Not happy with this location, beaverton or company in general. 3 separate times i have ordered a Chile Relleno burritos (veggie, meaning no meat) and a SIDE OF RADISHES. Everytime I get a burritos with NO CHILLE RELLENO, NO VEGGIES, NO CHEESE. It is rice sour cream and radish on the inside when I asked for a SIDE of them. 22$ for a burrito that you refuse to properly make despite the receipt and order being very easy. DO NOT recommend and will not be going back

Very good food. These Hot salsa, it's excellent the horchata so good. Quesatacos are very delicious.

Our order was missing two tacos. It wasn’t a huge deal, I know accidents happen but when I called them back to ask them to make me two new tacos they were really standoffish and said they would call me back and they never did. So I showed up to the truck and asked them to make me new tacos and they refused and rudely said no. I told her I was not going to buy from them anymore, which sucks because their food is good, but that was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had over two little tacos that wouldn’t have cost them anything to make.

The best birria I’ve ever had hands down. The consommé was also the best!! Highly recommend trying the PDX Sampler if it is your first time here. The Vampiro is my favorite because it is perfectly crunchy and crispy, chef’s kiss for sure! The hot sauces are so tasty and have the best kick. The pickled onions were so good too. Everything is super tasty and did not disappoint, just go try it NOW!!!

This establishment's quality can be inconsistent. While the birria is highly recommended, the quality of other menu items is uncertain. We ordered a PDX sampler and an asada torta. The sampler was well-portioned and satisfactory, but the torta was somewhat disappointing. It is unclear whether an additional charge is necessary for a larger meat portion, but the amount provided was insufficient.

I absolutely love the food here! Super unique and delicious and the portions are good! Most restaurants I go to I have one or two dishes that I order all the time but here I want to try the whole menu!

Like I said in a previous review, they have very good flavor , I think the best in any city or state for that matter, but its offensive how skimpy they are with the meat. They give you a dirty look when you cant pronounce everything on the menu correctly and its always anxiety inducing and awkward going there this is 100% the last time I’ll ever go. I ordered 6 queatacos and they all such a little amount of meat, but one taco particularly had nothing in it so I took it up the cook and he started speaking to me as if someone else cooked the food but apologetic and took a picture of the taco to “show the cook” because it’s supposed to be portioned out. Yeah right. Anyway, he kindly remade me a taco and it had twice the amount of meat as any of the tacos I received. I really don’t mean to sound like a p1g or anything but when this place first opened yall they STUFFED the tacos with meat and than they put less and less and I asked about it and they said the owner said they had to put less. It was still enough for a while so I kept going but the past six months this is a JOKE AND SCAM. I UNDERSTAND the cost of meat and food is rising but why not just charge $3.5 or $4 a taco and stuff them like you always do… who wants a taco thats JUST CHEESE. I rlly felt like a fool and maybe I was starving but I felt like cry. $27 down the drain just to feel embarrassed, awkward, and also get nauseous from the food. Please dont waste your money

Great PDX find. Crunchy tacos and caldo we're delicious. We got the sampler which was a nice variety. A little too much cheese for me, but my family loved it just like that. Worth a try if your in town.

The brekkie burrito (loaded) was delicious! I also got a queso taco and it was the best birria I've ever had! I cant wait to go again!

I've passed by this location of Birrieria PDX many times. The truck has a good patio area. The service was good. I got a birrieria taco, a birrieria quesataco, and a horchata. The horchata was one of the best horchatas that I've ever had. It was sweet and very refreshing. The tacos were delicious. The tortillas were good and the meat was flavorful. I'd recommend stopping by here for a great meal.

If I could give this place a 10 star I would! It's that good. Got the regular burrito & the burrito PDX plus horchata & a cucumber drink. We liked it so much that we plan on coming back in a few days :) Very quick service & the staff was friendly. Even got our own concert from one of the cooks inside the food truck. This food truck lot went all out & added a great patio seating area for the customers. Don't skip this food truck, you won't be disappointed!!

I've tried seven birria hotspots and this is my favorite. It's just a cut above on menu selection and overall taste. The Mulitas, Vampiro and Quesatacos were excellent! The Chile Relleno burrito was gooey, cheesy, good. I wasn't a fan of the popular drink with that caramel-looking stuff on the rim, but that's just me. The minor downside is there's always a line at this location, but that's a credit to them. Also, the cost of the consommé is a bit high, some places offer it for free. The owner is super nice while the staff is very pleasant to the homeless in the area, but this can be a mixed blessing. Parking can be tough.

