We celebrated our 35th anniversary and was first time to try this new place to us! Our server was very friendly and helpful, fast service, delicious tasting food, blooming onion was good but, especially my tender sirloin and sautéed shrimp. Loved the music and atmosphere too! It will be a pleasure to visit again when in the area.

Google
Great Steaks cooked properly. Good service, clean restrooms and plenty of parking. A good value for what you get! The dining booths are showing some wear and could use some updating.

Google
Hands down the best place to grab a Steak in Tulsa!!! Our server Amy was absolutely amazing! She was very polite and paid close attention to our needs. The Food was piping hot and the restaurant was immaculate. I would highly recommend Bison Steakhouse to ALL of my friends and family as I was truly delighted.

Google
This place is a gem in Broken Arrow. I loved the atmosphere. The food was spot on and staff were eager to serve. What a pleasant surprise. Get the onion appetizer. Heck get two appetizers like we did. (Live a little) The crust on their fried food is something special. The fried shrimp has it too. Yum! I would recommend going to Bison Steakhouse on an anniversary or special occasion that you are okay spending a little extra due to the prices. Especially if you’re wanting the lobster or a nice filet mignon.

Google
The music and lighting and mocktail options were the best part about my experience here. The filet had a nice outside crust which was crunchy, but I still asked for A1. Towards the last half of the steak I noticed a long hair on my plate and it was like hanging from the bite I cut on my fork. I tried to pretend it was mine, but it was not because my hair is short and curled. My entire family was there, including my senior citizen parents, and I didn't want to cause a disturbance. Things like this happen sometimes, and the restaurant was super clean (besides the hair on my plate) and the ambiance gives off a calming vibe.

A really great place to eat have a few drinks an catch some sports... portions are large enough for 2 people... prices are very reasonable.. if not too low for portion size.. but hey FINNALY A PLACE THAT TREATS YOU GREAT !!!

Google
I’d give this restaurant 4 stars for the food but considering we ordered 30 minutes before close and the service and atmosphere were wonderful I’m going with 5. It was our first visit. The portions are large. The rolls were fresh and delicious. The steak fries captured my olfactory curiosity so I added them as my second side (along with a house salad). The rice and salad tasted great. The salmon was a tad over seasoned but still enjoyable. My boyfriend got the steak with a loaded baked potato. I’m not opposed to going back and trying more menu items. Not super impressed but not disappointed either. Our waiter, Thatcher, treated us feel like regulars, we enjoyed his kindness and humor.

Google
we went around 3:30 and it was the perfect time to go. no wait and there was only one other table there so it was very quiet. we got two margaritas for $3 each from their happy hour menu, the tuesday ribeye special with two sides, and the salmon caesar salad and we loved everything! it was the perfect meal and daniel was a great server!!

Holly S.

Yelp
Karessa was an amazing waitress. The food was great. We will definitely come back!!! We had steak and catfish. Everything was cooked to perfection. The salads had real bacon and the rolls were fresh and hot when they came out. 5/5!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Read your bill if you drink liquor...we had 2 margaritas and the liquor tax ALONE was 30%. We did bring it up to manager but he didn't do anything for our bill but said he would check into it. Buyer beware, we won't drink there again except water.

Yelp
So I got takeout and the cabbage rolls were definitely not up to par. They needed to be reheated longer and the rice was a little crunchy so it wasn't fully cooked. I also tried the stuffed grape leaves, which were really good, but I'm used to having Taziki with them and I feel like for $10. I should've got at least 10 of them. I decided to eat in for lunch and the lunch menu is amazing. It's a lot of their regular menu items same portion as dinner but for a lower price which is such a great deal. My waitress was amazing. Service was on point. And this time I got the trio appetizer, and the cabbage roll was perfect. The hummus the tabouli everything was so good. I tried the pork chops for the first time. They were really good and I love that I can get asparagus as one of my sides and it's not extra. I also had a Caesar salad, which was so fresh and good . I wore Pisoneros shirt and got a free appetizer this time as well as when I did take out and it's so great that they do a free appetizer with that T-shirt.

