As an event photographer, I absolutely love working at this venue! It's well-maintained, with great natural light, and thoughtful spaces that make capturing moments easy and elegant. The staff is organized, communicative, and genuinely great to work with — they go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Google
The staff are very kind but we did find our server left without a heads up so it took us a minute to figure out who to tell that we hadn’t paid our bill yet. Lavender kiss: 10/10 (very flavorful without being overpowering) Espresso martini: 7/10 Bananas foster old fashioned shot: 4/10 (it was really smooth but there wasn’t much flavor outside of the whiskey) Tequila Honey Bee: 8/10 (perfect for all the tequila lovers)

Visiting from Florida, Xavier was AMAZING!!!! We tried his specialty drink, Our Lady of Guadalupe, such a twist to a margarita/moscow mule blended together! 10/10!! Good luck on your degree Xavier! This place was 10/10. Must try the meatballs!! Delissshhh

This place is absolutely amazing!! Our server Jameson was so knowledgeable about the wines and the food pairings. I will be back many many times!!

I’ve been coming here for just over a year and in the beginning- it was amazing. The staff has changed over (more than once) and both the service and food is just not the same. Even when they aren’t busy the servers all huddle in one corner of the bar ignoring tables. My server at the bar tonight checked on me once, even after a dish I ordered appeared to look like cat food and was suppose to be spinach & artichoke dip which was sent back. The executive chef stood at the bar in his chefs coat doing nothing but shuffling drinks the entire time I was here- explains why my food wasn’t great. It’s gotten so bad I have my monthly growler membership on hold, I’m not entirely sure I’ll reactivate it. They keep busy and close random times with events so call ahead, sometimes even google (which is apparently where they post times being open/closed for events) is wrong. Sorry Kent, you need to take a look at basic nights like tonight, a Tuesday, as it was pretty atrocious service for such a slow night.

Google
What a great experience! Came here with two friends for a night out and we were not disappointed. The cocktails, wine and food were all amazing! The space is beautiful and we really had a great night. I highly recommend the charcuterie board, the French Onion sliders, the spinach artichoke dip and the Margherita flat bread. I will definitely be coming back!

Google
Ok… The banana’s foster old fashioned is one of the best old fashioned I have ever had! The espresso martini is also amazing! The happy hour is legit, we had the Cab and it was phenomenal! You can also add on a Zinfandel dipper for your cookies, which we did! The PB and J Bombe with the guava jelly was unlike anything I have ever had. I love this place, the atmosphere, the wine, the food, the service! Lauren is awesome, we will be coming back again and again. Love a winery named after an adorable pup! 🥰

Google
Went with a friend for some late lunch. Certainly did not disappoint especially the petit verdot red. The burrata fig flatbread was excellent as was the dessert. We tried their bread pudding it was flavorful. The ambiance was gorgeous with red brick interior and exposed wood beams. Will be back for the petit verdot alone!!

Yelp
This place is such a hidden gem. It's tucked away from the main road. The food is good, wine is great, and the best part of the friendly staff. There are always people holding events here, seems like a great space for it. I've been here for happy hour and dinner and it's always a great deal.
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome winery! We were invited for a group party and made our own blend of wines. Matt made great suggestions and directions. The events manager was so sweet and helpful! The place is absolutely gorgeous and there was lots of space for hanging out and private parties.

Yelp
Loved the ambiance and service was nice. The reserve wines were quite good. Especially enjoyed the cab and Malbec. Would definitely recommend. The cheese board was delicious and they offered a nice variety but I felt like for the size it was slightly overpriced. The sliders were great wish there was more jus. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Yelp
$30 wine and dinner on Mondays. The old warehouse with the wood beams is fascinating on its own, but the super attentive service and attention to detail should not be missed. It's all high tops but amazingly they are balanced and don't rock. Someone had to make that happen and she you are cutting a hand crafted margarita flat bread it's appreciated. Also, on Monday they have a special that our server Rachel suggested and we got a $60 carafe of Sonoma Cabernet with the flatbread for only $30. Thank Goodness it's Monday!

Yelp
We had an event here and they went above and beyond. The food they had for everyone was the perfect amount and plentiful. The wine was flowing and the servers walking around were super helpful. Everyone had a great time. Not one hiccup was had. They handled everything so professionally. We barely knew they were even there, and they kept us feeling like we had the entire place to ourselves.

