The Best Dishes We Tried In August

"Birria tacos Credited as one of LA’s birria pioneers, this family-owned truck in South Central has been serving their Tijuana-style version since opening in 2015. The magic behind Birrieria Gonzalez’s success is the smokiness of their consommé. The broth’s dried ancho, pasilla, and árbol chiles are the stars of the show and serve as the perfect foundation for the taqueros’ slow-cooked meat. In true Tijuana fashion, heaping piles of shredded beef are tucked inside large crispy tortillas to create their signature tacos dorados. Afterward, chopped onions, cilantro, and a dash of smoky salsa roja are added on top to round everything out." - the infatuation los angeles crew

The 7 Best Birria Spots In LA - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"If we had to choose just one Tijuana-style birria spot—a decision we really do not want to make—it would be Birrieria Gonzalez. That's because this South Central truck adds multiple kinds of dried chiles to its consommé until it's dark and smoky. The piles of slow-cooked beef soak up the spicy broth like a fresh mop, and the tortillas are lightly stained like the napkins we use to wipe spicy birria drippings off our grubby faces. Eating curbside tacos dorados Birriera Gonzalez is the closest we've found to late-night birria in Tijuana, except without the hours spent in border traffic afterward. " - Sylvio Martins

Birrieria Gonzalez - Review - Historic South Central - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

Eating curbside tacos dorados Birriera Gonzalez is the closest we've found to late-night birria in Tijuana, except without the hours spent in border traffic afterward. photo credit: Stan Lee Food Rundown Birria Quesataco These quesatacos are just the level of crispy that we’re looking for, and for that, we are forever grateful to this place. The cheese is perfectly browned on the top layer but still white and gooey as it clings to the consommé-dipped tortilla. The beef birria is also super flavorful, with the spicy consommé still dripping off the shredded meat. Birria Taco Dorado The consommé is really what makes these tacos dorados so damn tasty. Without being too oily, the dunked tortillas come out nicely crisp and full of that dried chile flavor we can’t get enough of. The tender beef and crackly tortillas create a great contrast in texture, with the meat’s fatty bits bringing some extra richness to the taco. Consommé Con Birria Eating birria this way makes you really appreciate all the textures and warm flavors of the slow-cooked beef. The meat is soft enough to cut with a plastic spoon and it’s smoky, savory, and just hot enough to make you break a minor sweat." - Sylvio Martins

Excellent tacos with ample delicious shredded meat filling. One of the best in LA if you're over here on this side of town and with fire sauce if you desire. Good destinations for vampiros if you like those too

SerpAPI
Pretty good spot for lunch. The shredded beef was falling apart and super tender. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area who is craving a good taco. The staff were friendly patient and polite.

We drove an hour for the quesatacos. This is my bfs favorite taco truck and he was excited to show it to me. I’ve never tried birrieria tacos. I was always worried they looked oily, this was not oily, just flavorful. Although I don’t have anything to compare it to I can tell it will be difficult/impossible to be beat. The bathroom is clean, which I always appreciate.

SerpAPI
Really good taco place i was leaving work and was really hungry so decided to look up taco trucks near me and found this truck. The food was really good parking is a little tight since its so busy so i parked by the donut and liquor store.

SerpAPI
So I was driving down from SF bay area and was craving a quesabirria since I haven't had one yet I hopped on Google and this was the 1st shop that popped up and I must say it was bomb! Now I see that they're #1 Definitely recommend you try tthis place! One thing I'd say to the chef is the birria caldo was too salty but it was still amazing. I even saved a piece to take home on my 6 hour drive lol

SerpAPI
I am obsessed with this spot, it is my absolute favorite. Any chance I get to come to this spot I do. Their quesaTaco are delicious dipped in the consume is everything.

If you’re a local this is a MUST GO TO place. Really good tacos and staff are friendly and very clear on the service. Went around 1 in the afternoon not packed at all. Most reviews say it takes way too long for orders. The lady that attended us was very clear 15min for a big order. But definitely VERY good tacos. I recommend.

Yelp
This place is a gem! Stopped here on the way to a show at The Kia Forum. It had convenient parking, affordable food, and ample seating. We order a lot of food. Nearly one of everything and all of us was delicious. The birria is tender and flavorful. Their keto cheese shells are perfect. We were able to find something for everyone. We highly recommend and will continue to come here when we are headed to SoFi Stadium or The Kia Forum.

