We carefully heated everything and apply the different sauces. Did the baked potato on a semi-steamed pot, and worked the butter, sour cream and slowly placed the caviar. The lobster appetizer could have been a meal. We steamed the fritters and the sauce separately. Steamed the Apple Torte and the Anglaise sauce in the container, them mixed when ready to eat. I have never had Coconut Anglaise this good in my life. At my last French trip had a couple of different ones with two types of vanilla but never with coconut. This is an English Cream that different chefs play with it. But this chef definitely made a delicious one! Needless to say the Lobster Sauce was delicate and creamy and amazingly tasty with a snappy taste. This Chef should have awards for the sauces and the meal...... They are all incredible, still licking my finger over the shrimp fritters and sauce They are all incredible. We devoured the filet mignon which was extremely tender and juicy. As you can see, we really enjoyed the extraordinary meal! Thank you and my complement to the Chef, well done!

Hello! I just wanted you to know how pleased we were with our event this past Saturday. What a great process it was from start to finish. We had excellent meetings with your staff and follow through from both Gen and Ruby, the ideas and execution were terrific, your staff was professional and attentive. You listened to all of my requests and ideas and then improved on them. Our family and friends were raving about the food, the bar, the desserts...all in all a great night! We had the most magical wedding day and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! The venue was so beautiful and the bill hansen team set everything up perfectly! The food was amazing and unique all of our guests loved it and said it was plentiful and the day ran so smoothly! Sandra was amazing in helping us every step of the way and answering all of our questions promptly. I would recommend them to everyone, you and your guests will not regret it!

We had the most beautiful wedding at Villa Woodbine! The food and service is incredible and went beyond our expectations. All of the staff are extremely responsive and professional. Highly recommend! We had a 50 person wedding in a private venue. Bill Hansen handled the food, drinks and rentals. We said food and drinks were the most important thing and they made that a reality for us. We had 6 passed hors d'oeuvres, served dinner, open bar and coffee station. Our family still talks about the food and coffee! Even though the wedding was small and simple, the room looked elegant. Even my husband was surprised how nice the room looked! Thank you (especially Sandra and Amy) for making our small day so perfect and delicious!!

okay listen up ... if you are looking for a caterer Bill Hansen should be your choice. They made our wedding on 3.25.21 a dream! Im going to highlight some bullet points from their exceptional service: 1. The most responsive vendor I worked with 2. Valentina is amazing, you will be so lucky to have her she definitely goes above and beyond. 3. They helped me with other vendors 4. Sample of different table setting (soo helpful) 5. So accommodating & flexible (i planned a destination wedding while in school, so i needed to pack alot of things into my short trips) Day of reviews: 1. Bill Hansen staff was at the ceremony (even tho different location) to assure everything was okay 2. Staff was so nice (my guest told me how kind everyone was and how attentive they were to the guest) 3. Staff had an amazing attitude (i felt like i made friends with 6 different staff members) 4. THE FOOOD sooo good!!! Like wow beyond my expectations. Definitely get the chicken quesadillas, bacon wrapped maduros SOOOO many more greeat things 5. Everything at the reception went so perfectly and it was such an intimate party. 6. I had a guest ask me a COUPLE weeks after the wedding where she could get some of the food bc she couldnt stop thinking about it. (need i say more) *when planning a wedding or event, lets be honest you pay a good deal of money - all you want is quality and service for what you pay for and Bill Hansen is exactly that (and more). Bill Hansen service is definitely defined by excellence.

We have been to so many weddings with bad food, this was super important to us. BH and Thierry were top two choices and after discussing with our wedding planner who have done tasting with both, she said food by BH is light years better. We went with BH and absolutely loved our tasting, planning process, and food on the day of. Sandra was so accommodating with our requests and the team nailed it on the day of. This steak was the best steak at a wedding that my father in law has ever had! Thank you so much BH and sandra!!!!!

We were recently at a wedding at Villa Woodbine and it was catered by the Bill Hansen catering group. The Bill Hansen team was very well-organized and orchestrated an incredible and memorable dinner for 150 guests. The Bill Hansen team was prepared, had planned for the event, and was very appropriately staffed for an on-time service with a very high-quality product. The serving team was friendly, efficient, and very happy to accommodate any special requests. The quality of the filet mignon that was served was higher than any quality I've had in an actual restaurant. Understanding the challenges that make it very difficult to serve 150 guests all at one time with a somewhat limited kitchen at the Villa Woodbine, the Bill Hansen team pulled it off and had an A++ performance. Awesome job!!!!

