Incredible food. Highly recommended to have a great dinner with family or friend or your half one. I really enjoyed the Corn Bisque, the best I ever had. Steak was good but the scallops a total show. My recommendations. Corn bisque as entry and scallops for main. You’re not going to be disappointed with this combination. I don’t like too much the steak 🥩 and that the reason for my 4 start. The meat was little hard and they stayed was Wagyu Ribeye. I’ll try many ribeyes better than this one.

Had a great dinner. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were comfort food worthy. Good vibe. Our waitress was on the ball. We ate early so it wasn’t busy yet. We were well cared for and hope to come back when bk in town.

The steaks were absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the Cobb salad fell below expectations and didn’t match the quality of the entrées. Our server was friendly and did a great job, but it was clear they had too many tables. As a result, some items took much longer than they should have. For example, our wine didn’t arrive until we were nearly finished with our meal. Despite the delays, the staff overall was very warm and welcoming. With a bit more attention to pacing and support for the servers, this could easily be an outstanding dining experience.

I am giving 4 stars, as I was the only one in my party happy with my plate. My plant-based steak was delicious and beautifully presented; from the pictures, you can’t tell it’s plant-based. For a non-vegan/vegetarian place, they did a great job executing this plate. Personally, I would have given 5 stars, but everyone else felt their plates were mediocre (burger, chicken sandwich, and I think the other one was a pork plate). Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere as well.

Very good steak House. Reservations are a good idea if you can plan ahead. We had the filet mignon with french fries. About 50$ each. Very good value. 8oz filet mignon. Good french fries. Good asparagus. The sourdough bread to start was ok. Not evenly cooked. It tasted like regular white bread and not at all like sourdough. The herbed butter was good. Strange that they served it with orange marmalade. It tasted good but I would not start my meal that way. Excellent service from Patrick. Professional and friendly. Big beautiful store. Small booths for tables of two or four, and many big tables for bigger groups. Highly recommended.

We decided to try this restaurant located in Universal City Walk versus some of the bigger more popular spots (Hard Rock, Chocolate Emporium). The menu choices and selections were good with many different options. All 3 of us got items that we typically order (steak, salmon, seafood platter). Our waiter was kind and informative. We were seated at 9:00 PM and completed our dinner at 10:30. Be ready to spend extra time when dining here. The salmon was cooked appropriately, the seafood was brought in a cast iron pot so was warm, but the steak (although cooked appropriately) was only slightly warm versus hot. It was a great one time experience but not sure that I would make it a point to return in the future.

I order the 8oz sirloin and sides of potatoes (extra) and Asparagus (extra). The sirloin tasted really good, excellent taste and super tender. But the sides portions are small. It was only 3 asparagus and like 12 small potatoes. They tasted great and well cook, great flavor but so small potions. I said it before, I don’t mind paying high price but it better match that price. It matches it on taste but not on quantity. I left somewhat hungry still.

Went there Sunday for brunch with some friends. Decided to go with the chicken and waffles on their brunch menu as I was a teeny bit hungover from the night before. When it arrived I was very dissapointed. They served me three mini waffles and one chicken tender cut in half. The server was honestly hesitant to even set it down as she knew something wasn’t right. I didnt want to complain to I just decided to eat it. Two bites in and the chicken was so over cooked and dry it was hardly edible. I just sat there while everyone else ate their food. My wife was letting me nibble off of her plate as she didn’t think she could eat all of hers. A few moments later a manager came to the table with two more chicken tenders and apologized and said “I think we left some chicken off your plate and wanted to bring it out to you.” At that point in time I said I would honestly like to order something else as my chicken was overcooked and th waffles were now cold. He was happy to make that happen and a steak omelet came out quickly. The omelet was pretty damn good too! I applaud the manager for owing the mistake and making it right. What grind my gears is a chef behind the line, the expo, and the server all thought that was acceptable to serve that dish for $29… Just sharing the experience and pictures.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant since we moved here about three years ago. It's located in a prime location at CityWalk. They do offer reservations, which is highly recommended. Once our entire party arrived we only waited about five minutes. We sat upstairs. They asked us if stairs were an issue so I'm not sure that they have an elevator. The main dining area is on the first floor. It's fun that you can see in the kitchen with all of the grills and rotisserie. The restaurant was full, but our service was excellent. They also offer 15% annual pass holder discounts. All of our food and drinks were excellent. Our friend ordered the seasonal soup and it had a smoky flavor. It was like a tomato bisque I would say. my scallops were delicious and did not taste anything like beer. They were cooked perfectly as was my husband's steak. All the vegetables were also cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place. It would be really nice for Valentine's Day.

