I visited this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation, expecting delicious food given its prime location. The atmosphere inside was fantastic, with a beautifully designed interior that really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, which I truly appreciated. However, my opinion shifted once the food arrived. My friend ordered the meatloaf with pasta salad and an espresso before that, and seemed to enjoy it, though I suspect he might have been too polite to be entirely honest. I didn’t try it myself, so I can’t say for sure.
I went with the Smashburger and chose pasta salad as a side. While it looked appealing, the taste was disappointing. The pasta salad felt far from fresh, with a gamy and dry texture that didn’t live up to its description. Disappointed, I switched to a Caesar salad, which was an improvement—decent, but not remarkable. The burger, however, was a letdown too. It was overwhelmingly salty, and the meat lacked any real flavor. Considering the price, I expected a fresh, tasty meal, but that wasn’t the case. I felt reluctant to waste food, so I ate what I could, though it left me disappointed. Overall, the quality of the food didn’t match the restaurant’s potential or its setting. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and works on improving their offerings.
