"Founded by Denver Broncos strong safety Quinton Carter and Jamaican-born Tramaine Stephens, Big Jerk is now open daily on the westside, inside the Plazas retail hub at 2800 W. Sahara Avenue. Located close to the Palace Station and replacing La Cabana Mexican Restaurant, the new space is currently only open for dinner, but the roomy upgrade features a bar and hookah lounge for the 21-plus crowd, also serving daily until 3 a.m. On the menu, jerk chicken, pork ribs, fried chicken, ribs, oxtail, Caribbean stew, and curried chicken or goat, plus patties, wings, shrimp, and à la carte choices. Sides include plantains, mac and cheese, yucca fries, and a sweet potato mash. The original, very popular Big Jerk restaurant in the southeast remains open daily at the Silverado Crossing retail center from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., closing at 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sunday." - Bradley Martin

Ladies were wonderful, friendly and fast service. Food was so flavorful, amazing deal and abundant portions. Music had me singing along, eating until my stomach hurt, washing it down with the most amazing ginger pineapple soda. I can't say enough. Will be back to try more food and the hookah. If you are trying to find an amazing unique vibe and great food, you found it!

I recently visited Big Jerk, hoping to enjoy the food I've always liked, though it’s unfortunate that their Henderson location closed a couple of years ago, as I’d really just prefer to come for the food alone. As someone who puts on events, I wanted to experience the nightlife here, but it was a bit of a letdown. The entry process was very disorganized, and the layout could use improvement—especially a centralized dance floor for General Admission. The General Admission experience, priced at $40, didn't feel worth it. Antonio, one of the staff members, was very indifferent when we inquired about getting a section. He initially said, “I’ll let you know if we have a table come available,” then quickly backtracked, saying, “Nevermind, I won’t, because we won’t have anything.” Despite the rough spots, Christina, one of the bartenders, was a highlight of the night. She was incredible—very attentive, assertive, and had a great personality that made you feel welcome. If you go, definitely stop by her bar for an amazing experience!

Google
Great service and atmosphere. I was underwhelmed by the food. The jerk chicken tasted reheated, causing dryness. It was very flavorful. The turkey leg was extremely juicy and tender. However, the seasoning was a bit too heavy. The cabbage was just ok. The spinach was the star of the show. Visit and be the judge for yourself.

The food was tasty. I had the oxtails but the service is mediocre being I own a catering company. We were visiting from New Orleans and in the middle of eating after giving us Togo boxes versus plates, we were asked to leave to go get searched and come back in just to try to charge us for the same table we were basically evicted from basically "ladies night" was about to start.

Google
Food here is so amazing. I didn’t expect it to be so great. I drove from LA and was hungry. Wasn’t feeling the food at the resort I’m staying at. I wanted something flavorful and good. I didn’t even look at the reviews on this place I just figured I’d give it a try. Was beyond my expectations. Best Caribbean food I’ve had so far.

Had a good time here. Staff is cool and greeting , nice music and chill time vibes . The food is great and feels live home 🇯🇲 . I had jerk lamb chops and rice and peas 10/10 !

Google
Big Jerk is an overall great experience! The food is amazing and the staffs customer service is top tier!! The dinner hours are good for a more chill vibe but they also have a very lively night experience that includes the best hookah in Vegas, a full kitchen menu all night, live DJs, and they even offer bottle service! It’s a 10/10 atmosphere!

These people are a bunch of crooks last night February 18, 2025 I went to this place big jerk. It was actually my second visit going the first time I went they made me pay a cover fee just to order food which was $25 and plus I paid for food then they told me that the kitchen was closed and that they would not be refunding me. I didn’t even wanna club. I just wanted the food. I really wanted to try the jerk chicken so I was mad. I politely left then my second visit which was last night February 18 I get there about 930. They asked me do I wanna eat in? I would have to buy a table. It will be a $50 Dollar deposit plus they want 250 and purchases drinks, hookah, etc.. I just wanted the food once again I said no I will order to go then they told me I can order to go but I have to pay the entry fee that will be starting at 10 o’clock, which is $50 plus the food they are crooks. Do not trust this place. I haven’t even eaten the food yet and I know they’re trash the type of Scam that they’re running. Here is not even cool. There is nothing fancy about the atmosphere and in the light It looks like trash and looks like a broke down Gogo bar I am over trying to eat at this place. Good luck to you all. I wouldn’t do it and pay attention to the cooks. They don’t even look like they were very sanitary. And might I add I did have on a lot of Jewelryand I think they seen my Jewlery and they was like we’re gonna try to milk her for what we can Very unprofessional‼️‼️‼️

Yelp
The wings tasted more burnt that was overpowering the jerk flavors. The festivals were also overdone. The cabbage was good but did not taste the same in comparison to our previous experience, which made us fall in love with Big Jerk. Our first experience was incredible and we loved everything we ordered. Came back again the next day and still good. Our third time coming was not as good and now our 4th time coming was a disappointment. The food is inconsistent.