I would bathe in the mussels sauce. I love mussels and the smell of these caught my attention as we walked to our table and they did not disappoint. I think by the end of it I was drinking the sauce. For the meal I got a pork chop and my husband got the ribeye. The protein was cooked perfectly. The sides on the pork were ok but I could've done with a different pairing. My husband really enjoyed the potatoes with the ribeye. Overall our server was very attentive and we had a pleasant experience.

Bigfire is located at Universal's City Walk, making it a great location for a night out or a meal after being at the park all day. The atmosphere is welcoming and the dining room features a show kitchen where guests can see their food being prepared. During my visit, I enjoyed the catch of the day (grouper) with risotto. I loved the flavor and the lightness of my meal compared to what my family got, which was a little more hardy. The steak was perfectly tender but was a little too salty for our preference. Overall, our experience, food, and service were great, and I can't stop thinking about the table side Smores! Happy eating!

Last night was an unbelievable dinner at Bigfire. We had the bread service with the herb butter and apricot jam. We dined on the vegan mushroom dish as well as the risotto and Mac and cheese. I got the vegan dish and an apple martini. The vegan mushroom dish had layers of flavor and was very yummy. My friend Chris did the steak and the risotto. Our server was Josh and he was fantastic! The ambiance of big fire is an all American restaurant with seafood and great steaks. 10/10 Definitely recommend

Bigfire serves up American food in a slightly fancier way. It's located in City Walk at Universal Orlando. Bonus is you can make reservations for this restaurant! I've been here twice and it can get packed so the reservation is the key here. Service has been pretty good on our visits. The restaurant itself is large and open. You can walk by and see the hard work going on in the kitchen which is pretty cool! Food wise, I have had the bison burger and the salmon sandwich. I preferred the flavors of the burger more than the salmon. The salmon was also hard to eat and it fell apart. I ended up eating most with a fork and knife. Drinks are pricey but there is a lot of selection to choose from. My friend who I was with appreciated the selection of bourbon! Bigfire is a good option when you're looking for a sit down dinner in Universal.

A very cool atmosphere but has really gone downhill since the 2020 pandemic. Food (3/5): There was a time when I would have rated this a 5/5. Unfortunately, that time has passed. While the wood-fire grill adds some great flavor to the meat, this place has been hit hard with shrinkflation. With that, the quality has slipped a little as well. Service (5/5): Like all restaurants on City Walk, I would highly recommend getting a reservation. Also, make sure your entire party is present when you check-in. I have always been seated pretty close to my reservation time. The staff is always friendly and they are very knowledgeable about the menu. They will make quality recommendations if you are having trouble deciding between a few things. Price (2/5): Here is where the shrinkflation hurts. You are paying prices close to a nice steakhouse. However, the quality is closer to Outback Steakhouse. Yes, you are paying more because you are at Universal Studios. But there are immediate alternatives that offer burgers and steaks that are not nearly as expensive.

Food: we ordered the cheese fondue which was absolutely to die for. Their grilled veggies are very delicious. I ordered the elk sloppy joe which the meat was very delicious however the bread had a chemical taste, and the onion rings were cold, thick and soggy. The bacon Mac and cheese had potential, but nothing that gave it a wow factor. Unfortunately everything came out cold. Service: we had Tabitha who was a great server! Very attentive. Ambiance: we went around 5PM and was sat in the second floor which was nice and quiet until more guests came. The sun was also beating down in the windows. They were able to close the curtains but it felt dark since we were right by the window. I probably wouldn't recommend sitting where we sat today, unless it's after sunset.

