The restaurant is bright and has a consistent message throughout..it's all about the DIP.... I ordered the chicken strips and chicken wings. First of all, my entire food order was hot and fresh. The chicken strips were juicy, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. My fries were hot and crunchy and not overcooked. The only food item i had an issue with was my chicken wings. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, and they would have been good IF they were cooked a little bit longer. Unfortunately, the texture was a bit gummy and undercooked. If they were cooked maybe 5 minutes longer, they would have had the right crunch for me. I do recommend eating here, and the only thing I suggest is, if you like your chicken fried hard, let them know. They also serve milk shakes and LIQUOR.

Tasty, But Missing the Heat at Big Chicken I recently visited Big Chicken and tried the Shaq Attack, which was labeled as a "🔥" for spiciness, but I'd give it 0 fire out of 3—there was zero spice, which was a bit of a letdown. That said, the rest of the food was pretty solid. The fries were perfectly crisp, and I was pleasantly surprised by the pineapple cream soda, which was delicious and refreshing. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a fast food joint, nothing fancy, but the service was great. Overall, a solid spot if you're not craving something spicy. Would definitely go back to try other menu items.

Clean place, friendly staff. The chicken sandwich was super freshly cooked..I was piping hot! Which is great! The sandwich isn't too big but it's flavorful!

Had only it on a cruise. Got to chicago and saw it on the list of places and had to go!! Alfredo the manager what one of the friendliest ever encountered. Definitely God quality food. All the way from California we need one!!

Google
The quality of the food is unmatched compared to most chicken sandwiches as well as taste. Call it fast food, but definitely better than other fast food restaurants as well. The music taste inside is always bangers or just nice a smooth too. Alfredo (I believe he’s a manager) is wonderful and always nice when I am here. He’s always recommending new sandwiches I should try and he’s always polite.

Big Chicken, what can I say. I’m glad I wait until the hype went down. Food: I have to say the food quality was solid. I did feel everything was very fresh. The portion sizing was kinda questionable. I feel like either it was way too much or too little like the fries I got. If it was just a size smaller it would have been much better. And the Mac and cheese my friend got was really tasty but the portion sizing could have been better. The one size note was we both felt the buns could have been warmed or toasted longer as when we got our food it was kind of cold. Service: Amazing, the staff was very friendly and explained the menu items to us as we both walked in not looking at the menu at all. Atmosphere: I did like the ambiance and the energy. The one thing we both did see was that the tables really were not cleaned so my friend and I l cleaned out table off and the trash was overflowing when we went to toss our trash out. Overall, I would definitely comeback. Mainly to see if could see Shaq! And see what he recommends.

Google
Friendly and fun atmosphere that made for a perfect lunch date with my daughter. Loved the seasoning on the fries and possibly the best Mac and cheese that I’ve eaten from a restaurant. The cheese pull rivaled that of pizza. Alfredo was the perfect gentlemen and his kindness and hospitality really added to the experience. This may be one of the best kept secrets in Rosemont!

Had been trying to get to Big Chicken to try it out since it opened. Finally had a chance when on a lunch break in the area while at work. Good looking, clean restaurant, tho a bit pricey for my liking the food was good, especially the Salted Caramel Shake. Went with the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and fries meal which was good and filling. I got in just before the lunch crowd really began to come in. Good location atmosphere. Enjoy my first time at this restaurant.

Yelp
I cam to big chicken last year and was underwhelmed. I return today to find great service and a killer chicken sandwich seems like the kinks have been smothed out.

Allister K.

Yelp
Great food for a fast option, better than other options for a fast lunch. Friendly staff also

Yelp
Do not order catering from this location. This is the second time that I have had problems with them. I placed an order with them more than one week in advance and received a call one hour before pick up that they did not have the items that we ordered. Not only that, but our order was scheduled to be picked up at 10:45 am and at 11:30 am they still had not completed cooking our items. This caused us to serve our employees late for lunch. Terrible customer service

Yelp
I was excited to try Big Chicken on my way to O'Hare after visiting friends since ours isn't open in Orlando yet. We picked food up to go before my flight and relatively early after it opened so it wasn't very busy yet. Had we been staying, there was plenty of seating in a comfortable atmosphere with a bonus of an NBA Jam arcade game in the corner that I wished we had time to play! The staff was so friendly and offered recommendations, answered questions, etc. I tried the Original sandwich- chicken, fried onion, mac & cheese, and BBQ & garlic sauces. The chicken was pounded flat which left lots of flavor opportunity in the breading, plus the combination of sides loaded on the sandwich plus the sauces was great. The bread was standard, but the sandwich itself was so flavorful. My friend got the tenders and a side of fries. We saw pictures of wide plank fries, but he was given crinkle fries which were quite good. He said the tenders were also very good. I'm looking forward to the Orlando location opening so I can try more from the menu!