Porschau J.

Yelp
The food and drinks was good. Nice little vibe with good music. My server Alexis was great.

Morena A.

Yelp
The food was delicious. I ordered twice while in Las Vegas. And I highly recommend trying it out if you're craving Jamaican food. The chicken was cooked well and flavorful. The server was nice and helpful in the meal selection.

Melinda E.

Yelp
I tried to like this place and after the 3rd time I think I'll just come here for drinks IF I'm in the area. They should not advertise as Caribbean food because it is nothing close to it. Our server was super sweet and I know it's not her fault . The environment can be fun but the food needs work. Rice & peas; dry "Jerk chicken "- burn & dry & did not taste anything like jerk chicken Fries; good Waffle: cold and stale Shrimp ; good "Jerk tacos": OK Drinks; the best part! Eat before you come to this restaurant because the food is just not there.

Yelp
I recently visited Big Jerk, drawn back by their new advertisements. I hoped things had improved since my last visit, especially since I'd always enjoyed the food (and still miss their Henderson location, which closed a few years ago--I'd honestly prefer to come just for the food). Unfortunately, it was the same old experience. As someone who organizes events, I wanted to check out the nightlife, but the entry process was very disorganized. The setup could use some serious rethinking--a centralized dance floor for General Admission would be a great start. For the $40 General Admission price, the experience didn't feel worthwhile. Antonio, one of the staff members, was indifferent when we inquired about a section. He initially said, "I'll let you know if we have a table come available," then quickly backtracked, saying, "Nevermind, I won't, because we won't have anything." On a positive note, Christina, one of the bartenders, was amazing! She was attentive, assertive, and charismatic, making us feel welcome. If you do decide to go, definitely stop by her bar for a great experience.

Tamara S.

Yelp
Food was good, drinks were okay(a bit too sweet). I'm only giving a 2 star because of the SERVICE. Waitress flashed the bill from screen and we didn't realize that this place puts a 23% gratuity on your bill. So my fiancée actually double tipped her. We always tip a generous amount. After I asked for a printed receipt, she brought it and we never saw her again. I think this practice is POOR customer service. The tip amount added was $24 and he gave her another $40 without realizing she was already tipped. He's a good guy and any other time I would ask for a manager, but he wouldn't let me. We love to support Black businesses, but I also don't like being DUPED!

Yelp
The previous reviews almost stopped me from visiting this establishment. I decided to try for myself. I wish I hadn't. Where do I begin? After parking and walking up, the parking lot was riddled with broken glass and trash debris. This was a birthday dinner reservation for 13. Went on a Saturday night expecting a good meal and drinks. The restaurant had two other patrons there apart from our group. The entire time we were there, no one else came in for dinner. The drinks were watered down, they were "out" of nearly everything on the menu, the wait for food was an hour +, the music was loud and they played the same five songs over and over, the women's restroom smelled like raw sewage and had no toilet paper or seat covers. I was REALLY looking forward to some good Jamaican/Caribbean foods & to know that they were out of everything I came for, it was heart-breaking. My party was very disappointed as well. The mac and cheese was not good; it was one note of cheese and nothing more. The XL chicken meal was tiny portions of chicken pieces, one slice of plantain and one festival. The cabbage had no flavor at all. The beef patties were spicy, but lacked depth of flavor. The chicken pasta was delicious; not spicy, but so full of flavor! It was a HUGE portion of pasta with tiny diced pieces of chicken. I was upset that it was listed on the menu with sides, but the waitress told me it didn't come with sides. I wanted to try the mac n cheese so bad, that I opted for the $9.99 side price just to be underwhelmed. Our party was told that the kitchen was out of extra vegetables after our orders were fulfilled. I would have expected better since this was a RESERVED party of 13. We were hoping to make this our designated birthday location, but this cannot be possible. All and all, I will not be going back. The $125 bill was considered my (and my husband) contribution to this local business. I will not be recommending this restaurant either.