Came for dinner with a group of friends before a show at hard rock and everything was wonderful! Our server was Rebekah and she was super attentive, patient, had great recommendations and was just very kind! All of our food was delicious! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dining option in city walk!

This restaurant is huge. It has an upstairs and downstairs. The theme in the restaurant is outdoors camp vibes. Everything is smoked. There's a fire in the front of the restaurant and in the middle of the restaurant I got the salmon and mac & cheese both for excellent and for dessert, we got the s'mores yes it's an actual campfire where you can roast and make some more sandwiches. The service was really good and will be back again to try the steaks.

Hands down my favorite restaurant at CityWalk! Every dish I've tried has been absolutely delicious. The service is always top-notch, and they really know how to make you feel taken care of. My go-to dish is the trout--it's consistently perfect. And for dessert, the s'mores are such a fun way to end the meal! Definitely a must-visit.

First time here, busy but not packed evening at the restaurant. Server was a bit slow arriving for orders, but it was clear he had his hands full and did greet us promptly. I had the shrimp and grits, which I couldn't find a photo of here, so thought I'd upload. The (4) prawns were slightly spicier that I'd like, but not too much so. Grits slightly clumpy, but the taste was spot on. Table also tried a burger, which had good smoke flavor and was cooked correctly. As well as the beef bourguignon, which was very rich and tasty. For me, restaurants at the resort are either "come back to" (Vivo, Mythos, Cowfish etc.) or "wouldn't come back" (Antojitos, Toothsome, Hard Rock). Bigfire's food and ambiance makes the former list, I'd like to save room for dessert next time and try a steak.

After being told there was an hour and a half wait at Toothsome Emporium, we were so grateful to be seated right away here after a long park day! The restaurant is huge and has lots of tables. I saw some people complaining about smoke in other reviews, but we sat upstairs and there was none of that! If you're sensitive to that, maybe ask for upstairs seating?? I tried the raspberry lemonade cocktail. You really couldn't taste the alcohol at all, so a good option if you like a sweet/tart drink. We shared the cheese fondue as an app and really enjoyed it! It comes with lots of dipping options. My favs were the shishito peppers and cauliflower. For my entree, I had the BBQ shrimp. I really enjoyed it! I didn't find it to have a lot of BBQ flavor. To me, the sauce had more of a chipotle flavor and the combo of that, corn, and cojito cheese reminded me of Mexican street corn. The cornbread it came with was delicious, but I wish it wasn't sitting in the sauce because it got soggy really quickly. The coleslaw was not my fav and I only took a bite. We also shared a side of Mac and cheese and it was delish! We were too full for dessert, but the make your own s'mores looked really fun! I look forward to trying it next time!

You'll get an unbelievable dinner when you go to BigFire. Steak cooked to temp over big fire, garlic oysters cleaned to perfection, and paired with their exclusive woodford reserve.... Yum! If in the area, try bigfire out. Def the best restaurant on the strip.

Great ambience! Professional and friendly staff. Our server, I think his name is Joel. He is attentive even when he was very busy that night. Ribeye - 8/10 good and tasty. Dutch oven beef burgundy 8/10. Reminds me of beef stroganoff. I like it but the flavor was too strong for me especially with the wine they cooked with it. Hearth oven baked bread 5/10. It wasn't warm. ): I had a hard time eating it. The spreads are delicious tho. Rocky road ice cream cake - 4/10. Beautiful presentation but the liquor poured on it made it taste bitter. I did not enjoy it. Bigfire fries 2/10 - i think it's too pricey for a room temp and small size of fries. Wood charred brussels sprouts 5/10. Nice presentation, liked the sauce but it's bitter. ): and $12 plus taxes is too pricey for a small serving vegetable. Bigfire bacon mac & cheese 7/10. The bacon was good. Mac and cheese is just a normal mac n cheese. Nothing really special about it. Again, too pricey for a small serving. $10 plus taxes Spent almost $170 tip not included. We didn't get to enjoy most of our food but we definitely liked the ambience and the professionalism of the staff. Wouldn't mind paying for expensive food if we enjoyed each dish we ordered. To be honest we were not satisfied with all of our dishes. #honestreview

