Wonderful experience every time I come in from a Monday night to Saturday evening. When you walk in the downstairs bar has grade A service. The food is amazing all good vibes upstairs if you go and your lucky enough to run into Kya the bartender ask her to make her special drink second to none best margaritas in the dmv. Also per her suggestion Red snapper is definitely delightful.

We ordered oxtail tacos - superb! We ordered snapper - very small portion was served but it was good. We ordered blackened salmon - I didn’t particularly care for the choice of seasons and it didn’t look blackened. The jollof did not have any flavor, the spinach didn’t have any love in it. The bartender was nice. And I would have loved for the bathrooms to be tidied up. We arrived at 6pm and they open at 4pm. The bathroom looked like it had a million people use it for the day. It was trashed.

I had an amazing experience! The suya was perfectly seasoned and grilled just right, full of flavor and spice. The summer drink the bartender recommended paired with it was refreshing and hit the spot. Great food, great vibes, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My server was Kiah and she was like phenomenal. 10/10 for food, drinks, and atmosphere. Would recommend!

Great experience and food! Adama was an amazing waitress and made the evening fun and exciting. She was attentive and helped make my friend’s birthday dinner one for the books! The shrimp Rasta pasta and Caesar salad were great and the drinks were A-1!!! The layout and design is photo friendly for the girlies in both the restaurant and lounge areas. I’ll be back for sure!!

Came for brunch and got the Jerk Chicken which came with a waffle and bacon. Service was great and food was hot and fresh. Jerk wings had great flavor definitely recommend trying out. Next up I’ll try lamb chops

Not a bad experience, but I don’t recommend visiting them Everything was mediocre. Except the price, definitely overpriced. Went on a Sunday night, completely empty. Cute decor though. Music was cool. Service, he was nice but like service was very bare minimum. He didn’t do a bad job, he literally just did his job. Food, wouldn’t come back. Not nasty, but flavor wasn’t there, especially not for the price. $76 for 2 meals, NO DRINKS. 18% gratuity added.

This spot was yum the red snapper and beef patty were my favorite. The drinks r on the soft and sweet side 😜(not strong). Crab cake egg rolls were more wet and mushie than expected and suya was ok(they did not have the seasoning that goes with suya 😡). Came during happy hour. Also we were the only ones in the spot at the time so happy hour must not be to popular but

I was amazed by the quality of food and ambience. Loved loved the Oxtail and land chops. The suya taco appetizer was to die for. Excellent experience!!!

Ordered delivery. Suya, joloff, and chicken tacos. Only got the suya and joloff. Entire entree of chicken tacos was missing, and the receipt stapled to the bag was accurate-so this is inattention by the staff. Also wondering why sauces are a *mandatory* up-charge? That is petty. As for the food, the joloff was nothing wonderful - although the $4.50 up-charge of oxtail gravy made it average tasting. The suya was overcooked to the point of being burnt and very dry. There were no peppers as advertised...only onions to accompany. And the $3.00 up-charge for hot pepper sauce was a tiny plastic cup of hot sauce. What could be a great establishment was a disappointment. Lastly, I tried to call the restaurant to advise of the missing entree, but the phone numbers listed on both the website and also on Yelp are disconnected. That's shady. After reading other reviews that were negative I wonder why owner/manager has no feedback? I wanted to be able to recommend, but I do not.

Black Diamond....First let me start with....Stop, I repeat STOP requesting $20 deposits....immediately! For what!? Because we paid the $20 deposit last Sunday 7/14 and arrived on time for our 12:00PM reservation just to be seated in silence while waiting 15 minutes just for drink order and did not receive our food until 1:05PM. Sooo y'all pressing for $20 just to have your customers wait a hour for service not making sense to me. This establishment needs a bit of work because holding customers accountable to show up for their reservation when your staff need to be held accountable to make it to work on time to prepare the food for your paying customers. Their chef did not walk in UNTIL 12:45PM. Secondly, it's literally a shame this establishment is ran so poorly because food is, BOMB....minus them waffles. We did not walk out because we were personally aiming to ONLY support small Black Businesses that weekend but how can people support if you lacking on staff, service and manager even being present to run spot....But shout out to Renee for having to serve the only three tables of people solo, and shout out to the people at those other two tables also for having to sit around even longer than our hour wait for their food. Sooo, it's a pass for me right now for visiting again....that $55 Diamond Platter does not out weight the lack of customer service for me.

