Super great time here. Came here for my mom’s birthday and she got a free scoop of gelato with candles to light! We both got a salad and shared the carrots for an appetizer, everything was delicious. Tons of different dietary options, small or larger portion sizes if you prefer. Our waiter gave us all the best recommendations! Drinks were also excellent, we will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful time. Forgot to take pics of our salads but they were both delicious!

Everything about the experience was amazing! Our server was very kind and attentive to us the whole time they gave us free dessert for my birthday too, made sure we got exactly what we wanted and gave us time to look over everything before making a choice. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend! Overall, 10/10 experience!

I visited Biglora in Ann Arbor around happy hour and found it to be a large, lively space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. One section of the outdoor seating is heated, which is great for colder months. Parking was a bit tricky because the lot was busy. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, which made the experience enjoyable. For happy hour, I tried the Tuscan Fries and Pizza Frittas ($6 each). The Tuscan Fries came in a small basket with a decent portion, though no special sauce was included. The Pizza Frittas were soft and pillowy with three pieces served with marinara, though they lacked distinct flavor. For pizza, I went with the Roasted Tomato White Pizza ($17). The burrata sold me on; while not authentic Italian quality, it was very close and enjoyable. The pizza was a good size and reasonably priced. I probably wouldn’t order that exact pizza again but would try a different option next time. Overall: Biglora offers a fun and spacious dining experience, attentive service, and good happy hour options. I would return to try more items and explore their menu further.

Everything about the experience was amazing! Our server Ashley was very kind and attentive to us the whole time. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted and gave us time to look over everything before making a choice. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend the tuscan fries! Overall, 10/10 experience!

Google
This is my favorite wood-fired pizza place of all time. Their sourdough “biga” crust is the superior crust of pizza. If you love good pizza and good crust come and check it out. Their prosciutto, Brussel sprout and balsamic glaze pizza is a dream combo. Absolutely awesome! Keep up the good work fam!

Google
For our starters, we loved the burrata and tuscan fries. We also got the chimichurri roasted potatoes, but thought the dish was a little dry. The pistachio pizza was delicious and the margherita tasted fresh and very tomatoey. For pastas, we got the strozzapreti norcina. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was well done, but I didn't really taste the truffle oil. For desserts, I recommend the pistachio ice cream. I thought the tiramisu and frittelle was alright.

Visited Bigalora for a weekday lunch and had a great experience overall. We accidentally reserved a table at another branch, but the staff was super accommodating and quickly found us a spot. We specifically requested atrium seating, and they happily seated us there without any issues. We started with crispy Brussels sprouts from the small plates section, which were flavorful and had a great crunch. We also ordered Focaccia, which was fresh, soft, and paired well with the dips. For the main course, we went with the wood-roasted vegetable pizza—a delicious choice with perfectly roasted veggies, a crisp crust, and just the right amount of cheese. The combination of small plates and pizza made for a well-balanced and satisfying meal. Great flavors, good portions, and an enjoyable dining experience overall! The food was delicious, and the ambience was warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxed meal. Service was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit tricky. It’s a shared parking lot, and since the place is usually busy, finding a spot (especially during peak hours) might take some time. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere—just plan ahead for parking if you’re visiting during busy times!

Google
Worst experience ever. I ordered through DoorDash while I was in town. The reviews looked pretty good so I gave it a shot. I ordered my pizza and when it was delivered, it was delivered as a round pie, not cut into slices like a traditional pizza should be. I also ordered it well done, and it was soggy in the middle and almost undercooked. I called the restaurant, and I talked to the hostess. She put me on hold and after three minutes I was hung up on. Then when I called back, the manager did not take the time to even talk to me and I was told that they don’t cut their pizza into slices. I’m sorry not familiar with any place that serves pizza as a big round circle disc that you can barely pick up and eat so that confused me. When I asked to talk to the manager, I was politely discarded. So I’m giving this place a one star for their Customer Service, the pizza that is undercooked and has very little flavor and for management who cannot be bothered or take the time to talk to a customer who has some concerns. Go elsewhere because when you’re spending $30 it doesn’t make sense to spend it here.

Yelp
One of our go-to pizzerias, with wonderful bar. Among the best in Ann Arbor, not just for pizza. Free parking, for those of us who fear going downtown.

