I got it at St Rose location. This was the first time I had their Hot Link and it was okay , but Jessie Rae's Hot Link is better. Corn On The Cob was fresh , hot , and good. The Bbq Beans as usual was very good , but this time I didn't have any pieces of Brisket in it like I usually get. The Spicy Bbq was was perfect for the sandwich. It's so big I use a fork because it will just fall apart which is to be expected , but this way you get to try everything and for a good price. I've had their Baby Back Ribs at the St Rose location and they are some of the best in town. The cashier was nice and I got my food fairly quickly. The restaurant and counter area was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend you coming here if you've never been. There are a ton of bbq restaurants in Las Vegas , but most are mediocre or just plain not worth going to. Over the past few years the quality of bbq in Vegas has gone downhill. Big's B's has been consistently good for me.

A True Taste of Texas in the Heart of Vegas! As a longtime fan of authentic Texas BBQ, I can confidently say that Big B's on Sahara Ave is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of mesquite smoke hits you, and you know you're in for something special. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. The brisket is the star of the show. I went for the moist cut, and it was unbelievably tender, with a perfect peppery bark and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that shows it's been slow-smoked for hours. It's easily some of the best brisket I've had outside of the Lone Star State. The baby back ribs were also fantastic—fall-off-the-bone tender with a delicious glaze that complements the smoky flavor without overpowering it. And let's not forget the sides! The mac and cheese is rich and creamy, and the BBQ beans are the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The colossal baked potato is a meal in itself, loaded with your choice of meat and all the fixings. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere feels like a classic Texas smokehouse. If you're looking for genuine, no-frills, top-tier barbecue in Las Vegas, you absolutely have to stop by Big B's. It's a 5-star experience all the way.

This restaurant is great value, you get a lot of food. Highlight from the meats we got was definitely the brisket, so much better than the pulled pork and beef ribs in our opinion. The cornbread was also very good.

Walking in the restaurant is exactly how you would expect a Texas BBQ place to be. The women taking the orders were polite and very helpful to a group infont of me that needed help. The owner Brian stopped by my table after I got my food to check in he was very passionate about the food and the restaurant and you don't see that from bigger chains. The food was great and AFFORDABLE I was stuffed from the 2 meat plate for 19.99. Plenty of TVs to watch the game and lots of bigger tables for large groups. Would recommend it to anyone.

Google
I recommend trying out Big B's if you appreciate the rich, lingering smoke flavor and aroma from BBQ. I appreciate that this restaurant serves freshly prepared smoky meats without depending on sugary sauces to be smothered onto everything. I used to go to the St Rose location years ago when leaving work. I was happy to see a nother location pop up close to where I live! Now, they do have a few flavors of barbeque sauces on the side. The regular bbq sauce was sweet and smoky. The spicy bbq sauce was hot and a little bit tangy and is my favorite! I ordered a 3 Meat plate at the counter to go. I chose beef ribs, brisket, and smoked turkey with fries and cornbread. All of the meats were fresh, tender, smoky and did not have excessive fat on them. With it I enjoyed soft cornbread that had a hint of cinnamon and high quality fresh fries. The restaurant was very cozy, mellow with a little hustle and bustle from customers dining in. Some sports on tv and no loud music, but definitely the rich aroma of BBQ smoke! Stefany was the cashier who greeted me and was very sweet. Thank you Big B's for your great food, service, and for opening a new location. I will likely be back to get some good quality protein, but without the sugar from BBQ sauce!

Yelp
My husband and I went for lunch on a Monday and there were just a few tables of patrons inside the large establishment. There were plenty of tables to choose from and the restaurant had a Texas/cowboy type theme. We ordered a half rack of beef ribs (4 ribs total) and a pound of moist brisket. For the sides we got potato salad, mac n cheese and green beans. The sides were good- no complaints and the brisket was delicious (moist, juicy, soft). I did think the ribs were a bit overcooked (I didn't enjoy the charred bits) which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Yelp
1.5/5 - What Happened, Big B's? I was raving about this place after my first visit -- told my fiancé it was some of the best BBQ in town. I don't know what changed, but this time was a total letdown. Everything was overcooked, dry, and flavorless except for the hot link. What happened to the seasoning and the smoke that was there the first time. The okra had zero seasoning, the pecan pie was stale, and even the root beer tasted off -- the soda line clearly wasn't refilled right. I was honestly embarrassed after hyping it up so much. Big B's went from a five-star first impression to a one-and-done experience for him. For a Texas BBQ joint, I expected way more consistency and care. The portions had barely any meat on it, I understand we're not in Texas... but this was disappointing. Especially for what we'd paid, totally wasn't worth it. Hoping management reads this -- because the first visit showed real potential, but this one completely missed the mark.

