The service is real Southern Hospitality, the Food, don't take my word for it however this is an amazing burger. It's huge, filling, comes with fries for the price and a drink. The pecan pie is wonderfully warm, not overly sweet, and the chefs kiss. The wings are huge and seasoned well. You better go.. and say nice things about the service and food or I'm coming for you.

First time visiting—surprisingly busy for a Sunday at 2 PM! Seating was limited, but we only waited a few minutes for a table (the bar was open, too). The burger was massive and cooked well-done, which I personally enjoy. However, the second burger, which was ordered medium, also came out well-done and ended up being a bit dry. There wasn’t much sauce on it either, so we asked for some on the side. The fries were unfortunately a miss—very crispy and hard, inedible. When we mentioned it to the girl at the front counter, she shared (a little too candidly) that when things get hectic, the cook tends to overdo the food... “Insert O-face,” Apparently, there are only two cooks holding down the kitchen. She was nice, but maybe shared more than we needed to know! We won't be back. Too many other burger places to try!

Google
Good food ,didn’t cost too much the best thing I think on the menu was the cheeseburger egg rolls. The bacon me crazy burger had lots of bacon which is good, but it had a bit too much of a sweet taste for me due to the bacon jam, sauce, bun. Spicy cowboy definitely tasted better. Definitely would go back patties are huge and don’t think I could have ate a double. Would’ve a been a 5 star review , if it was for there was no way to dry hands in the bathroom and there was fruit flies flying around us while trying to eat, but neither of those things are too big of a deal.

Google
First timers. We got there about 5. They didn't have any appetizers 😕 and they were out of ice. We go the Old fashioned and the Chili dog. We cut the burger in half and shared it. The chili dog was good, but they probably need to add a little chili picture next to it on the menu. It was spicy. I seen an older woman at the next table, and I don't think she could eat it. The prices were fair. The food was delicious other than that. We may come back another time, maybe earlier so we won't miss out.

Flip Out

Google
Mrs. Flip Out and I had tried coming for lunch on several occasions and Biglow’s was swamped each time we tried to go. Finally, we happened by for lunch with the Littles, and the hype did not disappoint. We wanted to try the fried pickles and they were quickly devoured. They were tasty. We ordered a Bacon Me Crazy burger for the Littles to split, and it is such a large burger, it was plenty for them. (There is no kids menu.) Mrs. Flip Out ordered the Miss Swiss mushroom burger and she loved it. Great flavor and delicious. I had the Onionator burger and it was delicious, very filling. They have a house made snack mix as well, and it was very good. The desserts and sweets looked great, but we had to save that for a different day. Between the service, atmosphere, and food, we could see why this place is always busy! Hope you give it a try.

Google
Absolutely loved the experience. The bacon jam burger was wonderful! The rum punch was great! I loved the girl running the cash drawer.... sadly I forgot her name. But very friendly and helpful! Do a yourself a favor and get a jar of the mixed spiced nuts! Only complaint i had were the fries being a bit over done but I still finished them 😊

Google
We have eaten here several times and it was very good but not so much anymore. The hamburgers were much too salty (and I like salt). The fries were cold, but the waitress brought out more that were just lukewarm. Some of the fries were clumped together and still raw. They weren't seasoned very well. There wasn't any ketchup on the tables either like there had been in the past. It's really disappointing because I really liked the place but the price is too high for the quality of food.

Google
I went there and I asked for a Chicken Fried steak. No tomatoes add cheese. I got home. Not only was it burnt but it had tomatoes and no cheese. I called to let them know and they told me they were sorry. They could offer me a dessert on my next visit. I spent $41. For 2 meals and they offer me a $5 deserve it Both meals were very burnt and salty dry very dry. My husband and I try to support my small own businesses. But this wasn't right at all. I will not be going back. It was me and my husband there eating

Yelp
Food was excellent, cashier/waitress was amazing & the ambiance was great. The wait was reasonable for being non fast food & the peach cobbler was very good.