Yelp
The food was very good. I'm a tough critic when it comes to chicken sandwiches Becuse frankly, I've had about a 10,000 or so it feels like. The overall meal was very good and absolutely worth it. I would give it a 5/5 but unless you're a James beard or Michellan stared than I give you a 4/5 for top place! If you can't decide go here!!! Worth it!!! Everything was amazing!!!

Caitlin T.

Yelp
Went here to see what the hype was about. The lime was very long to get food. Waited about 20-30 minutes for the food. Chicken wasn't anything spectacular. The grilled cheese chicken sandwich was a bit tiring to eat. It is too big, and too stuffed so you can't really enjoy the chicken and cheese flavor. The presentation was very nice though. The restaurant was decorated very Shaq themed and you could even take a picture with a cardboard cutout of him. Nice place to experience once.

Cole H.

Yelp
This place was awesome. Met up with some people here before an event near that area. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and it was phenomenal. They give you so much fries for how much you pay for the combo. The service was a little bit slow but worth heck of the wait. For dessert I tried their Cookies and Cream shake which was also delicious.

Yelp
On my first visit I was impressed with the clean store and friendly staff. Hip music is playing but it's not so loud that you can't have a conversation. They even have beer and booze to go with your chicken! No so impressed with the prices though and the food took a while even though they weren't that busy. The sandwich looks like a pork tenderloin, that's a huge slab of meat. It was well seasoned with a good sauce. It's a notch below Chick-fil-A but better than most fast food chicken. Second visit: Picked up food for the family and Disney on Ice had just gotten out from the nearby Allstate arena so they were full of hungry families. Can't really blame them for a long wait with that many people, but it was a really long wait. Two chicken sandwiches, one order of fingers, fries, sweet potato fries, and a shake cost $45. We all agreed that nothing in the order was worth $45. Everything was good, but nothing warranted the cost. For me there's just too many choices with a lower cost, faster service, and just as good or better chicken.

Kriste P.

Yelp
I ordered online and picked up. They had it done right when they said it would be. Friendly staff and clean dining area. The fries were hot and crunchy, chicken was good, especially with the Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce. The milkshake was good, a little more whipped cream than needed but still good!

Alvina C.

Yelp
Worth a try but nothing too exciting in any direction...not super good and not super bad. Even if there is a line they move pretty quickly. I did enjoy the large pieces of chicken in all the sandwiches, fairly tasty but could use more seasoning. The sauces weren't too bad, they had one similar to chick fil a sauce and a bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese was just ok, also on the bland side. Decent size parking lot but shared with some other spots. Pretty typical quick casual dining establishment.

Anu K.

Yelp
I got the uncle Jerome's Nashville style sandwich but it was just okay to me. Hard to eat the chicken in the sandwich together without it becoming a mess. Nothing really stood out to make this sandwich extravagant or different than any other chicken sandwich to go back.

Dan M.

Yelp
Very cool to be able to finally try BIG CHICKEN!!! I was a Shaq fan growing up as a kid. I really enjoyed it! I got the popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, root beer, pineapple cream soda, and the 3 sauces. I thought it was very tasty. The Mac and cheese has cheez its on top. I would definitely come back!

Spencer W.

Yelp
Friendly place with space to hang out. The chicken sandwich was tasty but small and very basic for what it was.

Yelp
I had a short layover in O'Hare, and had to get a food to take on to my next flight. I checked out the options between my gates, and this chicken place looked like my best option. It was between this and pizza at the pub place down middle of the terminal. They had kiosks to order or you can scan a QR code to order online, which was super convenient. I didn't end up having to wait in line, ordered on my phone, and my order was ready within minutes. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip, which came in about 6 or 7 small pieces LOL. I guess it was good that they didn't give me just small 4 pieces. There was a variety of sauces to choose from. I was curious what their house sauce as like, but ended up playing it safe with honey mustard since I was in a hurry. The chicken and the waffle fries that came with it were both good, and easy to eat on the plane. If you are pressed for time, and looking for a quick bite, then this is your place to go.

