"Since rents are lower in the area of Le Cannet, just north of Cannes, it’s become a popular place for young chefs setting up shop on their own. Chef Claude Sutter’s excellent traditional French cooking has attracted a loyal crowd of regulars and in-the-know travelers with dishes like risotto with carrots, baby peas, and mint pistou; asparagus soup with orange zest; cod with polenta and Bolognese sauce; veal rolls with black-currant sauce; and vanilla mille-feuille with strawberry coulis." - Lane Nieset
Likely the best meal I’ve had in my life. I don’t have the words to do it justice - delightful, surprising. Service and flavor were beyond my dreams. The village is really lovely, so glad we found this place.

This was our favorite meal on our France trip. We started with excellent homemade charcuterie from the owner Jason, who is a trained butcher. The steak was amazing, as were the desserts made by Manon. Great selection of wine. Very easy to get to if you’re traveling from the center of Cannes - only a 10 minute Uber ride. Le Cannet is such a quaint area with cute bars and a beautiful view of Cannes. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back.

Tonight with my friend i ate The worst dinner of my life. The first plate is like a cat food, the second plate, except for (maybe) the meat, is very very bad. The dessert remember me a pesto post a hot night. Very bad experience, wouldn’t reccomend it to my worst enemy

Highly recommended. The food is super high quality, the wine selection is superb. For locals the Bistrot Saint Sauveur is one of the best value for money in the Cannes area.

This restaurant reopened a year ago with new owners who are focusing on quality meats. Its lunch menu is a great value with creative variations on classics such as beef tartare and burgers with pulled beef. The fish of the day was excellent with a touch of Asian flavors. We wish they would offer "pain de campagne" in addition to the plain French bread. Also my portion of the creme brulee was small and it was lukewarm.
Overall, we would definitively recommend Bistro St Saveur. Don't forget to make reservations.
