Such a hidden gem! Such an awesome outdoor sports bar - I can't get over how much space there is. So many outdoor tv's, tons of games and great service. Super dog friendly. The perfect place to go to watch the game with a large group of people.

This bar was a fun surprise to find in Brooklyn on a Friday night! Drinks were good (though pricey), didn’t have anything to eat here. A big sell was the big ball in canisters game going on towards the DJ set. Overall great time and excellent service.

A solid event space. The tables are good the drinks aren’t bad, they have great events and it’s a good atmosphere. The drinks aren’t bad a little on the high side, it this is a great outdoors spot which is hard ti come by in nyc.

Came here to watch a NY Liberty game, staff assured us the game would be playing. After about 30 minutes of the staff trying to figure out how to get the Liberty game on one of the dozens of TVs we finally decided to leave - at that point they were changing the batteries in the remotes as if that would help the game suddenly appear. If this is really supposed to be a destination for sports you’d think they would cue up all the major NY sports games even a few minutes before they start or at least train the staff on what games are on and how to find them.

A space that you wouldn't expect to find in the area. Lots of spots to hang out, play games, and grab food and drink. I'd say the only downside was the only option for going to the bathroom was portable toilets.

They charge 20% mandatory gratuity to place the order online, auto select a 20% ADDITIONAL GRATUITY on the next page, and still make you pick it up at the bar. They also messed up the order and made us wait ten minutes because someone else picked up the order instead of us. Honestly waste of money.

I’ve come here a few times since the new space opened for the Drag Race viewing parties (which are otherwise excellent). However, there are two separate sections - one where you can actually see the hosts and one where you’re sat outside with little/no cover. People get there *so* early and reserve seats for their 10-12 friends. Even if you arrive an hour early (which my friends and I did this past Friday), you can’t actually get a seat inside where the true viewing party is happening. Reserving seats for multiple people needs to be stopped. If they aren’t there, they don’t have a seat. Seats are for paying customers who are in the venue. The friend who purchased tickets for this requested a refund because we had *nowhere* to sit and ended up leaving before the show began.

Went here for a pop-up show. I ordered a can of white wine for $12 (about 250 ml) and was automatically charged a mandatory 20% gratuity. Something I didn’t even see on the checkout pad. I only noticed it because I had the receipt sent to my phone. Despite that, the system still prompted me to tip again at checkout. You're a venue/bar, not a full-service restaurant, why are customers doing all the work and still getting hit with double gratuity? And to top it off, the bathroom was a porta-potty. Seriously? For the price and the lack of service, this was just ridiculous.

Great place to watch a Knicks playoff game on a warm evening! I definitely suggest making a reservation just because I have been here for games that have been completely packed, but they've expanded with a lot more tables and TVs so I like your chances of just walking in as well. There was no food on the Monday night I went but pretty sure they have a taco truck on busier nights (maybe Thursday-Sunday?) and I remember the food being really good. Steve the bartender was amazing and made sure we had a great time, even when I was stressed AF about the New York Knickerbockers. Will definitely be stopping by again!

What happened to this place? It used to be Tailgate, the go-to for a great game day vibe, buzzing with college football fans and Barstool employees. The bar now seems to be a showcase for a DJ, replaying the same tracks as whoever performed most recently at Forest Hills Stadium or Brooklyn Mirage with minimal service. When I arrived, there was no hostess stand, and I had to track someone down just to check in--a frustrating setback that took about 10 minutes to resolve. I'd booked a shipping container with a private TV, but they first tried to seat me at a regular table. After minimal pushback, we were seated at a table with spotty TV signal, and we waited another 10 minutes to move to a table with a functioning TV. They've also scrapped the convenient table service and QR code ordering, forcing everyone to line up at a single bartender, where a 20% gratuity is automatically added for drinks that are already on the expensive side and are primarily canned. Really disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. I miss the old days and doubt I'll come back.

Stopped by here for some quick drinks while out with friends, and it was a lively, fun stop. Set up outside, there's plenty of picnic tables to sit at with a bar as well as a food stand. Weather was nice, so perfect for sitting outside. It was definitely busy while we were there, had to wait in line a bit to get our drinks, but it wasn't that bad of a wait. It was early afternoon when we were there, but I can only imagine how busy it gets later in the evening. Great music playing, and they also have some games set up for people to play. There were no big sports games on that day, but I'd imagine this would be a great place to watch a game. Bartenders are great, and they work through the line well. Great stop to grab some drinks with a group of friends.

It has been a whole year later, but I told myself when I went back I'd get pictures! Truthfully everything I said in my first review I still stand by. I will add that when drinks are purchased tip is included and they won't always tell you that so keep that in mind!

