Black Rock is my favorite local coffee drive thru. Better than Starbucks, kinder than Dutch - amazing from the cup, to the ice, to the coffee and the straw. I’ll always suggest an iced “whiteout!” Mmmm….

I ordered an Orange Cream drink yesterday. Nobody told me these things are dangerous 😳 As I was driving I stuck the straw into the drink and half of the XTRA LARGE Orange Dream shot out the straw. All over my car and clothes. We were on our way to a wedding. Cant be anything I did. Stuck a straw into the drink. This drink needs a warning ⚠️ 🤣🫤

This is the last time I come to this location. Waited in the Drive-Thru for over 25 minutes. None of the employees seemed like they wanted to make the process easier and now I'm going to be late to work, never again. Will I come here, first time and last time...

Ordered online for pickup. Said it would be ready in 5 mins. Arrived past the 5 min window, and decided to park and walk to the window to pickup like any other location but was told I needed to get back in my car and go through the drive thru. Meanwhile, 4 cars have entered the drive thru line. Why not just hand me the drinks that were probably already done and sitting there since I ordered earlier? Ridiculous. Will never go back to this location

Ordered 2 lattes with sugar, got black coffee with no sugar for 11 dollars! This is the third time this happens. Went back to return and the attitude was inappropriate! They said they can't find the order and held us there for 10 minutes. Then the long hair, don't care manager dude was called up on. Even worse at customer service - Unapologetic and mocked us. Then offered drink credits. We said we never coming back and asked to give refund. Never going back to a black rock coffee bar again!

This is the closest black rock to our ambulance headquarters, so I come thru a lot. The people are always cool and nice. I tried Big River for the 3rd time the other day, and honestly their coffee and service is mid compared to this black rock. Even the black rock cookies are 20x better than big river.