We ordered Passover Seder from Bill Hansen and Catering by Lovable's. I'm not gonna lie, everything was delicious. Best of all, everything we needed was included. The food was delivered on time. I set everything up on my own plates and had a Beautiful table set. It was my least stressful Seder ever, the food was delicious, everyone was happy and I didn't slave away in the kitchen for days and go to 1 million different grocery stores to get everything I need. I think this could be the start of a new trend. Chef Dewey is amazing!!!

I had my wedding with Bill Hansen Catering at Villa Woodbine on January 22, 2021. The team is incredible! I worked closely with Eden, she is very detailed and and made sure to bring my vision to life. She made sure to answer any question I had in a prompt manner and made the wedding planning process go smoothly. My husband and I are foodies and are very particular when it comes to food but the food that was served on our wedding day surpassed our expectations! Our guests raved about how beautiful the wedding was and how delicious the food was. We can not thank the Bill Hansen team enough for giving me the wedding of my dreams!

Where do I even start! We recently got married at Villa Woodbine and Bill Hansen was our caterer. This whole process was absolutely amazing. From the day I met Ashley our coordinator throughout this whole process, she was just the sweetest. She was patient and answered all my questions, even if I had to ask multiple times lol. Leading up to the event she was always easy to get a hold of and always open and honest. We chose to do the Villa's summer deal that had been offered to us which made everything a lot easier on us since some of the vendors were included in this package (catering, florist, DJ, Tables, linens, outdoor AC tent). This made the planning process a lot more simple for me since I didn't have to go out and search for each of these. The day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch! As far as getting ready purposes, we didn't choose to get ready in the bridal suite at the Villa (we were a lot of girls) we wouldn't have fit comfortably with all the makeup and hair artists too. Anthony was our coordinator from the venue the day of the actual wedding and Ashley stuck around and helped out for a bit too. Anthony was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed and made sure to check in with us throughout the night to make sure we were doing fine. We actually got to eat the food at our wedding lol not just at the tasting and truly it was delicious! I am an extremely picky eater and always hate catered food, for months leading up to the event I had been saying how I just want going to eat at my wedding and I'd just Uber McDonald's lol. So when I got the chance to try it at the tasting I was SO pleasantly surprised! It was actually delicious from start to finish! The AC tent was an absolute lifesaver (and was actually really cold!) it was Miami summer hot out and everyone was extremely grateful for the tent. Although the dancing was outdoors, everyone was having too much fun to care about the heat at that point. I can honestly that everything turned out perfectly, I couldn't have imagined how seamless everything turned out! Huge thank you to everyone from Bill Hansen & the Villa!

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Bill Hansen and the great service they provided. Everything was very easy from the beginning. I ended up getting married at vizcaya during the pandemic after several postponements and I can honestly say I had a very smooth experience because of Sandra; she was there every step of the way and really helped with every unforeseen situation. She made me feel at ease in many situations and I'm truly grateful and very happy I chose this vendor. The food was perfect, the drinks were delicious and our bartender was fabulous!

We got married at Villa Woodbine on November 9, 2019, and while it is a special place, the Bill Hansen Catering team and our event producer Ashley Morales made it truly exceptional. Our guests are still raving about the food, commenting that it was delicious not just for wedding food, but for food food as well (the highest compliment!). Additionally, their staff was polite, friendly, professional and truly cared about their jobs. The week of the wedding, Ashley kept in constant with us and our vendors, ensuring that all details were checked and double checked. She and the entire team exceeded all of our expectations (and more!), and we had the wedding day of our dreams because of them. So yes, the venue is gorgeous beyond belief, but the added value and service that the team brings to the table is unparalleled. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the most magical and perfect day!

This is our go-to place for holiday dining in this pandemic era. Great Thanksgiving meal -- fabulous turkey, over-the-top gravy. My spouse Kathy Martin makes a fabulous cranberry sauce, but Hansen's cranberry-kumquat was a close second. Also super desserts and dressing. Friends had a passover dinner from Hansen's that they was fabulous -- and plenty of leftovers. Chef Dewey Losasso makes this place special.