Indiana J.

Yelp
We were able to get seated but we're right under a vent so it was freezing. The worst part is we were seated for over 30 minutes without a waitress coming to the section. Other tables around us were being helped. We weweren't able to try any food or drinks so we left. Music was decent.

A H.

Yelp
BIG JERK! They played me... After seeing their flyer promoting an All star Saturday brunch/day party, but unfortunately, there was NO BRUNCH or day party. When I made my reservation, I specifically asked for brunch, and no one mentioned that brunch wasn't being served. The management on staff didn't seem too concerned about the misinformation, which was disappointing. The food was just okay, nothing to write home about. However, the drinks were excellent, and the bartender was on point--definitely the highlight of the experience. The server, though friendly, was overwhelmed and had a lot of tables to manage. As a result, things were forgotten, and the service felt a bit scattered. One thing that really left a bad taste was the 20% gratuity automatically added to the bill, even though I was dining alone. While I understand tipping is standard, this felt excessive given the service I received. Overall, I won't be returning. So Big Jerk won't have to worry about me! The lack of transparency about brunch, combined with less-than-stellar service and the automatic gratuity, made for a disappointing experience.

Heidi B.

Yelp
The chicken was really good, but the sides did not have any flavor. Service was really good though.

Talya M.

Yelp
Looking for something outside of the typical Vegas spot and big jerk was recommended and it didn't disappoint! The food came fast and it was hot and tasty!! We had the jerk chicken and jerk lamb chops and both were very good. The restaurant turns into a club on Saturdays so it is a one stop shop

Charles M.

Yelp
I had the Jerk Wing Platter w/ Rice & Peas and cabbage. It was delicious !!! I only get to Vegas once a year but I'm definitely looking forward to getting back, so I can go to Big Jerk again.

Priscilla C.

Yelp
This place has awful customer service and the prices for the small portions of food is ridiculous. There is much better options to eat at than this place.

Malcolm J.

Yelp
Great place, food, and service. Maybe the best prices of all the Caribbean restaurants that I been to in the area. Parking is convenient and they even offer curbside pickup as a courtesy. The ambiance is amazing with music and beautiful waitresses. You are guaranteed to have a great time there.

Touray T.

Yelp
Very bad customer service from management. Not worth my time or money. Customer service is very important when running a business. Treat customers like you appreciate them visiting your establishment especially when your business is in a tourist area. Will never return or recommend this place, very disappointed.

Simone P.

Yelp
I got the jerk chicken and a friend got the veggie plate. The portions were very good sized. Food was good. I would have the cabbage again but definitely not the rice and peas. Overall cool experience they had hookah and a dj.

Porsche B.

Yelp
Im giving a 2 because although the service I received and the taste of the food were both very good, Everything else was lacking and left a lot to be desired. Started out here for a celebration for a friend's birthday. Walking up was unappealing; there were red solo cups, abandoned water bottles and just a slew of trash up the walkway and on the side of the outdoor patio. When I walked in I was greeted by the promoter. Great vibes there. Music was nice. I arrived in our section and was greeted by our server, Cherry. She got my drink order promptly. The bar didn't have club soda or lime juice, so we worked it out. Now the bathroom experience was ghastly. Two toilets were out of order because of overflowing, there was a smell of bleach, and some abandoned towels on the floor. Go to wash my hands and the dispenser container of soap was just placed on the counter, so you hand to tip it to get soap. (Can't make this up) and there was no mirror. Just a cutout I. The wall with writings that suggest they are planning to place a mirror there some day. I ordered the Jerk chicken salad and Cherry hooked me up with grilled peppers and onions added to it. DELICIOUS! Chicken was juicy and well seasoned. Jerk sauce was delicious as well and a good size portion. Now my friends smoke Hookah, I don't, the price was crazy. My friends also ordered the chicken and waffles-- just looking at it it didn't look appealing. I mean the chicken looked good, the waffles looked like afterschool program pre packaged waffles. lol. No cap. I'd say if there was better maintenance overall of the building, and expansion on the offerings at the bar, I'd be able to come more often.

Tionne K.

Yelp
Good drinks , good music and good vibesss . Make sure to ask for waitress Nae , she was the cherry on top Very good customer service. We will be back !!

David A.