Yelp
We came here for a cocktail and some appetizers to share. We ended up ordering some wine, the sweet potato and fresh bread with marinara. This place had a great menu with something for everyone.

Yelp
The service was great and the pizza was delicious! I also enjoyed a cocktail called Summer Thyme. The only drawback to this place is how loud of an environment it is. This makes it hard to have conversation without shouting and adding to the noise.

Yelp
Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: N/A, We had it delivered Perk: Food Non-Perk: Paying Ambiance: N/A Dress: N/A Noise: N/A Temperature: N/A Recommend: 100% Date: 09/21/2024 Dissertation: This is where my mouth died and went straight to pizza heaven. Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina, you've officially set the bar for divine pizza intervention. We ordered through door-dash, while visiting Northville, MI, and when I received it, I'm pretty sure I heard angels sing as I opened the box. The crust? Oh, my, crispier than my sense of humor after one too many witty jokes or drinks, whichever one works. The toppings? More balanced than my life choices (which, let's be honest, took me a while to get my shizz together). Every bite was like a symphony of flavor, with each ingredient playing its role to perfection. We loved it so much that we actually went back the next day before our plane took off to grab another pizza. Yes, it's that good. We risked missing our flight because life without one more Bigalora pizza felt like a risk not worth taking...and goodness gracious, it was totally worth it. Also, we didn't miss our flight so all was right in world. To sum it up, if you're ever within a reasonable (or even unreasonable) distance of Bigalora, stop what you're doing and go. Your future self will thank you. Just remember to grab some napkins, because you'll probably cry tears of happiness and joy! :)

Yelp
We came during a Friday night at about 8pm and had no issues getting a table! We sat in the outside area, I'm not sure what to call it, it's still inside there are heaters almost like a garage. Although I was grateful to be seated so quickly, the table we had was extremely loud. I wasn't able to hear my husband who was directly in front of me. At the end of the dinner I had a headache because it's so loud and everything echos. I ordered the Campanelle Alfredo and honestly, I liked it more than I would like to admit. It's comparable to Olive Gardens Alfredo, possibly even better! With a little bit of salt and pepper I absolutely devoured this pasta with ease. We had an appetizer of the focaccia which wasn't bad! A little greasy and you had to pay $1 for the marinara otherwise it's sauceless. My husband ordered the chicken parm and I thought the chicken was good! The sauce was a little sweet for my liking but he liked it! Overall, I was satisfied with my dinner and experience. Service was good, we were seated very quickly, and we got all of our food decently fast. I only knock off one star because where we sat was horrible. I definitely plan on coming back however I refuse to sit where we sat last time.

Yelp
I've had three recent visits. The most recent was at the bar for a couple glasses of wine and an order of the roasted carrots. The carrots were on recommendation from the bartender. It was picture perfect and tasted even better than it looked. Savory goat cheese, roasted peanuts, perfectly cooked carrots and balsamic reduction. Excellent choice for an appetizer. Another visit was the arancini appetizer again at the bar. This is risotto ball stuffed with cheese, rolled in crumbs and fried. It was hearty and well-done. Also had lunch on a weekend with my husband again after a cooking class next door. We ordered pizzas and drinks. The pizzas were great on this visit. The service was not. Place was empty but our server was missing for the majority of the visit. Had to find someone to get peppers, flag down another to another round of drinks and went to the bar to get more water. Great food, large modern space, but best to sit at the bar.

Yelp
Restaurant is beautiful, but once get past that it is average at best. Our server gave us half glasses of water, never asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We ordered the fries as an appetizer and they were pretty good, but not worth $8. One of our group had the pizza and it was amazing! I had the shrimp and spaghetti which was tasteless in fact our whole table had to add a ton on salt and pepper to our plates. Our server was nonexistent for the whole meal and we waited at least 40 min for our food. I would only go back for the pizza, but for the price it should be much better!

Yelp
I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a higher score, it's phenomenal. The wood fire pizzas are so good! Our server was exceptional and inside is beautiful. All around great place and I would go back tonight if I could.