Yelp
I heard many great things about this place, but when I came with a group of friends and our significant others, I didn't see what everyone else had seen in this place. To be honest, it's a glorified fast food restaurant that just happens to be connected to Shaq. Overrated in my opinion. Upon walking in, the place looked clean, and the workers were extremely nice. One of the managers even came to our table and asked what we all ordered. We all ordered our food at the counter, and I thought it was expensive for fast food. If my food was amazing, I could understand the higher prices, but it was disappointing. For my husband and I to get a meal with a sandwich, fries, and a drink, it was almost $40... at a fast food restaurant. After you order, you get your drink at the fountain drink area, and then you can sit anywhere that's open. Then they call your number on your receipt, and you pick up your food back at the counter. As we all were getting our food, I noticed that my sandwich was laughably small. The chicken patty was so thin that it was literally folded on the bun to make it look thicker. In addition, it only took up half the bun, and it was very dry. My 3 friends and I all ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich, and their sandwiches looked a little better than mine, so I'm not sure why mine was so puny and gross. However, looking at the pictures on Yelp, none of ours looked as thick and juicy as those, so I'm not sure if we just came on a bad day. The flavor was fine, but nothing special, and it didn't taste like a Nashville hot sandwich. My one friend really enjoyed her sandwich, but my other friend and I saw nothing special about the food. My husband knew right away I was disapponted because I threw half my sandwich out. The fries were okay, but nothing special. Most of the time, I'd tell a restaurant that I don't like the food, but because this is more of a fast food restaurant-type place, I felt uncomfortable doing so. Also, if this place was as amazing as everyone claimed, then the cooks would have seen the way my sandwich looked, and they wouldn't have served it. Overall, I definitely don't feel I need to come back here. There are SO many chicken options nowadays because it's so popular and trendy, and I can go somewhere closer to my house in Schaumburg instead.

Yelp
Thank you Shaq for a pretty decent chicken spot! This place is very casual and serves as a fast food joint. Customer service was great - the cashier made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Food was very good! The presentation was clean and the food tasted fresh. Love that they have a sauce bar so you can try different ones for FREE!

Yelp
In the 1990s, Shaquille O'Neal dominated the basketball court. Now he plans to enter the food business by founding Big Chicken, a fast-casual eatery. Let's witness if it succeeds or fails like his free throws. The infrastructure is brand-new and contemporary. The logo's simplicity and excellent design appeal to me. The interior layout is fluent and easy for me to navigate. Despite having a limited menu, there are many excellent options. The service is fast; I received my food shortly after placing my order with a cashier in person. I was annoyed that the milkshake wasn't ready with a meal because it makes going back and forth inconvenient. I just wanted to relax and enjoy my meal. I went with the Shaq Attack sandwich. The coleslaw adds color and attractiveness to the sandwich. I like how the cheese on the sandwich has melted. Not a fan of the batter, which lacks volume and crispness. The taste is not awful. I tasted a spicy, sweet, and tangy flavor; it's a well-balanced sandwich. The problem I have is the sandwich is lukewarm which I'm not surprised because I got the food within minutes. The fries were okay, simply seasoned; the fries reminded me of thinly sliced potatoes wedges. It would be good if the fries weren't lukewarm. I enjoy how they provide a selection of sauces as a condiment: a decent dipping sauce for the fries makes it a lot easier to eat. To wash it down, I ordered the diesel Oreo milkshake, which was presented in a clear cup to showcase the whip cream, crushed Oreos, and drizzle of chocolate syrup, which was a very pleasant touch. The milkshake was smooth and delicious; every zip I felt the grain of Oreo. Hands down the milkshake is unquestionably worthwhile. I must admit Big Chicken is not bad. I hope you open one near Schaumburg. All the staff was professional, and the facility is well kept. I saw one of the women was constantly active, cleaning tables and changing garbage, you have a good crew there, Shaq.

Iris P.

Yelp
This was a SLAMMM DUNK Tried these burgers when it had just opened and we ordered the Chicago and the Shaq Attack the Chicago was really good with amazing sauce on the inside, we will say even with Shaq sauce on the side the sauce the Shaq Attack was dry and the sauce didn't pair well with the burger since the sauce on the burger was very sweet. Although we did have a wonderful experience, didn't see Shaq but that's okay, but will be returning for some different burgers to see if we like the others more! If you're in Rosemont give it a try!

Meg r.