Yelp
Had the Beet salad. The Ambiance, food and service was great! Drinks were also good! Had wine and the champagne Paloma. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
This is a cute winery tasting room. We came here for pre-dinner drinks and had a good time. They offer two tastings, which feature 5-6 wines, as well as optional food pairings. However, we decided to opt for the wine flights, since we only had an hour before our dinner reservation at another restaurant. Each flight came with three pours. Two of us opted for the sparkling wine flight, and one of us chose three reds. The wine was great, our server was friendly, and the space was beautiful. We noticed a private event in the back of the space, and this would be such a lovely place for a party or rehearsal dinner. We also thought it was fun that the winery is named after the owner's dog!

Yelp
Great urban winery! Vibe: the vibe was super chill with plenty of space, comfy seats and super laid back. Service: attentive without being pushy. The bartender was very nice and helpful. Food: we didn't try the food, unfortunately. But we will be back!

Yelp
This place is absolutely stunning. Love the decor- very 1920s meets industrial vibe, it was SO well done. Our server was very sweet and accommodating. We had two glasses of wine and dessert, and spent almost $70, so be aware of the pricing, plus there is a kitchen fee and a service fee. The dessert was really good, unquestionably.i would go back for a special occasion.

Yelp
Stunning indoor area and cute patio area for catching up with friends, dates, happy hour, and more! They have a new deal on Mondays from 4-9pm where you can get 1 liter carafe of wine with a shared plate for only $30!! Service is always great and staff is very knowledgeable about the wine! They also serve cocktails and beer if you're not a wine drinker

Yelp
What a beautiful place! Thankful for finding this gem through restaurant week! My reservation wasn't showing up on their end but they had no problem squeezing us in! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the wines being served! Highly recommended and will be a return customer!

Yelp
We had a great time on our last day in Denver at Bigsby's! I'm glad I found it when I was searching for places near our hotel since we had an early flight the next day we didn't what to stay too far. We were lucky as there was live music when we stopped in, we sat on the patio and everything was great, the food the service & especially the wine! I have a spine injury and the staff were very kind in allowing me to move a more comfy inside chair outside so I can have a comfortable experience, I really appreciated it. We will definitely make it a point to stop in again next time we are in Denver.

Yelp
I've driven and walked past Bigby's a few times while out with friends in RiNo but finally got the chance to check it out when my friend had a birthday party there for 15. They were very busy at the time of the party with multiple large parties like ours so I was skeptical about how our service was going to be. I was quickly proven wrong! Our servers were absolutely on top of their game! We never had an issue with slow service or waiting too long on anything. Thank you! The drinks served were all delicious and well-made while also being surprisingly affordable. Judging by the ambiance of the spot, I thought it would be very expensive, but the prices were not bad at all! I recommend booking Bigsby's for any parties you may need to host!

Yelp
Overall not impressed and won't be back. Made a reservation on a Saturday for my sister's bachelorette Party. We were a group of 4 and got easily seated but placed in the back. Out server, light brown hair and has flower tattoos on her wrist and hand was the most lackluster person and clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't say her name, told her it's my sister's bday AND bachelorette and she didn't even say the obligatory niceties of "congrats". Didn't walk us through the menu basically just showed up and asked what we wanted to order like I'm sorry am I at a fast food restaurant or doing wine tasting? She had absolutely no knowledge on the wine when we asked her questions and overall just had an attitude. Tasting pairings are small its really meant to just be a bite. I saw they added a 4.5% surcharge for living wages aka they can't pay their employees so we have to? Be on the look for that we didn't notice until after it was charged. The only reason this place isn't getting a 1 star from me is the value. $39 for 5 glasses of wine with food pairings is pretty good and they were decent pours. They claim to have the "authenticity and tradition of California's most prestigious vineyards" sorry honey, I'm from the Napa area not even close. If you're actually a wine connoisseur, and would like to be treated like a decent human being from your server, don't come here.

Yelp
Came here for weekend birthday kickoff. The day was nice so we sat outside... right next to the railway. The menu offered a few specials/flights (which was a little confusing) as well as some food/bite options. Some friends went with the flight and a few of us just got some single glasses of wine. We also got the charcuterie & meat balls to share. Prices were a bit high, service was ok, vibe was good.

Yelp
I love Bigsby's Folly I have been here for events before but never for brunch. They are very dog friendly and accommodating. We got to see the owner, Marla she is so welcoming and loves dogs. The service and food were outstanding as always. The inside has a classy ambiance with a jolt of fun to it. They have always been very accommodating for food allergies. I have a seafood allergy that is pretty severe and I'm sensitive to Chitosan which can be used in the fining process of a lot of Rose's and Whites. They were able to steer me in the right direction for drinks. I am also gluten-free and dairy allergic but can have goat and sheep cheese. We split the breakfast tacos and baked goat cheese with gluten free crackers on the side for me. I would say Ace the Restaurant Dog and WaWa had a great time as well.