Yelp
The food here is so good & Hannah (i think is her name) always does an amazing job. This time we halted the salmon, rice, and it was really good! They could work on the potato skins because they barely put any seasoning on them, or green onions... but it's probably one of the nicest restaurants in Broken Arrow. Nice place! Definitely our go to!

Anna G.

Yelp
BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD!! If you are coming to this place ask for Karessa she is best person there!! miss her already! also why can't I put I higher rating??

Yelp
We wanted try to somewhere new today. The food was really good, we were pretty impressed. We both got steak and very well priced and cooked just right. The sides were just as good. The service was top notch. Our glasses stayed full and the waitress was very attentive. The atmosphere was just alright, too many TVs in my opinion but it was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are very fair for the quality of food and service.

Yelp
The first time we came everything was really good. Then each time thereafter, it gets worse and worse. The bison ribeye they used to have when they first opened was excellent. For whatever reason they took the off the menu and now the only bison steak they offer is a 't-bone'. It is awful. Super tough. Horrible flavor. Barely any meat. It was not a true tbone. Definitely didn't taste like bison or any quality grade meat at that. The beef steaks are good but not worth the price. The rolls are gross and have an odd flavor. Cake was dry and tasted freezer burnt. The other food is mediocre at best. The best thing they have going for them is the drinks now. The service sucks too. I don't know what happened but it's so disappointing. Will not be back!

Yelp
We got there a little before 6:00pm and were seated immediately. We had some rolls with butter offered and these were a welcome start. Butter seemed sweet. Rolls were warm and fresh. After browsing the menu, we got elected to open up the flood gates with a Blooming Onion. I'd say this is comparable if not better than most other onion blossom offered by restaurants. One side, in particular had just the right amount of crispiness, but the other side was a bit mushy. Had it been evenly crispy, It'd place in the S-tier. We each ordered a sirloin steak -- mine was medium and my wife's was well done. They were both "cooked to perfection" as the menu stated. Although mine was seasoned a bit too much, the flavor profile of the seasoning well complimented the natural char flavoring with which it was cooked. Cutting into the meat I felt like I was an infomercial host trying to sell viewers on some new Japanese knife. It was like cutting into butter. Even my wife's well done steak was strangely tender. I'd rank their steaks in the A-tier but closer to the S-tier than the B, for sure. For the sides (two sides per entree), we split fire roasted corn, steamed vegetables, seasoned rice, and asparagus. Fire roasted corn had some kick to it that we both appreciated. Maybe a little bit of cayenne pepper. Anyways, had that sweet heat combination of which we're fans. A-tier Steamed vegetables: typical mixture you'll get from most steakhouses. Broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and cauliflower doused in a buttery oil with shaved garlic. I do believe I tasted hints of Parmesan in there which helped to differentiate it from those aforementioned places. Otherwise, run-of-the-mill. B-tier. Seasoned rice: completely forgettable. Maybe even a little off-putting. Had a weird taste to it despite being topped with a fresh green herb. D-tier. Asparagus: this one wasn't bad, but I've had better grilled asparagus stalks from local restaurants. They weren't bad, though. C-tier. The atmosphere seemed alright. Seating was a bit cramped. Even walking to the restrooms, it felt like i was going to bump into the staff. Sink water was immediately hot. Only one urinal, though. Large flat screen TVs on the north/south walls so this is the kind of place you could go to for a big sports watch. We had only water. No bad taste but I we cannot comment on any of the drink selections or desserts. Server didn't really give us an option. She seemed like she was maybe ready to get us out for the Saturday night dinner crowd. Verdict: we will return. We surveyed the offerings at neighboring tables and their burgers, chicken tenders, and chicken fried steak looked worthwhile to try. So, it'll be another date night and I'll update accordingly.