Yelp
Friendly service at the counter and a good time to come at 9:30pm. There was a steady stream of families and adults waiting on their order and ours came up quick! We learned that the tenders have white meat, but the popcorn chicken is the dark meat and all the sandwiches are made with white meat which is great. And another difference of what you can get here and we will have to try the popcorn chicken next time. And take advantage of the sauce bar for dipping options. It's a simple setup inside to eat. Only thing is seeing the garbage overflowing in the corner on the way was the only part of the dining room that looked like it needed some attention. Great chicken sandwich! The M.D.E was perfectly delicious! Note no line at this time of my visit and a plastic tip cup out.

Joshua Q.

Yelp
Do you like chicken sandwiches? I tried Shaq's Big Chicken restaurant at Rosemont. How did it stack up to the other chicken sandwich places? Let dive in: Ambiance Big Chicken is well lit and has many tables for seating. What is nice also is that it was bustling when I visited. I would say the noise level was up to have a regular conversation but it might have been due to a lot of customers there. What was fun also was a NBA Jam arcade machine hidden near the entrance. Service Service was pretty good. The lady at the counter gave us some recommendations. Apparently not all big chicken restaurants have the same dessert menu. When asked if they had the ice cream sandwiches, they told me that it wasn't available at this store. They did have the big cookie available though. I am not sure if the staff were supposed to wipe the tables down, but they were pretty busy. The table that I went to was kind of dirty. I ended up wiping it with some water from the soda dispenser. I did spot later some wet clothes near the bins. Food Big & sloppy This chicken sandwich was accompanied with fried onion, Mac n cheese and some Shaq sauce. The chicken is well cooked for a slightly thin breast. The fried onions added to the crunch and a slight hint of onion flavor. The Mac n cheese did not really add to the sandwich for me. Alone, the Mac n cheese was pretty good, but I felt it did not really add to the sandwich. The Shaq sauce was okay. It was similar to the respective sauces from other chicken sandwich places (cane sauce, chic sauce). I dipped the sandwich in some spicy chipotle bbq sauce and felt it tasted better. Fries Hmm... the fries were different then French fries you are used to. They were flat slices of potato similar to hash browns which were not shredded but sliced. I got different textures where some were crispier. These were okay for me but might not be for everyone. Drinks... When you read that they have a really good strawberry lemonade, you just have to see how it measures up. It did not disappoint. Not overly sweet or sour, it have a very nice balance and gives a nice refreshing feeling when drinking it. I also had a chance of trying the sweet tea as well, and that was very tasty as well. It was sweeter than the lemonade, reminiscent of a Lipton or Snapple iced tea. Also had a nice refreshing taste which did not make you feel bloated due to carbonation Overall... I enjoyed eating at Big Chicken. Though the chicken might have been slightly thinner than some other chicken sandwiches I had, it was very well cooked where the chicken was still juicy. If I did go back, I would definitely try a different chicken sandwich just to see what else Big Chicken has to offer. They did have some different options for sides, which would be worth looking into. As for my first visit to Big Chicken, it was a very positive visit and definitely worth exploring the different sandwiches they have to offer.

Yelp

Yelp
Don't get me wrong the food is very tasty. The sauces are next level. I've never tried sauces so good. I think they should bottle them and sell them. The food is just very heavy. You can only eat one thing... which is hard, because everything tastes so good. The service is fast and super friendly. Definitely worth a try. I just wish the portions were smaller!

Lefai K.

Yelp
Big Shaq Diesel attack! If you like some delicious crispy chicken sandwiches that are both creative, fulling, and fun, Big Chicken will not disappoint. We came here on August 2023, about a month of its grand opening and the place was packed. The line was near out the door and the place had an overwhelming sense of excitement. The chicken sandwiches we had were really good, the batter perfect, and the juiciness was definitely there. Pair it up with some Shaw sauce (reminds me of Cane's chicken sauce) and slap yo momma delicious. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the front area, the bathrooms were single-person bathrooms consisting of a urinal and toilet. Both were really clean and comfortable. Sit or squat. Sit!

Brody T.

Yelp
Very good service and very clean establishment. The chicken sandwich was good but sorry to say, Popeyes is way better. If you love Shaq then you will love this place. If you love chicken, this may not be your best option.

Matthew B.

Yelp
"This chicken is good! The sauce is amazing! Solid 8.5 out of ten!" The review of my 11 y/o son on our first visit to a Big Chicken. The restaurant is clean and the food comes quick. Excellent work by the friendly staff. Keep it up.