Yelp
We used to love the location on Ft Apache. We waited for quite some time for this spot to open up after the other location closed. We tried it once the week it opened -- it wasn't great, but I wanted to give them some more time since they had just opened up. We tried them again this week, and it's still bad. So disappointing. Big B's was the only BBQ in Vegas I felt good about recommending... but not anymore. The brisket had a weird texture and was served in chunks instead of slices. The beef ribs are so much smaller now, barely any meat. The bbq sauce on the table had a weird smell, I don't know if it was old or what... but not good at all. Mac and cheese was just way overcooked and the flavor wasn't great either. Okra was freshly made and perfect... it was the only part of the meal I enjoyed. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. They just need to fix the food, I don't understand why it's so different now.

Yelp
Popped in for the Notre Dame-Texas A&M game to meet some friends. Super impressive decor, great service and -- most importantly -- arguably the best BBQ in town. I can't think of anyone doing it as well in Las Vegas. I ordered the three-meat combo, choosing brisket, pulled pork and tri tip with fried okra (my favorite) and fries (also my favorite cut). Went with the spicy BBQ sauce. The okra was so good, I almost took another pint to go for later. The brisket nailed it, the pulled pork made me wish I had a side of cornbread (fail!) to pair with it because it's made for a killer pull pork sandwich, and the tri-tip was on point. Our table also enjoyed the smoked turkey. Super consistent. Producing high quality Texas BBQ. Great place to watch your favorite sporting events and a very welcoming bar area if you want to keep your experience 21-and-older. Super happy they're in this new location on West Sahara.

Yelp
Big B's Texas BBQ is much larger than you might expect when you first walk in. The setup is straightforward--you order and pay at the counter, then they bring the food out to your table. Drinks and utensils are self-serve, which I actually appreciate because it keeps things easy and casual. The space itself is very relaxed with huge tables that are perfect for groups, plus plenty of TVs that give it a laid-back vibe. It's the kind of place where you don't feel rushed, and it's easy to hang out for a while. Pricing felt like a great value for what you get--generous portions at a fair price. The food itself was solid BBQ. While I'm not the biggest American barbecue fan personally, I thought everything was flavorful and well done. A couple of things that weren't my favorite: the plastic silverware and cups. It's not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning if that kind of thing bothers you. Overall, I'd definitely come back. It's a comfortable spot with good food at a good value, and I can see it being a go-to for families or groups looking for a relaxed BBQ experience.

Yelp
We visited for lunch on a Saturday, with 3 adults and 2 small children, and it was a pleasant experience. We arrived right at 1100, grabbed a table and proceeded to the ordering line. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. We ordered a few meats; a pound of Brisket, a pound of Pulled Pork, half pound of Tri Tip and a half rack of Baby Back Ribs. We then added sides; Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese, and Baked Beans. All the items were well prepared, fresh and very tasty. I would have preferred table service, but the workers were very friendly and prompt. The one issue we had was that they advertise a full bar, and we saw it. However, they had no one manning the bar while we were there. The beer was nice and cold from the ordering counter, but a margarita would have been nice. Overall, excellent BBQ.