When entering the establishment, the aesthetic and ambiance was very inviting. There weren't too many people dining during that hour, however we had a little bit of a wait before a server came over to us. When she made it over to us, she was very attentive and hospitable. I reviewed the cocktail menu first and ordered the strawberry margarita, but I had them substitute the tequila with Don Julio reposado, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Not too sweet or strong. The food menu is pretty compact but had diverse choices of food. I ordered the crab egg rolls, which were fried perfectly with a Thai chili sauce that complemented it well. I wasn't too hungry we split the Rasta Pasta with/Shrimp. While the dish was flavorful, it had a lot of oil/grease that settled on the bottom of the bowl-not allowing us to really savor the seasonings as much as we could have. Overall, I feel like this is a great place to visit likely for brunch or the activities they host upstairs in their lounge. I wouldn't be opposed to going back to sample their weekend brunch menu.

All I can say is they trying, but there's certain things that are truly unprofessional as a restaurant. Today me and a couple of friends decided to surprise my friend celebrating his 30th birthday. Our waitress Renee was nice and friendly and matched the energy meant for a birthday party. We all ordered our drinks as we waited for our friend to come. Renee is a great bartender I heard no complaints from anyone concerning their drinks Things started to turn once we got our food. We were a party of ten so we ordered a lot of things. The issue I have is that this establishment hired TikTok influencers to promote and encourage people to come but the food you get compared to what you see doesn't add up. We ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken was not consistent some was cooked better than others. Also the restaurant said they misplaced their syrup so ate It with honey instead. Another issue was the seafood omelette. This is something that is promoted on their website as a brunch item. The manager came and said they don't know how to make It. But when we ask do you have crab meat they said yes. Then we were told that they went to the store to actually buy crab meat. By that time my friend didn't want It and It was scrambled. Our concerns definitely made Renee stressed and I felt bad for her because she truly tried her best to make sure we had a good time. Maybe brunch shouldn't be an option

Terrible service, it took more than 1 hour to get our food, you would think the food would be hot but no it was cold and the food was very bland. The music was soo loud the waitress couldn't even hear our orders and put the wrong orders in. The one star is for the decorations only!

So we have been here multiple times and never had any complaints, the lamb, the oxtail and grits everything is always delicious. The drinks are strong, and delicious. For what you get the price is good. The chef always comes out and talks to us ,and the other staff are always attentive and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and has a good vibe, great for a date, family meal, or hanging with the girls.

I went there for dinner. The waiter offered us water & then didn't bring it for at least another 30 mins & we had to flag someone down to remind them that we hadn't been given water. I ordered a drink & it took about an hour and a half to get the drink. Other tables who were seated after us got cocktails before we got ours. It seemed like the waiter was doing everything by himself! He was the one refilling water, making the drinks, bringing out the food, and clearing the table once plates were finished. They need more staff assisting the waiter! They were not busy when we arrived so I am unsure of why the service was so slow. It's also annoying when one person at the table has finished their food and another person has not even received their food yet! Ultimately I was there for 4 hours because the service was so slow. If you needed something you had to ask for it multiple times. The food was fine, but nothing to write home about but do not go there if you are in a rush.

It's very nice inside with the paintings and furniture. Came for a birthday dinner, and I will say the food is good. But charging $15 for a margarita in a plastic water cup is wild. The french fries are really good, that I will say and the Pineapple Jerk wings definitely had authentic jerk seasoning/marinade. Our server was really nice, but it seemed she was most likely the bartender as well and she needed more help - but, she was very professional and friendly (younger woman, light-skin with glasses & 2 puffs).