Yelp
Our server Ava was awesome We went for my sweet hubs birthday & he got the new sweet & spicy boneless hot wings. We always enjoy their rolls & honey butter. We shared a delicious ribeye with a loaded baked potato & side side that were super . Since it was his birthday they gave us peach bread pudding on the house it smelled so yummy. We'll have it later when we're not so full. We'll be back they next time we have a celebration perhaps our 37th Anniversary !

Yelp
Fantastic food and service. Chicken fried steak was delicious and huge! Looking forward to when we can go back next time we are in town.

Yelp
The food is always top notch, delicious and appetizing. They're also very sweet about when we get half portions they divided on two different plates for automatically in the kitchen. You can see that in the salmon and tabouli picture where they divided the meal for us. Amy was an excellent waitress. It takes care of us so nicely. In addition, the ambience is lovely for the family or friends to get together and have a nice evening meal.

Yelp
We tried Bison earlier this week. We started with the Mediterranean plate (hummus, tabouli, & one cabbage roll) and the complimentary bread. The hummus was okay, the tabouli was mediocre, but the cabbage roll was amazing. Bread was okay. It paired well with the sweet honey butter. Next, I had the house salad with ranch. I am assuming they make their ranch dressing with miracle whip. It was gross. For the main course, we split the filet with Brussel sprouts & French fries. The main course was good. I would order it again. My daughter tried the children's burger & fries. She liked it. Service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive. Ambience is casual. TVs were around the restaurant playing various games and one was playing The Office. The restaurant has the bar in the very center, so it feels like an Applebees (it used to be one). If you want to go to a steak house with your family, give it a try. If you want romance, I have plenty of other reviews of places that are more equipped with an intimate setting.

Yelp
Have been meaning to try this place since they opened because they are close to home. I called at 5 pm to ask if they took reservations, the young lady on the line said they only take reservations for large parties and two people would be seated immediately. My wife and I showed up at 6 pm and they were packed. I do have to give them credit, they seated us pretty quick (@ 5 minutes). The Interior is nothing fancy (old Applebees), and they had the tables packed pretty tight because of some large parties that were seated. We started with the cabbage rolls as an appetizer and I was truly impressed. Nice spice on the filling and just the right amount of cook one the rolls. I would highly recommended them. I chose the beef kabobs with bison chili and sweet corn; my wife went with the Sea Bass with a side salad and mashed potatoes. The kabobs were well cooked and flavorful, but the real hit to me was the chili which came out with sweet cornbread. It was solid! Not award winning, but they matched up well and it was great. My wife said the salad was crisp and a good portion. Her sea bass was cooked well and not rubbery: she said she enjoyed it. Portion sizes are large so we're took lots home for another meal tomorrow. Price is just okay. The appetizers and some entrees like the kabob and burgers are nicely priced, but the steak and seafood are in the low to mid $30 range which is higher than some good chain restaurants. On the plus side, the service was fast and friendly. The food came out well cooked, warm, and quickly. With tip we got out of there for $95 for two people. Worth the value, but not somewhere you can afford every week. Still we will come back and definitely do the cabbage rolls and try more of the menu.

Yelp
The Bison Steakhouse was amazing! The service was wonderful. The steak Diane was split between my husband and myself. This is just 1/2 of the steak. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor! Cooked perfectly! Best steak I have had in a long time. Well worth the stop!!! Environment was comfortable and the service was spot on and fast!

Yelp
Very busy on a Saturday night. Waited over an hour for seat. The waitress was friendly and kept us satisfied. Food was well prepared and actually quite reasonable. Will definitely return when in the area again.
google avatar

Yelp
The service was great. Amy K was brilliant. Thank you. The food was great as well. We ate steaks, jalapeno poppers and even carrot cake. They didn't have a wheel barrel to get us to the car, so we had to walk. ..... the environment was clean and sports bar-espec, but nice.

Yelp
Probably the best under the radar restaurants in the B.A. or Tulsa areas. Steaks are always perfectly prepared and the sides are outstanding.
google avatar

Kathy F.

Yelp
it seems to be the basic setup for a restaurant walk in greeted bar area in the middle booth and tables surrounding it ... so it didn't really pop out in style. The service was good and the food was excellent. They offer a Bison Burger which you don't see on a lot of places so that makes it a drawing point.