Yelp
As this was a new place, every time I drove by I wanted to try it. I was surprised it was not overly crowded. The decor was full of Texas memorabilia such as flags and jerseys. It's the perfect place to bring the family to enjoy some good food and watch the games. You stood in line in a small maze and ordered your food from a counter. Things seem to run smoothly. I loved the bar area was separate as it was on the opposite side of the room. We ordered the Colossal potato and the brisket Po' boy sandwich that came with 2 sides' The brisket was cooked perfectly! Was moist and tender with tons of flavor! The table had bbq sauce and other fixings plus a roll of paper towels. The bread was extremely soft. We got the Mac and cheese which was creamy and delicious. The second side was homemade fries! Was not too greasy. The colossal potato loved up to its name and it included your choice of meat and I had the pulled pork. You had a choice of Mac and cheese or beans. I chose the beans. It was toasted and had a good amount of toppings with sour cream and cheese. I was not able to finish it. The owner greeted us at our table and asked how things were. That was a nice touch! If you want good bbq this is the spot! Much better than Famous Dave's and Rollin Smoke! The prices are very reasonable. The also offer BlueBell ice cream and a variety of desserts. Was too full to try them. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
Overall enjoyed eating here it is my second visit today I had sliced turkey macaroni and cheese and baked beans both sides were unique only issue with baked beans they have sliced onions which were tough to chew I suggest you mince the onions the flavor was delicious on the first visit I had bbq spare ribs and tri tip both delicious but the sides were fries and French style green beans not a fan of either and my first visit I sat at the bar and the service was amazing and one of the reasons I returned I came in today at 200 was informed the bar doesn't open until 300 there was no one at the front to greet and overall service and friendliness today was a Zero I will make sure I come at 300 or after

Yelp
My son brought home some leftovers from work meeting. And oh my!!!! So good! The baked beans oh my! I am pretty sure the best baked beans in my 56 years of life I have ever tasted! They aren't too sweet full of meat and different kinds of beans like chili but no chili spice but peppery with sweetness they are perfectly flavored! Everything is so good! The potato salad I saw green pepper and thought yuck not going to be good I was so wrong! Such a good flavor and not overpowering at all! Raw red onion and full of savory flavor! The pulled pork and the brisket so tasty! The ribs and chicken have a lot of rub but I had to add salt and sauce. The coleslaw is tasty not too sweet! Mac and cheese is yum. It's hard to find a place that you love all the sides and wow I am still in shock! My grandson loved the corn muffins. Definitely will be ordering soon!

Yelp
Mouth watering bbq and sides make Big B's Texas BBQ one of the best in town! I tried the new location which is very spacious plus a full service bar for more seating. Make sure to try the 3 meat plate which comes with 2 sides. The hot links were amazing, the brisket was so tender and the baby back ribs fell right off the bone! Corn on the cob was piping hot and so delicious with the provided butter. Mac and cheese was delicious and complemented everything so well. I can't wait to go back and try more meats and sides!

Yelp
Review is for the new location on Sahara/Cimmaron. eaten there 3 times in last 9 days. My honest review after my 3rd visit 1. Brisket - 10 outta 10. Moist and flavorful. A must order for anyone on their first visit. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED 2. Pulled Pork - eh... 5 outta 10. one of the weaker meats on the menu. dry and not all that flavorful. Not in a rush to order it again 3. TriTip - dry and disappointing. maybe i caught an off batch? Would give this meat a 2nd try as i think they can do better. 4. Hot link - 8.5 outta 10. Very very good Ribs - haven't tried yet but only because i'm saving them for my next visit. SIDES 1. Cornbread. 6 outta 10. Not bad just not great. would order again but not a side i'd hype up to a friend. 2. BBQ Beans - 10 outta 10. Perhaps the best tasting item on the menu??? . Big chunks of meat and beans in a delicious sauce. Tons of brown sugar and/or molasses in the dish. Was surprised at the size of the dish as it was a side. GREAT value on this item. I think about these beans often 3. Fries - 8 outta 10. Solid order. Can't go wrong here. Several other sides available. i just haven't tried them all yet. Each meal i've washed down with an Able Baker's Atomic Duck. Think its a 24oz pour for $9!! Even a hardened drinker is gonna catch a solid buzz of just one of these. Don't see many ordering a 2nd as its an 8.5 or 9% ABV beer, Think it's $7 for a 16oz if you order from the bar vs. where you order the food. Good, friendly service from all the employees. Both the restaurant and the bathrooms are being cleaned several times an hour.h Overall i'd give Big B's a solid 9 outta 10. Welcome to the neighborhood. Glad you're here!!!

