So I used to go to this spot back in the day I haven't been there since they moved to this location and changed the name the menu is the same I'm not going to lie the customer service was horrible it was like they didn't want to stand up and get the order it took a really long time which is normal sometimes when it comes to food but I didn't like how the food in the warmer was just left open and look dried out your food actually tastes pretty good and that's why they got the 3 stars

The service was polite and courteous. It was also warm and welcoming just like they're down home cooking from scratch then they got a surprise for you they got actual Kool-Aid no restaurant I know has that reall talk I haven't even got started on the desserts that are to die for. With a lot of creativity put it like this I can't stand the cold but one of the desserts made me come out the heat and go into the cold but you don't hear me though. But don't listen to me go check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed I dare you

If only there was parking. I have a big appetite and a sweet tooth. Tbe deserts are wonderful and the price of a whole pie is competitive. I also like the way I have been given samples too try ... I will be glad when they can have tables to eat in the restaurant. U gotta try this place...

The food outstanding. Always looks as great as it tastes. Good customer service too. The only problem for me is that they keep taking all of my money because I can't stay away

This place is smackn. Every dish that I've eaten was very tasty and seasoned to perfection. Plus you can get a cup of kool-laid. All of my coworkers have been coming and I haven't heard any complaints yet.

The best thing I can say is the wait was not as long as I anticipated, but I went after lunch hours. I ordered the red snapper, but it was fried too hard and it was not fileted, as promised. However, my friend ordered the cat fish and she said it was "okay"

I got a burger, it was tiny and inedible. It cost $11.50 and was smaller than a $1.00 burger from mcdonalds. I guess size didnt matter as it could not be eaten. The burger patty was similar to a hockey puck and seemed several days old. It was absolutely disgusting and I will tell anyone who asks to not go to this awful building. How could this putrid excuse for a restaurant even still be in business?

Tried calling right when they opened, but no one picked up. My friend and I ended up driving there and ordered for take out. The staff person gave us a pleasant welcome, let us know the special, and took our order. The quoted wait time was 10-15 minutes. The shop has some chairs outside for waiting, but my friend and I decided to walk around to pass the time. We ended up walking for about 15 minutes and had to wait a few extra minutes. Once we got the food we headed to the beach to enjoy the meal. Once at the beach I unwrapped my catfish po'boy and fries, and jumped right in. The sandwich was tasty and even better with the Crystal. The fries were also good and still had some crisp despite the travel time. There was a yellow jacket terrorizing us at the beach, who also enjoyed a piece of catfish. It kept coming back for seconds, etc.

Big Mama's House is in Big Momma's Kitche's space. the wording is specially chosen to avoid Yelp's bots to avoid being lumped with the later's reviews. the new owners have the same recipes but want a fresh start, unburdened by the past. offerings: desserts, 'po boys, grilled chicken. chicken, turkey, seafood. eats: hot links sandwich (4) -really hot with chiliness, got a kick (almost too much). -it may be small but was enough to satisfy my 'po boy addiction without spiking my blood pressure and sending me into diabetic purgatory. *reason why i skipped the fries. takeouts: -not much parking nearby.

This southern soul food spot on a corner of International Boulevard is hot, new, and definitely worth trying. If the exterior painting and design don't grab your attention, just wait until you get inside. With all of the tables away due to shelter in place, you have a better view of the walls (pictures attached) that show celebrities from Oakland. In addition to the cool vibe, the food was delicious and hit the spot. I had the chicken and shrimp combo, which is just enough for two people when you take into account the sides. Make sure to add their lemon and hot sauces to the chicken; it's basically a palette waiting for these sauces to bring it to life. I'm sure you'll find a combination that you enjoy. I recommend eating it fresh, because some of the sides (like the fries) can get a bit cold if you don't eat them right away. Overall it was a very satisfactory meal at a reasonable price (around $25), so I'll definitely return. Bonus: if you're nice you might get some Kool-Aid on the house!

The service here is poor and very slow. The cashier didn't know how to use the register and took about 10 mins to ring me up. I ordered a combo and a side, and I waited over an hour for my food. The food is alright, but the wait is a breaking point for me.