I had dinner with friends here before a show at Hard Rock Live. We had a great time! Our table was ready right on time for our reservation, and we had a nice view of the kitchen which I love. The smell of the grill is nicely permeating through the place, so cozy on a cooler night. For drinks we had espresso martinis, delicious! For apps we went with the smoked fish dip and the barbecue chicken flatbread. The fish dip was tasty and fresh. I would skip the flatbread next time. It was really skimpy on the cheese. For our meal we did the ribeye and a few sides to share. My medium rare ribeye was cooked excellently. The sides were delicious including corn pudding and loaded potatoes. Everything was served quickly and our server was very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice cozy dinner in City Walk.

Located at Universal Studios Orlando CityWalk is Big Fire, a decadent two story see thru kitchen restaurant know for their cherry and oak burning of steaks. We ordered the fondue to start and the cauliflower with the cheese was a hit. Next was the boneless ribeye and the Dutch oven beef dish with noodles. Steak had a great Smokey flavor from the mixture of woods, cooked well and seasoned nicely. The beef dish was a little hearty and the red wine sauce needed a little more time under the heat but still good flavor overall. Service was ok, and overall a decent experience away from theme park food.

A lovely visit with a second floor view looking out on city walk. This place is pricey even for the area, but we both enjoyed our meals. We started with the fondue and it came with perfectly roasted veggies and some bread. Definitely good to share between 2-3 people. For entrees I got the seafood stew. I think it would be delicious with some sort of starch (instead of or in addition to the bread) to bulk it up a bit. Orzo, rice, something along those lines. Otherwise the flavor was light and savory from the variety of seafood. My bf got the lamb shank. Usually I'm not a huge fan of lamb as it tends to be gamey, but this lamb was cooked perfectly and I'd order that again for sure. I would forgo the drinks and get them elsewhere as they're not worth the price in my opinion. Overall this is a great date spot with an interesting and varied menu and we enjoyed our visit!

Great meal, great service. We had salads, fondue, some roasted veggies to start. Then went on to trout, salmon, burgers for the kids and a pork chop. Everything was delicious. Only challenge is we couldn't leave the restaurant after passing on dessert. They made us wait for 15 minutes while something was broken with their computers to print a check. Nothing worse than being shot after a day at the park and not being able to get back to the hotel. The restaurant could have sent us s'mores while holding us hostage.

This place has a great vibe when you walk in, however my only suggestion is the amount of tables and how close they are to the service station and front host isn't very personable. It kind of ruins the ambiance or vibe of the restaurant. But I love how it feels modern rustic. We got the bread, great drinks, and both ordered the filet (it was awesome). Kids got the burgers (were amazing) but the Mac n cheese was cold and flavorless. The Brussels were overcooked and cold. The reason it got 4 stars from us wasn't because of the service bc that could do better - it was so slow and lack of attention.... But it got it because of the s'more Table side. It was amazing having homemade marshmallows and all the fixings and allowing my kids to be a part.

Disappointing experience. Good service kept this from being a lower rating. For this price point ($$$) you would expect better but their food just misses the boat. Three of us tried the chicken sandwich. Two had burgers. The burgers were better, but even that at this price point needed improvement. A big reason for their higher cost is the location being at Universal Studios CityWalk. And maybe because their patrons are generally vacationers from out of the area, so a one and done with less repeat/local clients. Chicken sandwich: Was very dry for the three that chose this. The sauces and toppings were good but that doesn't fix a large piece of dried chicken. Buns look good, but fall apart much too easy. The fries were the highlight. Small wedge fries that are seasoned just right. The side salad is an upgrade but was a great healthy option vs fries. Veggies were amazing too. Burgers were so-so. Same issue with the bun. Parking is a major problem unless you are already at Universal or Islands of Adventure. It is $30/car, but becomes free after 6p so great tip to make your reservation after 6:30p to give you time to walk from the distant parking garage and through the metal detectors. Another tip is to stop by the concierge desk right as you get to the entrance where they can make you a reservation for any restaurant in CityWalk, along with telling you what times are available for every one of them!

