Best place! Amazing food and service every time. Definitely try their full-service catering or book the food truck for your next event — they never miss! The tall chorizo breakfast taco is my absolute favorite. Also, keep an eye out for their ghost kitchen Back Door BBQ specials, quesabirria, and tamales — total hidden gems!

Food is awesome, made fresh and unique. Not to mention delicious. I love there salsa choices, there love for their customers and they celebrate Pride month. Highly recommend!

I went there for lunch on a Sunday. They don't have a lot of indoor space, but there were some places to sit. There are more places to sit outside, but it was too chilly and windy for that. My order was taken quickly by a polite and helpful young lady. I ordered a Fried Shrimp Taco and Beef Al Carbon Taco. Both were very generously filled. The Fried Shrimp taco was excellent, but it had so much sauce that I was glad I wasn't on a date because it was a mess to eat. The Beef Al Carbon was OK. It was dripping with grease and overly seasoned with spice. I will eat there again, but I'll skip the Beef Al Carbon next time.

Oh my goodness I love these chefs!!!!! Tacos were amazing!!!!! Huge and filled pasted the tortilla rim. My favorite was the shrimp, beef al cabon, and the gorditas. We also ordered the big easy, the rancher, and fish tacos with chips and queso. Everything was tasty. Chips were fresh and crispy. Queso, I wanted to lick the bowl but there were to many ppl around jk. They had so many different delicious salsa's on the table. I think we had a different one with every bit. 😆. Services was easy and quick, they were very nice. They were definitely on cleaning up once ppl left and keeping the place super tidy. Food came out very fast. Definitely coming back. I think I found my favorite place out here.

If you haven't tried it, you've missed it. I love their breakfast bowls. I love the vegan options. It is airways hard to choose my flavor for the day as so many of the tacos are yummy. Always try the 5th Amendment .

What more can be said about a place with 3000 5-star reviews? To put it succinctly, the burritos, tacos, and salsa are heavenly; the staff are personable, precise, and efficient; the space is cozy and inviting. I'm guilty of dining here more days than not, and the affordability of BTT means my wallet stays happy despite my liberal expenditures at this establishment. If you've never been to Big Truck Tacos, do yourself a favor and try it out. It might (read: will) be your new addiction.

I’ve been going to Big Truck for 13 years. It’s a 23rd Street institution and not to be missed. The Gemini Burrito will change your commitment as a person to breakfast. Every taco on the menu is worth trying at least twice. The salsas — especially Asphalt (mango-habañero), OMG (creamy jalapeño), and roja (smoky, mild, and tomato based) — are perfect. The people are nice. This place just makes me happy.

I ordered online and picked up my food in the drive through. The gentleman was very nice and offered my dog a treat. I think ordered the taquitos and chips and queso. The taquitos were over cooked and burnt. The queso and guacamole were too salty and just not very good.

A favorite and a local staple. Great tacos, great quesadilla, great breakfast burrito. Try the fifth amendment - it changes regularly and never fails.

I wanted a breakfast burrito while in OKC, and this place was AMAZING. Got the big truck burrito (eggs, potatoes, cheese, guac and pico) with brisket, and it was perfect. My girlfriend and I also split the Sam I Am taco (green eggs and ham lol) and it was great. We also split The Zig, which is a vegetarian taco but it was not good. The best part about it all was how each table had about 7 different fresh salsas in squeeze bottles, so you could load up on any sauce you want! Highly recommend, staff were friendly as well.

Five star review for the burritos and salsas, which are the stars of the show. The standard burrito is giant and comes with refried beans, cheese, rice, grilled onions and poblanos for $4. Cannot be beat. Breakfast burritos are S tier. Every salsa is great but the Asphalt (mango/habanero) takes the ultimate prize. I'll put it this way: friends who moved within walking distance recently are worried about their waistlines. Drive up window is an additional perk when you can't be bothered to deal with car seats again :D

We don't remember to come often but always good. Ordered my usual I-40 pileup that had added meat. Love the cooked onions n peppers. I cover in the red hot sauce. The rancher taco is also so good. It has pickled onions and peppers. Haven't tried alot on menu because what I order , I love. Why change if it taste so good. They do have several sauces to pick from too. Husband ordered the hamburger special. It was good but comes on a tortilla so hard to eat. We ended up transferring it to the plate the pileup came on, in order to cut and eat. Service is good. Almost all the tables are the high ones that make my feet go numb. That's only negative.

Fantastic choice of salsas. I really like the jalapeño one. Ironically I thought the quesadillas were better than the tacos. Dip them in the salsas! If you get on the mailing list they also offer limited time items which is cool.