Wonderful experience we loved the food, ambiance and service. Drinks on point! We won a gift certificate @chimaeats but had more because we were having such a great time. Will our server and manager were wonderful! We will definitely be back. Go....you won't be disappointed

I'm surprised that my experience here was so subpar. Due to the reviews on various social media platforms, I'm thinking that there must be more care and focus on the food and drinks during the club/party hours because a regular daytime visit did not meet my expectations. The bar area had boxes in the service window which made me think that they were preparing for the evening shift but even if so, it was unsightly. The music was inconsistent. The staff behind the bar were lackadaisical - although nice once they finally decide to greet. I had a long day and wanted to enjoy a cocktail and a bite to eat. I've seen videos of this place so I was excited to finally try this place out. I asked the bartender what their most requested drink was and I received a mango Long Island or margarita - it tasted like straight up alcohol. Since I can't tell you what kind of cocktail it was, that should tell you how bad it was lol. I had to ask for juice to help balance my drink because the ingredients weren't well blended at all. It just didn't taste right. As for food, I didn't want a heavy entree and asked what light item he recommended. He said the tacos were good and that they were his favorite. Well his favorite chef must have been out at that moment because the suya was TOUGH. The tortilla on two of the tacos was too hard - I'm not sure if they were overcooked or just stale. The salsa could've been made so that it tied in better with the meat... add some yaji or peppers or something, not just straight out the jar salsa. I didn't bother to see the club space because I don't see myself coming back. The dining area in the entryway was smaller than expected but the decor was ok. And then to top things off, the bathroom could use better upkeep. I can't even give another star for parking. Although the garage is somewhat convenient for me, I could see it being a hassle for some people with mobility issues and there is limited street parking. There are quite a few improvements needed including general customer service. If there are various business needs that to be handled during the day... construction, party planning with promoters, restocking, etc, maybe close the restaurant to customers during that time and open when everything is organized and staff is prepared and ready to work.

Do not come here if you are extremely hungry do not come here if you have somewhere to go ,be in a real chill mood & the music is really loud. There's a lounge on the second floor. I didn't get to see ...our food took really long to come out, but it was really good. I'm not disappointed.

I enjoyed my food here and really liked my service from the bartender Kayla. She was the only person behind the bar but made everyone's drinks so quickly. It took a little bit of time to get our food but it tasted really good. It took some time because everything is made to order. The crab egg rolls are really like crab rangoons, but they still tasted great. Just know if you come here with a group, you will have to wait some time to get your food but you'll get your drinks quickly, especially if Kayla is making them. Kayla was also really nice to talk to and she had great energy. I'd definitely comeback, especially if she's working.

1. The bathroom is FILTHY. 2. The tacos we ordered were very oily 3. I was afraid to eat the oxtail I ordered because I have never seen oxtail look like the attached Pic. 4. They need to work on cleanliness. The tables were dirty and not organized. 5. I see what looks like managers walking around but not actually helping customers or making sure their customers have a pleasant experience. 6. Saw 2 customers who had no idea where to sit. 7. The music was good 8. They are either short staff or using employees to serve as bartender and server so food was delayed that day 9. I was truly afraid to eat the oxtail. The tacos were delicious just way too oily and it spilled on my clothes 10. Frustrating to see staff that is not a server walking around but there's a filthy bathroom and tables and delayed food.

Went to celebrate a friends birthday, walked in the decor was excellent, unfortunately the food and service didn't match. The waiter seemed a little stressed serving our big party. Per other reviews I didn't order food and I'm glad I didn't. No one in the party was excited about the food, that's why this review has no pictures of the food. The prices of the food compared to what you get is not worth it.

It is what you expect from an average grass wall, neon light spot that charges for the vibe. Mocktails are the same price as cocktails so it is not worth it. The food is basic but expensive. The cajun pasta could have used more seasoning and sauce. The drinks were okay but nothing spectacular especially for the price. They had 3 drinks on their menu and they were okay. Could have been much better. The service was good. It wasn't very busy but we had to pay a $25 deposit and no one was even there. Getting a custom drink is about $17-20 dollars. They also charged a 18% gratuity. I say you can try this place and make your own judgement but it was definitely overhyped.

