A tiny weekday lunch kiosk that serves takeaway Nepalese momos plus roti, rice & vegetable combos.
"If you want to make sure to do one thing right today, make sure it’s grabbing lunch at Bini’s Kitchen. The Nepali restaurant in SoMa makes excellent momos. We love everything about them—from the well-spiced turkey, lamb, or veggie fillings to the delicate flour wrappers to the tasty roasted tomato and cilantro sauce that comes on the side. Get the combo meal if you’re really craving momos and want to enjoy Bini’s other great dishes, like their sautéed cauliflower with peas, green onions, and spices." - julia chen 1, ricky rodriguez
"One likely weekend scenario: you have an out-of-body experience standing front row at Post Malone’s country set and need to reground yourself in reality with a plate of hot momos. Bini’s Kitchen, a Nepali spot in SoMa, makes some of the best in the city. The exact fillings are still TBD, but if it's turkey, lamb, or vegetables marinated in their house-spice blend, you should be very excited. " - julia chen 1

"Long a staple at pop-ups, street food festivals, and a lunch-only FiDi takeout window, Binita Pradhan now has a proper restaurant where customers enjoy her fantastic Nepalese momos, with their scratch-made wrappers and delectable fillings — though, of course, they’re only doing takeout and delivery right now. The restaurant is now open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m., offering hot meals — $10 for eight turkey or veggie momos, or $45 for a full family meal that feeds four — as well as big packs of frozen momos for you to stash away in your freezer. Call or text your order to 415-361-6911 (or email order@biniskitchen.com), pay via Venmo, and arrange for curbside pickup." - Luke Tsai