Yelp
Biglow's Burgers has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots when I'm craving a great burger--or in this case, a Chicken Fried Steak sandwich! We stopped in around 6 PM, and while the place was buzzing with to-go orders, the dine-in experience was smooth and easy. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our food came out, especially with how busy they were. I've been here a several times, and it's definitely one of those "don't sleep on this place" kind of restaurants. The menu has more depth than you'd expect, and I'm glad I branched out to try something other than a burger this time. Service was fun and friendly. Romi, our server (a cheerful high school student), was genuinely enjoying her work and it showed. We had a couple of special requests--no seasoning on the fries and the sandwich cut in half--and when she noticed the kitchen missed one detail, she quickly handled it with a smile. She checked in on us multiple times, and we appreciated her lighthearted energy throughout the meal. Bonus points: They serve Pepsi, which made my wife especially happy. As if the savory options weren't enough, I noticed a dessert display case loaded with temptation--Pecan Pie, Apple Cobbler, Peach Cobbler, and Cinnamon Rolls. I didn't grab one this time, but next visit, dessert is a must. Whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go, Biglow's is a local gem that delivers great food, quick service, and a bit of charm. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Ambiance is homey! Food was served hot, fresh and well seasoned Service is a little slow due to it being small and sometimes it can be busy but worth the wait!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this burger place for a while! We went on a Saturday afternoon which was perfect timing as it wasn't packed. We tried the old fashioned burger and the bacon burger. All served with fresh fries. Delicious! Of course I had to try the bourbon iced tea. Whew! It was stout! I'll definitely support this black owned tasty burger spot again! There is a pool table and video game in the back of the place if you want to be entertained. My only request, please play a variety of music. Country music played the entire time we dined (my only reason for giving 4 stars).
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic burger and fries! I had the onionator, which was loaded with fried onions, grilled onions and a delicious bacon onion jam. It was huge, so I only ate half, but I heated it up for lunch the next day, and it was still amazing. The fries were generously seasoned and a perfect compliment to the burger. The service was friendly and personable from start to finish. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will be back soon!

Yelp
Spicy Cowboy Hamburger for our 2nd visit. Good, not as hot as I thought, so that's a good thing. Husband and I split it today. Fries were good. Plenty for us 2 to eat. May had to do with we ate the Apple cobbler first....lol Price includes....Hamburger, fries and a drink. So for all you get, price is ok. Cobbler extra, of course and worth it.

Yelp
I'm not gunna ramble on. Look at the pictures. If that looks like a good time, I promise it's a half dozen notches above that. Local spot, a bit unrefined but exactly the chow down burger splurge we were looking for. People were so friendly, just a damn good burger! Have questions on how they operate their cash flow, out of wings, almost every soda, and it was 2pm on a Saturday. Maybe they aren't paying vendors and putting the business first. Shame if that's the case, they could thrive even more with a focus on running their books like a disciplined business.

Yelp
*Probably like my 7th or 8th visit I really like Biglow's, like a lot. But it's sooooooooo incredibly frustrating to make a 50 mins drive from my house just for them to ALWAYS be out of something. No ranch, no soda, no eggrolls, no wings, no cobbler...it's always something they don't have! I had to eat my chili dog with a spoon because they didn't have silverware. Like wtf! *it was good though. I really hope they get it together because this in itself will make me stop coming. Especially with how long it takes me to get here and how expensive they are!

Yelp
Burger and fries was great!!!! Service was top notch. Clean and good atmosphere. Will defiantly come back when in the area!!!
google avatar

Yelp
The staff here is wonderful, friendly and kind! I would come back just based on that alone. Be prepared to EAT when you come here because the burgers are BIG and they come with a healthy serving of fresh made fries too. This is probably the biggest burger I've had in Oklahoma. I got the onion burger which had onion jam, fried onions and crispy onions as well. It was cooked perfectly and the onion flavor was the star of the show. Admittedly next time I'll have to share because I couldn't even finish mine despite it being so good.
google avatar

Yelp
Great burgers, super nice staff, and restaurant was clean. I plan on going back.
google avatar

Yelp
I got the spicy cowboy which was not overly spicy, had yummy toppings, but the meat itself was meh. He got the bacon me crazy. Bacon and onions were overcooked (black) and also meat was meh. The bacon jam and big low sauce were the best part I'd say. Fries were great!! They were out of wings so we tried the chili dog - mistake. Cold chili, dry bun. Be prepared to play soda machine roulette! It was actually pretty funny to watch everyone be surprised by what they got. Also the floor was so slippery either with cleaner or grease? Overall it was fine but not worth $18/burger to us.