Where do I begin?? I would not go back. service was slow and mediocre. The cheese fondue was cold velveeta type with soggy vegetables, crackers and 2 pieces of bread. We had to send back a steak that was a hockey puck in nature. The jambalaya was over seasoned and mostly rice. We couldn't get our knife through the over cooked chicken sandwich. When we told our server we were there celebrating their response was "that's nice". Terrible food, terrible service. One and done.

Arriving just before 5 pm on a Saturday, my friend and I were trying to beat the rush hour. We were happy to get seated right away by the friendly hostess in their beautifully decorated and open establishment. We had a great view of the water and busy boardwalk. Between the two of us, we shared their Bison burger and Cobb salad with everything on it. The burger was ordered medium but was slightly more on the medium well side. The branded top bun was a nice touch but must have taken sometime to do as the bottom bun was all soggy by the time it got to our table. Fries were salty but a little over cooked since they were kind of dry inside. We enjoyed the salad which included sweet potato, chicken, pork belly, cornbread and more. Craving some crunchy veggies, we were very happy with this choice. Overall, we had a great experience was a very personal and attentive waiter named Loui who was more than happy to provide some personal recommendations in the area. We were more than satisfied with the portions with decent quality. Wouldn't mind coming the next time I'm in the area.

The food was ok, the steak lacked seasoning and was over cooked. The asparagus and potatoes were good. The Brussels sprouts and shishito peppers appetizer was good, but also lacked seasoning. The seafood stew was fine, but also lacked flavor. The seafood within the stew was cooked well. Server was very nice and ambiance was cool. The best part of the meal was the dessert, Baked Alaska.

Stopped here after a long day at volcano bay/universal studios. Originally quoted a 10 minute wait for a table, but we were seated within 2 minutes of giving our name. I can't say enough good things about our server Patrick. So friendly. Answered all of our questions. Checked in with us frequently and kept our drinks full. It was so quiet and relaxing. It was pretty busy, but Patrick never let us feel neglected. My 11 year old got the 12 oz steak with smashed potatoes and loved it. All the food was amazing! We couldn't believe how many times we've been to universal (once a year for the last 5 years) and had never stopped here before. Definitely worth the trip!

This place is amazing! We made reservations (highly recommend to make one if you can to avoid waiting a long time). Once we checked in we stood outside and kept warm with the fire they got going. We were sat upstairs right above the bar. We made sure not to make sudden movements out of fear of something falling on someone lol. To eat we had the following: Spinach & Artichoke dip: it comes with pieces of bread which is a nice twist instead of chips. The bread has a nice flavor nothing too strong. The dip has a nice Smokey flavor to it and the cheese is nice and crispy. Cauliflower steak: ok this bad boy was amazing. Really awesome to know they have vegetarian options for those who choose not to eat steak. They do put it in the smoker & it really gives it a nice flavor. Comes with peppers, tomatoes and a farro salad. It comes with a grilled lemon and mixed together it tastes like heaven. Our server was seriously the best. He made our experience so much fun while eating dinner. Would recommend to visit as the inside is really beautiful and you will have a great experience here.

I have finally been able to try Big Fire at Universal's City Walk the other weekend! I have eaten at most restaurant in City Walk, so Bigfire was one of the last to try. We did not make a reservation, but walked in a round 530 and were able to sit at the bar. They do have a large bar area which is first come first serve. The decor and ambiance is very unique, almost like a lodge/classic american grill type vibe. They cook everything on a wood fire using multiple types of wood. We started with some cocktails which were excellent. The bartenders were a pleasure taking care of us and were attentive and fun. The roasted mussels were recommended to us to try for an appetizer so we went for it! Wow, those were delicious. No fishy taste - excellent sauce, flavor and freshness. For mains we did a Cobb salad and a burger. Both were very delicious and generous portions. I really liked the burger and we were able to take some of the Cobb to go. overall i recommend big fire there is something for everyone there!!