Nightlife here has been a bit of a mixed bag, which is why I'm always happy to never pay for entry. It isn't worth it. Every time I've come here, I've dealt with attitude from staff. One bottle girl lied and told me a section was reserved, only to find out the section was never booked and/or occupied --- straight from the owners mouth. Second time I visited, I had to beg staff to remember my order for "Mango Habanero wings" - which took approximately 75 minutes (AKA ONE HOUR AND 15 minutes) to reach my table; and tasted like Grandmas baked chicken -- not bad, but NOT what I paid for. Because I've been able to get in free, the lackluster service / food has been permissible, but I'd strongly advise against paying for anything here besides drinks.

We had a young man as a server, he was very nice. Just the first impression was terrible. The hostess and the server (Woman) were arguing about seating us . Saying when did we book reservations and how she didn't have room for us to sit. We ended up getting seated and that just blew my whole mind. I wanted to leave but my husband said we're here now. lol I will update on how the food is. But I would never come bk.

This place is a disgrace. The service was very slow, we sat over an hour and when we finally got mimosas the carafes were only half full, the champagne flutes looked gross. They were so cloudy, no way we were drinking out of them. The mimosa tower sat for so long before they brought it out that it separated and looked so gross. We asked for a manager several times only to find out she was not even on site "she's 20 minutes away". My friend had to request her deposit be refunded and we left 2 hours after we got there still hungry. On the way out we stopped at the restroom and omg disgusting. Tissue everywhere, no soap, and the water pressure was so low. I will never return!!

We just left for my husband's birthday dinner & he had an absolutely amazing time. Reservation: Easy to make for a party of 15 (13 showed up). You can do this on their site & reserve for $20. Parking: Since this was my 1st time I didn't know, but there is free parking in the garage on the other side of the building. We ended up parking up the hill where the meters were. Service: Reesie was A++ ask for her! She made sure our table was set for a birthday & matched our black & gold color theme (this was by divine chance). She let us know what they did have, that their menu was in flux, was very personable, gave great food pairing recommendations & recognized that one of our party members was from the islands. She is very attentive! My son is 11 & wanted lamb, but didn't want the regular sides...Reesie recommended fries & he was in heaven! The lamb was juicy! My lamb was medium & was seasoned to perfection Hubby had the ox tails & he said it was good, he just wished they were bigger. The cabbage was good with the seasoned lamb & oxtail. Look, all the food was so good we got no dang pictures of it‍‍ 2 - 3 people has the rasta pasta & loved it. The jerk wings were just a tad too spicy for 1 of our group & Reesie & the kitchen were on it making a new batch with the updated flavor choice quick. Other: Some of the utensil options were clear plastic cups & plasticware for the cake, but I will be honest...it DOES NOT MATTER baby girl! They nailed this one! I WILL be back!

This restaurant is decorated very nicely and our server was good. However, for our party of 8, 3 people didn't receive their meals until after alerting the manager. In addition, one person who did receive her meal in a timely fashion, their food was cold. My salmon/meal was good. The worst part was that our server was also the bartender and food runner. She was spread too thin, which made the experience not worth returning. Lastly, when we received our checks, there was a service fee (12%) and gratuity (18%), which had to be reimbursed after the fact.

I was invited to a friend birthday brunch at this restaurant. I've been there prior to the name change where it was TTT. I was a little skeptical about the reviews, but I had to show love for my friend. Our server was Renee and she was more than awesome. She was great. She had no problem answering our questions about the menu, especially since we had a pregnant woman with us, they made it a priority to accommodate her cravings. They ran out of silverware, and glasses so we had to use plastic, but we were not worried about that. The food was great. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly, the potatoes had just enough seasoning. The onions and peppers went well with them the mac & cheese, you know how people get when it comes to mac & cheese, and they did not disappoint, I wish I had a little bit more on my plate. I would definitely go again for a date night, or even just to hang out. Everyone in the establishment was very friendly.

