Stopped by because Mango Mango was a total fail and poor customer service. Went here and was served promptly and efficiently. (Meanwhile we waited 45 min for them to forget our order at Mango Mango!) Tried the soft serve it was delicious! Would come back again!

Got myself a mango one. It tastes weird at the first bite but started to enjoy it at the second. Never knew this combination is so good! Couldn't get enough! I'll definitely visit again.

Very creative style, atmosphere inside is outstanding. I had chosen the chocolate with pocky sticks & Oreo, topped with a Nutella drizzle bingbox. Tasted really good, however the shaved ice cream tasted slightly watery & the downside was that my two friends & I couldn’t find a spot to sit since the place is pretty small. However, that does not interfere with my five stars towards this review. Great place, will definitely look forward to coming here again.

This is Proabably the best shaved ice type ice cream in the city. Ussually shaved ice seems to have less flavor than regular ice cream, and I just don't like it as much. However since this ice is infused with the flavor, it has a lot more flavor than other shaved ice. Its not as flavorful as regular ice cream but definitely more refreshing.

Awesome! They serve super meshy style ice "cream". Actually it's more like snow formation of ice, not cream. Chinese is 绵绵冰. They have some tea flavors, I love it! Teas are Super match with sweet!

Great portions, $7 for a bingbox of ice cream with 2 toppings and a drizzle (the strawberry ice was delicious). Perfectly to split. Adorable bear shaped spoons and lots of seating.

Their shaved ice desserts are good, but when they are busy, it's super slow... Took more than 20 mins to get to my order after I paid..

The shaved iced boxes are very pretty and delicious. Service is quick and staff is very helpful in answering any questions. Seats about 15 people.