I visited this establishment recently on the recommendation from a good friend. Im all about supporting local businesses in my city so it was plus that it was in Oakland and Black owned so I was like hell yeah let's go.. I decided to try their chicken wings and shrimp combo and it comes with two sides. I choose to run with Mac & Cheese and Red Beans and rice. Usually my goto when visiting a new soul food restaurant. My experience started off great as when I got my food one of the workers blessed me with their Kool Aid free of charge. So that was a win in my book and good service. The total rate of the experience is a 2.8 out of 5. I actually had high hopes for the food as well. The chicken wings were on point. Nice size wings not overly fried and seasoned well. No ranch or sauce needed. I gave the chicken a 4 out of 5. The fried shrimp was ok not the best but definitely not the worst. Nice size shrimps seasoned okay could of used a little more love(more batter on the shrimp and little more seasoning in my opinon). I gave the shrimp a 3 out of 5. Next was the red beans and rice. This side I gave it a 2 out of 5 because the beans could of been a 3 if it had more seasoning it wasn't the business. The last side I tried was their Mac & cheese and in the words of my guy Daym Drop call it Whack N Cheese. Their mac and cheese needed all the love and attention. The dish didn't taste like nothing with no type of flavor which was sad. It wasn't good not after a few bites had to toss it.. Last was the Kool Aid that the young worker blessed me with and I havent had any Kool Aid in long time and by far this was one of the best cups of red Kool Aid I've had in years. Everything was just and some more!!! The Kool aid was a 4 out of 5. Overall experience was good. Service was good & I want to come back to give the food another try as it could of been bad day.

My brother & I just so happened to drive around the area to look for food when all of a sudden we see this place and decide why not? Fast customer service, and the food I ordered was piping hot! Everything from the fried chicken to the Mac & cheese was cooked to perfection. I would most definitely come by again to try other things on the menu! Most def will recommend this place to others!

I highly recommend Big Momma's Kitchen! The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouth-watering soul food options that can meet the needs of anyone looking for some down-home cooking. They even offer breakfast plates for early risers like myself! I had a shrimp po'boy that was served on a fresh soft bun with cheese, tomato, lettuce, red onion, pickles, peppercinis, and their secret sauce with tasty Cajun French fries. My friend tried their fried chicken breast plate with greens, mac and cheese and an extra side of red beans and rice. This was really delectable and it was more than enough to share (I hella ate some too, bomb). The restaurant also offers various types of drinks, but we finished our order with two juicy cups of Kool-Aid. Both of our orders were fresh and delicious. The chef 's cooking left us with that home-made feeling and used the best quality ingredients. We will be back and you all should go!

Black-owned space with really good options. As someone who does not eat pork, I was happy with the seafood options. Food was really good! The only thing is the menu online is not alway accurate. Call in to figure out what's on the menu

Oakland has gotten a Lot More Soul with Big Mommas Kitchen open now!!! I rolled into Big Mommas and was impressed on how nice the Décor is . There is a lot of Original Artwork that I found out later , a family member of Mommas painted . The Dining Area looks Freshly Remodeled and Spacious . There are 3 LCD TVs for Entertainment . While I was there I met Big Momma which turned out to be Little Momma Big Momma is a Petite lady but she definitely is the Boss. Big Mommas Kitchen is a Family Run Business. Everybody at Big Mommas is Friendly and very Knowledgeable about their Food . Which is Cooked fresh to the Order . Big Mommas Specialty is their Po'boy's . I perused their Menu and Ordered a Shrimp Po Boy ,Turkey Red Beans and Rice and a Lemonade. The Lemonade was very refreshing and came with free refills . I was given a Sample of the Fried Chicken . It was Moist and the Skin had a Great Flavor and taste to it . Not Oily or Greasy . Ill definitely order Fried Chicken on my next visit. My Very Friendly and Cheerful Server brought me my Shrimp Po Boy and my Red Beans and Rice . The Shrimp Po Boy was packed full of flavor and served on a Sesame Hot Dog roll which really worked . Great Idea. The Turkey Red Beans and Rice were very Good . It was Savory and Very Meaty . The Quality is definitely is there at Big Mommas Kitchen . They take Cash and Debit Card . Ten Tables to Dine at.