Yelp
Their food forever has my heart. Mac and cheese creamy as hell owwieee. The jerk chicken and cabbage has never disappointed either. I'm Nigerian, so i consider myself to be an experience plantain enthusiast and critique. I would give it a 8.5 out of 10 which is great. The service is always lovely with me as well! Even the owners and general managers have always treated me like family. Nonetheless, the ambiance may be my favorite part. This place is easily the most popping hookah lounge in las vegas. They've had a plethora of A and B list celebrities come by for the food and ambiance. Shaquille O'neal was a regular here at a time as well, and for a reason too. Big F****** Jerk, man oh man. A MUST if you're ever visiting las vegas!

Deanna P.

Yelp
The food is so good! And every time I come to the night club I have a blast. The service is great and the ambiance is chill during the day. I order on DoorDash when I don't feel like doing the drive and the food is still so good and fresh. Definitely worth the visit!

Kay F.

Yelp
Whoever the scamming man at the door was with contacts and tiny tuxedo on, he is stealing from the owner. I came with my friends on a Friday night and they charged men $100 & women $44 to get in the door and it was cash only (red flag) then we wanted to buy a table with bottle and hookah and another employee said it would be $200 but then the tiny tuxedo man came running up and said "NO, it's actually $450 without the hookah"... I had a friend who already had a table with bottle so we asked to join their table and the tiny tuxedo man again ran up to try and pocket some cash only type of deal, it was so scheme and cheesy. I just left because I couldn't believe the low level this employee was going to, to try and cheat a business and ruin peoples nights. This needs to be looked at by the owner. They should have prices displayed to avoid such SCAMMERS.

Abby F.

Yelp
I was there for lunch and had a delicious stewed something. The flavor profile of the festival veggies was not for me, but the stew and beans were awesome. I would not choose the mac next time. I am more of a purist; i dont think the jerk spice goes well in it, but some people love it! Service was excellent, the girls were great. Looks like a fun place to lounge and dance after restaurant hours as well.

Alena E.

Yelp
Booked a section for my birthday and paid a deposit. Waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to not have any sections when I got to the door. Their solution was to tell me they'd put my group outside in the beautiful 95 degree vegas weather where no one else was sitting. I told them I would not sit outside, they proceeded to tell me the best they could do for inside would be a high top table where we'd still have to get a bottle... no thanks! Wasted my time & on my birthday at that

Jennie D.

Yelp
This place is confusing with homeless people camping outside to ridiculously priced items inside. It wasn't clean. We ended up walking out as we just didn't feel comfortable especially for the cost.

Christina L.

Yelp
The whole fish is a 10/10 , if you are looking for some great Caribbean food , this is the place for it , best Caribbean food in Las Vegas , everything is made fresh to order , I definitely will be back again and again , customer service was amazing as well , satisfied and full

Cierra S.

Yelp
Only Caribbean spot in Vegas I would recommend. The jerk chicken is . Drinks and hookah during dinner was a vibe.

Ronnie M.

Yelp
2 stars because the food is actually really good. But the service was bottom tier. And the prices were actually crazy for what you get. $33 for this was basically like $10 per wing. I usually have a good time here but them prices is crazy.

Alisha H.

Yelp
I don't know how we ended up here in our vacation but I loved it! The jerk shrimp with rice was #HiddenGem

Andrea H.

Yelp
DO NOT... I repeat, DO NOT go to Big Jerk for food or customer service! I went here during Memorial Day weekend based on a recommendation from a friend and I was disappointed with the quality of my ox tails (way too salty) and rice & peas (a bit dry), all served in styrofoam containers! The portions of food were also small considering how much they charged. They sat us at a dirty table and I had to ask the waitress 3 times to please wipe it down. Also she kept forgetting to bring our drinks, and it wasn't even that crowded. The shots were small & pricey. The music was GREAT, but overall I was disappointed with my experience. I would need to see improvements before I spend my money here again.

Jason R.

Yelp
The food was decent but the service was horrible. The two waitress they had working did there best but was definitely under staffed for a Saturday evening. I spent $200 on food and didn't get not one refill of water...im good on supporting them...smh

Roberta M.

Yelp
This is a bar serving brunch. I thought it was a restaurant, yet as I walked through its a Hookah Lounge. The food choices on their website were not available. If you're looking for a place which offers music and casual snacks, and location this is it. The service was great all questions answered pleasantly.

Nydia W.

