Great little breakfast shop. You order & pickup your food at a window on the street, you never go inside. Expect a 15 minute wait (minimum). Fantastic theme and great food. A must stop while visiting Seattle. Very popular .

Biscuits and gravy. In Seattle. What’s not to love? Generally quite crowded and only open until 1PM, the food sticks to your ribs and is perfect especially on the cooler, damp Seattle mornings when a nice warm plate of biscuits smothered in home made gravy is better than almost anything else.

Today was my first time there with my friends. We were looking for a place to eat and the name caught our eye. So, we had to go. It was around 11:30 and it was very busy. It was a 45 minute wait. You scan a QR code and order online. Then they call your name. They have a few tables on the walkway or you can just take your food and go, since it's all packaged to go. We all got a biscuit sandwich and a drink. It was freshly made and pretty tasty. They also have merch, so we all got a t-shirt. It was a good experience and we will go back to try some different options.

Absolute fire! Walked straight up and ordered and in 15 minutes we had a fresh warm breakfast sandwich with breakfast grits! I highly recommend this place! It was super yummy and it filled me out perfectly to start my morning! Super fresh and super tasty.

Biscuit B is a must try!! The portion size was generous, I couldn’t finish it all. I was recommended to try the place out & thought I misheard the name 🤣

Being from Australia, the 'biscuits' thing was new. Personally, I didn't like the texture or the sauce on my bacon, egg & cheese 'biscuit.' (To us, biscuits are what North Americans call cookies.) These 'biscuits' are more like scones. Would I go back? No. Give me my bacon, egg & cheese on an English muffin or toast. However, I concede tastes vary.

Visiting the US for the first time and wanted to try some signature American dishes. Grits have no personality in my opinion but my American friend says this is the best grits she's ever had, so please take her word (and not mine). Biscuit was delicious, eggs were perfect and the hot sauce really did the job. Best part was the lemonade for me...so delicious

Pre order online as you make your way to the restaurant To go orders only. We had a 45 min wait, but didn't mind hanging out. Would love more outdoor dining, but understand the size limits. Saw one guy bring a pop up chair and table and ate on the sidewalk. Prob best biscuit sandwich I've had in awhile.

We were staying at the Belltown Inn a few nights, so seeing the line every day for biscuits made us very curious. We're glad to say that they are definitely worth the attention, big buttery biscuits, crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Next time we gotta try them with gravy.

BLUF: Go to the other location if you NEED to go. Hungry after. SPEC of bacon. Dry biscuit. Food (2/5): The food was mid. Nothing special about it. The biscuit was a bit dry and there was 1 SPEC of bacon on my Bitchwich. We went elsewhere to eat after because it was NOT filling and not what we expected. Service (5/5): Service was quick and the lady at the window was very nice! Ambiance (2/5): There are like 5 2-seater tables there. It's also in a not-so-safe area, so I'd recommend if you want to go here, go to the other location. TLDR: Don't expect bacon in the Bitchwich, limited seating, not really safe.

As someone from the South, I was very impressed by the food here. I ordered the Gritty Cheesy Scrambled Bitch, and it was truly splendid. I finished the whole thing in one sitting. It was a hodgepodge of breakfast foods just piled on top of each other, but somehow they all complemented each other. I think the biscuits on the bottom were just dry enough to counterbalance the rest of the melty/liquidy ingredients. Great flavor. This location does not have indoor seating, just some tables and chairs around the outside for dining. Seems like mostly a takeout/grab and go situation. I ordered online ahead of time, but it's possible I went at an unpopular time because I showed up at 12pm on a weekday and there was no line. I dined at one of the outdoor seating tables and felt like there weren't too many people walking past me or coming to get food at this location. This was a welcome change after being a typical Seattle tourist for a few days. But other reviews say it can be super busy, so maybe it was just a fluke for me. Definitely warrants a try when visiting Seattle.

Biscuit Bitch will always be my favorite. Gritty cheesy bitch all the way. I wish the locations had better seating because I like to enjoy it hot! It's also... very woke lol. I don't mind but it is interesting to push your political views on restaurant guests. Guess that's Seattle for ya!