Jennifer M.

Yelp
I was able to go check out Big Chicken in Nevada. Very good food. Excited to see what this location brings. UPDATE: was able to try it. Overall very pleased. Place was busy as it was opening day, but service moved quickly. They offer BBQ and other sauces to the left of counter for your convenience. Chicken was tender and moist. Only gripe was popcorn Chicken could of been crisper. Definitely a good addition to rosemont's growing food scene.

Diann M.

Yelp
tl;dr: Not bad, but not extraordinary. Worth it to try once. Needed to grab a quick bite with my friend and stopped by Big Chicken. The restaurant is new, clean, and the service was efficient. I only ordered the Shaq Attack burger. The burger is on the larger side ($10). I think overall it is a decent burger. I really liked the cole slaw inside the burger. It was a nice touch for a bit of zest/texture. However, I wish the chicken patty was more meaty, and I did not like the chipotle sauce on the burger.

Gabby Z.

Yelp
overall i'd say not worth the hype. the chicken itself has a soft breading where it makes it just unappetizing to chew. there's no crunch to either the sandwhich or the popcorn chicken. the sauce on the sandwhich is pretty good it reminds me of the chipotle taco bell sauce. the pickles and sauce helped out the sandwhich 6/10. the popcorn chicken was a 5/10, the breading wasn't good making the chicken taste off. the french fries 10/10 nothing wrong about them. sweet potato fries 8/10, were on the sweet side could use some more salt. it's pricey for the quality of the food.

Jose M.

Yelp
Service was good, the food was not and the ice-cream machine was broken. I expected some some "southern fried chicken, okra, peach cobbler ect"! All I got was a cheap "Chik Filet" knock-off! Shaq, you're my hero, a great athlete and a tremendous human being! Fire everyone, add a few menu items, and let's make chicken great again! Your an original, the one and only "Shaq Diesal"! You let that food management company tarnish your reputation for hard work and originally! They probably worked for Chick Filet before they worked with you! Give me a call, I'll tell you what you need to know! Your a champion, your restaurants should be chicken champions as well! Respectfully Eric Secor ESECOR@MSN.COM

Yelp
A solid chicken place right next to Small Cheval. Quick service and chill environment

Patti O.

Yelp
Was pleasantly surprised when we visited here yesterday! Everything was great! The chicken was juicy, all BBQ sauces were delicious, and the ambiance/patio was super cute. Food came out quickly and hot. Prices are somewhat steep for a fast food place, but you get what you pay for.

Jim C.

Yelp
Stopped by the new restaurant in DesPlaines/Rosemont area. Had the Shaq Attack Sandwich. Best chicken sammy I ever had! Go Get One Now!!!

Rico T.

Yelp
Special chicken sandwich was the chicken cordon bleu for $10. It was a decent sized portion, tasted fine, but nothing to go out of my way again to digest. Just OK

Melanie R.

Yelp
Amazing service. The food was on point! All of it was yummy, we had the uncle Jerome and the Mac n cheese. It was very tasty!

Donielle B.

Yelp
Big Chicken is a bustling, restaurant providing fast service and huge servings of delicious fried chicken. I went with my two teenaged sons. We really enjoyed our MKD chicken sandwiches that reminded us of the ones at Popeyes only, better! We also enjoyed the big cookie and lemon aid that is freshly made on site. My only wish is that I ordered the large lemonade because it was so good. We went at lunchtime during the week. Although the line went out the door, the wait time was was under 10 minutes to get to the front of the line and and our food came out equally as fast; hot, delicious and fresh. Watching people's reactions as they ate was equally fun. Everyone seemed to enjoy their Big Chicken.

Steve P.

Yelp
I am still in the restaurant as I write this review. My son had one drink of his shake and dropped his shake on the ground. The kid at the front counter wouldn't replace it. That's bad business in my opinion. I had to buy my son a whole new one. Won't be returning to this franchise.

Makayla J.

Yelp
This was a pretty decent chicken place. The customer service was great. I believe the cashier that helped me was Paul. He was friendly and personable. The cleanliness of the restaurant could've used just a bit of help. There were a bit of crumbs on the tables and chairs but nothing overwhelmingly bad just small details that I noticed. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and added blue cheese. For just the sandwich it was $10. Kinda pricey but i wanted to give it a try. First appearances the Buffalo sauce was only around the edges of the chicken the center of the chicken was completely bare of sauce, and although I paid extra for the blue cheese they were quite stingy with it. Upon the first bite, however, there was an explosion of sauce in my mouth where it came from I'm not sure but I wasn't disappointed. My final notes were that the flavor of the Buffalo sauce needed to be broken up by some fresh produce due to how overpowering it was. I believe if there was a fresh tomato and maybe some lettuce it would have broken up the strong tanginess of the Buffalo sauce the coleslaw was not enough. I still would come back to try other menu orders but I wouldn't be in any rush to do so.