Yelp
Big B's Texas BBQ re-opened its second location just prior to August 2025, and on Sunday evening the Restaurant at 8125 West Sahara Avenue showed again why any discussion of local smoked Meat has began and ended with Brian and Natalia's brand since 2016. Named after its Pit Master, and changing the long-held belief that Las Vegas is not a Barbeque town ever since the original opened in Henderson, Big B's Texas BBQ features the work of Brian Buechner and Natalia Badzjo, the husband and wife team taking a hands-on approach to every aspect of the operation from build-out to driving in fresh piles of wood as needed from the Lone Star State. Always working with a great crew while doing brisk business for dine-in and take-out, guests entering location number two will immediately notice Brian's handy work in wood tables and chairs flanking a full bar, the relic of many prior occupants benefited by a liquor license in addition to Beer, Soft Drinks and freshly brewed Tea. Texas through-and-through in terms of décor, the bustling main room offering a full view of the kitchen while Brian and Natalia installed a full-bar in the Restaurant's right half, big screen televisions are visible from every seat so guests can take in action from their favorite team on benches or from rounded booths. Ready to greet fans new and old it was on individual trays that Meats, Breads and Sides arrived quickly, the housemade Cornbread particularly soft when warm and delicious whether plain or slathered with Butter while Mac & Cheese continues to impress guests of all ages. Next letting Meats take center stage, but not before Hand-cut Fries or Onion Rings, Big B's Brisket follows Texas protocol with little more than smoke and a bit of seasoning while Ribs also shine as a slight pull of the teeth easily liberates supple Muscle from Bone. Not forgetting the Brisket Burger with two Patties, moist Brisket, Cheese and Onion Rings on a fluffy yet supportive Bun, one would be hard-pressed to name a better bargain at $16.99 even before adding a pair of complimentary Sides.

Yelp
Big B's Texas BBQ has all the makings of a top-tier spot in Vegas--friendly service, generous portions, and some standout sides. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitudes. Especially the host/owner/manager that walked around and made sure everybody was ok. They were attentive and eager to make sure I had everything I needed, which set the tone for a good experience. The portion sizes were big--true to the name--and you definitely get your money's worth. The mac & cheese was creamy and flavorful, and the baked beans had that perfect sweet-savory balance that kept me coming back for more. Honestly, those two alone could almost carry the meal. However, as a true BBQ lover, I have to be honest--the meat was a letdown. The cuts were tender enough, but they lacked seasoning and that bold, smoky flavor that makes BBQ unforgettable. Meat is the heart of barbecue, and without flavor, it just falls flat. To add to that, the limited selection of BBQ sauces didn't give much room to dress it up or bring out different flavor profiles. Big B's is a step away from being one of the best BBQ joints in Vegas. The atmosphere, sides, and service are there. But until the meat has some depth of seasoning and a wider variety of sauces, it'll feel like it's missing the soul of great barbecue.

Yelp
A Sad First (and Last) Visit Visited: Sept 13, 2025 * Dine-in * Check #23 * $62.81 Las Vegas is a tough city for real barbecue. I went in hopeful when this new spot opened around the corner, but what followed was a master class in how to miss every mark that matters. Service set the tone The dining room has a backyard-picnic vibe, which I liked at first. But while taking our order, the two counter staff repeatedly interrupted one another to discuss unrelated tasks. We had to re-state our simple order more than once. It wasn't hostile, just careless and not the welcome you expect when you're ready to hand over sixty dollars. Food arrived fast -- too fast Plates landed within minutes. Speed sounds good until you taste it. Quick turnaround in barbecue usually means pre-held meat, and every bite backed that up. Plate-by-plate breakdown Friend's 2-meat plate: jalapeño-cheese link & smoked turkey Smoked turkey: pale, no smoke ring, dry to the point of needing sauce just to swallow. Jalapeño-cheese link: casing soft and slick instead of tight and snappy. Cheese inside wasn't fully melted, a sign it was reheated rather than smoked through. Potato salad: mustard so heavy it drowned every other flavor. BBQ beans: mostly ketchup-style sauce with a token scoop of beans. My 3-meat plate: lean brisket, tri-tip, beef ribs Brisket & tri-tip: visually and flavor-wise indistinguishable. No bark, no dry-rub character, no seasoning beyond plain beef. Beef ribs: the only redeeming item, saved only by natural fat content, not by pitmaster skill. Mac & cheese: gritty and broken, more like weeknight stovetop than smoked-pit comfort. Fried okra: acceptable but unseasoned. Sauces & smoke Three squeeze bottles--one sweet red, one honey-mustard lookalike, one dark brown--offered no regional identity. No wood pile, no clean smoke aroma, nothing to signal Texas craft. The clientele pattern The dining room skewed older and favored extremely mild flavors. It reminded me of Lucille's Smokehouse, another chain that leans heavily toward an older palate and away from bold seasoning. This isn't an accident; it's a theme. If you like true pit barbecue with smoke, spice, and personality, you'll notice the same disconnect here. The larger problem Barbecue is supposed to be art: time, fire, and seasoning. What we tasted was rushed and flavorless. Even the Big Red soda, a nostalgic surprise, ended up being the meal's highlight. If your goal is simply to feed relatives who like mild, underspiced food, this place will do. But if you actually love barbecue, you'll do better in your own backyard or at a serious pit that costs the same and respects the craft. --- Bottom line: Friendly enough staff and tidy space can't offset meats that lack smoke, seasoning, and care. At $62.81 for two plates, this was not a one-off bad cook--just a system built for speed, not flavor. A one-time visit and a caution to anyone seeking real barbecue.

