This place is awesome amazing flavor so many items on the menu worth trying found this place on my lunch break love it highly recommend! Friendly staff great music great patio + free parking 🍹🌮💕

Food~Delicious! Absolute Fire Birra Tacos! I decided I wanted Birra Taco’s today and, after reading so many different reviews I decided to go with Birriera PDX! My first order 5 piping hot Birra Tacos w/ so much flavor and, steamed tortillas, Consommé (was piping hot diced onions, cilantro, seasoned very well, it was thin consistency but, I felt it paired very well) and a Pepino (the most refreshing cucumber drink)! Service~Great! I was greeted immediately w/ smile and, it was few people behind me in line and, a few waiting. I let the owner know I haven’t been here before he didn’t rush me but, asked “what I liked”. I told him “I wanted the birra tacos” he said “it’s a special today” w/ it being it’s Taco Tuesday!!! I said I’ll take 5 to go. I asked him about the drinks he said told me which one he likes. I chose the cucumber (I love cucumbers) but, I’ll definitely try the passion fruit and mango he recommended next time!!! He said “ok I’ll will be 3-5 minutes” I said “20” he said no “3-5 minutes”! It was ready in 3 minutes!!! Yes it will definitely be a next time!!! I felt the portion were great for the sizes of the double tortillas and, I’ll be going on Tuesdays for now on (when I am craving it)! I can honestly say the flavors are still lingering on my tongue!!! Ambiance~it’s really nice food truck w/covered clean seating (it’s about 5-6 large tables, picnic seating, with rolls of paper towels (you’re going to need them)! I decided to eat my meal there and, that was the best decision after I took those 5 down I ordered another 5 to go!!! Parking~ it’s a lot it’s another business in the lot but, it was plenty of parking! It’s located on a business street but, very calm driving and foot traffic! I would highly recommend you giving Birriera PDX a try if you want good tacos and great service!!!

Stopped for two machaca breakfast burritos as a second option, and found a new best place for a breakfast burrito! Service was pretty quick, machaca was cooked on point, and the ingredients were evenly distributed and tasty throughout. Their mild salsa is also excellent for breakfast time. Altogether a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

The worst experience! I have passed by this place a million times and finally decided to try it. My fiancé went to grab Quesabirria TACOS for me. Here’s what went wrong, this is everything I witnessed right from the car… 1. The cashier had an attitude taking his order after watching him interact with other patrons this was odd 2. When the food was ready the guy was so busy paying attention to everyone else the food was sitting getting cold 3. My fiancé went to the side window to pick up the food after noticing them give everyone else a bag and great service all he did was ask for a bag for the food the guy rudely shoved a bag his way not even asking to help put the food inside the bag or open the bag for him while his hands were full 4. We asked for NO ONIONS DUE TO AN ALLERGY, we got all the way home and our food was LOADED WITH ONIONS - on top of that the TACOS we ordered a quesadilla style thing…. Not only do you half way kill me but you can’t even do it with the right food Also, I’m not saying they’re racist but I’m not saying they’re not, everyone else who was not Black received different treatment from my fiancé maybe this was a coincidence but I’m here to say I am not pleased and I will NEVER recommend this place.

Food was good but the portions were horrible for how pricy the food is. Don’t get the ramen birria if you actually want a good amount of meat. Also the lady that took our order was pretty rude.

I order from here a lot via doordash. the food is good but they are SOOOO stingy with the salsa. No matter how many items I order I only get one tiny container of salsa. Today I ordered $28 worth of food and didn't get ANY salsa. I would pay for extra salsa if they offered that option. The salsa is really yummy. Also, they routinely add raw onion to my order when I always say no onion.

Great PDX find. Crunchy tacos and caldo we're delicious. We got the sampler which was a nice variety. A little too much cheese for me, but my family loved it just like that. Worth a try if your in town.

Ordered delivery from here twice. Literally everything we’ve tried was good. The Birria en Caldo I great for colder weather. Keto tacos were incredible.

The brekkie burrito (loaded) was delicious! I also got a queso taco and it was the best birria I've ever had! I cant wait to go again!

I've passed by this location of Birrieria PDX many times. The truck has a good patio area. The service was good. I got a birrieria taco, a birrieria quesataco, and a horchata. The horchata was one of the best horchatas that I've ever had. It was sweet and very refreshing. The tacos were delicious. The tortillas were good and the meat was flavorful. I'd recommend stopping by here for a great meal.

If I could give this place a 10 star I would! It's that good. Got the regular burrito & the burrito PDX plus horchata & a cucumber drink. We liked it so much that we plan on coming back in a few days :) Very quick service & the staff was friendly. Even got our own concert from one of the cooks inside the food truck. This food truck lot went all out & added a great patio seating area for the customers. Don't skip this food truck, you won't be disappointed!!