While in OKC .... This is our favorite taco/chips and guac stop!! This restaurant is one of its own kind. I had my first visit here in 2018 and it's worth the trip. It's in uptown OKC and very unique. Friendly service. Amazing food! The ambiance is very down to Earth and comforting. Take a break a try a bite!!

I come here way too often . The tacos are so good (and actually affordable), and the salsa lineup never misses.

BTT is one of the best spots in OKC. And after much searching, one of the best value margaritas lives here-it's strong and delicious and affordable. Everything is delicious. I highly recommend ordering the queso and spicing it up with one of the many sauces (my fave combo is the verde). Please go visit this awesome place and their lovely staff!

Mmm you can never go wrong with Big Truck for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The place gets packed at lunch though esp the weekends but it is so worth it. As far as my personal picks, I love the Flaming Lips, Crispy'cado, and the Rancher, but the Fried Shrimp taco is a great one to add to the rotation when I'm craving a Baja option. These tacos are some gorditos and are quite filling so its worth the hefty price. Make sure to eat in the restaurant if you can because you get to choose an arsenal of sauces and mix and match them to your whims. The vibes are casual and the servers are super chill and so nice. There are plenty of parking spots including some partially covered ones that line the shop but those are a hot commodity for sure.

Great place to try unique tacos. Friendly environment and the workers are all very nice. There's a wide selection of different dishes to choose from, as well as drinks. I really liked the variety of hot sauces to choose from. I am a fan of the roasted Jalapeño. Wasn't a fan of the aqua Fresca, tasted more like watermelon more than anything. The friend shrimp tacos are my new go to when I'm in the mood for tacos. Definitely will be visiting weekly. Went on a Saturday morning and placed an order beforehand. It was ready when I got there and fairly cheap. Loved the burrito. Too much for one sitting, but saved some for later and a great snack. It would be awesome for summer.

LOVE BTT! Our workplace often orders catering from them because the food is seriously delicious. The portions are generous, so we always end up with plenty of leftovers, and the service is amazing. The team sets everything up neatly, making the whole experience even better. We usually go to the taco or nachos bar, with many meat options. My favorites are the green chili pork, beef al carbon, and the smofu. (For someone who usually doesn't like tofu, I'm obsessed, it's so well-seasoned and flavorful!)

I'm still daydreaming of the delicious food I picked up here the other day. I had just finished an aggravating appointment at OU Medical Center and I needed sustenance, and quick, and I knew I could depend on BTT. It was post-lunch rush, around 2 pm, so it was a little quiet inside, but they were still doing a decent amount of in and out business. Most of the seating is not the most comfortable--a lot of hard metal stools and narrow metal chairs--so if you want to come for a sit-down meal, I personally enjoy coming in warmer weather when you can sit outside on the picnic tables. It was really windy and cold that day though, so I took my food to go. I knew I would end up ordering more than I could eat at one sitting, but I couldn't help myself. I ended up ordering two tacos--the Beef Al Carbon and the Green Chile Pork, which were both fresh, hot, and generously sized. The meat was tender and tasty-- I almost wished I had ordered a larger item like a burrito to get more of it, haha. I also got a cheese quesadilla which comes with pico, crema, and guacamole, just like I like it... and when I saw it, I knew it was going to be too much food for me to eat, but I was happily overful and then took half of the quesadilla home. I was actually kind of shocked that the quesadilla was so large for the price--it was priced at what you'd pay for a kid's meal quesadilla at a lot of places. The service was professional but friendly, even though it was the tail end of their lunch rush and they were still juggling to-go orders and people in the drive thru. It took maybe 15 minutes to get all of my order ready. By the way, if you are tempted to go to the other taco place across the street... just don't do it. BTT is so good and they deserve your business!

Not sure how I haven't reviewed BTTs yet but here we go. This is a staple on 23rd street. When I can't decide what to eat in the area, this is my go to. The tacos are made to order and delicious. I love the different salsas they offer. Its just a solid taco shop.

Cilantro rice was dry, lil crusty and not much flavor. Steak taco was flavorful and tender with grilled onion peppers and soft floor tortilla about 6 inch taco. Pork green chili was good lil more tough meat . Add the green sauce, lots of salsa choices and spicy habanero as well! Super cold AC inside, small dining area but I got a seat. Food was out by the time I made my drink. No waitstaff, order at counter and help yourself. Busy during lunch hour get there early for parking spot. Definitely want to come back and try the shrimp tacos and chips/queso! Can we get a free queso day or something!!!! Fresh agua frescas daily, fast friendly service and patio seating as well! They do serve alcohol for Tuesday tacos and Modelos!!!

One of my favorite place to be it is a self serve counter with a very chill alternative vibe inside and outside. Food is good and comes out very fast.