We had our wedding at Villa Woodbine, and our night was magical! Sandra and the rest of the team at Bill Hansen went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience! From the food to the venue, everything was perfection. Highly recommend!

In a nutshell: spectacular We are incredibly happy that we chose to work with Bill Hansen catering for our wedding. The entire team worked very hard, was willing to get in the weeds with us and importantly, was able to execute on a fully customized and complicated menu. I specially want to highlight the efforts from Sandra and Chef Dewey -- they worked tirelessly to ensure we got exactly what we had dreamed up. Given my wife and I are Chinese and Indian, we worked out a customized menu that touched on a fusion of flavors from both countries. To make things even more complicated, we also added on a late night bites menu of several American classic foods, given we both grew up here in the States. Bill Hansen was able to flawlessly create all of this; several guests were so impressed with the Indian portion that they thought the chef was an Indian-native! Obviously, pricing here is on the higher end, but even then Bill Hansen was willing to work with us to arrive at something very reasonable. We give Bill Hansen a glowing recommendation and couldn't be happier with how everytbing turned out.

Having our wedding at Villa Woodbine was a dream. Everything went flawlessly and was what we dreamed of and more. The venue is absolutely beautiful. With the lights, trees, and all of the decor it was so romantic and breathtaking. Ashley was wonderful working with us to prepare all of the details and was always willing to go above and beyond to help. The food is FANTASTIC. We had such a hard time deciding what to choose because everything we tasted was phenomenal. The service was great too. Our guests arrived early, and they began to serve welcome drinks right away while they waited. They also catered to us as the bride and groom. They brought us up platters of hors d'oeuvres to the bridal suite during cocktail hour, gave us an extra meal at the end of the night to take home, and even continued to make the welcome drink all night for me. Highly recommend!

ALL of our wedding guests could not stop talking about the food! I remember doing the tasting and being blown away, but their execution during our wedding was beautiful, professional, and most of all delicious and of the best quality. We had guests asking if our food was catered from a local restaurant because they wanted to order from them after the wedding. Money well spent! And can we talk about Villa Woodbine and the staff? The villa is truly magical on it's own and took the wind out of me as I arrived and saw the final product on my wedding day. Ashley Morales worked with my husband and I for a year and was responsive, kind, helpful and honest. She made our experience unforgettable and we are so thankful for her! I can't say enough good things about the venue and food.

The team here did an A+ job at catering our wedding! Out of everything, the guests complimented us on our food the most. We got the dim sum, florribean, and tapas stations, and they were all fantastic. More than a few guests said that they wished that they could have bought the salad dressing to take home with them. I'm very thankful that we were able to work with the Bill Hansen Catering team, and have already recommended them to a few of our friends! We also want to shoutout Eden and Marissa for supporting us with A++ care during the planning and execution phases.

Amazing catering company! My fiancé and I were originally supposed to get married June 2020 in Michigan but had to cancel because of COVID, we postponed our wedding and decided to do a destination with our closest family and friends in Miami, Florida. I came across Bill Hansen Catering through instagram and reached out, I worked closely with Sandra at BH to plan my wedding. She was amazing, very responsive and was willing to do anything to make the wedding happen, the food and service was absolutely incredible. Couldn't have done it without her and the BH team. I highly recommend having BH team for your event!

Sandra and the Villa Woodbine team were absolutely amazing. Everyone told me having an intimate covid wedding miles away from my home would be stressful. But as soon as I was connected with Sandra I knew I had nothing to worry about. Her passion and positive energy made the planning process effortless. Villa Woodbine was the most incredible venue! Since the moment we drove in we felt in love with the magic of the venue! It was 1000 times more beautiful in person than in images, we fell in love with every detail, the courtyard, the backyard, the rooms, it was all just so perfect. The team was incredible, starting with the fact that we got married through the pandemic. Eden and Marissa were so helpful with everything even after having to postpone they were in constant contact with us updating us with all changes. Finally the day came and we got to say I do in front of all of our friends and family. Even in the middle of a rainstorm the staff made sure all of our needs were met. The raindrops made the clear tent even more beautiful. You plan for this day for such a long time expecting some things to go wrong but at this beautiful venue with this amazing team everything was PERFECT!