Yelp
We've been coming to this place on a regular basis because the food is good , and the price is reasonable. But, never again for Thanksgiving dinner . This place is a complete rip-off smh The fact that they don't sale a meal and only selling it individually, We ordered Jerk Turkey 22lbs cost $159 Turkey was not even done ( seriously) Then one side Mac and cheese 9*13 size of pan $75 The pan is half way full(ridiculous) Come on, with tax it's over $250 for this One meat and one side ... This is absurd!!!

UrMothers C.

Yelp
Shit is terrible! Pmentertainment702 was hosting, stuck people on the patio and didn't even come to check on them! No music. no hospitality! Just in it for the money!Adding the terrible service from waiters who were not prepared with note pads resulted to my groups orders taking almost a hr to receive! We are pretty much being charged for no hospitality/entertainment! Smh never will I give my service again to Pmentertainment702 or Big Jerk! 2 stars because the food was good!

Big B.

Yelp
Big Jerk is a big JOKE! Do not waste your time going to this place trying to get some real Caribbean food because this is not real Caribbean food. I repeat do not waste your money like we did. I wanted this place to be the real deal but I'm highly disappointed. Whoever the cook/cooks are they should be fired real talk. First of all, I ordered the XL jerk chicken with all white meat meal that came with cabbage, and I added macaroni and cheese as my premium side. The cabbage was absolutely horrible. I took one bite of it and never touched anymore of it. The macaroni and cheese was not good at all and the worst part is the fact that they literally burned my chicken. It was not edible at all point blank period and that's after they brought me regular jerk chicken when I ordered fried jerk chicken. Also it came with Plantains or you could substitute for a Festival. I chose the Festival. They never brought me or my friend the Festival like we asked for instead of the Plantains and when we asked where it was the server said we didn't get the festival because we ordered Plantains so I said well you didn't even bring that either. After realizing we were right she went to the back and brought us the hard Festivals which we didn't eat either. My friend ordered the Oxtail which was saturated and sitting in cooking oil. She ordered white rice as her premium side and hers also came with cabbage. The Oxtail was HORRIBLE with lots of fat and the rice was so bland with absolutely no flavor or seasoning. My meal was $29.99 + $1 to upgrade to a premium side. My friends meal was $33.99 + $1 to upgrade to a premium side. Our bill came to $67.58 we paid $5.66 in taxes and then to top that off they charged me a Service charge of 18% and and venue fee of 5% for a total of 23% which was $15.54 making the final bill come out to $88.78. Where they do that at? That was a first for me and I go to high end restaurants in Las Vegas all the time. You usually only get charged these mandatory fees if you got to like Ruth Chris Steak house and you have a large group of people eating but not just two people in a hole in the wall spot. We ordered 2 Pineapple Ginger drinks for $5.50 a piece after the fact and those came to $15 total. The worst part about that was they brought our drinks and water out in plastic cups which I thought was crazy being how much they charge just to eat there. ALL of the tables and chairs are old and wobly with barely any stability and my left arm had sauce stuck to it from the table because it wasn't clean. I don't see this place lasting long at all. It's not a good look and they are basically stealing by making people pay these mandatory unlawful fees and call it what you want to but these female servers running around half naked with they asses hanging and these washed up bands they got doing this live 80's and 90's music will not suffice. The people want good food! Please see attached photos of my burnt so called jerk chicken and you will see for yourself. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

Josephine B.

Yelp
I was in town for a business expo and decided to meet up with a few friends here on a Sunday night. I had oxtails it was ok. It was a soft opening night so it was verrry slow and empty. They didn't have most of the items on the menu. I had to pick 3 drink until they finally had the one I chose. Despite the fact that they weren't really ready to open fully.... The decor and vibes was great. They have outdoor seating as well. Staff were friendly, seems like it'll be a fun place when it's in full mode

Celestina R.

Yelp
My first visit I came for the food, stayed for the vibe. Highly recommend visiting not only for dinner time, but staying & partying at the late night lounge with family & friends! I celebrated a friends birthday here and the staff & service made it a great experience! We had bottle service, smoked hookah, & danced the night away. I'll definitely be back soon!

Alisa S.

Yelp
Big Jerk out did they self. My food was amazing I got the oxtail meal with Mac and cabbage. The portion was large I got a side of Mac but it automatically comes with cabbage. The sides were amazing seasoned and flavored to perfection. Our server Nae was a vibe she knew how to help us decide and she was very attentive. Las Vegas come check them out it's worth it. Everybody can't make oxtails bit they over exceeded and great service and music..

Alonso S.