Yelp
OMG!!! Tacos Dorados were sooooo good, i could eat them every day LOL. Consume was very flavorful as well. Parking sucks at South Central location. In my opinion prices are overpriced but well.

Yelp
Very greasy food not healthy & I got sick that day & could not get any sleep, so I don't recommend this lunch truck

Yelp
Was good but I stress ate this at like 1AM and woke up at 7AM feeling like I had an entire night of binge drinking (for clarification I didn't drink at all). I suppose the food just didn't sit well with me. But the workers were really nice and the food was pretty good. Probably would have been better fresh and warm but I ate it when I got home.

Yelp
I had the Birrieria Plate Included amazing rice, beans, and a stack of tortillas. "The BEST!

Yelp
AH. THE CONSUME & VAMPIRO IS WHAT I WENT FOR- HOWEVER IT DIDNT DELIVER. Okay, so my boyfriend owns an auto body shop on central, and this was the closest place to us that had consume (birria soup) it was cold out, and I figured summer is almost here so let me hot soup it up, while I can! Here's how my trip went: LOCATION: 5/5 It's a great location on maple st. and actually had some street parking. It wasn't scary or anything (I went by myself and there are definitely some places at night, I will NOT go by myself lol) the people around were friendly, and that's always nice. FOOD: 1/5 Ah, I hate to say it, I hate to admit it, but I absolutely did not like the consume. It was cold, and literally no flavor at all, and just...not what I am used to getting at other places near like "el Rolas birria" (on San Pedro). My consume had very little juice, and a crap ton of thick chunky onions, (as another review said, the onions are like huge chunks and it really is like swallowing a pill) and still had zero taste. Maybe it's to take up room in the cup? Idk. I read from other reviews that the birria/ consume is a hit or a miss here, some days it's over salted or not salted at all. I guess I got the not seasoned or salted day, when I went yesterday. I was really hungry, so I also ordered 1 vampiro, and ahhhhhhhhh not good part 2 :( it was friggin stale. I love me my hard, crispy vampiro shell! But this was not that, it was old and possibly sitting? I did go before closing, so maybe idk that's what was leftover? I don't know what happened but it was an awful vampiro. The birria inside was cold, no flavor, and superdry...idk what in the world happened but it was not it, and a total waste of time and money. SERVICE: 0/5 I think this place was overall having a bad day. I always say "Hello, how are you?" Before I order anywhere....The man that took my order, didn't even respond to me. On Instagram, they have this amazing display of dancing videos, outgoing + cheering workers that seemed to be VERY friendly, talkative, nice etc. honestly the type of place you'd want to go for some grade A service. . . Well, that's some catfish personality edition stuff, because I didn't get not 1% of that! LOL. So, when I ordered my food, dang, the man at the window was honestly talking to me like I irritated his life; very rude/ smug and not nice at all. When they called my number, I didn't quite remember it, and even asked "is that me?" (While smiling and still being friendly) he didn't say a dang word, just shoved my food at me like "get out of here." LOL. I get it, everyone is entitled to a bad day, but someone like myself who's here for the first time, excited to try new food, and gets awful customer service and awful food= a total never ever again for me. I even said "thank you so much" and nothing was said back to me, just a weird stare back. . Lol. Keep in mind, it was NOT busy at all. Maybe I could understand if it was? Maybe, lol. Price: 1/5 A super small consume (like a Champurrado tiny cup) I think was $4.00. There was a ton of onions, and not enough actual juice. I got one stale vampiro, with a big side of attitude lol. . And all in all I spent $7.20?$7.50 I think. Either way, it wasn't worth the trip or money. All in all, after seeing the newer reviews, they're pretty spot on with my experience yesterday, and I really do have empathy for this truck, because running a business is hard, and they may be going through something. I understand LA is known for some great taco trucks, and the competition is fierce, so the good days really do come with the bad. However, I will not be coming back, but maybe anyone reading this, will have better luck than i did. :)

Yelp
I visited 4 birria taco spots in one day and sadly this one was my least favorite. There is no seating or tables to eat on as their restaurant is being renovated. -The tortillas were a bit too crispy for me almost like they were left on too long to heat. -The beef filling was flavorful -Consomé was not as flavorful as others I have tried but still good. Cost: $18 for 4 beef birria tacos and a small side of consomé. Brit tip: While they do give napkins I suggest bringing wipes for your hands. It WILL be messy.
google avatar

Paloma T.