Food was absolutely delicious they threw in an extra candy yam on top of my meal hats off to the Cook

My girl Tiff told me this spot was back open for pickup only, so my daughter and I decided to check them out. We ordered fried chicken wings, fried catfish nuggets, turkey wings, greens, macaroni and cheese, potato salad and Kool-Aid. Let me say the food was well seasoned and hit the spot. It was definitely soulful and tasty. You can taste the down home cooking in every bite. We will be back.

got to give them one more try, because my expectations.. were reasonable, but the experience! today!, was disappointing. next time I'll stick with the deal of the day because although I do eat leftover fish, I would have preferred them put paper towels in the microwave so that it doesn't come out as soggy when you reheat it. And givin it was 7:30 at night, so they could have been closing but I'd rather a business give me their best service for 30 minutes, then to give me half of their service for 8 hours. so I'll wait for them to get some rest, I'll try them earlier next time, on a different date. I'm rooting for them... Besides a professional upscale restaurant, it's just a mom and pop restaurant with amateur chefs, that never quit. Let preface this by say I'm picky about my food and what I like. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the collard greens tasted just like my mommas nicely seasoned. The fried okra was aiite nothing phone home about. Red beans and rice was great loved the taste but they could have put more beans got dry at the end. Mac and cheese was screaming!!!! That means delicious. If you want some quality soul food come to big mammas I can only speak for what I've tried so far those things mentioned above

Came with my family (my mom had a Groupon). And thank goodness she found them! Anne or Anna was our server and she was everything you want when you go to any restaurant. The food was EXCELLENT! The smothered turkey was the best! The fish and fried chicken were delicious! We were so full by the end of the meal but we still ordered dessert to-go (Peach Cobbler, Red Velvet and Chocolate cake with toffee). I love my mother so much more for introducing us to this place lol And the tribute to the top Oakland figures on the walls creates a sense of community pride! (Just missing Damien Lillard) I will definitely be back !

Just placed an order on Uber eats and got only two of the things I ordered. 1. Fried fish meal with a side of potato salad and collards and tartar sauce 2. Fried chicken meal with a side of collards and yams 3. A cool aid drink We just received our order and got fish and chips and fried chicken and chips with a sweet tea and side of potato salad. Not a call about being out of anything and not even tartar sauce packets... they just fried up some things, put em' in a container and sent it smh. Had we known we wouldn't be receiving our correct order, we would have opted for something else. What a disappointment... never again. I'll be requesting a refund immediately. Update: I just called and spoke to Lorenzo who apologized for the inconvenience and offered to have someone deliver the correct plates tomorrow. If Lorenzo is a man of his word, I'll happily update this review because it's not about the fact that they messed up the order, it's about how they handle these incidences and as a business owner myself, I would have offered the same. Thanks Lorenzo, I'm looking forward to tomorrow and updating this review. Update: Lorenzo delivered on his promise and had someone deliver two plates of what I ordered yesterday free of charge. I really appreciate him rectifying this situation because as a pregnant woman, my cravings drive me nuts and when those collards didn't arrive last night, I was too through! The potato salad was even better today (yesterday it was more like green onion salad) and they even gave my husband an extra chicken wing. Because of this, we definitely won't be counting this place out.