Yelp
07-02-2024 1:30 PM had their Smokehouse Burger [medium] and it is huge, was delicious [and messy - need napkins] with tabouli for lunch. I cut the half-pound burger in half to handle better. [yeah, right!]

Yelp
Oh my goodness, our waitress at Bison Steakhouse was incredible....Karessa. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Very attentive to our whole table. You should ask for her section.

Yelp
Nice, clean restaurant with HUGE portion sizes. Everything was very yummy and the service was very good.

Yelp
Ooof where to start, from overpriced steaks to not even preparing them correctly, a medium rare steak came out RAW, a rare steak came out RAW (cold in the center raw) don't bother with the cheese sticks, gas station is better, the rolls are cold?? Weird. Fries weren't done, mashed potatoes taste no better than instant mash, just add water!! (Service was good, but the food? 2.1/10

Yelp
Made a last minute reservation for 11people and they were very accommodating. Needed a table with wheelchair access and it was no problem even with the late notice. Granted it was a Wednesday night but we arrived to find the restaurant still nearly full. Food was incredible. We weren't really sure what to expect as it was all of our first time coming, but thru out the meals courses, nothing but positive remarks and compliments flooded the table. Was personally very excited to see cabbage rolls on the menu and they were delightful. The steaks were all cooked perfectly and could really taste the quality of the meat. Overall we were very impressed and expect to visit repeatedly if experiences continue the same! Highly recommend.

Yelp
Okay SoBA, I ventured out into New Orleans Square today and popped into the newly opened Bison Steakhouse! Since I came in at 11:30 AM you get a lunch time review. I looked over the menu carefully so I could try a menagerie of items. Some things of note that I DIDN'T try are the tabouli and cabbage rolls. I also saw a steak with a lobster tail available. Here is what I DId try!!! To start, I sat at the bar because I came in solo. I met a man named Jeremy on my way to sit who recognized me!!! Totally made my day, he introciced me to his family and it was just fun!! Anyway, I sat at the bar and enjoyed a stiff glass of ice water !!!! Only the hard stuff for me!!! I started out with the BLOOMING ONION!!! Welcomed addition to south BA IMHO!!! Great size, fried to perfection and was seasoned well!!!! I had it with regular ranch but very much enjoyed that chipotle ranch. I like some extra flavor!!!! I moved on from there to a BISON BURGER!!! Where it normally comes with a side of fries, I opted for a side salad . I liked how it was more than just lettuce. It had some nice red onion, tomatoes , thin slices of hard boiled egg and croutons . This was taken down with basic ranch. BREAD!!!! How can I forget the complimentary bread!!! Get it. Just so it. I don't care, try it and enjoy it, I mean, unless it will do your body harm, please don't die for bread!!! For the rest of y'all, get it. It will make your day better. Okay, now for the bison burger!! When it came out I was so glad to see it be a pub style patty!! It was substantial in size and paired well with mustard!! I had mine cooked to medium well and prefer bison burgers with all the veggies. It is a very lean meat and without the fat, needs something to provide some moisture beyond the mustard. Overall I enjoyed this lunch specialty and found it to be very satisfying. It is a little spendy but for me, worth it for a lunch treat!! Overall great experience. While sitting I did notice a few things that will go unmentioned, but are to be expected for a spot that's been open 1.5 days. It takes time to get all the processes nailed down and everyone working efficiently and cohesively. I would as that you be patient as they get lined out and not be a jerk to the staff. None of us are so special that we can treat each other poorly. Please be kind and tip well!!! When YOU come in, ask for Tracy or Desiree!! They were awesome and be sure to tell 'em Big Ray sent you!!!!