Yelp
Our time to try new places in Ann Arbor is running short so it was time to try new places. I read good reviews about Bigalora so we decided to try it. The restaurant was vibrant and bustling with action. All our appetizers, pizza and entree were delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
I had the chopped salad,Potato croquettes and the Mediterranean pizza everything was delicious. Service was excellent. I wish the Brussel sprouts had something more maybe a balsamic, bacon or walnut. But I am definitely coming back.

Yelp
Delicious wine with great salad and pizza. It was fun learning about how the dough was made and what makes bigalora unique. Will be returning! Our service was amazing and attentive. The enclosed sunroom area was also nice for a rainy day.

Yelp
I always enjoy a Bigalora moment and their menu is big enough that I can always try something new while enjoying old faves. I was most recently there for a birthday dinner with a large group which is great to be able to try multiple pizzas and apps! I love that they have multiple seating areas with different vibes. The main dining room is very nice and trendy looking. The back glass room feels more chill with nice views of trees. And the patio is my fave on a nice day. It feels so separate from the rest of the shopping center and very much a peaceful al fresco vibe! I love their Bacco Sausage pizza the sausage is always super flavorful and the pepper give it the perfect kick. Their pizza is more on the floppy side but nothing a pizza fold can't fix. (Although once it was a bit underdone, but mostly it's been great!) For apps the heirloom carrots, croquettes and focaccia are all solid choices. I also really love their Tuscan fries - so simple yet so much flavor. I haven't ventured too much on the pasta side of their menu. The fettuccine Emiliana we had was fine but a bit on the bland side. But I did enjoy the strozzapreto norcina I had once. Service has always been very good both for dine in and pick up. And picking up has always been super seamless!
google avatar

Linda I.

Yelp
A great option when I'm shopping in the area! Delicious pasta and small plates. My favorites are the strozzapreti norcina pasta, crispy Brussels sprouts, and wood roasted wings (starter). Lots of options for pizza as well with some fun and inventive flavors, but generally their pizza isn't my favorite in Ann Arbor. Service is consistently friendly and good! Just a little pricey and can be a little loud when it's busy.

Donna T.

Yelp
Started out good then we got the food it's average then waitres never returned to check on us. We have to asked for 2 employees to bring us the bill and the manager. All the manager can say this is not normal and i am sorry. We are not going back. There are many other pizza houses,/italian resto in the area that do much better job.

Yelp
Located in that Washtenaw Commons plaza right off of Washtenaw Ave, this Bigalora is in a great spot within Ann Arbor. It's great for small or large parties and has a fun interior that has an upstairs where we were seated. It also looks like during the warm/good weather months, they have an outdoor patio area, which would be a super fun space to be in as well. The food is okay here, I've been to other Bigalora locations and found them to be better. The pizza I ordered here with the prosciutto on top was oddly thick and tough in parts, which was hard to eat and didn't feel like the best quality ingredient. It was also just placed on top (on top of the veg) and could've benefitted from being cooked in the wood fire oven along with the pizza to feel more engrained into the pizza properly and I've ordered this pizza before at other locations where they do it like that. Toppings were also very sparse. Some of my party that I came with ordered their pastas and those looked more appealing than the pizzas that the rest of us ordered. I would recommend going for their pastas here and that's definitely what I would try next time I came here. Their service is phenomenal though. I came in with a service dog in training and they were super accommodating and seated us away from others to give my dog the best change of settling, which he did beautifully. We were in that upstairs area, tucked away in a corner. But the act of getting there did involve walking through the main floor of the restaurant, which was a challenge in the beginning. But I still super appreciated the accommodations!

Yelp
Came for a weekday afternoon meal and had a great experience. We stared with the fried calamari which came out quickly and had a nice, light taste to the batter. We also had the strozzapreti norcina pasta which was a nice al dente red pasta/sauce with a nice truffle oil flavor at the end of each bite and the prosciutto di parma pizza which had tasty prosciutto balanced with mozzarella and arugula. Service was good and the ambiance was open, spacious, and not very busy since it was a weekday afternoon after all.

Yelp
I always enjoy Bigalora every time I go whether I'm with friends or alone. The service is quick, friendly, and hot. All items I've ordered have been delicious. I've had their white pizza, pastas, and several small plates. Their cocktails are on point as well. The restaurant is clean and minimalist with, in my opinion, perfect lighting.
google avatar

Rachel D.