Yelp
Bigsby's folly has a nice atmosphere to enjoy wine. You can sit inside or outside. The service was pleasant. We did the VIP wine and food pairing experience with a small bite paired with each wine . Be prepared to uber there and back as the pours are generous. It was a really pleasant experience and the wines were lovely. The food was not the highlight and were more of an afterthought. The food was overall just ok, with some better than others. At the end we got a bottle of wine personalized . I would totally recommend this as a fun and special event. If you are hungry after, there is a nice food court nearby .

Yelp
This is a great hangout spot! If it is your first time, I defiantly recommend the wine tasting! We had 5 full glasses of wine each and 2 people came out to 70/80$ including tip. This is a really good place to catch up with friends, get into deep conversations with significant others, or unwind form a busy week! They have draft wine witch is very different (and it changes frequently!) Come of a somewhat full belly, because their food options are not too good. But they do have decent snacks if needed in-between drinks! Service was friendly and knowledgeable!

Yelp
Attended for a private event. THEE cutest place in the middle of the complex industrial area that is hugely growing. Cranes everywhere for real. Hi ceiling which I love. Wine bar area i. Front with seating. The rear also has an outdoor seated are. This has a feel of acouple great rooms combines. Food was great. Generous wine pours

Yelp
This is a great venue. We sat at the bar since we did not want to wait for a table. It also looked like half the restaurant was being used by a private party. We could see all the people in the private party that was roped off. Husbands were wine snobs but were excited when they saw beer offered on the menu. I loved the decor of dogs and the theme of dogs as best friends. It was fun to see all the different styles throughout the location. We walked to this location during the summer months. It was located in an industrial area probably because it's cheaper than something that is set up appropriately. As said before, this location is within walking distance of light rail.

Yelp
I visited Bigsby's Folly with some friends on a Sunday evening and they were able to accommodate our party of 7 right away with no reservation. We were seated at a large oval table near the door, which made it perfect for all of us to easily communicate. For drinks, most of us ordered Classic Wine Flight Trio, which included three (pretty generous) pours of any three non-reserve wines for just $14. I can't remember what my first wine was (wasn't that into it), but I did love the Cabernet Sauvignon and Everyday Porch Pounder. For food, we decided to order a bunch of plates to share - the Truffle Popcorn (just okay but I'm not big on popcorn), Burrata (my favorite, so good), Fromage Platter (yum), and Southwest Goat Cheese Dip (a group favorite). My friends also ended up trying the Smoked Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies, which were apparently delicious and the Chocolate Cheesecake. Service was quick and our server was an absolute delight - wish I could remember her name! Overall, we had a great time, the ambiance was lovely, and I would definitely return.

Yelp
What an adorable winery in RiNo - Denver! We were looking for a happy hour + early dinner spot to relax and take in the local sights. As a self-certified wino I was interested to taste the local libations. After an easy Uber ride away we arrived to Bigsby's where we were one of two groups. We seated ourselves at the bar and were promptly served. We started with their '19 Rose Grenache (Lodi) and White Rhino which was light and crisp, great for summer. I noticed they also had a Frose option, but didn't opt in. The Rose Grenache was fresh yet sweet with hints of watermelon. Lodi pulls such a unique flavor, that it's hard to describe. But IKYK. We enjoyed noshing on yummies like the hummus, olive & almonds, and a surprise delight, the truffle popcorn. All in all, Bigsby was a pleasure. With plenty of seating from couches, to high tops, and even a private room I can see why this place is a local favorite.

Yelp
One of our go-to date night spots - we LOVE the atmosphere and vibes here. Great spots for weddings, parties, friends, family, coworkers and dates. Easy to find free parking - it's a bit away from the downtown walking scene and near by Zeppelin station. We recommend reservations on Fridays and weekends with larger groups. EPP is my go to red wine - but it's also everyone's favorite and sometimes they tap out for the evening. Cabernet Sauvignon would be my second go-to. Our go-to order - Cheese plate - we always ask for chef choice by the funkiest cheese. Why not since it's smaller portions so it's all worth trying something new than the standards. It includes pickles veggies, almonds, house-made mustard, and warmed baguette. I love their bread portions here - much friendly and heartier than the others. Service - we always seat at the bar so it can get busy from time to time. The staff is always crushing it so be patient if they are also serving a large group or party. Bar serves wine, beers and cocktails drinks. Enjoy!