Not bad. This was the first time here at the Bigfire and like I said "not bad at all'. Our server's name was Laura A. we can only assume the A stands for awesome. I'm not a big steak or fish guy, but the burger and (their version of a french fry) was good. My wife filet mignon was amazing. Son had lamb shank and he liked it. My niece had the salmon and she liked it too. Everybody was happy and we got the s'mores thing at for the table and they liked that too.

First time trying Bigfire and glad I did. We started off with some drink that were super refreshing and delicious. Our waitress suggests some apps and we got the spinach dip that was so gooey and cheesy. For my meal I got the pork chop that was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The carrot purée was so smooth and balanced the pork. The Mac n cheese felt bland and could've used more cheese but other than that I'm glad I came here and can't wait to go back.

Dinner time ! Our last night in Orlando! Gotta make the best of it and it definitely was the best choice !!! BigFire steakhouse was freaky dope! Chalmers was our server ! He was amazing ! Very attentive and knew the menu well. He made sure we had a good time ! The place is beautiful that has a staircase in the middle of it's beauty. I solely came for the smores and was amazed of the place. It's also inside of Universal Studios.

This place was delicious as where else in universial can you get tableside Smores or lambchops? Reservations are definitely recommended as it gets busy

Now this is Elevated American fare. They are well known for their steaks and freshwater cuisine which they are enhanced using different woods, flavoring your meal with smoky goodness!! This is my third time here. The service is on point, something I expect while dining on universal property. Something I really appreciate is that the wood-fire grill is in the very middle of Bigfire, allowing guests to see their food cooked in front of their eyes depending on where you sit. If you want a more intimate private dining experience , ask to be seated in the second floor overlooking the bar and city walk. Highly recommend this restaurant! PS: Make reservations ahead of time to avoid waiting a while

Food was delicious. We were seated promptly. The service was extremely slow so don't go in thinking you'll be I. And out in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe it was a fluke but we were in their almost (2) hours. It took over 45 minutes for our appetizers to come --- cheese fondue and the roasted brussel sprouts. The filet was cooked perfectly abs the flavor was delicious. Cheese fondue was really good! Definitely ask for extra crackers. They were the best with it! The roasted brussel sprouts were really good too. Kids thought their fries were spicy. They were seasoned wedges. The fire pits outside were perfect. We were still damp from the water rides inside the park and cold. We couldn't get dry enough with the human dryers so sitting at the fire pits for a bit was PERFECT!! Would make a lovely place to sit and just have a few drinks too!! We would go back again.

After a long day at Universal we wanted some decent food and this place did not disappoint. Their bread appetizer and the fondue appetizers were delicious. Plenty to share with the family of four. Kids both got burgers that they proclaimed were delicious. My 13 yr old inhaled his before his fries !! I got the seafood boil and OMG it was so much food. And some crusty bread for sopping up the buttery broth. Best part of it were the perfectly cooked mussels. Husband got the Dutch oven beef burgandy. The meat was so tender and the whole dish was just so flavorful. He practically licked the bowl clean. Total for those meals four beers two appetizers and two soft drinks was around 180.00. Expensive but for the quality it was way worth it.

The restaurant is kept very clean. Service staff are very attentive and polite. They have one of the best ribeyes in town.

