Mr. Neptune, one of the greatest if not the greatest tattoo artist in the south east United States. Multi talented artist from the canvas to the body. Can look at any art and says ."I can definitely make that pop and look better. Hands down the "best " in the tattoo industry. Remember you get what you pay for. Don't be cheap. Don't go in here looking for celebrities bc they might find you !!! Lol had a great time here. Clean, professional, and quick serivce. I had the pleasure to meet Ms. Sheree Whitfield ... She was a very nice person and humble. If you have the coins please schedule your appointment. Drove all the way from NC to get a quality tattoo. Thanks again !

All of the artists at Black Ink ATL are amazing but Ryann did my tattoo and calling it phenomenal would be an understatement. This was my first tattoo and Ryann walked me through her ideas which ended up being amazing and she incorporated my ideas with hers and produced a tattoo that I truly couldn’t be happier with. She was very respectful, communicative, personable, and nice, and I’m glad to have had her do my first tattoo. Whenever I get another one, I will absolutely come back and have Ryann do it!