Big fan of BTT! The breakfast tacos are great as well! Great sauce options! Chicken is now gluten free which is awesome!

I've heard a lot about this place and was hyped to go there. That day finally came, so my wife and I went there. The food wasn't that good to say the least. The staff was amazing, the vibe was amazing and the environment was great. I ordered two tacos (1 shrimp and 1 fish) and my wife ordered a chicken salad, tortilla soup and chips and queso. Big Truck Tacos has been around the OKC food scene for a long time. And for good reason. Everything is fresh and delicious. They have many different tacos to choose from. But for the adventurous souls, try the 5th Amendment. It' a mystery taco that is different every day. They won't tell you what's in it, and sometimes it's a little out there. But always tasty!

Another saturday lunch at a place we had not been to in a long while. It was just a few minutes past 11, and they were not busy. We ordered chips and salsa, a burrito, and the wicked bowl. The chips and salsa were OK. Good, but on the ordinary side. The salsa had a slight kick. The chips are bottomless. The burrito was quite hefty and good. The ingredients consisted of refried beans, rice, cheese, grilled onions, and pablano peppers. There is a protien option, but I did not add any meat. The burrito was tastefully underwhelming, considering the ingredients. Too heavy on the refried beans, too light on the other ingredients. The wicked bowl was outstanding. It is made up of broken tortia chips covered with queso, quacamole, refried beans, roasted jalapeno, and pico. This blend was very tasty. The service was good and the prices moderate.

"I plead the fifth" is a mystery non meat taco on their menu. It says not to ask what it is, and it does NOT say that the mystery meat changes. So, I get it once, great I like it, go back another time for the same thing, bite in, and realize it's shrimp. And yeah, I have an allergy to shrimp. I leave, and call back to complain. Apparently it's my fault for not knowing that the mystery ingredients change and I need to be more careful because of my serious allergy, according to the manager. Do yourself a favor, go to the south side and eat at any actual taco truck. Cheaper and better. Thanks.

Always delicious tacos, burritos, salad and nachos, but tonight we tried the fried chicken sandwich. Wow!! Delicious! Don't miss this special when it is on rotation.

I've been going regularly since they opened and the food and service continue to be excellent!

I grew up in Southern California where we are particularly picky about our Mexican food outside CA and TX. These tacos and their hot sauces rose to the occasion. Not only are they very delicious and sized well for their price, they went well with the teas I come to expect from this area. The service was prompt and nice. Indoors may be cozy, they make great use of the space. They are definitely in my return list of if I ever come back to Oklahoma City.

Old time drive thru feel here. Outdoor seating available as well as indoor limited seating. Great food every time we come. Proper seasoning and spice for every item in my opinion. Order at the counter. They call your name when the order is ready. Plastic drink cups for you to take home when you're done. Overall recommend.

Food is good they just have a dumb system, you can't order through drive thru, you have to call in or order online or go inside, which is damn near impossible because their lot is small and useless, and they're situated in NW 23rd Street which is ALWAYS over crowded

I love big truck tacos Gemini breakfast burrito with ham and to add sour cream! I love the green garlicky sauce and the mango habanero sauce. I am a loyal customer there lol I have received many $10 off from all the points I accumulate. The lunch burritos are pretty decent too. I'm sure to ask for light refried beans otherwise the beans overpower everything for me. The chips and queso are good, that queso is thhhhhick! Good spot with good vibes and good ppl!

Best queso in OKC period. Plus the 5th amendment is a must! It changes daily so we always try it anytime we stop by. We also love the patio area. It's fun for a girls night or date night. The servers are always on it, kind, and so fast! 10/10 !!!!! Every. Time. !!!!

My work brought in breakfast a couple times. It had been years since I had been there. One day I had The Zig. The other day, I had the Sam I Am. Absolutely delicious! Very messy but amazing. They sent a ton of sauces that were great.

We came in on Easter Sunday after our church service, we had planned to go to Ted's next door but they were closed for the holiday. So we just decided to go here because it was close and we were hungry. Best choice ever!, the service was great and the food was delicious, I found it to be better than Ted's. My quesadilla was delicious and so was my queso. It's also a really cute space, feels kind of like a diner but with tacos. I would definitely come back!

During my lunch break, my burrito was ready in under 10 minutes. It was delicious, and I'm excited to return! The cashier was friendly and offered great recommendations.

I ordered tat the drive thru, however it is just a pick up lane for call ins. So I took the menu and made a call in order, by the time I drove around the corner and back , order ready for pick up! I didn't have time to get a good picture of the food! I was hungry and the rancher taco was everything good in this world It was filled with brisket, potatoes, onions and mushrooms and a pickled relish with a little heat! It was divine!!! I also had chips and queso, it was just as delicious a nice cheese that was thick not runny! Overall it was a great meal that hit the spot! Yes to big truck taco!!

