Biohotel-Restaurant Rose (Tress Gastronomie GmbH & Co. KG)

I made a reservation some days before - I loved that the kitchen works - on a Sunday - from lunch to dinner. Sunday lunch is for us an afternoon event, therefore normal suabian restaurants do not fit. We had delicious dishes - meat is considered a side dish - so we ordered combinations of plates - buckwheat, fungi, cole and carrot - new tasty food. It is worth the trip to the suabian albs. And the Tress brothers offer a variety of great wines. But we wanted to have a glass of beer - here it is from the best brewery of the region - BERG.

Very good service!! Nice ambient Could still be improved with the elimination of flies (inside seating), I understand that itis difficult with the senarby farming and everything, but it is defintely achievable;) Reasonable price for europe I suggest you get the lamb for main dish It was the best out of all three main meat dishes they had to offer at this time The complimentary bread with "farmer's bread" was sooo gooood. If you are lucky, you might get to try this one.

The food and service were excellent. The rooms had solid Wood furniture according to the eco Philosophie of the family. The decor however is outdated as opposed to the very stylishly renovated Restaurant. The guest lounge in the guesthouse has suffered water damage and looks a little unloved.

The Rose team take food to the next level. It’s the combination of the raffinesse of fine dining with authenticity, never loosing focus on the people and the awesome organic ingredients that make the difference. Check out their events, too. Any of them is worth joining.

Many vegan options, mostly vegetarian 🌱 very delicious and great staff!
