"Oregon-based Black Rock Coffee Bar confirms that it’s opening its first local outpost in Enterprise. Launched in Beaverton, Oregon, in 2008 and expanding to dozens of locations across the northwest, Black Rock is also rapidly pushing into California, Arizona, and Idaho.