Yelp
Excellent meal! Salads were cold...entrees were piping hot! Thatcher was attentive and friendly. Celebrating the anniversary of our first date at Bison Steakhouse. Highly recommend

Yelp
It is open. The Bison Burgers are on the grill as I write these words. Broken Arrow didn't need another Mexican, Chicken or Pizza restaurant. A Steakhouse, Yes! A Steakhouse that serves Bison even better. A Steakhouse on the south side of town in New Orleans Square, perfect! The Bison Steakhouse is in the structure that was previously the Oasis and before that possibly an Applebee's. It is nicely decorated, roomy, comfortable with a large full bar centered in the room. It offers a relaxing environment to enjoy a few drinks and a good steak. I have been waiting for the Bison Burger, a full half pound patty, served with simple burger trimmings, not embellished with some weird concoction of sauces. This one comes with cheese, which I almost had them to hold. The cheese turned out to be mild and didn't distract from the 5-star, perfectly cooked as ordered, med-rare ground bison. Excellent! The restaurant is well staffed. Josh was the friendly attentive server we had. The restaurant has only been open a week. So, I figure the kitchen staff is still learning the ropes and Management is still tweaking recipes and accepting feedback. My only suggestion would be to find milder pickles for the Bison Burger. These were a little overpowering for the mild flavored Bison meat. Next time I will just remove them, unless they come up with a better version. My wife suggested that the steak fries could have been left in the fryer for another couple of minutes. I am going to give the restaurant a month or so the settle in, and then the real test: a Bison Ribeye steak. I am looking forward to it!

Derek B.

Yelp
Decent for Broken Arrow, absolutely nothing special if you ever travel outside of this area. Our silverware and table was dirty - so I hope they don't get inspected tomorrow by the health department *wink*, the bloomin onion still had raw batter at the bottom, the cabbage rolls were pretty much rice and sauce, the rolls are just store bought, the catfish was actually very clean and hot, salad was fresh but all the dressing and sauces served just taste straight out of a store bought bottle. This place can compete with places in that neighborhood, but this is basically just an Outback in an old Applebee's if you really need the honest review. Best description I can give you. Good, not great.

Yelp
The food is really good and not overpriced at all. Great variety of sides for low carb if needed. Best smothered chicken ever!

Yelp
Finally tried Bison Steakhouse and it was very good. Service from Desirae was excellent. Portions were large so brought home enough for tomorrow. The Decoy by Duckhorn Merlot was perfect with my filet. Definitely going back to try more.

Yelp
Our waitress Josie did an excellent job. We aren't locals, but visit the area periodically & stumbled on this gem through Yelp when looking for somewhere that served steak that was nearby. Everything was amazing from the Hot Rolls that were served with cinnamon butter to the NY Strip that was cooked perfectly. You didn't need streak sauce with it if that says anything. We had the green beans & mashed potatoes with white gravy. I loved the garlic butter taste with the green beans, it's probably my favorite that I've ever had at a restaurant. The cocktail I had (Frozen Watermelon Mojito) was so refreshing. Josie was very pleasant & made light conversation & even recommended a cute boutique for me to check out. Anytime I visit the Tulsa area this will be a must. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We have had Bison Steakhouse on our list after hearing about it from a few different people. We started off with the cabbage rolls, which were very tasty. My MIL said her plate of cabbage rolls were a bit cold, while our plate was warm and they had a great flavor - not too much cinnamon and more savory. The rolls at Bison are (in my opinion) better than Texas Roadhouse as they are much fluffier and substantial. I ordered the ribeye and the flavor was pretty good but it was a bit tough to cut at times. I always get medium rare and it was perfectly cooked. I also ordered the Brussel sprouts and they were kind of large and undercooked for how I like them. My MIL's were smaller and cooked more. My husband got the chicken fried steak with brown gravy and he said it was good but not great. He was not a fan of the green beans as well. Overall, the flavor for most of our food was good but the consistency between orders was not the best. We still want to come back and try some different things on the menu! Our server was super kind and attentive throughout the night, giving my MIL a peach dessert for her birthday and making sure we all had what we wanted. The inside of the restaurant definitely still looks a bit like an Applebee's (but upscale and updated) and is pretty crowded with tables fairly close together. All in all, we will be back to try other things and get a better idea of what Bison is all about!