Sigh. I've been driving by this place for months and finally decided to stop for some take out for my Dad. I ordered the smothered steak which is served over rice and gravy and comes with two sides. I wanted Mac n Cheese or red beans but they were out at 3:00 in the afternoon. btw, this seems to be the norm. I was greeted by a guy who took my order and when I gave him a $100 bill he said he had to run across the street to get change. The waiter brought my food out and the frist thing I noticed was the smell. It didn't smeel good to me. I opened the container to peep in and there were about 3 chunks of meat sittign in a pool of gravey over rice. I expected an entire steak , tbone, NY or otherwise, but whatever. Hopefully my dad will iek it. So it now been 30 mins since the guy left for change and I'm sitting here with my food ready to go, wondering if he ran off with my money. He finally came back and said "my bad I had to do hella shit" Now I have the biggest potty mouth ever but I expect professionalism when I'm spending my money. Additionally, it bothers me when ppl speak in a manner they feel I can relate too because I'm also black.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First off, the guy who was sitting behind the counter is utterly useless. He didn't greet us at all when we walked in. Barely even looked at us. You're behind the hostess counter. Be fucking cordial. The server immediately asked us if we'd be eating there or to go. We informed her we'd be eating there and we took a seat. Our order consisted of a small fried chicken plate (I ordered the 2 piece leg and thigh) which come with a side (mac and cheese) and cornbread, a kid's chicken and waffle plate (1 piece of chicken and one waffle), a small shrimp rice, and a kool aid. A couple walked in after us and ordered the daily special (some sort of steak and rice dish with sides) and kool aid as well. Fast forward 10 minutes and no one has come to our table to let us know anything about our order or bring us our drink yet the table who showed up after us has not one but TWO cups of kool aid on the their table. Fast forward 10 more minutes and the other couple now has food while we are still waiting on our drink and for someone to say "hey y'all your food is coming". We're now 25 minutes in and the other couple has had one of their plates remade because it was wrong while we STILL have NOTHING TO FUCKING EAT OR DRINK. So we inform them that we'll be taking our food to go as we have other places to be and have been waiting 25 minutes. 10 more minutes go by and by now we are DONE. We get up to leave and the silent mime at the hostess stand says "y'all's food is ready right now" We get our food, (still no kool aid) and head outside to leave. My best friend checks the bag and lo and behold they've forgotten his shrimp rice. I take a look at my chicken plate and when I tell you they gave me the two smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen in my life. They looked like they had came off of a Cornish hen. I couldn't believe that I had waited 35 minutes and paid $10 for that. I could've butchered and fried a whole damn chicken with as long as it took for us get food. The server comes out to bring us the forgotten rice but by then I was completely over them and I kindly informed her that she could take it back inside along with the rest of the meal because we'd be getting a refund. I work hard for the money that I make and I'm very particular about where I spend it. This place will never receive my patronage or a dime of my money ever again. I could be dying of thirst with nothing else open around me and I wouldn't walk in that place and pay $1 for a bottle of water. Get better, Big Momma's Kitchen. You're a disgrace

Second time there. Food is good. Not expensive and you get what you pay for. This time I decided to try the gumbo which is well flavored and came with a half crab, it could have used a lil more chicken and link but I'll definitely order again. The one thing I do suggest is call ahead. Good things take time but if you don't, call ahead. Very disappointed they send me a text advertising they had gumbo today. I get there and there is no gumbo, dispite the fact that they sent the text, it's advertised on there special board and it's on the menu. Their excuse "it's been to hot" but they are drying up everything. Then she was like we do have garlic crab, I ask how much? She then asked if I was using groupon, I stated yes then she say she can't honor the groupon and she never did give me a price. I love to support my black businesses but these be the stuff that makes you not want to. Very disappointed. The only reason I will be going back is because I have already porch asked the groupon Third time. Pissed. They tell me now that I can't use my groupon because I have used one in the last 6 which I I did not have to wait the second time I used it. This some Bullshit and people wonder why we don't fuck with our people. Always something. After I use the groupon I already have. No more of my business Soo I call to see what's on the menu and what's excluded from the Groupon since it seems to change. To be told that they were not going to honor the $30 Groupon that I spent $20 for. So I asked, so I'm just assed out the $20 that I spent. She states well you going to have to get your money back from them. Then she tried to give me a story about the relationship between them and Groupon. My Groupon should have been honored even if they took a loss. I will never go there again. Lena's it shall remain. They worried about a soda tax impacting their business, hell they doing a damn good job all by themselves

Excellent food and amazing service. We had a large party and they accommodated us quickly and with ease. I'd definitely recommend this establishment to anyone... Bonus: the music they played softly for ambiance was awesome!!!

Food was good & I got it To Go, only had to wait maybe ten minutes while it cooked - so it was fresh & piping hot. Got greens on the side which were tasty. Funny that the options for chicken were only legs, thighs, or wings - but maybe that's just because I got the small "special." Service was as friendly as can be.

This business is not honoring any of the advertised deals. Not even the $2 off. I showed the lady the deal on my phone - she said it's not supposed to be on there. I gave her a chance to at least honor the $2 but she wouldn't. Sometimes a business needs to just take the hit to get a customer. And the Mac and cheese and cornbread was dry like it had been sitting for a while. I live nearby but won't be back - I'll just wait line at Lenas next time.

We order the shrimp po boy sandwich and seasoned fries with lemonade and got to say it was very well made the sauce In the po boy was delicious, shrimp was very well batter and lemonade was just how I like it. Will definitely will come again this time I want to get the Mac and cheese and fried chicken.