Yelp
Came here with my family on a Saturday. Place is small so if you have a big family might have a problem with finding a table for them. The food overall was good and well seasoned. However with it being limited seating the staff wasn't cleaning the tables for the customers to sit so the customers were wiping the tables and putting ppl drinks in the trash. There were no drinks available because the drink machine was broken. Had to go spend more money and go next door to the meat market to purchase drinks. Seemed a bit disorganized and they give you good size portions. Not sure if I'll return with my family though due to the sitting situation and the wait time we had with our food. The food made up for all of it though and I understand some things just happen so that's why I'm giving 4 stars.

Yelp
As small wait for the food to be cooked.... freshly cooked to order and well worth it. One of the best burgers I have had in the OKC area! Service was very friendly and courteous! We will be back for more.... very soon!

Diana D.

Yelp
Was super excited to try this place after other reviews, however it fell short of expectations. Fries were hard as a rock. I asked for no onions, FULL of onions on my steak sandwich. Greeter/cashier had zero personality...asked if I could sit at the bar she said NO! Not anyone else there so was confused. No explanation. The steak was good after I unloaded the onions.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to try a new black-owned business tonight, and we both enjoyed it. The woman who hook our order was very nice and welcoming when we arrived. You place your order and then choose your own seat. It didn't take long for our food to arrive, which was nice for a Friday night. I ordered the wings, and they were delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. I loved that they were crispy without extra breading on them. The sweet potato fries were also delicious and served with a marshmallow dipping sauce that I didn't try, I ate mine with ranch. I ordered the peach cobbler to go, since I was too full to eat it at the restaurant. I really enjoyed it, it was delicious and the crust was extremely flavourful. It was a small serving for $7. I hope the portion in the restaurant is larger. Overall, I like this restaurant and think you should try it.

Yelp
I enjoyed everything about this place, from the friendly greeting at the door to the last bite of my meal, the food was delicious and fresh, the service was attentive, the whole experience was great.
google avatar

Nick J.

Yelp
The bacon burger was really flavorful and a good sized burger. Very juicy with a little bit of spice and sweetness. The burger is pricey but I think the quality makes up for it. I'd like to see some more fries though if I came back!! Be prepared to wait for a fresh burger, will take some time.

Yelp
We were really looking to satisfy our burger craving and wanted to eat local and stumbled upon Biglow's. It's super close and their burgers looked like a true burger. At first glance, the price is more on the higher end but considering with fries being included, it's not as bad as that first glance. I ordered the Hot Mama - boy their burgers are HUGE! It had a beef sausage on top of a huge half pound patty that was cooked perfectly. Their fries? Omg, the seasoning and the way they fry their fries... PERFECTION. Imagine the seasoning of the fries from Wingstop, but better and balance of crunchy and softer fries. Their Biglow sauce also gives a balance of sweet and savory on every burger. My hubby ordered the Spicy Cowboy and enjoyed the spice and flavors. Huge burger and tons of crunch from the fried onions. Overall, this place satisfied the want of a yummy burger.

Yelp
Where do I start? Absolutely hands down thee best hamburger I've had in OKC! Literally had to save the other half it was soo freaking big. The spicy cowboy should be called the big ass spicy cowboy burger haha, the frie portions are also humongous! This place reminds me of a smaller five guys restaurant but way way better. Also this place isn't a chain. The lady was very helpful an patient as we couldn't decide. Y'all have to go here, seriously I am now gonna have to go back to the RV show for the weekend just to walk this off in my stretchy pants haha. Also highly recommend miss swiss Burger. I can't wait to go back after I burn this one off first lol.