Yelp
Great spot for both pizza and pasta! When it comes to the pasta, I love the Strozzapreti Norcina which has the perfect amount of truffle oil. If you go during the week, they usually have great deals for wine and apps.

Yelp
My cousin hosted her wedding rehearsal dinner here and had a fixed menu prepped. Red and White wine were prepped and available for guests while they arrived and mingled before the dinner started. The meal started with salads that were gluten-free. It was delicious, and I could have eaten a mountain of that salad. Then came the pizza and two different kinds of gluten-free pizza was made available. One of them was a margarita pizza and one had peppers and meat. The pizzas were delicious! I wish that I could find gluten-free pizza that's this delicious where I live. I know NYC is famous for their pizza, but they need to work on their gluten-free options. This place was amazing. The only problem I had with the visit was the course after the pizza. All the guests who weren't gluten-free had been given a chicken parm dish and two different types of pasta. One bolognese dish, and one with tomato sauce. When all the other guests had received their chicken and pasta there were no gluten-free options in sight for what felt like 20-30 minutes. They didn't inform anyone of gluten-free options coming out, so I wasn't sure if that was it or if there was more to come but taking more time to make. It was kind of awkward staring at everyone eating their food. The pasta did come and we were given the same pasta options but with gluten-free pasta but some communication from the kitchen would have been great. The pasta was nice but it was a little undercooked which is weird because it took a while. The sauces though were amazing. When dessert came, it was fried dough with a hazelnut sauce and a fruit sauce. We were given a gluten-free version of it and it was AMAZING! You couldn't even tell that it was gluten-free except for the fact that it was separated from the other options on the menu. The mocktail options were pretty great too. Overall, I was happy with my experience, and I would love to come here again but there should definitely have been more communication with the kitchen and better timing with the pasta dishes. I can definitely see myself coming back when I'm in Michigan again.

Yelp
I was really pumped for this place after a busy day of exploring town. I love wood-fired EVERYTHING and figured it would be an awesome treat. The service was disappointing... it took a lot for us to have our waitress come back over to our table. My husband's chicken parmesan was completely left off the order and the order had already taken a really long time to come out. The pizzas we had were tasty and I enjoyed my pasta dish. Everything had good flavor and I thought it was fresh as well. I thought the focaccia was amazing and I was happy with the cook on it. Since they forgot his meal, the chicken parmesan was comped from our check, which we appreciated... but it still was just not the best dish. Soggy and no crunch and missing some seasoning, I think. I loved the spot itself - awesome brick, indoor and outdoor space - cool bar and decent selection. Overall 3 stars - but maybe we had an off experience compared to most others. I think I'd give it another try to see if things improved from our first visit.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying, I WILL be back! Came here on a Wednesday evening at 6pm for a goodbye dinner (made a reservation...which I recommend. It got busy around 630). Trendy and welcoming ambiance with very friendly smiling wait staff. The drink menu was a bit small, and definitely different than previous Yelp photos of the menus....unless they didn't provide us with that. Lots of yummy food options though!! And...they're gluten free! Food/Drink: recommend margaritas, bigalora chop salad, and strozzapreti norcina (with gluten free noodles) Atmosphere: aesthetically pleasing with a rustic feel. Can get pretty loud out on the covered patio Parking: may seem like there's no available spots but there's a lot in the back

Yelp
This was or last meal in Ann Arbor on this trip and the last item I ate there was, for me, the best part of the menu. I had the best cannoli I have had outside of the NY to Boston corridor! Perfect filling with candied citrus, a Sicilian touch not many American restaurants do. It has the mini chocolate chips on one end and the crushed pistachios on the other. Also usually lacking in most of this country. The ricotta cream was also authentic and so nice not to be filled with a common substitute of cream cheese or even mascarpone around our country. Only Ricotta is real for me. Now back to the actual meal. We had nice seating, once we insisted that the back covered patio room for big groups with huge tables of large parties was entirely too loud for a family group of 5, a 7 year old included. We had a round table for 5 which was perfect to have conversations and share foo. Our hosts had been there before and guided us through the many choices. We settled on 3 smaller sized pizzas and a large chopped salad, and an appetizer of clams in red sauce. I tried all but one of the pizzas and all were good, tasty and filling , they were fine for the occasion. And actually too much food for us. So some went home with our hosts. I enjoyed the roasted veggie pizza the most, the mushroom and cheese was good, but second place for me. The clans were small in the appetizer, manila clams so the flavor was a bit overpowered by the vibrant red sauce. But still a good choice. The staff was friendly and available. We had a great view out the front of the restaurant of the incredible hail storm that hit mid meal. So lucky we did not acted the first offer of seating. Usually in Ann Arbor we eat downtown, but this was a nice change of pace, plenty of free parking and seating for large and small groups alike. And a very comprehensive Italian menu. Final words, get that cannoli!