Love big truck tacos! service is always fast but I will admit that some tacos are a hit or miss. My go to is always the flautas half chicken and half beef and a side salad. The veggie quesadillas are also pretty good!

I've been coming to this place for about 5 years. It's always been so good. And I mean soooo good. Everything always tastes incredibly fresh. They have a ton of choices, but my favorite is the breakfast tacos. They have pretty adventurous daily specials (today was a Hatch green chile pork flauta with cilantro crema on top). These tacos are giant. If you normally eat 4, 2 will do just fine. In all the years I have come here, I have never, and I mean not once, had a bad experience with service. Their counter people bend over backwards to help and make suggestions. Go eat here. It's fckin awesome.

We went there last Tuesday night and they were very rude to us because I can't hear at all and not understand what they try to say to us which there's confused about our ordering so I need a manager who can help us. I ain't appreciate how they treat us like this awful service. I need them to be retrained with deaf people.

Usually I ordered the judge. It's my favorite burrito but today it was lacking in taste.To the cooks back there I say careful! the potatoes weren't warm and my burrito had a peculiar smell and taste. I thought I could actually taste a dirty, grill. Yuck!

We had Big Truck Tacos out at my company's location in Oklahoma City this past week. The provided some of the best boxed lunches we have ever had onsite!! we had warm enchiladas, beans and chips with guac and salsa. It was a great amount of food for the price and the delivery service was the cherry on top! They were so helpful in getting us set up and coordinating the last-minute order. We absolutely recommend bringing them out for your next workplace event!

It had been awhile since I'd been to Big Truck with all the new places and trends to eat, but so glad it's still the same good 'ol Big Truck! The BEST queso and salsas. Also still one of the few places left that two can easily eat for under $30.

You wouldn't think a taco place in OKC would get 5 stars, but this one definitely does. I live in Texas, and I've been eating tacos my entire life. Whether Tex-Mex, authentic Mexican, or otherwise, I have eaten more than my fair share. We tried Big Truck based on a recommendation from a friend that used to live in OKC, and they were 100% on the nose. I had three tacos myself, and my bf had the tortilla soup. We also had a free (thanks, y'all) side of chips and salsa which was really surprisingly good. They also included every possible option for salsa (all of which were SO good) and I had to try them all. Tacos: Rita's Chicken - super simple, but incredibly flavorful. I could eat these all day long. The pico was perfect, and the chicken needed nothing else done to it. Loved it. Green Chile Pork - cannot go wrong with this one. The pork was super juicy and tender, and the accompaniments in the tortilla were absolutely spot on. Smo-Fu Picadillo - the absolute biggest surprise. I spent 20 years as a vegetarian, and this would have been my go-to that whole time (assuming I lived in OKC). Perfectly portioned and the flavor was out of sight. I would highly recommend this one, even to meat eaters.

It took me a couple of years but I finally got to experience Big Truck tacos! I love an authentic, creative taco and Big Truck Taco truly delivers! They have a fun menu, upbeat atmosphere and attentive and welcoming staff. This place is plant based friendly and there's a taco for every diet and craving. I had the avocado and veggie taco and they were splendid! The fried avocado was my absolute favorite. The texture, flavors and toppings has me craving another one! the btt veggie taco was nicely flavored and all the components made it delectable. And let's talk about the sauce: get the asphalt and verde if you can't handle too much spice! These tacos can stand alone without the sauce (which is saying a lot) but you need sauce for the full experience! Oooo, let me not forget the guacamole!!! These are some special avocados because I've never had guacamole that yummy! The tomato, onion and jalapeño add a nice ummmfff to the guac. And the thick chips... it's all genius! Give these tacos a try! They're COVID safe and enforce social distancing. Tip your servers!

Service has gone way down got put on hold and figured I would just see how long I would wait after it hit 5 minutes I ended up making it to the store wich is 9 minutes from my house before trying to place an order at the window wich I know they don't do however since no one took my phone order I figured they would make an exception but I was asked to pull back around yet somehow there was a car behind me who obviously was able to place there order.... Very frustrating and wont be returning again after eating here for years. Goodbye and good luck to getting better people.

Big Truck Tacos came to UCO COB for faculty and staff. The food is good, I love their selections of salsa. Also was able to get small queso, guac, and salsa with meal. My two tacos were The Guardian, and Beef Al Carbon. Loved the latter taco, and my fault on former... forgot picadillo includes olives (I personally don't like). This place is so good and plan on going to their physical location on 23rd... they're that good!!!