Yelp
Fried Chicken Salad was good--fresh salad items (no wilted or gross lettuce!). The chopped fried chicken fingers on top of the salad were flavorful and freshly prepared. They have dinner rolls and that cinnamon-flavored oleo. Service was slow, restaurant wasn't crowded, but diners were seated all across the restaurant. Waitstaff did a lot of walking. Ambiance? This is not a fine dining restaurant. It's casual and geared toward families for food and a bar for weekday afternoon drinkers. And a TV EVERYWHERE you look.

William F.

Yelp
A really solid place to grab a bite to eat, UNLESS the manager is your server (short blonde hair). Really an unpleasant experience with her. Throws things around, no reply to a simple thank you, etc. This is based on several visits, it's actually an uncomfortable environment with her.... RBF is one thing, but sheesh!

Yelp
Went to Bison (2nd time) to celebrate Cray Cray's birthday and try out happy hour. Got there around 5:30 and it was already somewhat busy. I asked the host about happy hour and he was unsure so we sat in the bar to be sure happy hour would be honored. A server came over and took our initial drink orders, house margaritas on the rocks. Dr. Pepper for LM. She was delivered a sprite by the bartender Then the host came over and let us know we could get happy hour drinks at our table but not appetizers. No big deal. The waiter came back with the margaritas and asked if we wanted any happy hour apps ‍ Margaritas were not good and came with salt which I asked to have left off. What do you want for $3? A third person came over and introduced herself as our waiter We ordered grilled shrimp and cabbage rolls as our app. 1st waiter (turns out is the manager) delivered our apps. 2 orders of cabbage rolls and the shrimp. There went our happy hour pricing ‍ We only ordered one order of rolls. The group said the cabbage rolls were excellent. LM wanted the shrimp and did not like it. Others agreed. Too garlicky. We also ordered wine and beer. I like their house wine. I've had it elsewhere. Brand is Forum. Happy hour wine is $1 off and happy hour beer is $1.50 off. We ordered filet and pork chops for entrees. Side salad, loaded baked potato and filet were all excellent. Pork chops came out with the manager and an apology. They were super thin and overcooked. She immediately apologized and ended up comping it. Somehow, we still spent $125 with 1 entree, happy hour drinks and apps ‍ Food was mostly great and we will return. Happy to have the local option and happy to support. They still need to work out some service issues which I hope they do by our next visit.

Spencer A.

Yelp
For the price the service sucked and didn't get all of our order and told them 2 times and still didn't get it

Emily B.

Yelp
We tried Bison Steakhouse today for lunch. It is in a former Applebee's. They painted the walls. That basically sums up the experience. The food was fine, but it had hot and fresh going for it. The service was remarkably slow but also attentive. There was a large table of women cackling and airing their dirty laundry way too loudly (and I'll add that they were done dining the entire time we were there); that totally ruined any hope of an atmosphere. Sadly, there are better options so this place does not receive our recommendation, though we wish them well.

Allie W.

Yelp
Ordered take out, service and people over the phone were super sweet and personable. Steak was cooked to the perfect temp, however, I ordered the bread pudding and upon opening it up at home, smells like moldy feet? I really can't describe the scent but I can't eat this. A little disappointed because to add ice cream to it (which it usually comes with a scoop, from other places) costed $.99. i took a few bites hoping that it was my brain messing with me but could not get past that horrid smell. Stear clear of the bread pudding. The milk or whatever in it is spoiled.

Yelp
We went on a Friday night. The place was packed, but the two of us were seated immediately. The tables are very close together and a family and I had to share some arm space. We ordered the mediterranean app with the tabouli, hummus, and cabbage roll. The hummus was too salty for me, but the rest was great. We ordered chicken fried chicken with fries and mac and cheese, as well as, smothered chicken, loaded baked potato, and brussel sprouts. The entrées were delish. The servers and the food runners were working well as a team and getting tables the things they needed and turning them over quickly.