Yelp
The menu was simple and ordering was very easy. You can pay cash or card. We ordered the tacos with everything and plain, tacos dorados and Consomé. The salsa was flavorful and had a good spice. They had tables with napkins and salsa for you to sit at, we took our food togo.

Katie K.

Yelp
The service is soo bad here. The cashier lady is sooo rude. When that comment said they have attitude they did not lie. It was my first time here and it will definitely be last. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. Teddy's red tacos hits! The food is juicy and delicious and the customer service is above and beyond. This place is trash in service and food taste. The food is so bland here

Griselda C.

Yelp
Food tasted days old my birria had lots of fat no consome dry and my rice had hard parts Dry parts pretty sure its been days old. Salsa looks very old and dark. Pretty sure the restaurant had fresher birria and rice and salsa never again am i going back to that location!!!

Ussiel A.

Yelp
Love the food!!! hate the customer service they are NEVER happy!! no friendly greeting no thank you. no smile Why do you guys hate the customer that pay for your food?

Eva J.

Yelp
Great birria tacos, worth the price because of how much meat you get. Horchata was great as well!

Yelp
Ok let's start with the parking, first off this place has no parking. Street parking only there's a liquor store across the street with a parking lot but the food truck has a homemade sign saying no parking at liquor with the drawing of a tow truck. I figured I wouldn't be there long and it's 8pm would a tow truck really be here that quick at this hour? I'm good. Well sure enough these people don't fuck around lol as I was waiting for my food I saw a tow truck pass by! Funny enough it looked exactly like their little drawing so I hurried to my car and moved it to a street spot down the street. Ok moving onto the service and food. I knocked down another star due to their service, they're kind of slow...and as I was waiting to get my order taken I noticed the lady taking the orders was eating!!! Lol taking spoonfuls of food in between working food orders The food here was not that great at all I'm very confused by the other 5 star reviews. The birria taco tostado was the only decent thing I had. The birria plate was horrible it was only scraps of meat with a lot of caldo to hide it with lots of fat and no flavor. Overall I wouldn't go through the trouble to get subpar food here again.
google avatar

Amanda N.

Yelp
You can't go LA and NOT get tacos. It's a must and most likely the first thing to eat. With so many competitors, decided to go to this spot. Came around 2 and the wait wasn't long. Birria tacos and Mulita YUM. Huge PLUS for their handmade tortillas! The mulita... should have gotten more than one. I must admit their food is good but it's true, they had an attitude over everything and they'll make you wait just because. -Good food. Over all 3.7-4 stars. -Has seating area -Not so great service -Not so good location- parking might be an issue depending on the time -I would come back
google avatar

Yelp
I have now had 2 visits to this taco truck. The first time we ordered the tacos dorados but forgot to try the consome. The second time we ordered both. So good! Just love how they make the tacos so crispy crunchy and they put a lot of meat. The consome too is not just liquid there is a lot of meat in there! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Best place that has Birrieria tacos that I found thus far I go here everytime I'm in the area

Yelp
I went during lunch. It wasn't too busy. I had the Birria with rice . It wasn't good or bad. Nothing to rave about.
google avatar

Destiny E.

Yelp
I will start this review honestly, I am not a huge fan of birria but my friends wanted to eat here so I came along. I came with low hopes and truly did not feel like I would need to write a Yelp review because it would be biased (due to the fact that I do not like birria). However, I was pleasantly surprised. Although I still do not love birria this place was actually delicious. The keto taco definitely needed to be crunchier but the tostadas were amazing. The tacos also fell apart pretty bad even before my friend starting eating them so that sucked. I got full of my 2 tostadas (it was enough birria for one day for me) so I didn't get to try the consome. Location is a bit of a hassle- difficult to find parking as the location is in a busy ish area. They are also definitely not skimpy on the portions.