I placed an order ahead given the review recommendations, and surprisingly my order was ready within 15 minutes! It was Monday mid-morning which can explain why, but even then there was a small line waiting for their food when I arrived to pick up my order. I had the Smokin' Hot Bitch which was a 9/10 in my opinion. This was a bit heavy for me (and definitely made me full for 12 hours) but the spiciness of the jalapenos and hot link added a nice compliment to the gravy and cheese and both sides balanced each other out well along with the biscuits.

After reading the reviews: wait times can be long. Ours was 30 minutes which we factored in when planning our day. Ordering ahead will save you the time. They have a few tables outside. It was a beautiful day in Seattle so we had our food there. A must try when visiting Seattle. Buy some swag!

I highly recommend placing a pick-up order at this place to skip the line. They notify you via text when your order is ready! I picked up my food, and it arrived perfectly hot and fresh. Normally not a fan of grits, this meal was an exception! The combination of egg, biscuit, grits, sausage, and jalapeños was a perfect blend, each bite bursting with flavor and just the right amount of spice! The sandwich was equally delicious and pleasantly spicy, with sauce already included, so no need to order extra. Overall, this place is great, and I would definitely recommend it!

Delicious fluffy biscuits loaded with all the good stuff! We ordered in advance for pickup which is highly recommended during busy times because the wait can get pretty long. I ordered their biscuit sandwich with the hot link, cheese, and egg. It was so good! Portions are pretty hearty! Definitely could have split one thing with my husband but he wanted his own and for the hot link biscuits smothered in gravy. Also very good! They texted when pick up is ready and staff will give you the order. Overall, the whole process was easy and the food was good with nice portions.

So glad I made the effort to go to Biscuit Bitch while on a recent trip to Seattle. My coworkers and I were walking over to see the Space Needle, so we opted to stop by the Belltown location for breakfast. Upon arrival at 9:30 a.m. on a holiday weekend, it was only a 15 minute wait. We put in our orders and almost minutes later the wait time was set back to 30 minutes. I got the biscuit and gravy and it was delicious - a very generous serving. Both of my coworkers got different sandwiches and, again, we were not anticipating them being so big. The biscuits were fresh and so delicious. And the service and vibe of the restaurant is just so unique and fun.

Nice little place along the street with some outdoor seating. We stopped here on a walk to the space needle. The food was fantastic and the portions were pretty big. My husband was very happy they had spam and he said it was fried up perfectly!

This review is for their 3rd Ave (Belltown) location. I actually didn't realize this is not a sit in restaurant, although they do have maybe 4-5 tables on the sidewalk. You walk up and either order via QR code or if there's a cashier (through the window) available, they can take your order there. That said, I would recommend placing your order online ahead of time, and make sure the correct location is selected! We shared the Hot Mess Bitch, which was biscuit and sausage gravy topped with shredded cheddar, garlic grits, two eggs, split grilled Louisiana Hot Link and pickled jalapeños. Stick to your ribs/filling and so delicious! Would definitely come back again, (might want to try their other location near Pike Place Market).

A fun concept that brings biscuits to the forefront of their menu. With fun names and a cool concept for their store, Biscuit Bitch brings fun to a classic breakfast/brunch menu. Their biscuits are excellent and their gravy is perfectly made. Definitely their main focus is their biscuits and it's not overstated how good they are. A great start to your day!

Heard about this place from coworkers while on a work assignment. We decided to try this location. This is practically a counter where you order food to take away. They were very accomodating and kind. I am sure they could tell we were from out of town. Aside from food they had t-shirts, aprons, totes and bottles of sauce for sale. There were a couple of tables and some chairs on the sidewalk and we ate there. My friends raved about the Smokin' Hot Seattle Bitch and the Straight Up Bitch. I enjoyed my Bitchwich which is a biscuit sandwich with over hard egg, cheddar cheese, and a pork sausage patty and their house Bitchy Sauce. The biscuit was fluffy and light inside with a slightly crisp golden brown crust outside. There is a perfect balance of buttery flavor that is both savory and slightly sweet. I could have gone for seconds. Will certainly come back soon.