Birria based Mexican food truck in an unassuming area on the side of the road. HEARTY creative menu items (keto tacos, what?) as well as the classics. I tried the birria ramen ($12.25), the consome and some bites of the wet burrito ($12?). That birria ramen will stain a red ring around your mouth lol so be careful! The meat itself is soft and tender, and very flavorful. The hot sauce that comes with has a KICK! SUPER salty - and I like salt but I guess that's the nature of birria.

The birria tacos are always 10/10, always leaves you wanting more. The fries are great but can get soggy because of the toppings

Writing this review is making me crave some birria tacos now. I've only had birria a handful of times but I must say, this was the best one yet. Birria can be dry sometimes but now here - the beef was nice and tender. Their hot sauce was also great but be careful not to put too much - the heat can sneak up on you. We stopped by on a Saturday at around 1 PM and there were a few people waiting. We only ordered three things since we were doing a mini food crawl and planned to eat somewhere else after, but I regretted not ordering more after the fact. Here is what we ordered: Spider Taco - instead of a tortilla, it's a shell of crispy cheese. This was amazing. I actually wasn't going to get this originally, but I heard the lady in front of us order five of them. I didn't even know what it was but I just decided to follow her and I'm glad I did Mulita - basically a quesadilla but there's also that cripsy cheese taco inside. I'd definitely recommend this one Small Consomme - you can't have birria without the consomme and they do it well here. It was flavorful and had the perfect amount of onion vs. cilantro. I could probably just drink vats of this Tip - there is an outdoor seating area behind the truck, so you can eat your tacos fresh.

We went for Here For Portland's Secret Pop-Up event (music by DJ Carlos Díaz) and got free breakfast! Birrieria was fast, easy to work with, and delicious! I highly recommend their pepino drink. So refreshing! I will be back to try their consume! Their ramen could use a little more flavor, but I enjoyed the textures of the noodles. And they don't mess around with their hot sauce

I wish I ordered more. The hard shell taco was delicious, soft shell taco was delicious, and I even ordered some consome which was so tasty. I've heard so many great things about this truck and it lived up to the hype. I'm so excited to try more things on the menu and eat more birrieria!

Muy deliciouso. Birria is tender, juicy and even better with their hot sauce. Tried their basic birria taco and one spider taco which is made by putting cheese directly on the grill to create a crunchy tortilla twill. Definitely coming back since they have multiple locations.

This is the second time I've come here and been given the tiniest portion of meat possible! Basically eating a cheese and tortilla street taco.....this seems to be the trend with the employees at this location. This has never been an issue before but definitely is now.

Just got a burrito for convenience, had a long drive ahead and didn't want to make a mess. That meat is ridiculous. So juicy and flavorful. Couldn't help myself, ate like a foolish pig and messed up the car anyway. Next time I'll get the spider taco.

Satisfying. Tasty to beyond just satisfying. but a bit on the greasy side--cuisine consistent. Fast enough. A food truck that has a covered seating area. Easy access. A good choice when in the vicinity.

Looking like jack in the box mini tacos $40 later...Been here before complete different experience

...the teeny tacos are so greasy, you can't hold on to them...I'm serious, kept wanting to plop back onto the cardboard tray...not impressed...

The food was amazing! So so so good, it was my first time trying out this Birrieria place. The worker was friendly, and the food came out quickly.

Literally the best taco and Birreria spot in all of Portland, my wife lives their fries and their breakfast burritos are super bomb too, and only $8

Good tacoqueso but their Jamaica could use a little more sugar or whatever that makes it taste better . Will be back to try again for sure!!

Wow..... just wow.... my fiancée and I are visiting from Sacramento and love ourselves some birria. This is hands down the best we have ever had! We got the PDX Sampler and a torta, and damn everything was so good! The mulitas had a ton of gooey cheese, the tacos were both amazing, and the tostada was still crunchy and delicious. As for the torta, it was chalk full of flavor and I even enjoyed the whole beans in it (usually, I'm not a fan of beans). And the consummé that you dip everything in is so incredibly bold, flavorful and delicious! There was even a ton of shredded birria in the bottom of the cup. They also include their house marinated onions to eat with everything which were on point and both the salsas (mild/hot) were fantastic. The food was simply delicious and totally hit the spot. As for the service, a young guy helped us out and he was extremely polite and friendly and we got our order in minutes. This was a great experience and we highly recommend it to everyone who wants some tasty Mexican food! Fingers crossed Birrieria PDX makes its way closer to us in California, a Birrieria DOCO perhaps?!

The meat in the torta was too greasy and soaked the bread, so I ended up throwing most of it away. The grease in the burrito was also a bit much and left me feeling nauseous afterward. I will be sticking with Nacho's House for my local Mexican food.

I work a few blocks from this place and love it. Quickly friendly service and unique take on tacos and burritos.