After speaking with Ashley, she noted that she works at Bill Hansen Catering (very prestigious in the south Florida area). Ashley offered to take the day to show me 4-5 venues that they work with and we fell in love with the Deering Estate. Throughout the entire process of deciding plated vs stations, coffee bar, open bar and the food choices, Ashley was 100% on top of everything! She responded instantly to my emails and texts and we actually became friends through this process. It was also a fun trip to go visit her at her office (Villa Woodbine) because it was so beautiful. Fast forward to November 2, 2019 - our guests RAVED about the food, how it was so plentiful and warm. They RAVED about the hors d'oeuvres and welcome Mojitos. The guests said the coffee from the international coffee cart was some of the best they've ever had. And the bartenders were so sweet and made amazing mixed drinks. We are still on cloud 9 reminiscing about our perfect day and how the entire team at Bill Hansen Catering along with our wedding planner, The Creatives Loft, made our dreams come true (and stress-free). We can't thank you enough!

We used Bill Hansen Catering as the exclusive caterer for our venue (Villa Woodbine). Eden was extremely professional and personable in helping us plan our wedding all the way from DC. She offered lots of helpful suggestions and assisted us with booking vendors (i.e. DJ, lighting, etc.). She listened to what we wanted and made an effort to make our special day perfect. Throughout the entire process (i.e. Initial meeting, tastings, day of, etc.), all the staff at Villa Woodbine went above and beyond As foodies, one thing my now husband and I were particular about was the quality of food. Having been to several weddings, we knew first hand how wedding food could be notoriously bad. Since we were paying so much out of pocket, we definitely wanted to make sure the food was good. Bill Hansen did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely amazing from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the entrees. We opted for the Argentine chimichurri and Chilean sea bass. Guests are still raving about the food to this day! Whether you book Villa Woodbine or another venue, I'd highly recommend hiring Bill Hansen for catering!

Bill Hansen is by far one of the best catering companies I have had the pleasure of tasting and working with. Their food is delicious and it showed through my guests' clean plates. We are very happy that we chose to work with Bill Hansen catering for our wedding. I always knew their food and service was great, but we still looked at other options to find the best price. At the end of the day, the difference in pricing was not by such a large amount. Their quality and professionalism is the reason I feel they are a 5-star company. A year prior to our wedding I contacted Ashley, the event producer. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She came to visit venues with us and show us what Bill Hansen has to offer. They are truly a total package when it comes to making your wedding day perfect and flawless! After postponing our original wedding date due to schooling, I didn't contact her again until a year later when we decided the gap out of school would be a perfect opportunity. Bill Hansen just did my wedding this past weekend, and I could not be happier. The food was delicious, service was great, and the prices were fair considering the quality of food and service! Gen and her team helped us every step of the way. They were always available when we reached out and followed up so quickly. Found all vendors on the Villa Woodbine Instagram- highly recommend Summer Nicole for day of coordinator and Erika at Miami Center Pieces for florals! Our guests had the best time and told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had! We agree! The unique drinks and creative apps were very impressive and I am a big time foodie!! All in all our wedding was an absolute dream from the planning process to the execution. Gen is a true delight to work with and went above and beyond for us! We first heard of/had Bill Hansen last year at my sister's wedding... all I ever thought about was their amazing hors'doeuvres. OHMYGOODNESS! They were absolutely delicious! Fast forward to my wedding in February, I knew I wanted to have their hors' doeuvres, mainly for me . I had first contacted them 8 months prior to our wedding day & when I told them where I was getting married, they couldn't have chosen a more perfect event producer, Eden Bauer, as she also got married at the same venue (Estancia Culinaria, Redland, FL). She was super patient & worked w us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted & needed! God bless her, I had questions on questions but she made it sooo easy for me, I say me because I was internally stressing out!!! We had been studying their menu back & forth, day & night, to make sure we had the most amazing dinner menu for our guests & ourselves (we both are super foodies & loooooove to eat!) Once we chose our menu... the most fun part of our wedding planning finally came! THE FOOD TASTING!! Upon our arrival we were greeted by (& finally met) Eden & her event coordinator, Genevieve & they were absolutely wonderful in person. The hospitality that was given to us was like no other. Their venue itself was soo beautiful! We also met our chef, Chef Mary, who was sooo sweet! All the food tastings that were brought out completely BLEW OUR MINDS!!! Way better than I remembered! (We highly recommend the Blue Crab Tostones, Seared Tuna Won Ton Crisp Cup, & Brie Tartlets for hors' doeuvres) I cannot stop thinking about those!! We had chosen to do 3 dinner stations rather than the typical sit down dinner, we wanted variety & options for our guests & let me tell you, I couldn't wait for them to eat what we had selected. Everything was divine! We had also surprised our guests w a late night STREET FOOD station & my guests couldn't believe there was more food. I dream about the short rib Philly cheesesteak Now for our wedding day, our event supervisor Anthony, could not have been any more amazing & attentive to us & our needs, he made sure we had our plate of food, a full glass & always came to check if we had needed anything. I never thought I would have been able to have the wedding of my dreams w a BOMB ASS TEAM!!! I can't thank Bill Hansen Catering enough! As a planner for over 20 years, I never hesitate to recommend Bill and his team to my clients. They always go the extra mile to make my clients happy. I chose Bill Hansen Catering for my own wedding 17 years ago and have continued to work with them through the years. Most recently, I partnered with Bill's team for a client's wedding at The Versace Mansion (Casa Casuarina). The weather was a challenge but the staff at Bill Hansen catering rose to the occasion, and together we modified the timeline to keep the client's event flowing perfectly. I was glad they were there. Their professionalism as usual, never wavered!