Yelp
I needed something "bad" and fulfilling because I've been eating healthy for too long so pizza and burgers are my go to. I've been eye bawling Biglows for a long time and finally the day has come to see if it's what I had imagined from the menu and social media. My burger was big, flavorful, and messy. The bacon was more crispy than I usually would have liked but I still ate and enjoyed it. Might need to come here again toto test out some of their other burgers.
google avatar

Shanique K.

Yelp
Very good, I asked for my burger to be well done but it was kinda burnt..... the older black lady that toon my order was funny
google avatar

Audrey C.

Yelp
I stopped in on a rainy afternoon just looking for something warm--and wow, this place delivered. The grilled cheese with pulled pork and bacon was comforting and delicious. The staff offered me samples of their cinnamon and honey butters, and I couldn't leave without buying a loaf of their fresh bread. Such a cozy little spot.

Yelp
I went to Biglows because of a tiktok I seen about them. The atmosphere was very laid back, they even have a pool table so that you can play while you wait. It was not very busy when we go there just two tables were occupied and we had to wait on service. The person in front of us actually went to go find someone to take our orders. We ordered two burgers one for me and the other for my daughter. We also tried the queso it was only meat and cheese do not recommend. The burgers were very good and meaty and not dry my daughter ate hers with no mayo. I also tried the peach cobbler it is not like any other peach cobbler I have tasted, the crust was okay but I like real crust it was more like a crumble to me the way it was layered. They also have Sangria and all I have to say about those are that they are very strong.
google avatar

Tiffany J.

Yelp
Recently visited this establishment due to the overall great word-of-mouth. We were immediately greeted with great customer service from the gentleman taking orders. He was super patient and made recommendations around the fan favorites. We ordered the Mother Clucker (2), Spicy Cowboy, and the Holy Cow. The portion size was great and you'd leave satisfied with the amount of food provided; however, we were unable enjoy the full meal because of the salt level. The salt seemed to overpower the other flavors. The restaurant environment was overall clean but I do wish they offered straws and lids for their drinks.
google avatar

Teah W.

Yelp
First time here , come on a Wednesday around 5:30 . The menu is on the screen when you first walk in no physical ones. The queso was good I got the bacon me crazy burger . The burger was juicy and hot steam wise, wished that I had more of the bacon jam there was little to none. I also tried the sangria it was straight alcohol wasn't too big of a fan. The lady that took our order was super nice and it wasn't too loud.
google avatar

Daniel R.

Yelp
Excellent burgers! Be sure to come hungry because these burgers are huge. However, it's easy to eat the entire burger because it's very delicious.
google avatar

Justina H.

Yelp
This is gonna be my new burger spot! Not only was the food and portions amazing, but the service was great too! We were greeted by multiple people and they continued to check in on us during our visit. The food was delicious, with big patties and fresh, crispy fries. There was also a cool little area to play a little arcade game and some pool. There was a bit of a wait, but it was soooo worth it. We are happy to wait for good food! We didn't get a chance to try their desserts, but they looked really good too. We will definitely be back to try those.

Yelp
You walk in and it's simply decorated. I like it as it's welcoming and not overwhelming. You walk in and wait at the counter to have your order taken. We had to wait a few minutes as staff were working on te existing customers' orders. Once they came out, it was quick and easy. I did ask about which to try, and was told all the burgers were good. We ordered the fried pickle appetizer, an old fashioned burger with mayo, and a spicy cowboy. They arrived, served alongside some tasty-looking fries. The spicy cowboy I was everything I had hoped for... a great burger with a ton of flavor. The old fashioned was really good. It was well-seasoned and, honestly, was an awesome-tasting, traditional burger. The hand-cut, looking almost overdone, fries were perfect. That's the way that potatoes and oil were meant to come together!! Lastly, and certainly, not least. The peach cobbler, with ice cream - of course, was a show stopper. It was oooey, gooey, sweet, cinnamony, peachy goodness. We were full, but in no universe would there not be room for this magic in a bowl. If you're into sauces, their house made ranch is great as is their secret sauce. I bought a bottle of secret sauce to bring home!

