This restaurant was an amazing experience. They were incredibly accommodating of different dietary needs—one person at our table was vegan, another avoided pork, and one was an omnivore. It was fun to see the subtle differences in each dish and how carefully they avoided cross-contamination while still delivering on flavor. Some of the ingredient combinations sounded unusual at first, but once everything came together, we were genuinely surprised by how well it all worked. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming, and the interior design was absolutely perfect.

I organized a company event for two groups on May 5 and 8, 2025 and it was truly a fantastic experience — everyone loved it! I had the pleasure of working with Philippe Veilleux, and from the very beginning, he made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. What stood out the most was the incredible level of service: even though the restaurant is usually closed on Mondays, Philippe was kind enough to open it exclusively for our group. That level of commitment and flexibility is rare these days. The food was absolutely amazing, and the entire restaurant team was incredibly friendly and professional. Their customer service was impeccable — a true culinary show and experience we won’t forget! Thank you to Philippe and the entire team!

We have experienced an excellent French Quebecois cuisine using local ingredients. All the dishes are amazingly complex with tastes. We ordered the two desserts, Confit Apple Doughnuts and Elderflower Panna Cotta are both demonstrated the chef mindset of creating unorthodox tastes interwoven together. Amazing!

absolutely delicious, charming atmosphere, and ready to accommodate anything- vegan, vegetarian, picky, pescetarian, any sort of food allergy, and have some phenomenal NA drinks as well! I was seriously struggling to resist licking my plate. I asked for a wine rec and got something amazing, and be sure to leave room for dessert because that isn't just artistic blobs of chocolate and cream, it was so freaking good. 10/10 will be dreaming about their oysters and NA whiskey drinks and baba for years. Just be sure to plan ahead well, though- Quebec city has atrocious parking.

Stunning! My goodness, the decor in this place is outstanding! 10/10! Very elegant and beautiful, perfect for a date night! The food was tasty, definitely made with really high quality ingredients and the plating was done so beautifully. I did find the portions a little smaller than I’d like, but I enjoyed the experience that the food brought me. Have you heard of a show called “the menu”? Ya, this place is right up there when it comes to flavours and giving you an experience. Our server explained every single thing that he served and answered all of our questions. It’s extremely pricey for a vegetarian meal, but the experience really pushes it over the top and worth it at least once. Give this spot a shot!

I loved the 6 course vegan tasting menu! I appreciated the use of seasonal ingredients and the use of textures throughout the dishes. The service was exceptional, and the space feels elegant and cozy. I'm glad this exists within Quebec City! Will definitely return!!

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in the Province of Quebec or anywhere. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt, and professional. Known for its tasting menu and wine pairings, it was a real experience with unique combinations of tastes and food items served in a unique environment both indoor and outdoor. We were unexpectedly and delightfully treated to two glasses of red wine when there was a slight delay between two courses, a delay we had not even noticed. Our hotel concierge booked a last minute reservation for us at this amazing restaurant! We ordered the Raw and Cooked Oysters, Roasted Duck and Smoked Squash, the Guinea fowl & cauliflower and a vegan pasta dish. Be careful not to order dishes with repeat ingredients together. All dished were in huge portions. This restaurant is highly recommended!