Yelp
I wish I knew about Birrieria Los Gonzalez sooner! The Birrieria they serve here is absolutely phenomenal! This humble food truck, located on a small side street serves the most juicy and tender pieces of meat I've ever had. Make sure you carry enough cash, because you'll be sure to come back for seconds! They have a fairly simple menu, and only serve Birrieria that comes in all shapes and sizes! I ordered a taco, mulita, and a consume. Then went for another taco cause I couldn't afford the quesadilla! Just thinking about the food is making my mouth water! The Birrieria meat was so tender and full of flavor! The consume soup was also very delicious, it has a slight kick to it, but paired well with the meal! It was just the right balance of flavor and spice, and everything about the meal just made me very happy! I enjoyed every last bite, and can't wait to come back for more!
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
I stopped by Birrieria Los Gonzalez and let me tell you that this place was really good! We ordered 3 tacos de birria and they were HUGE!! I also ordered a mulita to share and it was really great! I was already full after eating two tacos. We then ordered a medium cup of consome and it came with even more birria in it. I ordered a botella de coca cola which they had available. Everything was sooo good and I was so full at the end of our meal. Our craving for birria had been satisfied. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck! When we first ordered there were about 3 people in line ahead of us. We waited maybe 20 minutes for them to call our order. So there was some wait. The only downfall to this place is the parking. We parked down the street in the neighborhood. Parking around that area is ridiculously crazy!
google avatar

Wing C.

Yelp
Hands down the best best best quesadilla of alllllll of LA. Drippings everywhere. Bursts of juicy, tender, melt in your mouth birria. Crunches from the golden, crispy tortilla shell. Oozes of the melted, gooey cheeseeee. No need sauces or fixings. Just gimme!!!
google avatar

Angel G.

Yelp
So last time I tried the one in Boyle Heights I believe next to Los 5 Puntos , this spot was good just as great as the other , I think this is their store front location though that's why ... it was busy even though their wasn't many people but they had big orders .

Angel R.

Yelp
They want to charge 2 dollars when you pay with your debit card...food o.k but you wanna save money pay cash cause they charge extra when payin with debit or credith...
google avatar

Jamie W.

Yelp
* Tacos, goood. Hefty size in comparison to other spots * Consomme, goooodd. Also came with ton of beef * Quesadilla, I got it, but didn't eat it. Was waay too stuffed by the time I noticed it * Red salsa also had a nice kick to it, not overly spicy Parking can be challenging here so maybe bring a minion with you to order / grab the food.
google avatar

Lia W.

Yelp
This was the first location of the 5 they have that we went to. We liked the fact that they can prepare the consome with cilantro, onion and the salsa they make. The other location we have been to does not put the salsa inside. This location is a food truck but they do have a seating area for your to eat. Our order: 2 large consome. 4 tacos dorados. The consome comes with tortillas on the side. Make sure to grab spoons if you are taking it to go.

Yelp
Back in the day there weren't that many birria de res places so these guys were on top! The food if OK! Don't get me wrong, it's just a taco truck, the prices were great for the food and the service! I just was there and let me tell you something... Stay away! You can find so many other places with great quality birria tacos de res! the hiked their prices like crazy!! tiny tacos for 2.50 lmao! Not sure what they're thinking! Consome for $8 medium size pff not worth it! A average size quezadilla for 8.50?? Come on!!! Sodas are $2.50!! You gotta be kidding!! Not coming back!! Food still the same!! If you wanna eat there you will sit in nasty dirty tables and chairs!!! they will probably blame it on Covid!! LOL
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
Ordered 2 quesabirria dorados, 1 keto taco, and a small consommé and it was amazing!! The soup has a bunch of meat in it and the quesabirria taco is made like a keto taco, and then the tortillas are then wrapped around the browned cheese which makes the flavor immaculate!!!
google avatar

Kendra D.

Yelp
I've been looking for a good taco place around USC for a while and I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. First, DO NOT PARK AT THE LIQUOR STORE!! The parking situation was pretty bad, but luckily the worker notified me right before I got my car towed!! The worker was super nice and I looked pretty lost so he let me sample the meat; it was super juicy and tender. I got 2 tacos dorados and a cup of consome
google avatar

Mauricio M.