Yelp
I've been craving some delicious barbecue so I decided to stop at the Big B's Texas BBQ new location. I used to go to the one on Fort Apache, but they closed down. I came by myself and order two different plates so I can try more sides. The line wasn't too long and the place was busy, but there were still places to sit. When I place my order at the cash register, the cashier didn't seem really friendly. I don't understand why people working in customer service if they cannot even smile at customers and greet them. She seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder. Even when I came back up to the register and asked a different person for to go bags and sauces they did not seem friendly either. Maybe they need to reconsider hiring some new people to work for the register. The front end of a restaurant should make you feel welcome and appreciate your business. When they are not, they kind of set the tone for how the rest of the dinner will be. Which isn't welcoming. I found a picnic style table and sat at the corner closer towards the door. When I was sitting there, I noticed a guy either the manager or owner offering some dessert or ice cream for some kids at the table in front of me. He seemed to be nice and friendly. That's nice if you have have a family and have kids. It's kids friendly over there. As I'm waiting for my order to arrive at the table, it finally showed up and it seemed to be missing some barbecue beef ribs. I tried to look at for my receipt and the cashier gave me the wrong receipt! It's someone else's order on there and what they paid. That was frustrating. I told the guy I was missing part of my order and he was nice about it and said that he will go back and take a look to see what is missing. He brought out a plate of barbecue ribs that I was missing and asked me if I need anything else and was very courteous! He said, If I need anything at all, just let him know. Now he should be working in the front cashier! He was nice, friendly and solved problems. Very courteous guy. He was a short, Hispanic guy. Later on a lady, walked by all the tables and asked if everything was OK. I'm assuming she is the manager. At that time I was chomping on my meal and was good. The moist brisket was delish. Fried okra was crispy and good. Mac n cheese was hot n gooey. Beef ribs was charred just right and tasty. Fries were tasty but was a bit soggy being in that little basket. Sauces were yum. Corn bread was good and you can see corn bits in there n was moist. The jalapeño and cheese sausage were delicious. The corn on the cob was okay. Hopefully, they can improve on a few aspects to give the best customer service going forward. Maybe they can do some retraining or hire some new people. I'm from San Antonio & Houston, Texas. We are known for our southern hospitality. I've been living in Vegas for eight years now. It just sucks that they fail on that part when I came. Especially when it's a new place with new people working I feel like there should be some sort of excitement and wanting to be friendly. The place looks clean. The food was good. 5 stars for appeal and cleanliness 5 stars for food 1 star for cashier service 4 star for table service Overall rating of 3 stars

Yelp
Walked in to a very clean and welcoming environment. The smoked BBQ smell made my stomach rumble with hunger. Staff pointed us to the bar or the register to order. We opted for the register. Ordering was easy. Wish they had options of 1/4lb. We wanted to sample a lot but only 2 of us. You can get 1/4 lb but only on a plate with 2 sides. I'm doing keto so sides were not an option. Didn't care for tipping upon ordering as there was literally no service provided at this point. It's a catch 22 and I hate not tipping but hate tipping in advance even more. No tip given. Food came out warm and fairly fast. 5pm on a Thursday. The best was the Pulled pork. It was flavorful and juicy. 2nd best was the trip-tip. The brisket was very dry and we even had the 50/50 fat. (Can choose lean, 50/50, or full fat when ordering). Everything was smoky flavored. For BBQ I would call it just average. Asked for a to-go box and was pointed to front. Others had boxes brought to them with bags ‍ Mediocre service, average food. Great dinner for 2 for $40 with lots of left overs though. BBQ is TX has always been above average. Tipped 13% while collecting my own to-go box.