Yelp
This is one of the nicer places in my neck of the woods. I've been here several times and I've never had anything outstanding, just okay or pretty good. Their cocktails tend to be pretty solid. You won't be disappointed with a pizza. I enjoy their salmon and warm grains dish, which I've had twice. The first time it was woefully underseasoned and I had to add a ton of salt, but the fish was cooked well. The second time they hit the seasoning just right. My boyfriend enjoyed the stuffed shells. He enjoyed them but I found them bland. They have a nice olive starter dish and I have to give them credit for their focaccia. Being an Italian restaurant they had better get that right. I think I've had most of their other apps and they were fine enough. I'd assess this place good for larger groups and an okay stop for drinks and appetizers/a pizza, but don't expect the best entree of your life or a particularly amazing ambiance.

Yelp
Came for a quick meal on a Tuesday night. We were sat in the brightly lit pavilion and were met with a warm welcome and prompt service from our waitress. If you're feeling adventurous, I'd recommend trying one of their craft cocktails - they look great. As for drinks, we opted for the Ann Arbor Classic Beer and draft cider, both of which were delicious. As for the entrees, we decided to share the bolognese and hot chili pizza -- let me tell you this pizza was out of this world. Both were bursting with flavor and served in hearty portions. And for those avoiding meat, they offer some tasty vegetarian options as well. Now, onto dessert - we couldn't resist indulging in the homemade toasted vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect sweet treat to end our meal on a high note. And if you've got a sweet tooth like us, keep an eye out for their rotating selection of desserts. Overall, this place is a gem for a laid-back dining experience that doesn't disappoint. Whether you're here for the drinks, the food, or both, you're in for a treat!

Mina P.

Yelp
Made a trip for dinner to your Bigalora and was not given my full order. I called to ask if someone would bring the drinks that were not placed in my pickup order. They said they cannot leave. Offered me a credit on my bill and promptly hung up. Unacceptable!

Yelp
First time here. Had a late afternoon lunch. We were craving wood fired pizza and we got much more. Parking wasn't too challenging but the restaurant is located in a small shopping center surrounded by some popular shops. We were greeted very nicely upon walking in. We were quickly seated. Although I did not sit at the bar, it was long enough to accommodate several people. The bar seemed to have a good selection of adult beverages. Our sever, Derrick, was super friendly and offered some suggestions. For pizza, we ordered one PZ Salumeria and shared the pasta, Strozzapreti Norcina. One pizza and a pasta were definitely enough for sharing. I loved the design of the place as it had an open ceiling and exposed ductwork. It felt modern and open. Derrick kept checking in on is to see how everything was and if we needed anything. Great service, tasty food and filling portions. I will add this spot for my next visit to Ann Arbor.

Yelp
Technically a chain but it doesn't feel like it. Food and drinks are always great. Service is also good. Slightly expensive.

Yelp
Awful wait staff. Website broken - not taking reservations. Called - not taking a wait list. Arrived and the zero wait I was told 5 min prior was now 30 min. No customer service. LOST OUR BUSINESS

Yelp
We returned here because of previous positive experiences. They don't always get things wrong but when they do, it's one thing after another. Would we return? Probably. But with some choice selections in mind. Starting with the great... Meatballs marinara - dependable appetizer and delicious. The texture of the meatballs are pretty perfect and the sauce is excellent. Potato croquettes nicely fried and toasty with good dip. Also cannot go wrong with a margherita pizza (from past experience). Mediocre... we ordered our white Mediterranean pizza to-go as we wanted to enjoy our appetizers. Once we arrived home to eat said pizza, we found it was unsliced (??!!) I also think that it benefited from us reheating in the oven. Bad... risotto balls. I was really excited to introduce my partner to these. Cut in to find the centers frozen, returned for a new batch and had the same issue. We didn't go for a third try but instead got the potato croquettes to-go and reheated to enjoy at a later time (which we did the next morning and I'm sure they'd have been excellent fresh). Service also attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, she had her hands full with us due to kitchen errors but handled it well. Management also offered free dessert to enjoy while we waited for our carry out so we took them up on the offer and tried the tiramisu. Can't say it's the best or worst I've ever had but wouldn't order again.

