I made a reservation some days before - I loved that the kitchen works - on a Sunday - from lunch to dinner. Sunday lunch is for us an afternoon event, therefore normal suabian restaurants do not fit. We had delicious dishes - meat is considered a side dish - so we ordered combinations of plates - buckwheat, fungi, cole and carrot - new tasty food. It is worth the trip to the suabian albs. And the Tress brothers offer a variety of great wines. But we wanted to have a glass of beer - here it is from the best brewery of the region - BERG.