Yelp
Dry birria and the worst customer service. Lady rolled her eyes at me for asking for certain condiments and told the other guys oh no more customers are coming. As a business I would not tolerate someone at the front window being nasty and hating her job
google avatar

Yelp
Those in search of a delicious alternative to the usual meat choices you will find at most taquerias and taco trucks, I would recommend trying some tacos stuffed with birria - a savory, spicy stew which uses dried chiles and commonly prepared with goat meat, then garnished with cilantro, limes and onion. There are reportedly no shortage of places in Los Angeles to get traditional birria de chivo (Mexican goat stew), especially on the weekends. It is less common to find a stand that makes birria de res (beef birria). And most beef birria connoisseurs with probably direct you to this lunch truck, which specializes exclusively in the dish. Birreiria Los Gonzalez will generously stuff their delicious birra de res on to either a choice of soft and hard shelled tortillas, mulitas or a quesadilla. The savory, stewed beef has a peppery kick with some heat. No need to add any salsa, which is available. One order gets you a pair of tacos that come wrapped in Tijuana's signature cone-shaped form. The juicy meat and the consommé it was cooked in immediately soaks through the soft shell tortillas. These tacos are meant to be eaten at the location within the first few minutes. These is a canopy with tables and chairs for convenient outdoor dining. Hungry flies hovering over the trash containers eventually will make their way over to the tables, so I suggest eating quickly and sitting as close to the truck as possible. Parked in front of a barbershop that the business owner also runs. There is a restroom in the barbershop that is accessible for all lunch truck customers. The stewed beef, rich consommé and warm corn tortillas are reminiscent of some of the most amazing birria de res tacos I have tried south of the border. I also like their ice cold selection of long-necked glass bottle sodas, both American and Mexican versions, which are perfect to help wash it all down. Open seven days a week. CASH ONLY.

Yelp
4.5 The surplus of birria restaurants in South LA is daunting, and despite Birrieria Los Gonzalez NOT using traditional goat in their birria, this is an excellent CASH ONLY cheap eatery! I got a taco $1.5, a taco dorado $2, and a small consomme $3 for a total of $7.12 with tax. Quick Tips: -Food served out of a truck and seating is attached to a large orange Laundromat. May or may not have parking. Neighborhood parking isn't terrible. -Indoor (seven 4tops, three of which are against a wall) and one large outdoor patio (a 9top) seating. I thought they were renovating indoor seating, but that's just the bathroom.. -If you're in a rush, I do NOT recommend ordering a taco dorado (deep fried like a taquito). Takes about 10 min -Tacos are NOT street-sized, but run on the smaller side. -Order at the truck and they call out your number. -Get the consomme (birria soup) and taco dorado. -No mix-and-match/combo specials -Spicy red sauce on the side is not very spicy. On a scale of 1-Howlin'(10) it's a 2/10. It's very rusty/smokey in taste (that intense pepper). Good in moderation Taste: Taco 4.5/5 Simple. Marinated shredded beef topped with onions, cilantro, and several watermelon radishes on the side. Also dip this in consomme. Taco Dorado 5/5 Not overly greasy, but perfect balance of crunchy and soft. Dip it. Consomme 5/5 Solid portion of not overly greasy birria. Small chunks of meat inside. Very flavorful. Price 4.5/5 Honestly, $1.5 before tax is a lil pricey for a small taco (especially in South LA), but I was very satisfied. If you've never had the taco dorado and consomme -like I'd never had prior- it's totally worth it. Service 4/5 Good, not bad. Nothing special. I had fun.

Yelp
Always been good to me . But as of lately it's been twice since they forget my full order. When I get home I'm always missing something . Smh . N for me to go all the way back. Waste of time and money
google avatar

Michelle Ś.

Yelp
Ignore the fact that this is in a sketchy part of town and GO. Get the quesataco dorado with consome. Fried cheese, perfectly tender goat, crispy and flavorful then dip it into the sauce and die happy. Trust me.

Mita S.

Yelp
I ordered two birria platters and didn't receive any consomé after asked if it came with. The tortillas were soggy and I don't care too much for the beans as a side. The meat was tasteless and I paid $36 bucks for the this. I wouldn't recommend this truck to nobody!!!
google avatar

Maximilliano M.

Yelp
Location didn't have anywhere to wash hands for workers or customers, while workers were on the truck with no gloves making food several of my friends got sick that night after eating here. It's no excuse for why workers aren't maintaining a clean business especially during this pandemic.it sucks cause I herd so much good things about to food just to have it ruined by dirty habits.