Yelp
Coco classic pizza was a delicious cheese pizza, it's thinner crust and it has a great amount of cheese and sauce. The service was okay, nothing great but not bad! We sat outside and it was really nice under the shade.

Yelp
Met a friend for dinner and drinks. It was crowded so we decided to grab seats at the bar. The ambiance is nice but tables are set pretty close and it got loud at times. Service was good and our server went the extra mile when he realized i wasn't a fan of my drink. I now know I'm not a fan of campari. The food was okay. We shared an order of calamari, chicken parmigiana, and a margarita pizza with arugula and mushrooms. I will go back but try something different next time.

Yelp
I returned with my girl after another grueling workout for the best comfort food. We sat in the winter patio area, which was well heated. We indulged in: Manila clams Guazetto, Tuscan fries, wood fired beet goat cheese salad with salmon, minestrone soup and capricciosapizza . Everything was stellar. The clams were absolutely perfect. The sauce was a perfect blend of tomatoes, chile and garlic, I could eat it alone. Beware that the shells are thin , and disintegrate easily. The fries were amazing, with garlic, rosemary, and dusted with grana Padano. My pizza had the thinnest shavings of Italian ham, mushrooms and artichoke, enabling a taste of every flavor with each bite. The wood roasted beet salad was perfect with the Idyll Farms goat cheese. The combinations that they create are worth the trip alone!

Yelp
Waited 45 minutes to be served soggy alien meat with watery sauce. Appetizer menu says its made to be served italian style, "made to share with the whole table" ordered the risotto balls and received 3 for over $10. and they were cold on the inside and bland. Not worth going again, the pizza looked good but unfortunately that isn't what we ordered.

Yelp
There is very good ambiance here, the service is always good, but it's a bit pricey. I personally don't like wood-fired pizza and no other options here have blown me away.

Yelp
The pizza here is excellent. The thin crust yields a pie that is full of flavors instead of just being dominated by the bread. They have a good selection of white and red sauce pies, and a truly comprehensive beer selection. The Old Fashion never disappoints. The service here is always good. They have a great outdoor patio in the summer. The only downside here is the parking which can be challenging sometimes.

Yelp
Impressed by the wide selection of pizzas! Ordered 1 red cheese pizza, a mortadella with a chicken substitution (you can substitute anything), and the shrimp white sauce pizza with arugula. My favorite was the mortadella for its spicy kick. My second favorite was the Brussels sprouts! I have never had Brussel sprouts as delicious as the ones at Bigalora and highly recommend!

Yelp
Food was pretty good, came out relatively quick. Waiter was very friendly, but her manager (male, longer hair) was extremely disrespectful in his treatment of guests. Would only return for takeout. Manager needs to go work at Chick Fil A and learn some Customer Service and Respect.

Yelp
We were seated promptly on a busy Friday night and our server was super informative and helpful for our indecisive table!! We sat out back in the covered patio with a lively crowd. There were TVs to watch games inside. Would recommend: the pizza was full of flavor- would highly recommend the pistachio. We got two pizzas plus two starters for four. The pizzas are thin crust and not massive so definitely take into account. All of us really enjoyed our cocktails. All of our menu items came out quickly despite the busy time we were there. Would not recommend: the calamari as it was lightly fried and lacking flavor. The pizza made up for the lacking calamari and I would definitely be back, especially on a nice day with the patio doors open.

Yelp
One of my wife and I's favorite spots for pizza and or Italian. It had some great menu items and is a great spot to meet family for dinner (A)

Yelp
Absolutely the best white pizza we have ever had. Very polite staff and great drink and beer selection! We had the Mediterranean pizza, perfectly cooked, sauce and cheese were fantastic, but the roasted yellow tomatoes and green olives absolutely take this pizza over the top!!! We will be back!