Andrea G.

Yelp
The fries were fresh and crispy. The original Chicken sandwich itself was a bit lack-luster. It tasted like your average fast food sandwich that's been sitting under the lamps after a lunch rush (I was there at 12p during lunch rush). For a place called Big Chicken, the sandwich was smaller than most fast food sandwiches too. The store itself was incredibly under staffed. The 2 people working were trying to keep up but they really appeared overwhelmed and very slow to get orders out. If you're in a rush or on a quick lunch break, this may not be the place for you. But the staff certainly appreciate your patience.

T T.

Yelp
Worth waiting 5 minutes for fresh hot food. Nice ambiance Clean Friendly staff Go & enjoy

Justin D.

Yelp
It was good but the chicken was a bit thinner than a regular chicken sandwich and was kind of small but it had a great flavor but overall it was good!

Princes Faith B.

Yelp
Food is very really good! We ordered, cobb salad, Mac n cheese, dirty fries and popcorn chicken (kids meal). Since it's our first time here we didn't know each sold separately, the guy behind the register is not on a very "happy customer service mood" I felt stupid for not knowing "each sold separately.." the way he said it. But anyways, definitely will recommend and yummmmm!!!!

Mark M.

Yelp
very tasty sammys limited menu items but its good food chicken chicken chicken chicken

Crystal G.

Yelp
The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. There's a lot of seating for larger groups and a good lemonade and soft drink selection. I am usually not a negative reviewer so I had to start with the good but I disliked the chicken sandwiches. They were not big as the name of the restaurant indicates; the chicken was thin and dry. I likely won't be back, but give it a try for yourself and decide. There is always a long line and the rest of the reviews on here aren't bad so I could have caught them on a bad day.

Fred K.

Yelp
Chicken sandwich was tasty. Sorry Shaq, this is NOT a chicken sandwich, it is a chicken slider at best. Waaaayyy too small and waaayyy over priced for a chicken sandwich. Popeye's chicken sandwich is better. No reason to go back.

Miriam I.

Yelp
Horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. McDonald's chicken is better if that's even possible. My sandwhich was just ok. My husband got the Shaq Attack and chicken was raw and inedible. My kids got the popcorn chicken and it was basically leftover chicken fat fried in batter. What a waste of money- I'll never be back! P.S. I had to go next door to Taco Bell with one very hungry husband and 2 very hungry children.

Ray E.

Yelp
I was in shock how can you call this place big chicken? Tiny little cheap chicken sandwiches. Shrimpy little baby chicken tenders. Take this trash to Miami or LA. too close to Chicago to eat this

Yelp
I'd rate Big Chicken by Shaquille O'Neal a 3/5. The dining area is spacious but lacks a cozy atmosphere, and it feels more like a "hurry up and eat" spot with the bustling and solid wood furniture. The outdoor seating area seemed appealing but was too cold to eat outdoors. Outdoor area had a nice seated area with string lights.Food and drinks: Unfortunately, the lemonade was overly sweet and not recommended, and the chicken sandwich (Shaq Attack) received a mediocre 2/5 due to sogginess and lackluster flavor. The ordering process was a bit disorganized with long lines leading outdoors, and the self-serve soda area. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. It might be worth trying again to explore other menu options, but overall, I wasn't overly impressed with the experience.

Yelp
It is HUGE! All the orders we had were huge. Food taste wise, it was just okay. Nothing exceptional. The fries were my least favorite, it was so stale even tho it was freshly cooked. Definitely not a healthy option. The Mac and cheese was pretty decent. Indoor and outdoor seating available with plenty of parking space. Not loud at all. Their card reader wasn't working so we had to pay with cash.

Yelp
The food is delicious and plentiful. The service is amazing, greeting you as you come in the joint. Its fast food so dont expect white table cloths. Chances are you will get Shaq Sauce on your lapel. The lighting is great. Tables and chairs are new. Sports on one big screen and Shaq vids on the other tv. If you have a layover at O'hare and hungry, get an uber and come !