Was looking forward to this place after seeing all the great reviews. Probably should have ordered a breakfast sandwich but we ordered the biscuits with gravy, eggs and other toppings. Dishes were pretty underwhelming but served warm and quickly. Only a few tables outside for seating and there was a homeless man who would not stop rambling out loud to the on-site security guard the entire time. We didn't feel threatened by him but he was just very annoying.

This place is a wonderful little breakfast gem. At the time we visited Seattle, they did not offer in done dining. There was a long line waiting for food, but I would recommend ordering online and picking up to avoid the long wait outside. Everything was delicious! It's hard to choose from their menu - I had the Gritty Scramble Cheesy Bitch along with one of their specialty coffees - you won't be disappointed.

A little order & takeaway spot with some great sandwiches on delicious biscuits. I got the combo of bitchwich and the cheesy garlic grits. Breakfast of champions. There are a few small tables on the sidewalk near the spot but definitely do not plan a big family get together for a sit down.

First time in Seattle... got a tip from the lady in the elevator at our hotel.. For great coffee to go Belltown.. and the biscuit Bitch! Loved it! Loved the coffee, the frindly stay! Austin! The biscuits and gravy! Can highly recommend. In a cute area of town!

This place is more than just famous! It has a following for good reasons! Lots of first timers, but plenty of regulars! How do I know, you wonder? Every so often the staff comes out to ask and to help the new folks order! I'm from the South and my grandmas would have been chasing the staff down to wash their mouths out with soap and shaking a finger at 'em for their gruff ways. My grandmas made great biscuits, but they never made great biscuits like these bitches can! SERIOUSLY, if you are in town, you HAVE to try this place. Yes, the biscuits are great, but it is the heavenly/devilicious items that accompany these masterful works of taste and art! Filling! There were 4 of us and we all were eating each other's orders so I forgot what each of us had, but when done, good thing we were going down the hill for the day. It was a true biscuit fest orgy! A tip, order online before!

Mmm give me more warm, buttery biscuits please! The wait for your food could be quite long; it was a 45-minute wait when I went on a Sunday afternoon. There's a physical sign in front of the store that will give an estimate of how much expected wait there will be. You can order online or in-person, but if you order online, there's no option to schedule your pickup time since it depends on their current wait time. I took a chance and placed an online order ~40 minutes before I got there and was able to pick my food up right as I arrived. There are a couple of tables and chairs outside the storefront for seating, but they were occupied by people waiting for their food orders, so we went to eat our food at Seattle Center. Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch: The portion is very filling for one person. Everything tasted great, though sometimes it seemed a tad too salty. It was a lovely meal and I'd come back to try a bitchwitch in the future.

I've been excited to try this place and was happy with the food! We ordered ahead on a Monday morning and it took about 20-25 minutes for our order to be ready. I got the vegetarian sausage biscuit and split a side of mushroom gravy with a friend (it definitely serves two). The biscuit itself was really good and flaky and the sandwich was really filling! The tables outside were full so we took it across the street to the tables outside of the park. I'd probably get this again and it's fun to take visitors here.

My wife and I had been on a cruise we stayed in Seattle for a few days afterwards. Found this place for breakfast,and we were not disappointed.

Ordered the biscuit sandwich with hot sausage link and it was exactly what I expected. Hot, savory and easy breakfast on-the-go food. Sausage was a mild spicy and juicy and the egg and cheese weren't too over powering. Their house sauce was mild enough to not over power the food but strong enough to taste between the bites. The biscuit was soft and not incredibly flaky. I will I regret not being able to try their jam or honey, I feel like it would've really wrapped up everything nicely. Service was around 15 minutes for to go, but it was quick for a busy spot.

Simple storefront with limited seating with some of the best biscuits and gravy you could imagine. The biscuits were everything a biscuit should be, light and fluffy, yet a substantial size to fill you up. The sausage gravy was a hearty, savory mix of goodness that complimented the biscuits perfectly. There were other breakfast items, but the b and g were flying out the door. They closed for pride weekend.

