Black Bear Burger - Restaurant Exmouth Market

The burgers we’ve tried were amazing, especially the miso one. Great quality of meat and reasonable price. We also loved the brisket spring roll. I only wish they were a bit bigger in size. The service was cordial and quick, so definitely worth the tip. The tables however were a bit small and we felt a bit awkward when eating.

Stopped here for lunch with the family. Had a double Miso burger with bacon which was cooked perfectly pink and juicy. Best burger I have had. Fries were really crispy, perfectly seasoned and hot. We also had the Black Bear burger and the Brisket burger that were also delicious. Beer was served in frosted glasses which was another small detail that made the difference. We were served by Saloni who went out of her way to check everything was safe and nut free for my son who has a nut allergy. All the staff were very friendly. Great place, would definitely recommend to anyone who loves burgers.

You know me, I'm all about the burgers me. I was so looking forward to the lauded and revered Black Bear Miso Bacon burger...and it was a let down. Tasty in itself but not special, for me, bacon in a burger should be a touch crunchy to give a bit of texture, and the miso just wasn't there. The meal was held up by the brisket spring roll being absolutely amazing. Great location at Exmouth market, very buzzy and fun - the staff were also genuinely excellent.

I cannot remember myself ever before having a burger, eating it in less than 3’ and then ordering it again cause one time just wasn’t enough! Probably the most tasty and juicy burger ever! To top that we got complementary mini ice cream cones in the end of our meal!

walked in to the restaurant and came out full with a satisfying lunch! freshest slaw ive ever had in london... really friendly staff too! Saloni is very friendly was very sweet to talk to! surely will be back!

This place has been on my list for a year now, and I was sorely disappointed. I opted for the hot honey chicken which honestly was the driest burger I’ve tasted in a while. The sides were okay, but the burger was a major disappointment. We travelled from Hampshire and my partner got the beef burger which was apparently brilliant and all singing and dancing, but said my burger looked sad, which I’d have to agree with. What a shame.

Definitely a top quality burger and up there with one of my favourite burgers. I love my burgers where they’re still pink in the middle. I was ask if I was ok with it being slightly pink in the middle and I said yes that perfect just how I like it. Unfortunately it was fully cooked so no pink. Overall was still a great meal and will happily go back to try again.

Great burgers. Eilei told us that their burgers are 1st in London and 3rd in the world. I can't comment about 3rd place but it's definitely the best one we had in London. We had the miso burger which has a strong unique flavor to it and the black bear burger which we loved the flavor profile of. The only downside would be that the fries aren't included with the burger.