Great space for a large gathering, quick service, quesdillas were good. No TVs though so dont plan on watching sports here

Such a scam. They advertise cocktails as $12, we got 2 and ended up paying $36. They told me after the fact that they add tax and auto gratuity and I ended up tipping extra thinking it was a normal tip. Then when I asked he gaslit me into telling me he had "warned me" about the extra charges LOL he said "anything extra would be appreciated" which to me meant "hey please tip me" so I did. Considering I paid $14 for a beautiful rooftop cocktail across the street and didn't get scammed into paying $36 for 2 watered down drinks I will definitely stick to the drink with a view not this BS place that tricks you into spending your hard earned dollars and tipping extra to people who did nothing but dis-service you

As we were wandering around Williamsburg, we happily stumbled into this fun, outdoor space. After a quick ID check, we headed over to the bar for some drinks. The highball is basically a well drink with mixer for $14 each. I got a whiskey with gingerale, which is usually my go-to. The bartender also gave a shot of the Devil's Backyard Frozen Margarita to try, which had a nice kick of spice. With a drink in hand, we decided to play some corn hole. What I love about this place is all the games and activity they offer from corn hole to ball pong to volleyball, and giant jenga. It's perfect for parties and groups to hang out here. Plus, there's also a food truck if you're getting hungry. This is such a fun spot for the community that feels like you're literally in a friend's backyard.

Great ambiance and games! Had a great time and would definitely come again. Would recommend a night here with friends.

Amazing location! We stumbled in randomly & Chris ( manager / bartender) gave us a mini tour & an overview of the location amenities.I really appreciated this, as new- comer from the Bronx (BX Stand UP). The atmosphere is lovely- lots of space and lively energy. There was a volleyball game happening & plenty of games to enjoy. Chris is amazing & we I will definitely be back because of him.

Stopped in for Cinco de Mayo. 2 4 1 Margs good deal but weather was shit and the place was slow. Great concept. Would like to see what it looks like on a nice day.

Went to grab a drink. The bartender took our order and said a tip would be kindly appreciated. We saw the tips for 5 , 7 or 9%. We thought wow... finally a place that doesn't eye gauge you with unwarranted tips. Drinks were $12 a piece. We then realized our drinks were $36. We went back to the bartender with the pony tail and he said "20% gratuity automatically added... I told you before we ordered" this was absolutely not true. They just try to hustle you for your money. End of the way it was on me for not playing close enough attention. Can't trust anyone, even BK backyard BBQ.

After being denied entry at a nearby hotel for a dress code faux pas, I stumbled on this lovely spot for a few drinks with my friends on our night out. Great outdoor vibes with games like corn hole, volleyball, and a scaled-up beer pong available. Plenty of outdoor seating. The Moscow Mule was really good and the bartenders were really friendly. Definitely worth checking out again in the future.

Margs are the go to for hot days. Tons of outdoor games like volleyball, corn hole, pong.

We were watching this spot from the top of the William vale hotel/westlight and there was a whole lot of vibes in here! We saw people jumping double Dutch, shooting basketball, and just dancing having a ball! After we left westlight we decided to stop by to see what was happening inside and we weren't disappointed! The security at the gate was so friendly and welcoming (Chrissy I believe her name was)! They have a bunch of different games like giant connect four, which we indulged in. The music was great and everyone was just dancing and having a GRAND OL TIME! We stayed for just about an hour as I had to head to work but we have definitely added this spot to our list so we can go back and get the full experience!

One stop shop for a perfect game day vibe. Beer pong, corn hole, human sized connect four, volley ball and more! You can sit in a heated area to watch football which was so cool! The staff was so nice and the music was great. They have foodtrucks on sight and eveything was so good ! Def great for a nice Sunday afternoon outdoors.

Had pinpointed BK Backyard to be our Sunday evening place for a football outing. However, they informed us that there hadn't been enough reservations that evening and asked us to leave. Bizarre to say the least and bordering on offensive. To be honest, ruined our entire evening. Have a backup plan for this place.

This is place looks cute on the outside, unfortunately I found a small bandaid at the bottom of my glass, I had finished most of the beer before I spotted it . When I brought it to the bartender they were really rude and dismissive. Definitely would not reccomend, steer clear.

I thought it was a sports venue, not knowing there was a ruPaul event pretty much on Fridays, plus no sound for 3 quarters of the game. It wasn't an ideal place to come for a game! The bathrooms is porta potty, and so dark I have to guess where I m aiming. Food was expensive and limited to the point there was a closed on one of the food venues, and alcohol was expensive AF. For a sports venue or outdoor event, I wouldn't come back because the prices doesn't collate to what I can get in other locations. You mind as well go to the local bar for more bang for your buck. You going to have to spend $100 for a cup of double shot and two orders of food, why not bring your date to somewhere else.

BK backyard is the best -- was there for a birthday party recently and we had such a great time.

All the waiters and waitresses were super drunk. We asked for the check and they said they would bring it, then waited 30 minutes and had to go to the bar to actually close out. Our waitress couldn't even comprehend our requests she was so drunk. I don't even know what to say, it was somewhat shocking. The music was way too loud and there was no game sound, so if you are going to watch the game would not suggest. There is no food, you must go outside the bar to the food trucks and wait there. Would strongly suggest going to other places nearby for watching games (Kent Ale) or really anywhere if you are trying to get a drink. Update: They charged our card twice as well. Forgot to mention they said it was $150 minimum per table, and we were going to leave so they changed it to one drink per person?

I'm from San Francisco, I came here for the Super Bowl. The spot was such a vibe and the workers were more than sweet and brought the entertain. I would completely recommend if you're looking for a young vibe and want a drink.