Yelp
Went in with zero expectations and came out blown away! Was having a sudden craving for Birria on a cloudy day and searched through a bunch of options to find this place. Birria is a Mexican beef stew from Jalisco and is usually eaten during the holidays, but can be enjoyed year round if you live in LA. It's tucked away in South Central, with a food truck set up outside a building with tables and seating to eat. It was my first time here so I opted to try it in various forms - regular taco, mulitas, and dorado. Out of the 3, I liked the dorado style the best as the Birria is served on a crispy fried shell and it compliments the soft beef stew real nicely. It's like texture-overload in every bite! Mulitas would come in second as it's a taco sandwich with Oaxacan cheese so more of a quesadilla - still really good with the Birria in between. The regular taco was fine but I believe the other 2 are the best forms of eating it. The Birria itself was great. Warm, soothing, soft, and tender - exactly what you need on a cloudy and cold day. It was lacking any real seasoning or flavor, but thankfully they had onions, cilantro, limes, and salsa for you to add to it. If you haven't had Birria before, this is a great place to add the cuisine to your flavor profile!

Yelp
Food was ok. Kind of tasted like it was freezer burned. Still good, but I've had better. Quick service though!

Yelp
Located in the corner of maple and Adams in south la , parking is very tight ... was looking forward to it since it was highly recommended but honestly it's nothing special I wouldn't go out my way just to eat here ... I want to say a 6 out of 10 for me the food was good just nothing special in my personal opinion

Yelp
Super surprised with how much meat was in the tacos. Definitely get at least a medium consume if you're sharing between two ppl. Meat was super tender as anticipated. Salsa was had a smoked chile taste that I didn't care for as much, and there's only one option of salsa that the tacos came with. I especially enjoyed the tacos dorado. The regular taco paled in comparison just because the dorado had a crunchy and chewy texture as opposed to soft tortillas for regular street tacos. Overall, would revisit and only get two tacos as opposed to three for myself, along with the consume. I was stuffed - portions def wasn't skimped.

Yelp
If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! Let me start off by saying the aroma coming from this place is on another level. If your coming here to eat plan on ordering the consome with your food. For those who aren't familiar with consome it's the rich beefy broth that results from cooking the meat. The menu is short and to the point. It has birria in several components. Soft street tacos(they are very generous with the meat) quesadilla's, mulita, crunchy taco. We ordered a quesadilla to share. The flour tortilla is cooked on the flat top with hints of the reddish birria all over.. the shredded birria was accompanied by melted gooey cheesy goodness. My pallet was thanking me each time I took a slurp of the hot consome. The small street tacos were abundantly overflowing with meat, it didn't need anything else I left there feeling like I wanted to walk off the food just so I can go back and eat. Yes I did think that Don't be fooled by the surroundings.. The food speaks for itself Stop by if you want to experience a Food Euphoria!! This place puts love in every meal they prepare.. they've got me coming from far just to get my Birria fix! I will travel for amazing food.. come down and try them out, you won't be disappointed..

Yelp
They need to change their hours online. They don't actually open as early as they say. Birria quality is good and the location is descent.

Yelp
If you never try Birria and want a to try it definitely come to this spot . Everything on the menu is very good and the servings are not small like we say in Spanish "que no le timble la mamo con la Carne" don't be stingy when it comes to putting meat on the food . Parking in on the back entrance is by the laundry on Adams side

Yelp
This place has a small shop and one of their Trucks right outside making it super quick to order and get your food. They take card which is super convenient! Their birria consume was really good and they even add in a bit of birria making it worth it to buy extra consume. Their burrito wraps together a traditional plate of birria and it was soooooo good! The Quesotaco was AMAZING and the Taco dorado did not fall behind! Their food is pretty good I would highly recommend if you are in South Central craving birria!

Yelp
YESSSS DO IT- delicious!! Was in town for a weekend trip and this place was recommended by a local. If you're looking for good street tacos, this is place. There is only one meat option but that's all you need! I got the tacos dorados with cilantro, yum! Quick service & tables to sit at.

Yelp
Best Birria in all of LA. A queso taco or/& vampiro with a side of consume and a Mexican coke is a complete Tijuana style Birria experience. My favorite.