I've tried seven birria hotspots and this is my favorite. It's just a cut above on menu selection and overall taste. The Mulitas, Vampiro and Quesatacos were excellent! The Chile Relleno burrito was gooey, cheesy, good. I wasn't a fan of the popular drink with that caramel-looking stuff on the rim, but that's just me. The minor downside is there's always a line at this location, but that's a credit to them. Also, the cost of the consommé is a bit high, some places offer it for free. The owner is super nice while the staff is very pleasant to the homeless in the area, but this can be a mixed blessing. Parking can be tough.

Birria based Mexican food truck in an unassuming area on the side of the road. HEARTY creative menu items (keto tacos, what?) as well as the classics. I tried the birria ramen ($12.25), the consome and some bites of the wet burrito ($12?). That birria ramen will stain a red ring around your mouth lol so be careful! The meat itself is soft and tender, and very flavorful. The hot sauce that comes with has a KICK! SUPER salty - and I like salt but I guess that's the nature of birria.

The birria tacos are always 10/10, always leaves you wanting more. The fries are great but can get soggy because of the toppings

Writing this review is making me crave some birria tacos now. I've only had birria a handful of times but I must say, this was the best one yet. Birria can be dry sometimes but now here - the beef was nice and tender. Their hot sauce was also great but be careful not to put too much - the heat can sneak up on you. We stopped by on a Saturday at around 1 PM and there were a few people waiting. We only ordered three things since we were doing a mini food crawl and planned to eat somewhere else after, but I regretted not ordering more after the fact. Here is what we ordered: Spider Taco - instead of a tortilla, it's a shell of crispy cheese. This was amazing. I actually wasn't going to get this originally, but I heard the lady in front of us order five of them. I didn't even know what it was but I just decided to follow her and I'm glad I did Mulita - basically a quesadilla but there's also that cripsy cheese taco inside. I'd definitely recommend this one Small Consomme - you can't have birria without the consomme and they do it well here. It was flavorful and had the perfect amount of onion vs. cilantro. I could probably just drink vats of this Tip - there is an outdoor seating area behind the truck, so you can eat your tacos fresh.

We went for Here For Portland's Secret Pop-Up event (music by DJ Carlos Díaz) and got free breakfast! Birrieria was fast, easy to work with, and delicious! I highly recommend their pepino drink. So refreshing! I will be back to try their consume! Their ramen could use a little more flavor, but I enjoyed the textures of the noodles. And they don't mess around with their hot sauce

I wish I ordered more. The hard shell taco was delicious, soft shell taco was delicious, and I even ordered some consome which was so tasty. I've heard so many great things about this truck and it lived up to the hype. I'm so excited to try more things on the menu and eat more birrieria!

Muy deliciouso. Birria is tender, juicy and even better with their hot sauce. Tried their basic birria taco and one spider taco which is made by putting cheese directly on the grill to create a crunchy tortilla twill. Definitely coming back since they have multiple locations.

This is the second time I've come here and been given the tiniest portion of meat possible! Basically eating a cheese and tortilla street taco.....this seems to be the trend with the employees at this location. This has never been an issue before but definitely is now.

Just got a burrito for convenience, had a long drive ahead and didn't want to make a mess. That meat is ridiculous. So juicy and flavorful. Couldn't help myself, ate like a foolish pig and messed up the car anyway. Next time I'll get the spider taco.

Satisfying. Tasty to beyond just satisfying. but a bit on the greasy side--cuisine consistent. Fast enough. A food truck that has a covered seating area. Easy access. A good choice when in the vicinity.

Looking like jack in the box mini tacos $40 later...Been here before complete different experience

...the teeny tacos are so greasy, you can't hold on to them...I'm serious, kept wanting to plop back onto the cardboard tray...not impressed...

The food was amazing! So so so good, it was my first time trying out this Birrieria place. The worker was friendly, and the food came out quickly.

Good tacoqueso but their Jamaica could use a little more sugar or whatever that makes it taste better . Will be back to try again for sure!!

Wow..... just wow.... my fiancée and I are visiting from Sacramento and love ourselves some birria. This is hands down the best we have ever had! We got the PDX Sampler and a torta, and damn everything was so good! The mulitas had a ton of gooey cheese, the tacos were both amazing, and the tostada was still crunchy and delicious. As for the torta, it was chalk full of flavor and I even enjoyed the whole beans in it (usually, I'm not a fan of beans). And the consummé that you dip everything in is so incredibly bold, flavorful and delicious! There was even a ton of shredded birria in the bottom of the cup. They also include their house marinated onions to eat with everything which were on point and both the salsas (mild/hot) were fantastic. The food was simply delicious and totally hit the spot. As for the service, a young guy helped us out and he was extremely polite and friendly and we got our order in minutes. This was a great experience and we highly recommend it to everyone who wants some tasty Mexican food! Fingers crossed Birrieria PDX makes its way closer to us in California, a Birrieria DOCO perhaps?!

The meat in the torta was too greasy and soaked the bread, so I ended up throwing most of it away. The grease in the burrito was also a bit much and left me feeling nauseous afterward. I will be sticking with Nacho's House for my local Mexican food.

I work a few blocks from this place and love it. Quickly friendly service and unique take on tacos and burritos.