Yelp
I really love their steak. At lunch they have an amazing deal with their mashed potato's and roasted corn and it really hit the spot! Their service is not as great as the food but they only had two servers so not sure if they were short.

Yelp
Both times we've visited The Bison, we've been thoroughly satisfied. The portions are generous, the food is delicious and served hot. I particularly enjoy the rolls, blooming onion, and the delicious steaks. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it unnecessary to dress up.

Kim A.

Yelp
A friend and I split the cabbage roll tabouli Appetizer. And then split the best hamburger I've ever had. I will definitely be going back. Service is very friendly and helpful. The ambience is a nice and comfortable nicely decorated, those people quiet despite the televisions around the bar.

Tia H.

Yelp
Went for the first time this week, the ambiance is nice enough, it's kinda set up like a Applebees. But I like Applebees so that's not a knock. We ordered our food though after waiting maybe 20 minutes the waitresses came out and said it was our pasta that was taking so long. She stated the pasta is " made fresh" and they had to make more pasta. 10 minutes later a manager comes out apologies stating then just ran out of noodles, and had to run and gets some but could use a substitute noodle.... Probably should have collaborated on their reason. She then asked if we wanted another round of drinks ( we had all previously ordered drinks) but she asked in a manner as though it would be compensation ( on the house) for the fact that now we're at about 40 minutes since ordering our food. She even stated we could have a free dessert and that she has to 8.00 dollars off our tickets.... Well the drinks were not on the house and the cost of all the drinks definitely outweighed the free dessert and 8 dollars she stated she would take off... again one could say we assumed but she definitely presented it in a form as compensation . It was just very deceiving and didn't appreciate it.

dee s.

Yelp
I gave them one star only because the waitress was nice. My husband ordered smothered chicken it was charred dried and tough to chew. If the chicken is half burned I would hate to try a steak. I ordered bison chili It tasted as if someone took the entire salt shaker and dumped it in. It also came in a bowl that was more like the size of a half cup serving pretty pathetic but since it tasted so bad I only had a couple bites then left the rest. So we basically threw away $35 for two unedible meals.

Yelp
The food and service were awesome!! Vibes were good, will definitely be back! Haven't heard of it before

Yelp
Bison is a good mid-level restaurant. The food was good but not outstanding. TBH the steaks were a little overpriced for top sirloin and NY strip. The tabouleh was good but the humus needed salt and the cabbage roll had an odd taste. The rolls were good and the cinnamon butter was a nice twist. The building still feels like a converted Applebees but they did a good job redecorating. Certainly not a romantic place nor a family scene. The parking lot was crazy and we saw so many close calls. The service was good but the timing was off. It took too long to get the appetizers and the main course was not far behind. Our server had too many tables but did his best.

Yelp
Husband and I went for dinner and husband opted for the 12 or 14oz bison steak ($44) cooked rare with mashed potato no gravy, and I opted for the bison burger ($14?) cooked medium rare with steak fries. 3 out of 10. The steak was cooked well done and was chewy, the mashed potato's were cold and my burger was awful and fries were cold. I didn't eat it. The service was abysmal. We were going to grab a drink but when I asked if they had any specials server just looked at me. So we got water. The ambiance was so - so. Not very busy and they didn't have music playing the first 25 minutes we were there so everyone could hear everyone. There are way better steaks and burgers in Broken Arrow so please don't waste your time and come here!

Yelp
We have been here four are five times and the last two times have been very disappointing. So much so that we won't be going back. Dinner tonight was cold and the steak was really over cooked and not seasoned. The salad came out after our main course. The hostesses and wait staff hung out up front and had their soft drinks and coffees sitting on the front desk and they just talked and talked like it was break time. Huge change from our first few times here. What a shame.

Yelp
The place looked great... very comfortable, the bison burger was great, but my server, Olivia, was absolutely perfect!

Yelp
Great new place in BA. Seems like it might be a newer version of all of the great Lebanese Steak houses that have been a part of the Tulsa area for years. The steaks are great and competitively priced. The Humus is to die for!!! Best I have ever had. Jeff