Yelp
We can't wait to visit Bigsby's again! We came here for brunch and enjoyed everything. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was great. We're both gluten free, and Bigsby's had tons of options for us with nearly everything on the menu having a gluten free option. We got the salmon and Italian flatbread and the charcuterie board. Everything tasted fresh, and we actually ended up with too much food to finish in one sitting. The bartender was knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us find the perfect gin. We'll definitely be back, and we plan on using their private tasting room for future events.
google avatar

Yelp
One of our first stops in Denver was to check out the craft winery and breweries and Bigsby's Folly was next in line. I ordered the wine flight and ended up with their Zinfandel. I forget that Zinfandels are red, when I normally see them as pink! It's a must try and it's very tasty. My boyfriend ordered the Nitro C Amber and it was some good beer! We ordered the wild boar meatball and the mushroom bruschetta. I was underwhelmed by both dishes. The meatball tasted like a meatloaf with so much breading in it. The server confirmed with us that it was gluten free, but it should be called a meatloaf than a meatball. The mushroom bruschetta was just ok. It didn't taste like it was cooked since it was still a bit chewy. You're biting into goat cheese and mushroom. I'd also prefer that the bread was slightly more toasted for that crunch.
google avatar

Yelp
Really good wine! The atmosphere in here can't be beat. The patio out front and back have their own vibe (and surprising as the front is looking at train tracks but for reason the vibe is never off). The inside is very large but the tables are all spaced out well. We have loved all the food we've gotten but I will say overall, this place is super pricey. The wine dinners are good too. $99/person feels high but the food is always on point and upscale and you definitely can get a little tipsy with their welcome drink and heavier pours ;) so, it's worth it! The main reason I'm giving a 4/5 is because I do think this place is overpriced in general
google avatar

Erika P.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and decent winery, food is nothing to rave about. The wine tasting menu came with a pre-built charcuterie board which did not pair well, the acidity from the pickled vegetables seeped into all the other things on the board and made everything a bit sour. Flatbread pizza for $15 wasn't great. Will give it one more shot, but definitely build your own board/choose your own wines and get dinner somewhere else. The servers were very busy and it took a while to get our next pairing of wine, until the server just brought the rest of them all out at once.
google avatar

Amy G.

Yelp
Such a lovely wine bar! The patio is super dog friendly and cozy. There are even dog toys! The wine selection is fantastic and you can order a glass, carafe, bottle or even a growler. On our recent visit we got a pick three charcuterie and really enjoyed the cheese and bread. The house mustard was surprisingly delicious too! Our server was very attentive even with us being the only customers outside. All around, a great place to relax
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
Meh.paid $100 felt like it was worth less for the New Year's Eve party. The decorations were okay. The food was really good with a nice charcuterie spread. Overall older crowd. 40-50s. Would not recommend if you are younger and looking for a exciting time. But overall not bad. The music was catered to an older crowd and not a big fan for the atmosphere for New Years but we paid for the night so we felt obligated to stay. Overall meh night. Come for the drinks but don't come for the young atmosphere. Would love to try this place again when it's not a big holiday like New Years... the service was good and food and drinks were good. Just not what we wanted for our night out.
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
Okay this place is amazing! Definitely further into RiNo than I expect but once arrived, WOW!! The ambiance is beautiful, the wines and snacks were spectacular and the service was stellar!! Meredith made our date night special and we will certainly be back.

Yelp
I've gone to this spot a couple of times throughout the last few months. I never left a review until now. Their happy hour is great (look on their site). I love all their plates. All the food is tasty. It is pricey for the amount of food you're getting, but then again, it's a winery. I've tried the red wine flight (not pictured) and the rose flight (pictured). Both were really good. It's a good spot for special occasions, birthdays, coworker outings, date night, etc. I'll def be coming back! :)

Jeff W.

Yelp
Wine selection was solid. Service was great. Good selection is more on the light side. Nothing wrong with that as the flatbread was great. Not anything that would drive me back though.

Lisa D.

Yelp
Made reservations online a week in advance and when we showed up, we were informed by the staff that they were closing in 45 minutes for a private event - 15 minutes last call for food and 30 for drinks. They failed to communicate their circumstances, to several parties from the looks of it as people were still trickling in after us and were just as surprised and dissatisfied of the news as we were. Our whole experience was rushed and the gal tending to us wasn't even pleasant to make matters worse.
google avatar

Rex K.

Yelp
Imagine wine bar meets tapas and this is what you'll find. A good selection of local and world wines, with the opportunity to sample three at a time on flights. A decent sized menu offers a great selection of food, all of which is freshly made and delicious. It can get very crowded, even mid-week, so a reservation is a good idea if you don't live close by.
google avatar

Christina O.