Big fire is central to the city walk in Orlando so gets a lot of people passing by. To start our reservation we sat at the fire outside, and the day before New Year's Eve this was very pleasant temperature wise. Despite the central location I felt a little secluded at the fire and really enjoyed it. I recommend grabbing a drink from the bar and sitting there for a while. Inside, the main floor of the restaurant has a nice open atmosphere and I liked that a lot. We actually ate upstairs which was good but not as nice as the lower level. My wife tried the Apple pie martini (it was sweet and very good) and I had the PBJ. It's mostly whiskey but has a nice flavor that made it nice to sip. Our service was good but not remarkable, neither good nor bad. We had the rustic bread to share, I'd give it a 6. The butter was nice but it could have been more spreadable, and the preserves were nice. The crust of the bread was too hard for my liking and there was a lot of gluten so it was substantial and chewier. For dinner I had the Dutch Oven Beef Burgundy and I thought it was really good. I enjoyed the root vegetables, and the pasta with the beef was a comfort. I might have liked a more substantial sauce but taste wise it was very good. There are a lot of good looking things on the menu, so I can see us returning in the future.

3.5 To be honest, I was underwhelmed. I really thought the food was going to be better. Im not saying it was bad, but I guess I had higher expectations. Service was good, and so were the drinks! Mom mom got a salad and said it was alright. 3 of us got steaks. Filet mignon, and I believe a NY strip. The steaks were fine but have had better. It was the sides that made it underwhelming. The grilled baby carrots and crispy smashed potatoes had no seasoning. I understand we are suppose to enjoy the flavor of the grill but no seasoning at all? No butter? Nothing? Those who got steak agreed that the sides were bland. Maybe it was an off day? Maybe it's just us? Try and see for yourself ! Everyone has different tastes! While we might not have enjoyed, I know there's plenty of people who would! I will say the person who got the bison burger said it was pretty good and really liked the fries!

We saw a customer walk out of here and asked him if he would recommend this place... he was not impressed by the food and he was right! I ordered a dish that was ordinary you can find anywhere else, however the dried chicken was too hard to chew. Upscale, ambiance but not worth the price for the food. Did not enjoy my dish at all.

So pleasantly surprised by BigFire! stopped in for the first time after a very long parks day where we really didn't eat much and was so shocked at how nice it was. I'm not really a fan of the CityWalk restaurants typically. I chose this because it was new (to me) and looked far more upscale than many of the other offerings, while still having food one may want to eat after a long day at the parks. First I want to say, we actually missed our first reservation. We had dinner reservations at 8(ish on a Sunday), and ended up skipping it to get on Hagrids. there was no fee for missing it and they didn't harasses us with calls and texts. Just. a single one 10 mins after to say they ahd canceled our reservation. On our way out, (it was late) we decied to jsut try to see if we could get in not at all expecting to as one quick look inside told us they were very busy despite the day and hour. And to my surprise they actually found space for us. 20 min wait which actually ended up only being 5. Even if we had waited the full 20 there were plenty of seats outside as well as a separate bar to sit at. The man who seated us was pleasant and kind. And asked us all about our day as though it was the first time he had heard this particular conversation (though I'm sure he has the same one with almost every guest he interacts with) Which was so sweet him and so professional. We sat, they had a good variety of items. Seemed like there were kids options as well (though we were a party of adults only). Lots of beer/wine and cocktails. We didn't get any as we were exhausted and truly just wanted waters to hydrate. We ordered and food came out quickly. I had the burger and it was very good. I ordered medium well and it was a bit pink for me but I was so hungry I didn't care. I typically would have asked to send it back but again, SO HUNGRY and I was the only one with any issue at our table. Check came out fast. Server was attentive and quick but not annoying or overbearing. I would absolutely go back here over any of the offerings at CityWalk. Not as Kitschy. great if atmosphere is important to you.

Let me start with the positives: You can get easy reservations through the app and the restaurant is in the middle of the area- easy to find if you are new or visiting this area. Love that parking is free after 6pm, so we enjoyed the evening immensely! Dinner- it's a pretty restaurant with tons of window areas and views, but if you are a two top you get wall areas- for Dinka with money to spend on a nice dinner we were super sad that the toddlers two tables over had window views ( I took a pic- see below). The food- the fondue is a TOTAL must!! My hubby's pork chop was good and the scallops were also delicious. Our server was kind and we never waited for anything. Timing of service- we received our app, then our main about 4 minutes later..too soon, so the food was just warm. She offered to put the dishes under the heat lamp, but you just shouldn't ever have your food sitting under a heat lamp for any extra time; especially seafood. Not sure this was the place for us, but that fondue....yum!