Had family from out of town visiting on a Wednesday and we needed some good food. Unfortunately after the long wait, the oxtail and beef patty was totally underwhelming. While management and bartender tried to rectify it, it wasn't salvageable. I showed pictures of how it's ideally suppose to look. Hopefully it's rectified for future customers along w the bathroom facilities.

The food took very long to come out. I ordered a a chicken Caesar salad and it came out 45 minutes to be exact , chicken was very dry and had to ask for dressing ( it didn't come out with any ) . I also ordered chicken and shrimp pasta and it had no taste.

The food was trash. The customer service was mid. The drinks were ok. I got the salmon and jollof rice, plantains and spinach. Everything was dry even the plantains. I was so disappointed because the TikTok's I saw painted a different picture. Will not be back.

Please don't waste your time or money. I attended a 40th birthday celebration at this venue on 2.10.24. It was a total disaster!!! My first impression was the ladies' room. Let's just say it set the tone for the rest of the evening. It was dirty, and the toilets were unflushable due to the fact that there was no handle on the tank. This seriously is a matter for the health department inspector. There was clearly not enough staff to handle the number of guests in the party. Apparently, they did not have an event planner or someone who could coordinate this event appropriately. Unfortunately, the young lady assigned to cover this event was out of her depth. Drink and appetizer orders were taken. However, many of us ended up going to the bar to get our own drinks due to the long wait times (60plus mins) before drinks or food got to the tables. At this point, the whole situation was so out of control that many of the guests started canceling their orders and leaving to find something to eat elsewhere. I'm not sure about anyone else, but my experience at Blake Diamond was a total disappointment. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This establishment is full of fake advertisement. Their brunch menu is was a joke for the price they charged. You got 1 slice of white bread cut in half for your French toast option and 2 waffle squares for your waffle choice. Do not go here for brunch.!!!!!

I had the worse experience with this restaurant! After several weeks of back and forth communication I was able to book my Birthday Dinner. My guest and I arrived 30 minutes early only to be seated after the reservation with one server to serve 35 people and not enough chairs or tables to accommodate 35 people. It took the waitress over a hour to take everyone's order but yet the owner told us we only had a 90 minute seating time. A lot of my guest begin to leave after not receiving any food or drinks at 10:30 for a 7pm reservation. They ended the night by bringing out the wrong cake and looking for mine for over 30 minutes. I'm giving a 1 star review because the waitress Shayla tried her best but it was no way possible she could wait on 35 people. The manager/owner was rude and didn't care and did nothing to accommodate the lack of seating, food or drinks. If you are looking to celebrate anything or just dinner at all don't visit this place.

Very unprofessional. I had a party of 40 and more than half of them never got their food. The ones who did receive their food at were served at 10pm and the party started at 7pm. This event was planned months in advance. There was an employee who told us we could bring our own drinks and when we attempted to do so we were confronted by the manager who was very unprofessional.

I love this place, food was amazing. definitely recommend the Suya. Over all, great dining and great entertainment. The manager, Mango went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect dining experience.

SOOOOOO disappointing! I was invited to the Super Rich Wednesdays-Open Bar from 8-11 and it was False advertising....everyone seemed confused about what was going on-staff didn't even know they were having the event. They were not ready!? The open bar was really 1 drink. The men in our group were frisked, which is understandable for the lounge/club, but we were going to actually eat dinner-who frisks their patrons for dinner? As we waited, to go upstairs-for the "Super Rich Wednesdays" at 10pm (that was suppose to start at 8pm) I spoke with a couple of the seated guest and they expressed their unhappiness with their food and the service. Besides the wait and the unprofessional host-The most unacceptable part was the rudeness of the bartender. I wish I could've tried the food, for possibly something positive to say. But I will NOT go back and would NOT recommend for others to go.