We had an intimate wedding at Villa Woodbine on September 14, 2020. While we did not have the pleasure of having a full, sit-down dinner with Bill Hansen Catering (BHC), we did have the most delicious hors d'oeuvres! My personal favorite was the Petite Jalapeno Corn Muffin w/ Short Rib Ropa Vieja and my husband's was the Smoked Chicken Quesadilla- YUMMY! We also had the Grilled Cheese 2.0, which was a huge hit with our guests. The chef/s did a fantastic job and the servers performed their jobs with such graciousness. All while in the Florida heat, WITH FACE MASKS! We could not have been happier with the service we received from BHC. If you are considering this company as your caterer, they will not disappoint!

On blind faith and never checking any reviews I chose Bill Hansen catering. Everyone I spoke with that attended my daughters wedding raved about the food from the appetizers through to dessert. The food was tasty,hot,well presented and well served. The servers were polite, efficient and more than accommodating. Gaetana made certain everything was perfect. And it was. Since my last review of Bill Hansen Catering, I've been to numerous events catered by this company. Each event was spectacular. The service staff was professional, courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. I love that this company is consistent in their service and their service has always been top notch.

Bill Hansen exceeded our expectations. We felt they were very professional and attentive. Our food tasting was amazing as they greeted us with champagne and made it very personal. Ashley was our event producer and she was extremely helpful and transparent which was much appreciated, especially when your taste in weddings exceeds your budget. She was able to problem solve and provide creative solutions to work with us on several issues like seating and lighting options. She also responded to emails and phone calls very quickly which reduced our stress levels tremendously. She was really there for us and made sure our vision was executed perfectly and we cant thank her enough. We had our ceremony and reception at Villa Woodbine and our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was and how amazing the food was. They cook the food on-site and use the freshest ingredients so it tastes just as if you went to an upscale restaurant. The service they provide was worth the investment. Bill Hansen himself even wrote us a thank you note for using their services, but we have to say the thank you goes to them and their hardworking team. This was one of the best days of our lives and we were really glad we chose Bill Hansen!

Choosing to have my wedding at Villa Woodbine was hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made. After visiting numerous wedding venues, I eventually stumbled upon Villa Woodbine and instantly knew that this was the place I wanted to get married. It had everything I wanted and more- lush greenery, old Florida architecture, delicious food and the opportunity to work with the amazing Bill Hansen team. With 220 people attending our wedding my biggest concern was making sure everyone was served at the same time and that the food be hot. The dinner was flawless and the amount of compliments we received was astounding. I had always heard rave reviews about Bill Hansen catering and I can now attest that they were spot on! During my two- year engagement my mother and I worked extensively with Sandra, our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning it was clear that Sandra possessed all the skills and qualities a dream wedding coordinator would have. She was extremely organized, accountable, patient, flexible, detail oriented and seriously always just a phone call or text away. Sandra truly made my dream wedding come to life and I could never thank her enough!