Yelp
I had a ball the weekend I was there but I would give them a 5 star rating but they hookas are over priced

Cortney A.

Yelp
Wah Gwaan Phenomenal take out customer service! Hostesses were very attentive and prompt. I've been eager to try this trendy food truck to tableside Caribbean style restaurant also known as the "nicest jerks in Las Vegas" Big Jerk! What I ordered: Big Jerks Favorites Lobster Tail 19.99; jerk grilled to perfection and definitely offered a nice bold jerk flavor! Highly recommended for my Pescatarian friends. Seafood Jerk Style Shrimp $14.99; six boring average sized shrimp coated with a saucy semi spiced flavoring accompanied by side item Yucca Fries and cabbage. Underwhelming dish following a perfectly executed grilled lobster. I enjoyed my Yucca very much though! Veggie Dish $9.99; three side items included delicious plantains omg amazing, rice and peas extremely disappointing (hard dry rice), macaroni +$1 upcharge was not my style but my mother loved it and the portion was very generous. Overall, this location has great potential and I'm excited to return and experience the hookah lounge bar side of the island when outside safely opens up. $50 Total

Alexis A.

Yelp
We had a party of 6 plus 1 additional takeout order. The food was mediocre at best. Jerk chicken was advertised as flash fried but was burnt to a crisp without flavor. Mac and cheese was runny and cabbage mostly with carrots. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to ask our waitress who was also the hostess and taking orders over the phone how much longer it would take for our food to be prepared and she assured us that food would come out at the same time. My friend had the pasta with garlic bread, which actually came out as a grilled hamburger bun with butter and as very distasteful as well. Everything g was cold!! Rice was over cooked and also flavorless. To make matters worse, 23% gratuity was still added even though we decided we would take our food to go after waiting so long. To add, we were seated with no silverware and water for the first 20 min.

Patrick R.

Yelp
the worst service ever I asked for gravy with my order It literally took a whole hr and the place wasn't busy very unprofessiona!

Scarlette S.

Yelp
Food is amazing, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Hookah lounge is one of the best lounges I've been to in Vegas!

Jack R.

Yelp
Customer service horrible very rude. We ordered the oxtail very salty and tender tho. Mac and cheese is not southern Mac and cheese. It's hot macaroni salad. Cabbage is mid. Ribs are horrible salty as well. Chicken very salty and spicy.

Bri M.

Yelp
Just visited from outta town, giving 5 STARS TO NAE, she's gorgeous and service was great! Would want to request her everytime I come there. She was very friendly and great customer service. Had a great time and would highly recommend. She fulfilled my visit. Great environment, music, food and entertainment. GREAT JOB BIG JERK!

Shawntavia H.

Yelp
I came to watch the fight here , the tables were full on the inside so they had a patio area. The patio area had no type of cooling system , not a fan nor AC. Not only that none one came out to services us and the Tv kept cutting out the whole fight.

Audrey T.

Yelp
A friend of mine came to visit and was told about this place by someone who sat on the plane next to her and said we need to eat here. So we came for dinner around 7:00pm. The Open sign was off, so we were a bit confused. She called and someone answered saying they were open, so we came in. It wasn't very busy. Apparently they get busier later when the dj arrives. But we just came to eat. My friend had the lamb chops, cabbage, and mac&cheese. She said the chops and cabbage were super good. I had the festival and the sweet potato mash. Both were pretty good. I wish the mash had pecans in it, but the flavor was good. I really, really wanted plantains, but they were out of them. HUGE disappointment. I had the Carribean sunrise and my friend had the Rum punch. Our drinks were very good! Just wish they weren't $14 and $16. lol. But at least they were good and a good amount/good sized glass. The bartender mixed them quite well. The women's bathroom however, smelled awful! I think there had to be some type of sewage problem, because it just smelled rotten. 2 of the stalls were locked from the inside, 1 didn't have toilet paper, so only 1 was useful. Then the paper towl depsenser was jammed. Not good. But I had a good "food" experience. As a local, I'm glad to know this place exists.

Yelp
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Waited 9 minutes and 53 seconds with out my order been taken. hosted stated "I'm about to clock out, so I'll have someone else come take your order" . looks around and the other waitresses are at the bar dancing after she told them. The guy manager did come to the front and asked if anybody took my order. he also stated "I will get someone over here to take your order" 5 minutes later no one came.

Yelp
Service was horrible for the club . Any question you ask is "No" "300 dollars" and " we are sold out" (entire place empty) . Never again !