Yelp
On the way back from Junklahoma we found a really fantastic burger joint. "Biglow burgers" on north council rd. Personally I was blown away. We split The spicy cowboy burger, a half pound of excellence. Beef, bacon, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, grilled jalapeños, jalapeño jam, & a smokey in house mustard. Hokey smokes, I don't know when I last had a burger at a restaurant this good. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and were tasty. We also ordered a side of fried pickles. Crispy, salty, with a nice dipping sauce & tender on the inside. Super yummy. Overall I can't recommend Biglow's enough. We'll be back & we're bringing all our friends. The wait staff bent over to see that all of our needs were met. Five full stars!
google avatar

Dusty B.

Yelp
Burgers are amazing!! One of the best in the state. Would definitely recommend you try them out.
google avatar

Kelli D.

Yelp
This business has a ton of potential. Food quality is 3-4 stars...large portions (as they should be for the price) and I personally loved the Biglow's special sauce. More staff would be great just to help with cleanliness (dirty tables / slick floor / dirty bathroom). The one lady working the register was very sweet and hustled. While our experience was overall a success (received sit-down hot food service), it will likely not receive my repeat business for burgers. We will likely come back to try the queso or cheeseburger egg rolls ... to go.
google avatar

Shu E.

Yelp
A WHOLE HIDDEN GEMMMMMM. For real. We stumbled on this place because it's right across the gym my husband goes to. And we did exactly what all healthy, nutritious, people do after the gym - we go straight to a burger joint. Really for the amount of caloric sin you spend here, you best be in the gym for half the day before you head on over here. BUT I will say it's calories well spent. Because the food here is absolutely spot on. We've been back since the first time, and the quality was just as great. Portions are massive, and everything tasted just as good as we remembered! Spicy Cowboy burger was my favorite. It was massive and I couldn't finish it, but that was THE perfect burger to me. And if you like your burgers plain, their standard cheeseburger alone was delicious as well. Comes with fries too! If burgers are your thing (like they are my husband's) it's a must visit. Honorary mentions include their wings (a must try for appetizers), and their cheeseburger egg rolls. Place is kept super clean, and customer service is wonderful. Prices are super reasonable for the portions you get. 1000% comes recommended.

Kristye C.

Yelp
Food was delicious and like other reviews stated it big enough to share. The Onionator had a tangy sauce, cheese and three types of onions. The meal comes with fries. The hamburger patty was thick and had a really good crispy edges. I chose water to drink. They also have pop and wine. The young lady who took our order was helpful and kind. Cute place with TVs on the walls. Pretty clean.

Yelp
My friend Boone and her son love to try new burger places and we often trade tips on good spots. A couple of days ago she mentioned biglows and if I had tried it yet. I hadn't even heard of it at the time. What she described sounded awesome so I decided this weekend I had to try it myself. My first try Friday night didn't work out because I didn't think they would close that early but I was determined to try it so I made sure and came back earlier tonight. Their menu isn't huge but their serving sizes sure were! Also I don't mind smaller menus. I would rather a place offer me fewer choices but all of them are wonderful than to offer me a ton of choice but everything is mediocre or crappy. I chose to try the old fashioned and my wife got a chili dog and we got the queso for an appetizer. All of it was good. Neither of us could finish our respective choices but man did I want too. The fries were crispy but not overdone and there was a boatload of em. The meat was seasoned well and very juicy. I tried cutting my burger in half to be able to pick it up but nope it was still too large. I ended up not even being able to eat half but man I wanted more. I also love that this is a black owned local business. This is exactly the types of business that I think we all Should support especially when they are this good. Go there now! Fill your belly! Love life!

Michael P.

Yelp
Spicy Cowboy was so good. Staff were very friendly I I definitely will come back and try another burger.

Yelp
Visited on a Saturday around noon (about an hour after opening). They were already out of a lot of the menu items. We placed an order for 3 burgers and we were told there would be about a 45 min wait. We were disappointed that we didn't get to try more options but the burgers arrived hot and fresh. They are half pound patties so I was full after half of the burger and some fries. I would recommend trying Biglow's at an off peak time and maybe the experience will be better.
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
The burgers and fries were excellent! Liked that drinks were included in the price.Highly recommend the food however, the cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't good and the metal chairs were not comfortable at all. The service and hospitality were below average.
google avatar

Wendy M.