I understand my score is drastically lower than the rest of reviews here, and it could possibly just have been out of the ordinary for their typical customer service, however my experience at Villa Woodbine with Bill Hansen catering was nothing short of a terrible experience. Let me start off by saying that my fiance and I LOVED the venue, even though it was a tad over our budget I was still willing to put down a deposit that week, that is how impressed I was with the property. However my experience there with our wedding coordinator put such a sour taste in my mouth. With my fiance and I both in the sales world I understand at the end of the day that booking a client for a venue is a sale, but spending upwards of 30k of my personal money on an event, I do not want the words "We have them, they are definitely going to book here" said to me & in front of me deliberately. Nor the words, "what is a couple thousand dollars, I would hate to see you guys lose this place over a couple grand". That was the first huge turn off, but still I loved the venue that much I was willing to over look the comments and even sent a direct follow up email after touring the venue that said how much I loved it, we were ready to put down a deposit and for her to please send me an RFP. I did not hear from her for an entire week, she went ghost on me. Coming from high end sales, dealing with high profile customers and expensive budgets this was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I felt like I was begging for them to take my 30+k. We ultimately decided this was not a good fit & found another venue. It is a shame but nobody wants to feel that spending that much of their own personal money is treated just like an average day sale that no one there could care less about. My suggestion would be to work with your coordinators on integrity sales tactics and timely follow up.

Best catering around you will not find someone as caring and professional! The food is so amazing and your choices are endless. They work with you every step of the way to make sure your happy with everything you are getting! Everyone is compassionate and so helpful and the food I've never heard so many compliments on food in my life! The venue is amazingly charming and I can't thank everyone enough for how awesome our wedding was!

We began our venue search with two things in mind: 1. mansion/house and 2. outdoor feel. We encountered Ashely Morales at Villa and she was helpful and honest from day one. She never made us feel pressured to book the venue but really understood what we were envisioning. Her sense of humor, warm personality, quick email/call/text responses, excellent sense of execution were some of her best traits. She was always willing to help with cost effective suggestions without compromising our vision. The Villa itself was to die for the moment we walked in. The customer service from the entire staff at Villa is amazing. What I loved about it the most was the I did not have to worry about a thing because on wedding day, things ran just as we had planned. Pros: * The Villa is absolutely beautiful! I love how it's intimate and it doesn't feel just like another venue. * Since we had our wedding in September, we had to use the tent. The tent was with AC and the chandeliers that were included were beautiful. * Food tasting from what I've heard never taste the same on wedding day but surprisingly, it actually did! * Lissette who was the Event Manager on wedding day made sure things ran smoothly. * Kuddos to the Chef and catering team as all guests raved about how exquisite the food was along with its presentation and how attentive the Waiters were. * I love how a platter of appetizers was set aside for us. I've heard time after time that the bride and groom rarely try these on their weddings because of the photos that follow the ceremony. But Ashley and Lissette ensured we tried these and we also got to try our Welcome Drink which was absolutely delicious! Cons: * Bridal Suite: I chose not to get ready at Villa's Bridal Suite because I had a total 9 individuals including myself. The space would have been very tight. If the bridal party is small I would say 4 people, I can definitely see the space work for others. Another negative was how warm the suite can get. It did cool down after all the people left and the door was not continuously opening but nonetheless with many people it is still a little hot. * Courtyard: It's extremely hot in the courtyard and dancing area. Although the Villa is a historic site and limited things can be done to the architecture, I think there should be a way where additional fans or cooling system can be installed. This would make it much more comfortable to guests where they can come out to dance. * DJ: Must use the DJ from their approved vendor list due to noise ordinance. We didn't really like style of the DJ. * Music was barley heard where the sweetheart table was which was at the end of the backyard. * Party size: We had appx. 160 guests and our guest couldn't really dance in the designated area. Recommendations for DJ since he's an in house vendor: * Announce where the coffee and alcohol bars are located. Some guest did mention they didn't know where to find the coffee. * Advise guest that the cake will only be served inside the tent. Many guest didn't try the cake and it basically went to waste. * Announce the photo-booth because guest didn't know where it was.