Yelp
This is a favorite of mine and my co-workers. The Brussels sprouts are delicious! The chop salad with salmon is amazing! I've had the vegan pizza and thought it was pretty good. The best is the customer service and beautiful outdoor/indoor seating. We frequent this location and love it!

Yelp
Large, clean space that is able to accommodate large groups. Easy to find parking. Super friendly and attentive staff. I've been here a couple times and have always enjoyed my visits! I typically go for the pasta, which is reliably delicious.

Yelp
Overall, typical American Italian chain that sells pizza and pasta. My friend and I got two appetizers and a pizza to share and we both enjoyed it. Tuscan Fries: Definitely my favorite! Fries with crispy and I love the parmesan(?) cheese sprinkled on top for extra taste! In general, it's hard to go wrong with fries! Fried Calamari: Lacked a bit of seasoning and salt, but otherwise still super crispy and crunchy and enjoyable! Red Pizza: I don't remember exactly which one we got, but our server told us we could customize the one we selected so we added some mushrooms and roasted tomatoes! Overall, good!

Yelp
Still horrible pizza. Garbage and overrated. I tried to give it another chance but nope.

Yelp
My sweetheart and I came to Bigalora for an al fresco dinner on a Saturday in June, and we had a great meal, starting with apps and finishing with dessert. The wood fired olives were simple and delicious, and the prosciutto starter was also excellent. Very tasty with a Michigan-made Sauvignon Blanc. We ordered the pistachio pizza after some strong encouragement from our server, and we were not disappointed! The crust was excellent, especially since most pizza joints try to, er, cover up their lousy crust with loads of toppings. Bigalora's crust is yeasty and crunchy and tasty. This toppings had all kinds of flavor, too, from the pistachio nuts, pesto, lemon, and sausage. For dessert we had cocktails and frittelle with Nutella and strawberry dipping sauce.

Yelp
Bigalora is a great place to go with groups, kids, or with your family for fresh Italian and wood-fired food! We recently came in and ordered a beer and Italian sangria (special that day made with Rosé), panzanella salad (special), and calamari to start. Soon after, we decided to order the clam pizza and pepperoni pizza. The food is always consistent and hot! I particularly enjoyed some of the fried banana peppers interspersed with the calamari. On our most recent trip, we forgot our leftover pizza box at our table and ran back inside to get it. They had already cleared our table so we were sad to have lost our leftover pizza for the next day!

Yelp
Bring your phone. Bigalora has QR codes everywhere to streamline the dining out experience. There is a code on the front door to register your name and phone number for contact tracing purposes, there is one on the table to get the menu, and there is one on the bill to pay. We were there on a Saturday for a mid-afternoon lunch and there was only one waiter and a bar tender working in the front of the house. It was nice to use the QR code to register and get the menu so that we were ready to order when the waiter got to our table. Once he took our order the food came out quickly. After we finished eating, it was nice to be able to pay by scanning the QR code on the bill so we didn't have to wait for the waiter to return. Every restaurant seems to be understaffed these days so bring your patience and a smile if you decide to dine inside the restaurant.

Yelp
Great place when you have a large group of people! The staff was very friendly, and the service was very quick. We had a group of 6 and were out within an hour. The pizza is great, the dough is especially tasty. Definitely a good staple place.

Yelp
Came here with a friend to meet-up for dinner before taking her to the airport. I usually despise anything that takes me too close to AA, but this wasn't too bad being right off 23. It could be easy to miss, but luckily my gps was great and it was still light out. It is deceptively HUGE inside. We got seated right away. We got a drink each, an app, entrees, dessert, and coffees all for about ~100 or so. Which feels like a pretty great deal, especially considering having to pay the upcharges to make my entree and app gluten free. They had some great options. We did the Focaccia with marinara as an app. I got the pesto pizza with chicken added. Both of them were fine, but it was pretty average in terms of gluten free. The dough was tough and chewy, which, I get it. It's the nature of that dietary restriction. But after a few pieces my jaw was sore from having to chew so thoroughly. But it was very delicious. My friend got spaghetti and clams and was happy with it. The cocktail I got - the mule - was fine. But for $14 I'd pass on it in the future. It was nothing spectacular to want to spend that much again. The coffee was good and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall it was nice, but not so amazing I'd probably be back.