Yelp
Came in on friday night. Busy for a small restaurant. They were in the weeds but we heard good things & were in no hurry. Grabbed a seat, drink & watched the game on. Staff was very friendly & apologetic, Which was no worry as we weren't starving. Wait time to order was a little longer, but DEFIANTLY worth the wait!!! We shared wings & spicy cowboy burger. Portions were plenty for me & my hubby to split...we didnt leave hungry! Burger was fantastic & wings didnt disappoint! We will be back to give other menu items a try. As a fellow small business owner I love supporting local businesses & this one is great!! Biglow's keep doing what your doing and great food is it!

Richard J.

Yelp
Excellent burger! No complaints! 10/10 Great for families, quick meals, or casual hangouts. Biglow's Burgers checks all the boxes.

Yelp
Great food and friendly staff! The flavors are phenomenal and very large portion sizes!

Yelp
I had driven by a couple of times and the place was packed and I left. I finally went back and I'm glad I did. Staff is friendly and quick to greet you when you walk in the door. They have a sign that says this isn't Fast Food and they mean it. I was told 20 minutes so I went ahead and ordered but it ended up being 45 minutes for a ToGo order. With that being said, the Bacon Me Crazy burger was the best burger I've had in Oklahoma City! It's HUGE, Juicy, and stacked with Bacon. I also got the Fried Pickles and they were Yummy! Ask for extra ranch though, two small cups isn't enough for all the pickles. I can put away some food but this ended up being 3 meals for me. The prices seem high until you get the meal, worth every penny. It's a smaller restaurant but cozy and fun. I will definitely go back.
google avatar

Branden H.

Yelp
Rarely do I find a place nowadays that has good food at a good price with an amount of food that makes sense for the price. I was stunned and will gladly pay the 18 for this meal. It was delicious. Service was busy, but quick, burger was cooked well done as they claim it is. The place was small, but we'll taken care of. I'd like a better selection of soft drinks, but not a necessity for me. I wish I took a photo

Jeff S.

Yelp
Okay, this is an amazing burger and fries. A little slow and clunky with service, but I don't care because the food is terrific. We both had the bacon burger and bacon was not skimped on! This is going on rotation.
google avatar

Todd R.

Yelp
Food was awesome and the staff were friendly and helpful. Probably one of the best burgers in OKC, neck and neck with Nic's!

Yelp
I'm going to hate writing this review because they will get busier Absolutely loved my experience at Biglow's Burgers! I decided to try the All American Burger, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, topped with fresh ingredients that made every bite incredibly satisfying. But the highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the wings. They are, without a doubt, the best I've had! Crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside, each wing was a delightful explosion of taste. I can't recommend them enough! If this chicken is that good I wish they would bring back the chicken sandwich. The hand-cut fries were the perfect companion to my burger. They were golden, crispy, and seasoned just right, making them the ideal side. And don't even get me started on the dessert! You absolutely cannot leave without trying the apple cobbler. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal--warm, sweet, and with just the right amount of spice. Overall, Biglow's Burgers is a must-visit spot for delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be back for more!

Yelp
The burger was very good. Handmade meat patty. We had to order to go as there were no tables available. We had the bottom of the fry basket so I can't give a review of the fries. Guy behind the counter was very nice, efficient and helpful. Most of the fountain drinks were not available as they were out. I guess we didn't go at the best time. We will give them another try but will be there when it opens or maybe later in the day.

Shane K.

Yelp
I think being combative about people leaving an honest review shows why people use YELP to review restaurants. Simple piece of tape and a paper to mark the soda machine right isn't hard. Pepsi was root beer and Dr Pepper was strawberry. Food wasnt bad but for sure was sub par unfortunately. Had high hopes but lack of accountability and combativeness makes this a no go for coming back. Thanks for the response to my girlfriend. Hotdog- cold chili tasted good but cold cheese didn't even melt. Burgers big but seemed like frozen patties Bacon and onions black and burnt Great sauce!!! Good French fries!!!