Yelp

Yelp
Having lived in Austin TX for 17 years before moving to Las Vegas 10 years ago, I have sorely missed good BBQ. I've pretty much tried all the options and haven't really satisfied my Texas BBQ cravings......... until now!! Big B's Texas BBQ hits all the right spots with the food, atmosphere, pricing and friendliness of service. I literally live a 1 minute drive from this 2nd location of theirs and I couldn't be happier. Got to meet the owners and they are awesome people that obviously put a lot of love into the business and the food. I highly recommend this new restaurant and will be a very regular visitor myself!!

Yelp

Yelp
We were visiting for the week and picked this place based off the reviews. We love BBQ and ordered ribs, brisket mac and cheese, corn bread and some fries. The fries and Mexican Coke were the best part of our meal. The employees were friendly and great, the atmosphere and presentation were good. We saw our plates and assumed this was gonna taste so good but really lacked any flavor. Wanted to love it, hopefully whoever attempted to season the meat for today was just off.

Yelp
Had the 2 meat plate with 2 sides. The Tri-tip was excellent, as well as the jalapeño link. I wouldn't order the Mac and cheese again. Their ultimate barbecue sandwich might be their top offering. It's huge and possibly cannot be entirely consumed in one sitting. It is exceptionally good.

Yelp
Amazing addition to the neighborhood. Owner greeted us coming in and answered our questions about the menu. Spicy BBQ sauce has some heat. Would come again.

Yelp
Overall good experience at Big B's, with a few notes. The taste of BBQ meats ordered (brisket, baby back ribs) were spot on and full of flavor. The house BBQ sauce complimented the meats very well. Sides could be improved. As a cornbread enthusiast, theirs really let me down. The bread was dry and tasted more like cinnamon than corn. I'm almost certain the muffins were pre-baked and warmed up. The creamed corn was WAY too sweet. It was beyond saving, which was a bummer since I was excited for it. The mac n cheese was just bland. The only other two sides we ordered--potato salad and BBQ beans--were great! Especially the beans.. a must order forsure! Customer service was excellent. Staff members periodically checked in on all parties dining in, asking if they could grab anything. Friendly staff and a lively ambiance made it a fun place to be.

Yelp
"Checked out the new Big B Texas Barbecue and it did not disappoint! The brisket was tender, the sides were delicious, and the staff was super friendly. Excited to have this location open--we'll definitely be back."

Yelp
Please tell me that I went on a very bad day for bbq. We ordered 2 pc chix quarters, 1/2 lb of brisket, 1/2 slab of baby back ribs, pint of potato salad, pint of creamed corn, pint of baked beans. The brisket was well done and dry as F#$%. It's a sad day when your hotels ADR'S brisket is 100 times better. The ribs were ok, but I wouldn't call them tender fall off the bone ribs. The chix was the best thing, but the thigh part was still very dry! The creamed corn was mediocre. The baked beans were edible, but maybe it's just not to my taste buds. I honestly will be hard pressed to try this place again. Im not a BBQ texas connoisseur, but I've been to Texas and have had my share of great BBQ and thus DEFINITELY is NOT it. Almost $75 down the drain & I don't think I can eat it for left overs another day. I have to say the bbq sauce was really good though.