Absolutely delicious, it's truly nothing bad that I can say about this experience. Down to the service was excellent because they checked on you several times and just about anyone even if they're not sure, waiter, is willing to assist. Now we can just discuss the food. The scallops were absolutely delicious along with the carrots, bacon, and the toast. Excellent portion size as well so once I was finished, I was content not full which is how meals are supposed to be. The place was clean, and everything just came off extremely professional. There is another place that I want to check out in CityWalk, however, I'm probably gonna end up coming back to this restaurant after I check out that place. Because truly, this is a gem!

This restaurant is massive! It definitely seems like a well-oiled machine though. For drinks my fiancé and I started with the Lakeside Punch and Big Fire 75. The Big Fire 75 was fantastic; it was a complex flavor and definitely what I would expect From an upscale cocktail. My fiancé's Lakeside Punch on the other hand was more of what I would expect from a standard theme park cocktail - watered down and fruity. I did order a second cocktail later in the meal - the smoked Old Fashioned. This blew my socks off and had not only excellent presentation but a great flavor. Tasted like a campfire! We ordered the Brussel sprouts as an appetizers and they were pretty disappointing. They didn't have much flavor and I think could have been way crispier. Even the paste on the bottom was fairly flavorless. For entrees my fiancé ordered the lamb and I ordered the short rib pasta. The lamb was fine - the meat was cooked appropriately but the grits and veggies could have had more flavor. Honestly, pretty forgettable. The short rib pasta however, was awesome! It had tons of flavor and was so good. The sauce was excellent. My only feedback is that it could have had a bit more beef in it; it was very oyster and pasta heavy. Overall this was an enjoyable experience and I would come back again if I were looking for a more upscale dining experience close to the parks.

Perfect from start to finish! We are a family of 5 steak lovers. I decided on the salmon blt but the rest of my crew got steaks. Everyone was cooked to perfection. My meal was delicious. Our service was excellent. My kids loved the glass windows to the kitchen. If your kids are steak lovers... this one is ...Kid tested. Mom approved!

This place was outstanding. The food was awesome and so were the drinks and service. There are a lot of places around here that are tourist traps but this is not one of them. I highly recommend!

Such a lovely restaurant on City Walk. We had a great time. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five was because our server was a little slow at times. Also the automatic blinds kept going up when the sun was still out and in our guests eyes. I feel like they should just turn it off the auto part on sunny days. The food was tastey and fresh! Nice vibe in the restaurant too.

Food and Service was good our server was Leo. We did have a reservation which we were sat just in time!

Had the lamb chops and the chicken and they were soo good! I saw reviews for the lamb shank but that's no longer part of the menu as of a few months ago and so happy that the lamb chops were an option and didn't disappoint. The drinks were great as well. Best of all the service was great thanks to our server Leo! Romantic ambiance what a great nightcap.

My family and I were visiting Citiwalk in January. They were able to seat a party of 5 with no reservations on a Sunday evening. January seems to be a slow time in Orlando. The food ambience and service were impeccable. Our server was Ali. He was great. Attentive and educated about the menu. We ordered the mussels and chicken flatbread as appetizers. Both were outstanding. I had the special which was whitefish my husband the scallops. I highly recommend both. Kids ate normal kids menu items however the Mac n cheese on the kids menu was delicious not your regular craft Mac n cheese. This is a universal food chain so if you're planning to go to universal add this to your stop as well.

The food and drinks were awesome! Even something that seems possible to get anywhere (cheeseburger) is elevated with the little touches. While my parents stuck with the standards, I thought that the fondue appetizer and elk sloppy Joe were vacation worthy and delicious. Only regret is that we were too full to try the s'more... this vacation. Our server was attentive and friendly.