Yelp
We came in with a few of my family members. Love the atmosphere. It's so cute! We all got wine flights. i got the rose flight, and I can't remember what everyone else got. I just know we all had a great time chatting and snacking. For food we got the characuterie platter and grilled cheese. OMG...I highly recommend the grilled cheese! It's truffle and it just melts in your mouth. It's a cute place to get a few friends or a group together and just hang out and sip some wine together.
google avatar

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
I seen this winery before we arrived and it was right behind our hotel. I stopped here on a busy night when it was completely swamped with people on a Thursday night. I had two glasses of red wine. Appears the wine is made by them on site, but they obtain the wine grapes from another region in the colorado area. The red wine was dry but hit the spot and the price point was on target as well. It was a good place to visit. They had food, but I was just seeking a place to get a drink and enjoy the time.
google avatar

KM R.

Yelp
One of our longtime favorites for brunch and catching up with friends over a carafe of wine.
google avatar

Melissa Z.

Yelp
Came for a relaxing glass of wine and some dinner. I got a great glass of rose. Only thing I would have liked is for the wine to be colder. I ordered the burrata and added prosciutto. It was SO good! The tomato jam under it all was fabulous! Look forward to going back!
google avatar

Alicia S.

Yelp
Disappointed. In January, I came to celebrate my birthday with friends, and we were all thinking we would be enjoying a nice dinner plate with some great wine. The website stated at the time, they had risotto and also listed different dishes. My surprise was that the menu on the website was old and no longer offered risotto. All they had on their menu were appetizers. The ambiance and servers are nice, but I'd never go back. There are way better places nearby. Pricey as well and loud.
google avatar

Rachel M.

Yelp
Cute and spacious event venue! I bet the outdoor patio would be a lot of fun on a warm, sunny day. We walked in without reservations on a Saturday around 2pm and were seated right away, though it was pretty popular! We did the Signature Flight deal for $35 (flight of five glasses and a charcuterie board for three people) plus a mushroom flatbread. Conversation was audible, service was attentive, and the drink/food options were flavorful and pleasant! We'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Katie N.

Yelp
Absolutely love the charm of this place! Classy, yet casual. You can go in jeans or dressed up. There is something for everyone and every price range. The food is spectacular and has so much flavor- I was honestly shocked. I enjoyed the wine flight option, as I couldn't make up my mind for which red I wanted. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Super expensive. Didn't try the food but it does look good. Great for a date night with incredible decor

Yelp
I finally made it to Bigsby's Folly and am so glad I did! Even during Covid times with no indoor dining, we had a great experience. We made a reservation and were seated on the patio which is adorable and well appointed with heaters. I am super excited for when indoor dining is safe again because the décor is beautiful and looks like it would be super cozy to sit by the fire on a chilly night. We were given a complimentary glass of mulled wine which was a perfect touch to warm us up. We ordered some wine flights which were all explained to us. I am detracting one star because I thought the menu was a little lacking. There were no fresh elements and the night after Thanksgiving I was definitely looking for something lighter than the offerings. That being said, the things we did get, charcuterie, risotto, soup, were all warm and delicious. I am excited to make it back to Bigsby's soon!

Yelp
The location has parking on the street or a garage, the food was delicious and presentation was very classy, there are a variety of wines and a flight is a great option to taste multiple wines. The service was so friendly and informative. Recommend this place for a date night, work party or team building gatherings.

Yelp
This is a great spot, my wife has done a number of work events here and happy hours and took me with her to check it out. I loved the look and feel of this spot, and the wine options and overall taste of wine was great. Their food selection looked amazing, the only downfall was that I haven't gotten a chance to actually try any of the food yet just drool over the options. I'll need to come back to try to food as well, but even with my high expectations I have a feeling I will not be disappointed. Great service, beautiful atmosphere and solid selection of wine and foods, everything comes together nicely here for the perfect spot that I recommend checking out.

Yelp
After a previous day full of brewery hopping, we could not wait to get our hands on a refreshing glass of wine - Bigsby's Folly was the perfect spot. Right off the bat I was in love with the dark wood, barn aesthetic, inspired by the roaring 20s. Plus - who can hate a winery where the logo is based on a dog and the patio is full of them! Besides the design, the wine was great and our bartender was very kind giving us splashes of the various wines he was pouring so we could try something new. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a glass of wine or a cute venue for their next event.

Yelp
It had such a good atmosphere! We had two wine flights and a margarita flatbread! Our service was also great!

Yelp
It's the coolest vibe in Denver. Restaurant week pairings were fantastic. Kassidy, our server, gave us great info and tips about the wines and food. It is an ideal happy hour spot!