Yelp
Big B's Texas BBQ is like walking into TEXAS! It is the next best thing to being at an authentic Texas BBQ shop. That's because Bryan, the owner, is from Texas and he hosts all of the Texas ball games there each year. The Texas Aggies club have been dining at Big B's BBQ for some time now at the old Ft Apache location and now the new location in Summerlin! But back to the BBQ! They offer brisket, sausage, pulled pork and an amazing smoked chicken. You can get meat plates with sides like Mac n cheese, fried okra, potato salad and garlicky green beans or your usual BBQ beans. Watch out for their massive baked potato... it is enough for three meals in itself! The BBQ is amazing and their sides are great too. YES... they serve Dr. Pepper.. the official soda of Texas... besides Big Red, which he carries as well! They also have Shiner Beer for those good ol boys. Last, but not least, they have amazing desserts like Banana pudding, an assortment of pies and cakes and drum roll please... they now serve BLUE BELL ice cream! With all of these Texan favorites, I score this place with 5 stars!!!

Yelp
To a Fellow Texan Great Job! Love to new place and food is Wonderful! Thank you for having my favorite - Fried Okra. We'll be back for sure!! Glad You're Back and closer to us!

Yelp
This was my first time at the new location and all I can say is WOW! Food is just as good as before, but the building is even better. TVs are wall to all, the bar is expanded/upgraded and even though the building was constructed in the 80's, the restaurant looks modern but still retains the look of a BBQ joint. Service was fast an employees were welcoming. I had a small error with my food but they remade it with no questions asked and it was fantastic. Best BBQ in Vegas, always recommended it to my friends when they ask.

Yelp
First time here A bit pricey $$ . The food is very good/tasty. Pretty much self service.. someone checks on you.. . BBQ ribs were delicious, the corn was awesome. The beef brisket sandwich was good.. Next time wanna try the corn bread, pulled pork/BBQ . Expect to pay about ($20/each) depending on order without drinks. The decor is western theme, mega screenTVs to watch the games, bar service etc.

Yelp
Very large and very clean. Cashier Ari helpful in making selections. Beef ribs great flavor but a little too much fat. Sides very good. Sweet tea good but wish they had flavored ice tea. First BBQ restaurant where they didn't offer a senior or military discount.

Yelp
We can't tell you enough how we have been waiting for a fantastic BBQ place to show up in this side of town. For context, we just want to Lucille's BBQ a couple of weeks ago. The atmosphere was such an upgrade compared to the last restaurant that was in this place along with the service and food to match! We walked in on the second day of soft opening so we weren't expecting much, but boy were we in for a major surprise! Every dish we ordered was absolutely amazing! The half rack of ribs were caked with dry rub and cooked to perfection. When eating ribs with my wife, I usually need to cut the meat off the bone, but that action was futile. I want to go move the ribs by a bone and the bone literally slid right out and the meat fell off the bone. Only reason I had to cut it was because all the meat wanted to fall off. The brisket was dripping with juice and perfectly smoked. The corn bread was exactly how I like it; a hint of sweetness a little chewy and doesn't fall apart in your hands. The fries were not typical either. They were delicious! Perfectly seasoned. Then came the green beans..... Oh the green beans!!! Covered in garlic and butter yet wasn't drenched to the point of feeling heavy. Every dish was made as if they were trying to perfect them individually. Usually there is one dish that falls short. So far, not at this restaurant. As for the service, my wife was looking for a place to park her wheelchair and the only spot that would accommodate her wheelchair was a huge round table. And it looked like it was just her, even then this tall gentleman rushed to pull out a chair to make space for her. I walked over and said we have four total but we can't fill up this table. He kindly said not to worry it's not a problem at all. On top of just opening and people learning the operations of this establishment, the customer service was fantastic. Oh I almost for to mention the price! Earlier in the day we just spent $26 for a meal and a half at fatburger. Here we spent $32 on a meal and a half with a sida leftovers. We don't eat much so your typical two meals will be will probably be a little bit more. But still an amazing deal for the quality and taste of food you are getting especially compared to other BBQ places in Vegas. If Big B's can keep all these aspects up, especially the quality and taste, we will be coming here so long as we live in Vegas. SO HAPPY WE HAVE A GREAT BBQ PLACE HERE! BIG THUMBS UP FOR BIG B'S TEXAS BBQ!!!!!

Yelp
I went with my sister, and while we were intimidated at first... the staff were super friendly and ready to explain the menu and how it all worked. I fell in LOVE with the tri-tip, it was just super flavorful and melted in my mouth! My only qualm is the cornbread recipe, but that might just be a personal preference. Another decently priced BBQ place that's got awesome vibes totally worth the drive!!