Bill Hansen Catering - I want to tell you what a wonderful job your staff always does when my husband and I have worked with your team at weddings. Your staff truly stands out as consisting of people that care about the guests, bride and groom, and even vendors at events. Always smiling and professional, and their great work ethic shows. I wish I knew all names, but I specifically want to mention a girl named Nashley (not sure if I spelled that correctly) who is SO sweet whenever I see her! She is always smiling and asking how I am, etc. Seems to enjoy her job so much. But not just her - your staff as a whole is wonderful and attentive, and the food is always top notch, of course. I had my wedding in Jan 2016. I initially hired PCS events as my caterer and that turned out to be a complete nightmare so I had to terminate the contract 3 months before our wedding date. Diego and Amanda at Bill Hansen saved my wedding. We planned everything in 3 months and the turnout was amazing. I will always recommend Bill Hansen to anyone!

The Bill Hansen team was wonderful throughout the planning process - they were patient and eager to accommodate our wishes to help bring our vision to life. The food was excellent and the chef was wonderful to work with. Although the planning process went smoothly, the team disappointed us the night of our event. The team didn't respond well to rain and was unable to provide an umbrella even for the bride and the groom. The team didn't put down the sides of the tent during the torrential downpour and many tables were soaked and meals ruined. The team didn't also didn't jump to action when furniture was being destroyed by the rain, which caused a huge headache for the newlyweds days following the event. Guests noted that they were served the wrong entrees and/or the food was cleared too quickly. Guests also mentioned that some of the waitstaff was rude and that the bar was closed for most of the cocktail hour. I could go on and on but the big takeaway is that our night would have been perfect had the weather behaved however, a south Florida wedding business should be very familiar with unpredictable weather and have been able to handle it.

The food, drinks and service at my friend's wedding were absolutely amazing. I was left speechless. It was a magical night where I didn't seem to want for a thing. My glass was always full. Hors d'oeuvres were always within reach. Every staff person was polite, generous and knowledgeable. Did I mention how good the food was? Exquisite. Bill is first class. He puts all of his decades of experience into his events. Amazing.

Words don't do it justice! I'm so incredibly happy that I chose Villa Woodbine as my wedding venue and was able to work with the amazing staff at Bill Hansen Catering. In all honesty, they made the entire process a breeze. As a bride, it's only normal that you're filled with worries like taste and quality of food, rentals, whether or not your guests will feel they were catered to and taken care of, etc. Their staff is truly passionate for what they do and it shows in everything they put their hands on. One month after our big day and family and friends are still impressed with the level of detail at our wedding. Something as simple as picking up our guest's napkins after they finished their hors d'oeuvres and perfect food presentation wowed our guests and showed the level of service that Bill and his team strive to deliver. There wasn't a single person that didn't have something amazing to say about their meal and drinks. For over a year leading up to our wedding I worked with Amanda who, throughout the process, has become more like a friend. She guided me when I was flustered, held my hand every step of the way, answered millions of my e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner, and even dealt with just a little bit of the Bridezilla in me. I am forever indebted to her and the rest of their staff for truly helping me bring my vision to life. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't do anything differently. I look forward to keeping Bill Hansen Catering close to our family for many years to come.

Bill Hansen Catering provided the catering for my destination wedding in Miami. My wedding planner recommended this business and her feedback was sincere: these guys are good. We selected a top level menu, and were absolutely delighted with the results. I also remember the professionalism of the servers.

6 months ago today I had my wedding at Villa Woodbine, catered by Bill Hansen. 6 months later and people are still talking about how wonderful the food, wedding and venue were including myself and my husband. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. We worked with Amanda and Liz who were wonderful in answering all of my questions and making suggestions. The entire experience at our tasting was top notch. We were greeted by a handwritten beautiful sign welcoming us accompanied by champagne. We continued with our tasting, which was one amazing piece of food after another. We were also able to meet Bill while we were there and he was so gracious and kind! We are not a huge cake couple and chose to have an ice cream bar with warm cookies, which was so us! Any suggestion or request we had was welcomed by the staff, which made planning stress free! If I could have our wedding again, or just a fun romantic dinner at the venue again, I would have it at Villa Woodbine with Bill Hansen Catering in a heartbeat!