Just moved here a month ago. Immediately became a top 5 spot . And I'm a HUGE foodie. If you're coming to visit Seattle or living here you have to stop by or you're seriously missing out . Your loss lol

Worth the hype and the wait!!! Best biscuits I've ever had! Order ahead online you are gonna end up waiting about 30 min to an hour depending on the time of day but worth it!! They have two locations not far from each other. I had the classic bacon biscuit and I could have definitely eaten two at once! So good! Outdoor seating only and very limited

This place is fantastic! I went to the Seattle location in Belltown. Even though there isn't a ton of seating, you really must have dinner here since you're in for a real treat--an entertaining experience fit for a bitch! I suggest placing your order online in advance of your arrival if you would like a more expedited service because there is a wait. With extra egg and jalapeño toppings, I ordered the veggie sausage bitchwich. It ranks high among my all-time favorite morning veggie sandwiches. A light and tasty biscuit it was! Even for a southerner like me, the cheesy garlic grits were perfect. This is definitely not the spot for you if you have a problem with people using profanity; they call all clients "bitchches!" After all that, why not stop by Biscuit Bitch for some delicious bitchwiches? Seeing you all there, bitches!

Querky little place that mostly does take out. There are two locations in downtown Seattle within walking distance of each other. Both were very busy. We went to the one that had a couple of outside tables. Despite the cold we enjoyed our breakfast very much. The servings are large. My order had grits in it and they were wonderful.

Food - never had a bad biscuit and I love that they have multiple vegetarian options! Very much a fan! Service - they're often pretty busy so it can take a LONG time to get your food or be seated now that they've resumed dine in. But it's worth it or just get take out/delivery. Ambiance - very small space relative to popularity but it's quirky and fun. The staff are all pretty cool too. They have multiple locations and the others I have been to have more space but perhaps a little less character comparatively.

Now this is comfort food! Everything is hearty and delicious so many options to get your day started. This woman owned shop with outside seating is def worth the hype. The food comes out super hot and quick and they're always willing to help you make the right choice. It's also a neat spot because where else could you go where you get called bitches for ordering food haha. If you live near this awesome spot I'm jealous of you! If you're in the Seattle area def add them to your list because you'll be mad you didn't try them.

WORTH IT! I got the veggie sausage bitchwich and enjoyed it. My partner got the bacon one and also found it delectable! This was a highly recommended spot to visit and we were glad we did. The biscuit was soft, fluffy and flaky I recommend adding jalepenos if you like a little bit of spice and acid. You order online after checking the wait time up front. Our wait was said to be 30 minutes however it ended up being ~20 minutes! We did walk around the area and received a text when our order was ready. You will need you ID as well when picking up. There was a limited amount of seats in front of the kitchen - it's not a dine-in spot but you might be able to snag a seat. The area was a little sketch so we walked a few blocks down and found a nice bench area to enjoy our meal. The front area gets crowded and if you don't know the process you may be a little confused at first. My only qualm is that they do not allow you to remove any part of the biscuit but will let you add on jalapeños or cheese or meat. I don't regularly eat cheese so would have liked the option to remove it. They say no substitutions but removing an item isn't a "substitution" to me and sometimes people have allergies but still want to enjoy the rest of the item! However, they do let you change out meat for vegetarian/vegan patties which is great.

Expensive for what it was. Luckily we managed to find a table so it worked out. There were no condiments. It was very basic. Make sure you order from the right location!!! Triple check because there is another location that's a few blocks away as well. We went at opening so it wasn't overly crowded yet.

Service was slow. Sign says 15 minutes wait, but actually took more like 30 minutes. Food came out lukewarm, which was ridiculous considering the wait. Food is meant to take and go, a few tables but in the rain that would suck. Grits were strange, I guess all of them had garlic which I didn't realize, and couldn't eat them. Busy spot!