I must say this has been a horrible experience from beginning to end. It's upsetting that I couldn't experience a great birthday dinner. Our reservation was for 8 pm, we walked and they had no idea a party of 15 will be arriving. We waited 30-45 min to be seated. We did not receive our food until 9:45pm. We've had 4 different people take our orders. 5 out of 11 orders were taken wrong and/or made incorrectly. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately with the outcome of this evening I and my guest will not return to this establishment due to miscommunication and unprofessionalism. It is now 10:11 pm and 4 of my guests have not eaten. Horrible experience! I will not return.

This place is a joke. We reserved a 9pm dinner reservation. We get there and initially the host was very nice. But, shortly after the appetizers, it went downhill from there. Not all of the menu was available. Cups were dirty so we immediately asked for plastic. We had a party of 7 and only 1 person enjoyed their meal and that consisted of a beef Pattie and cabbage. Nothing came out hot! The Jollof rice texture and flavor was weird, lamb was at best decent, pasta was greasy af with little to no jerk flavor, cabbage ok, salmon undercooked and was sent back,not to mention one of our group members never received their meal! We had such a bad experience we were questioning our waiter, who apparently was the host, bartender, and more! Who told us the kitchen was basically closing when we go there. Yet they as a business charged us a deposit to make the reservation and allowed us to come at 9, seat us, take our orders and serve us one of the worse meals I've had in my life. They could have saved themselves from this review by being honest about the kitchen closing soon Instead of wanted a quick come up from a large party! Never coming back

Disgusting! Bathrooms were very dirty. The waiter brought out drinks in dirty glasses twice! When my friend asked for lemons the waiter used his bare hands to get the lemons and brought them to our table. The menu on the website is very misleading because selections are limited. We left without ordering because this establishment is just not clean.

Omg! Great food and service! My sis and I came in town visiting by way of DE and NJ. Due getting in late we scared about food options at 11:42pm . Well I called and Shayla gladly took our order for 2 ox tail meals over the phone although the kitchen was about to close. I paid over the phone and we lifted over to pickup. When I tell yall they took care of us is an understatement! The manager vadlimer came up and checked in. Their hostess to the owner were so kind and inviting. I will definitely will be back! My meal came with plantains, African fried rice, and cabbage. God servings and everything was tasty and well prepared on that plate. I left nothing! I wish I took a before picture, but I'll share the empty plate. It was that good! All I can say is don't hesitate. And they got a great lounge upstairs with a DJ that be jamming. Baby this is my new spot when I come back to Silver Springs.

Do not waste your time or money. The only vibe that was good was the music and not crowded . Food never came after an hour and empty restaurant upstairs and not full downstairs . Menu items were not available and were not told until ordered and sat waiting an hour . Ask for a comp on one drink for bad experience and manager said no even though girls on staff tried to offer to rectify bad experience . Dont waste your time or money , support somewhere else like Papi Cuisine if you are looking for a good vibe and food . Again no go .$75 wasted on 4 drinks with no comp for bad overall experience . support somewhere else !!!!

Checked out Black Diamond Restaurant today!! The food, service and ambiance was well worth the visit! Chrissy, our server was super pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. Highly recommend the strawberry passionfruit margarita, crab cake egg rolls, the Cajun jerk Rasta pasta, and wings. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the menu items. Thanks to Raisha for being patient and checking in on us

I went to Black Diamond Restaurant to Decorate and celebrate my Daughters birthday, I was told that I could come in at 6pm to get started, I arrived at 5:45pm and noticed the area that was reserved did NOT hold 35 people, the manger insisted that it was enough space, As our guest started to arrived I told the manger again this not going to be enough space, but he insisted it would be, and when everyone got there by 7pm it was not enough space, so some of our guest had to sit in the bar area, it took so long to get drinks we started going to the bar to get our own drinks, the food took FOREVER to come out so some of our guest left, my food didn't come out until 10:15pm, After all that they lost my daughters cake and it was found 20 minutes later, my daughter had the worst birthday celebration ever!

Food is very good, and the staff is very warm and welcoming. I will be back. I enjoyed myself.