Highs: food was inexpensive,not crowded, yeams we're OK . Lows: service, food , corn bread was dry, a lot of things not on the menue. No bread pudding, garlic fries we're just regular fries with galic powder, sweet tea was similar to the taste of lemon pledge, patatos tasted instant. I wouldn't come here again. It was hard to pick what to eat, waitress wasn't aware of how to explain the menue.

This place is terrible they will leave you on hold for 20 minutes very unprofessional the Mac and cheese is not good it taste like it comes from a box this place is scary I would not recommend and it is not fresh quality food management is not friendly or welcoming

My friend and I went here for lunch and I must say I was pleased. The environment is inviting and the place is clean. The waitress was knowledgeable of the menu. The food was excellent. I had the ox tails, rice and gravy, yams, and greens (a little spicy). My friend had the fried fish, yams and macaroni cheese and all the food was great. They have a new customer. Good bye Lena's. You can tell all the food is homemade.

Probably the beat southern cooking in Oakland. The sides are all amazing. Best Beans and rice I've ever had. If you like fried food, you can't go wrong with Big Momma's!

Great food! I ordered a cheeseburger and it tastes delicious! I ordered through Uber eats and I choose Diet Coke as an option of drink, but instead I got the Diet Shasta Cola, which I've never seen before in my whole life. Terrible! For me who is a Coke addicted makes total difference. I think they should they the clients that they are running out of stuff and ask if it ok to send another one to replace. I couldn't call to ask them to switch it because I'm in a rush.

This must have either been a child's plate or the smallest PO Boy on planet earth. Service was super nice and the taste of the shrimp good, but served on a cheap soggy roll. Four shrimp for $12.50 in not New Orleans style.

Tested this place for the first time. I didnt get what I wanted, however I still had to satisfy the hunger. Baked chicken was good Mac n Chesses was good Yams is good Cornbread really good. Smother steak was good. Cabbage was ok. 3.5/4 stars for not having what I wanted available, the cabbage being ok, and the Koolaid was super sweet. All in all I will be going back.

No comprehensive review needed. The food is good and the wait is not too excessive. Overall it was a good place to eat at however I feel like I came on an off day. They didn't have a menu with prices available which made ordering complicated. After our orders were placed they made alterations to our orders without explaining what was happening (my po' boys weren't po' boys lol). They would not let me use my groupon for $40 because I only had a party of 2 (the groupon stated meal for four people but I didn't expect them to be strict about it). The groupon thing was not a big deal but it was just another inconvenience. Also parking is spotty in the area but we got lucky when we arrived. Anyway, I intend to go here again at some point and hopefully I can give it a better score at that time.

Came from Los Angeles to attend a Raiders Game.. seen this place so decided to try it out. Very pleased with the fried catfish, greens, and mac and cheese.. but a good surprise was the wonderful shrimp rice. OMG.. had to return the following day.. order the smothered turkey wings. Can you say DELICIOUS.. The decor make it even more of a wonderful experience because it is very clean and modern. You can enjoy light music and games on the televisions. This is going to be a great OAKLAND staple. And the custom artwork of The Town's many talented artist such as Too Short, Hammer, Tony Toni Tone, Keyshia Cole, etc is wonder. If you haven't been here.. be sure to check them out because you are missing out.. GREAT FOOD.. GREAT ENVIRONMENT .. GREAT SERVICE

This place is so so clean, efficient and cute. The prices are great for the area. Parking is easy. The fried chicken is better than Nellies or Southern cafe. The lemon pie is to die for as well. The staff is outgoing and very polite. The decor is nice tables and chairs. I will most definitely be going back. Please support this little gem of a place. It's open everyday but Monday. Lunch time is a great time to take your mother or co worker and it's handicap assessable

Good delicious food for the soul. Meal was seasoned just right with healthy portions. Customer services was on point, waitresses was very attentive. The wall murals is a conversational piece and a must see.

In love with soul food. And while there is so many different soul food joints in the area, this one seems to be my new favorite,". The price is decent and the have specials everyday. Food is flavorful, just how soul food should be. My favorite was the collard greens, braised perfect, right amount of salt and taste great. Service was okay, it's a new restaraunt and family owned so the service will grow with the place. I'm forsure coming back. Cheers to good food

Omg I stopped in we seen they are under New owner ship The place was clean, smelled sanitized and fresh everyone had on masks they where changing gloves often. I ordered some wings with the Yodi Sauce and fries my family ordered other flavors and boy where they good fried perfect. We went back the next day and got their Red snapper, catfish nuggets and a red snapper Po Boy with greens mac n cheese potato salad and their desserts are to die for. Let's just say we where very pleased again with food and service and will be going back.