The name alone was enough to get to try this place. When I was in Miami, I went to a resturant called "Bacon Bitch" and I was curious if this was similar. Sadly, it is not. Also, note that they are only open for breakfast/brunch hours from 8-1. The menu is limited to biscuit related items, so if you're a fan of biscuits and gravy & Southern fare, this is the place to go. For now, the Belltown location is strictly a take away business and there is no dine in option as of this writing. They do have patio table seating, but it is limited to a few tables in front of the business by the sidewalk. If the street noise doesn't bother you and you can score a table, eat it there. Don't bother calling the phone to place and order; you will be directed to order online--which is very easy. Or you can take your chances and order at the window and wait. Even with ordering in advance, there may still be a short wait for your order; they pride themselves on making the orders fresh and it is never sitting under a heating lamp waiting for you. Depending on the time, the lines can be long, so consider ordering in advance. The menu is 'bitch' themed, every item is bitch related so you're either ordering a Biscuit Bitch (has gravy) or a Bitchwich (breakfast sandwich). Pretty cool. We ordered the Easy Bitch, Hot Mess Bitch and the Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch. It was a lot of food and I wasn't able to finish it in one sitting. I loved the grits and my only complaint about the scrambled cheesy bitch was that the eggs were a bit overcooked for my taste. Had I known better, I would have said not to cook the eggs so hard. The gravy was delicious as was the biscuits. The hot mess bitch came with a hot link PLUS pickled jalapeno slices on top. I can normally tolerate hot links, it was a little spicy for me and the jalapeno slices definitely kicked it up a notch and I had to brush them aside. The Easy Bitch was your basic biscuits and gravy---what's not to like? Definitely worth checking out.

Love a good city specific classic place only disappointment was no seating inside, only outdoors but made out of metal and no covering. Reminded me of my grandma's breakfast.

Based on all the hype around Biscuit Bitch, I seem to have a bit of an unpopular opinion... When we arrived, there was a cluster of people hanging around the entrance. We realized there was no line to order, there was just a sign with a QR code that you place your order online. You hang around and wait for them to call your name and have to show your ID to pick it up. There's a few tables outside, no indoor seating is available. We waited around 30 minutes to get our food. I'm a huge biscuit and gravy fan so I was sooo excited to try this place. I just got the basic biscuit and gravy. Unfortunately, I just don't get the hype. I honestly was not a fan of the gravy. My husband got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and he was happy with his choice. In my opinion, for the price and the wait, you could definitely find better biscuit and gravy options in the area.

Friendly and fun window service. I had a very yummy Bitchwich veggie sausage biscuit sandwich and my husband had the Bitchwich Bacon biscuit sandwich. We will definitely make this is a breakfast stop on our next visit to Seattle.

Overall, underwhelming. For a 1 hour wait from 10am-11am on a weekend, I would have hoped that the taste and quality would have matched the wait. For two simple sandwiches, I feel disappointed that our order was probably forgotten. Maybe it was my mistake eating it somewhat cold. The biscuit was dry and crumbly, and lacked flavor. The famous "sauce" was barely present in my biscuit. As for "Ambiance", unless you like standing / sitting outside in the cold, I'd skip this location entirely and go to another spot.

It's a total hole in the wall but absolutely amazing. Staff are very friendly and the vibe is a lot of fun. Lots of variety in the menu.

I always make sure to visit Biscuit Bitch when I am in Washington as it is a definite favorite! The food is always fresh and their online ordering system is very easy to use. My favorite to order is the Easy Bitch add cheese and it is so yummy. The gravy does have a little bit of a kick to it, but I am also extremely sensitive to spicy stuff so that could just be me but I still enjoy it very much. The staff is always very helpful as well. I can't wait to return!

Biscuit wasn't anything special. Basically a KFC biscuit. Process is that you order, then in 90 minute, you come back to pick up the food.

Fun place and great food....these biscuits are big! Crunchy outside, soft inside....and the Cold Brew is good too. You may be greeted by an energetic young person who will say, "hello Bitch, what can I get you?" Don't be offended...it's all part of the experience....it can get very busy so try to pick an off time.....we stayed next door at the Belltown Inn and had no trouble with lines until the cruise ships turned up...so keep that in mind...we ordered online, then they text when it's ready....this is s tiny kitchen with no indoor seating...a few tables outside....we took it back to our room. The biscuit will crumble on you but that's a sign of a good biscuit. The t-shirts are cool too! Service was always with a smile...the staff here obviously enjoy their jobs and that makes for a great product and a great time!