My friends hosted my bridal shower here, and I loved everything about the restaurant. The decor was perfect and really matched the theme for the shower. The brunch food was delicious, and all 40 guests enjoyed the food. My favorites were the rasta pasta, wings, eggs (yes, the scrambled eggs were perfection. I normally never order scrambled eggs out, but they were so good I even took some home to eat later) and salmon. The mimosas were nice and strong. The staff and chef really did a great job hosting our event. I would definitely return for brunch, dinner, or happy hour.

Service was unprofessional. Took 30 minutes for a SPRITE and never even got that i got a canned ginger ale. Had a bartender as my server with an almost empty restaurant on Valentine's Day. My food came a hour after sitting down and the food was MID. Dont let tiktok fool u go somewhere else

Ok very disappointed in this restaurant first and for most. Feb 19th, 13 ladies met up there for a Galentines Event. As we sat down and decorated the tables with valentine decor and party bags. The manager stated she did not have a reservation for us. The manager before her booked us and apparently they did not communicate with each other. So now a young lady comes over to take our drink orders. The drinks were not made properly and she stated she can make any drink we like. Then we waited 1hr and 20 minutes for our food, The food was brought out cold. Then later that evening we were trying to pay for our meal. There were so many complications from the beginning to the end. Each person decided in our party to pay with cash. We look at the bill and we saw a gratuity and a service charge on each bill. We ask about the service charge and the manager stated it's a Maryland law. I looked up the law and it starts June 1st. Now the server has to remove the service fee from the bill which took over 45 minutes. We were so so disappointed in the service and the Manager wanted to offer a free shot which most of all turned down. The server wanted to quit. I understand her frustration because she was not fully trained to handle so many of us. Now next as we are leaving we wanted to use the rest room. The rest room were horrible and it remained in that condition all night even after we told the manager. We were talking to another group of women and they said they learned about this place off tik tok and they drove from Caytonville, MD. BEWARE the prices are very high, the cooks were arguing, the manager does not care!!! This is an honest review BEWARE!!

This establishment was extremely horrible the only thing that was good was our waitress I feel bad for her because she wasn't informed of any of the missing or things they were out of. The manager had no clue of what's going on in her establishment. After being given some busted menu, which didn't match the online menu. So many items they were out of we ordered appetizers which was a very shallow menu we went thru our main orders only to find they didn't have half the items on the menu. No one let's know anything we started noticing that people after were getting food by this point we had been waiting an hour and a half and still not even received our appetizers. Smh and if we hadn't started fussing we would probably still be sitting waiting on them smh. By this time now the mgr comes over with some bs apology claiming she had no idea thus was going on with or her kitchen. And some claim that they went through most of what's missing on the menu due brunch early. But how as a mgr do you not know, keep track or be on top of your inventory on a holiday or one of the big sales night such new years eve. But to tell your customers you have no clue what's going! But to make it worst our food was never eve started due to more things being missing and you want 5 minutes to fix it nahhhh I'm not doing that and risk more delays or more things your discovering are out smh or my food not be done no thanks. Fair warning to those reading this don't waste your time I made reservations days in advance and texted me,emailed and called me several times during the week to make sure I was still coming only to drive and hour with family from 3 hours away visiting and hungry to not even get served on a darn near 2 hour wait. Sad it was its a dark little spot that was alright I guess but the bathrooms were severely dirty and smelled really bad as they hadn't cleaned them in a while beware of this place what you see online is not what you get in person! Very disappointed!!! This 1 star was generous since you can't give a half star.

Food was amazing, chef and server did the best they could. So long story short I came here to a friend birthday dinner and everything was what it is until I got upstairs, for one I ask the dj to play a specific song her NEVER did which is ok, then as I sat at the bar, a rude ass bartender really didn't want to help me and she made it seem like it was problem with my card, with her big back, nasty attitude, I probably won't be back, she also took the drink smh baby girl you clock in here not me. I'm from Atlanta, service could definitely be better but I understand this city ain't really setup that way

Terrible service half the food that was on the menu wasn't available overpriced drinks , not enough staff this place will not be in business for long , they asked us to pay for our meal before we received our food I wouldn't waste your money here