Incredible food with so much flavor and authenticity. The staff was very helpful and explained everything diligently. The parking is a little troublesome and the area is a little ghetto, but it's worth it for this place. Strongly recommend just coming in and taking your food to go because sometimes some of the menu items change. Also, halal meat major plus.

Fish sandwich is real good with the Cajun fries!! My daughter order the chicken and waffles it was decent.. I'll rate it a 4 star cause it's a self made business and we need more out there with entrepreneur attitude and good homemade comfort food!!

This place is not only adorable... filled with painted murals of entertainers and athletes naive to Oakland... the food is delicious, as well. Very happy I stumbled across this gem. We will definitely be back.

This place is just awesome. I had done shrimp po boys and it was great! They also have cream soda. Nobody had cream soda. Like ever. I am definitely coming back here again.

If there was an option for -5 stars, I would give them that rating. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE NOT AFRICAN AMERICAN or MUSLIM. We were first attended by a young lady who seemed decent. 20 minutes later, still no food or coffee and a man that worked at the front asked us to repeat the order. Two other customers that arrived after us, got their orders before us and were given friendly updates and apologies from the same woman. 35 minutes later, we ask the man about our food and he seemed annoyed that we asked, with no apology, and tells us that our food was "almost done." 50 minutes later, the same man approaches us and tells us that they did not have anymore leg and thigh chicken pieces and that if it was ok if they cooked fried chicken wings instead!!!! WTF, How long does it take to cook chicken and waffles??? I expressed my frustrations and walked out! His excuse was that there were MANY other customers ahead of us..the place was EMPTY with one other customer dining and serviced two to-go orders in the beginning. The kitchen is visible, and no joke, there were 4 people working in that kitchen !! Why did we wait so long to leave?? Because it is hard to find HALAL soul food. In terms of service, there was nothing halal/islamic about the service or ambiance. There is really no point in falsely claiming halal on your menu when you treat your non African American customers like garbage. And FYI, Halal goes far beyond how meat/poutlry is slaughtered. By far, the worst service ever!!!! Normally, other restaurants will try to compensate for mistakes by offering a free meal. This place, not even an apology!!

Food is mediocre if memory is correct, certainly will try again. Only have done take out. Very traffic area on E.14th/International blvd. But close to home. Speaking home have had nothing to write home about yet. or even yelp about. But i will try once more. The grocery tax may not be the only thing affecting business.

What a disappointing experience! I had not heard about Big Momma's until seeing the Chef on one of the local ballot measure commercials for the upcoming election. In an effort to support local business, I visited Big Momma's last week with friends. Pros: Friendly server although seemed unorganized and overwhelmed. Cons: Never received the third item of my 3-item combo despite ask the server twice; Never received my cornbread or greens (Yes, I reminded the server three times). Lastly, the server made excuses non-stop: "We are understaffed", "we only have two fryers", "oh, I keep forgetting". "Sorry, we are out of Gumbo today". Also, Big Momma's only offers fried chicken strips not a full chicken. I will take my business back to Nellies who are consistently terrific.

It was my first time here and I was not disappointed. The fish Po'boy was so good; the fish just melted in my mouth. I loved the way all the flavors complimented each other! I usually never finish my fries but the thick Cajun fries were worth every bite. I finished the meal with delicious peach cobbler fresh from the oven. I can't wait to go back and sample more!

They had half of what I ordered. When they finally got around to bringing me my order they brought me someone else's order and asked me if I would take a substitute for what I ordered. I ordered a red link combination they substituted chicken after telling me they didn't have the link when I got to my car with my order all I had was chicken and no ribs. Of course they don't tell you they have what's on the menu until after you've paid. And finally there's some guy walking through the kitchen sagging with his sweat pants below his underwear then he comes out and washes down the table with his underwear hanging out and putting his butt in this customer's face Unless you've got a lot of time to waste and money to waste don't bother going by there they've got issues serious issues