Yelp
The reason for me not recommending this place, was the flavoring was Bland. I'm from TX and know Texas BBQ. Also, the after taste it left was not pleasant.

Yelp
This place is awesome. Initially, I grabbed some takeout to bring to my wife, who is a Texas girl. She was so impressed, we went the restaurant on Sahara. She felt right at home! It wasn't just the food, or the smell of BBQ, but the entire vibe and atmosphere. Even though it is bit of a drive, I can see us becoming regulars!

Yelp
Love the new location of Big B's, it is very spacious and clean, with a hand washing station right by the counter. Service is extremely quick and friendly. You order at the cashier's and pick your own seat. I got the single-meat plate with baby back ribs and corn on the cob + mac and cheese for my two sides. Very glad that I only got 1 meat since the portion is gigantic. The meat is so soft that it falls right off the bone. Mac and cheese was a little dry but still full of flavor. They have cakes, many ice cream flavors and banana pudding for dessert options. Do not skip the banana pudding!! 10/10

Yelp
Great place! Awesome customer service. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Owner came up and introduced himself. Place is a lot bigger than I thought with a nice full bar. Good place to watch sports and also family friendly. Highly recommended

Yelp
Went here for lunch with a friend. We had great service and food! Awesome brisket and pulled pork and the mac and cheese was tasty.

Yelp
Excellent smoked meat as usual. We are addicted to the massive brisket burger. Sides are excellent . Very nice place to hang out and watch a game without being a bar only. Large tables abound for groups . It used to be by our home and we've missed it so much.

Yelp
Love the vibe. The food was delicious. Had the 3 meat plate, with Tri-tip, Brisket, and Beef Ribs. Also tried the Jalapeño Cheese Hot Link. Sides were Mac N Cheese, Potato Salad, and Corn Bread. Everything was amazing. Cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Highly recommend.

Yelp
The beautiful smell when you walk in almost makes you full. Staff are incredible and the food is ridiculously good. They went off the grid with the woodwork and the ambience is amazing. I can't wait for the full opening. We will be back guaranteed every weekend

Yelp
Came in on Tuesday 08-05-2025 as I was not on call so I could have a beer. Restaurant is located in a strip mall convenient to us on the west side. Walking in, place has a nice Texas vibe. We have been to the other 2 locations on many occasions. This one is nice. People are nice. The food looks really good. Unfortunately, my expensive beef ribs were either undercooked or cooked too fast. The fat was not rendered and or straight out of the fridge. The ribs cold to the touch near the bone. Wife felt the cold and says send them back. I said too late. Flavor of the meat was was okay but the fat was horrible, again not hot. Will either go to other locations or return here but will definitely ask for fresh hot ribs!

Yelp
Fist time go to Big B's. I will go back. Food really good. Service really good also. Staff keep checking on us. I love the Brisket burger and corn bread.

Yelp
I'm sad to give this review. Especially after my first experience was so stellar. I will say the staff are excellent. They're attentive, pleasant, and professional. The venue is very nice. The first time I ordered we got brisket, tri-tip, baby back ribs, hot links, and turkey, it was all excellent. In fact those baby back ribs were the best I had other than what my wife makes which are the best I've ever had. When I went back is when this rating went from what would have been five stars down to three. They didn't have smoked turkey which was the main reason I went there. The ribs were not nearly as good the second time. I tried the beef ribs which were very disappointing. A little tough. Not great flavor. And just mediocre. The hot links did not taste right. I didn't even finish them. The baby back ribs were such a disappointment. Not nearly as good as the first time. I'm guessing they have different people running the smoker? Maybe they have a different pitmaster a different days or different times. Very promising first experience very disappointing second. I hope things change. I will try it again. I want to get some of that smoked turkey.

Yelp
Wow! Best BBQ in Vegas! We decided to drive up to see the new location on Sahara, and it was impressive! Full bar was a nice surprise too. Felt warm hospitality from the staff, and the food was out of this world

Yelp
Amazing BBQ and the atmosphere was energizing! Will definitely be back with friends or family. We had the Colossal Baked Potato and The Big Brisket Burger, both were huge portions and the meat was flavorful and juicy. Tons of family style seating available. Great place to watch sports as well, TV's everywhere you sit!
